The company stopped giving physical statement without any approval and levied charges for non payment than they sent guy to obtain payment and the guy assured he will remove charges levied and asked to make remainder payments. So unpaid the amount remaining the charges so on that they kept adding charges for so many months and after my so many letters and complaints also they came to settle and asked me to deposit the amount with charges......

As i had given the confirmation of the mail received from your bank executive during loan application. And i had confirmed the terms for emi due date as per trailing mail below. I had understand that when ever we give confirmation is only when we are agreed on the terms on date or first due and this remains the same for entire life cycle of loan period. I am continuously having very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank about credit card payment reminder calls. I am getting around 4 to 5 calls everyday about the payment reminder for credit card. I gave complaint several times but the issue is not resolved. The customer care is torchering me for payment and the calls which i am getting is very prior to the payment due date. Today morning i did imps to punjab national bank..
Since in kotak there is an option to do imps without adding beneficiary..
Its afternoon and money got deducted from my acc but still not reflecting in my other account..
Now this is pathetic.
Customer care says call on mon ..like really??
I am in emergancy right now and i dont have mony in my kotak acc and not in pnb ...as i did imps kotak deducted...

But they didn't send card then i request to near by branch then i got a card after 6 month coz of request card. I received call from your customer service executive for new credit card offered to me free of cost with 0 annual charges.

But now in this bill you charged me 499 annual charge plus gst which is not good

Credit card was free thats the reason i opted for the same.

On September 6th i Recharged 129 Rs To My Mobile No And it Was Not Successful & Amount Id Debited From My Account.It Was Not Refunded. I Was Called To Customer Care No And They Told Me TO Wait For 2 MInutes And I have Waited 10 Minutes Then i Cut The Call. And And It Was Cost Me 25 Rs For Being Line With Them.
