Hi team,

Below are my parents account and the same was blocked in status and not sure why the account got blocked even after having sufficient balance in the account. Kindly rectify the issue immediately.

      I have paid money to 1 mg and cancelled. Although 1mg initiated the refund, but i have never received the amount from kotak

        bank . the person indirectly demands for mpin, i refused him my level best but atlast he said we are genuine as messages are coming from kotak mahindra bank, now phone is switched off, and my whole account get empty as money 1700 rupees get transfer to some manish saini's kotak account.

If there is any issues then it's your responsibility to inform a customer.. Today i give all the details what they need still they are saying it takes more 3 days to open.               Dear team

              I have visited the atm of icici bank for transact some money from my kotak mahindra bank account on 29-sep-2018 around 11:30 am.

              I have processed for 10000/-, at that time amount got debit form my account as per message received, but money not received from atm machine, i had done wait there for 20 minutes, but money not received through machine.

              Which is really not acceptable. I thought amount will come riverse back automatically in 7 wrking days, but till today i have not received money in my account.

              Pls do the needful & give back money in my account as soon as possible.

                I had applied for kotak credit card (Card to card). My application number is[protected]. They told me it will be maximum 21 days to know my status that its approved/rejected. Now its more than 1.5 months completed. Still no response. While i tried to contact customer care they are just holding me by saying within this week you get approved and all # everytime.. But weeks passed and no one contacted me.
                While my friend applied in another bank card to card credit card he got his card in a week.
                I love to use kotak 811 account.. But i never expected that kotak credit card services are that much irresponsive.

                Finally After 1.17 months .My Credit Card Application Status Updated After So Many Complaints With This Silly Reason - "We were unable to verify/ contact you at the residence address as provided by you in the application".
                Lol ...i never got a call or any executive reached my home, while its my permanent reason..
                Whatever happened is good only because this is the worst bank service i ever seen...

                  I applied for credit card which was approved by the bank. The bank dispatch my card but i was unable to get the card as no one called me up and card was sent back to bank. I made address change which was approved and the card was redispatched. Now i called several times to bank but i didn't receive satisfactory answer and some agents disconnected my call also. I went to blue dart office and after several attempts i got my card but when i called bank to activate it they are saying that there is block on account and bank is not sure weather it gets activated or not. Now you tell what kind of service is this that after receiving the card bank is not sure what is done. It's harrasement. My card limit is just 15000 and i made my plans that how to make good use of money for my needs. But you guys shattered every dream of mine. So all i need is that please remove block from card and let me use my card for my important needs. Else i will raise complain to higher level. Please don't harrase your new customers like this. How can a bank make such mistake of approving credit card. We trust bank but you guys are not up-to the customer mark. Plz do not play with customers emotion. I hope you won't make be unhappy

                    Sir, i have closed my savings account in kotak on 20/08/2018, but they are not transferred my balance money which is rs20000 before my account was closed it's already 2 weeks over still they are not given my money back, i have sent several mails but they are not replying. Please highlight this issue, i m very much struggling to contact kotak customer care but it is not happening. They are not replying to mails.

                      Dear team,

                      I applied for a kotak card from kotak executive named as deepti bearing mobile number [protected]. When my conversation starts with this above kotak executive deepti she told, that according to my salary slip and eligibility criteria my limit will be 3 lakh, but when my card arrived yesterday it’s limit is only 40k…. Again i trying to connect with that deepti, she told me that i will not help, do whatever you want from your side, anymore she is not helping me. You can check call record details from kotak side.

                      First of all, i want to lodge a complaint against kotak for this type of employee environment in their company and their this type of rude service. Want to file a complaint against deepti for this type of behaviour, attitude and making a false statement regarding limit for the same and all.

                      My expense budget bracket was 3 lpa to 3.5 lpa, so i have applied for this card but they have provided me with the limit of 40k only and when card is handover to me then they are taking it very easy and no response from their side, and using very unprofessional language with me. Which is very unprofessional for any type of corporate environment. Help me asap for the same.

                          Hello,

                          I have applied for a personal loan of 5 Lakhs in Kotak Mahindra Bank for an emergency requirement, in the year 2007, January, for tenure of 60 months. The loan got approved after providing 7 blank cheques and required documents. The loan was supposed to be disbursed by 15th of January but from the bank the disbursement was getting delayed. So I have decided to cancel the loan, and has cancelled all the 7 cheque's and the ECS for the loan EMI payment.

                          The same I have informed then Bank Manager that I don't require the loan anymore and has cancelled all the 7 cheque's and the ECS facility for EMI, but still without my knowledge the bank has credited the loan to my account.

                          The DD was deposited to my account, without my knowledge. There after, I have used the loan, and faithfully paid all the EMI's every month through Cheque to a third collection personal.

                          Till I have completed all the EMI's that is 60 months, has paid all the actual and interest, I have not been informed about any penalty charges ever.

                          I have complained to bank so many times, that I have paid all the EMI's properly, there is no Cheque bounces in my account.

                          Presently the Kotak Mahindra Bank is mentally harassing for the penalty charges, I have completed the loan repayment on 2012 Feb, from that time so many conversations has happened nothing bank is listening.

                          Now, Kotak Mahindra Bank is demanding the penalty charges which is over 1Lakh for 7 Cheque bounces, which is supposed to be 7 * 200Rs = 1400 Rs.

                          This is also affecting the credit score in cibil for future loans.

                          Please help to resolve the issue.

                            Credit card payment department call me for pay my credit card bill.. Due date is crossed now.
                            So i told him i ll pay full mount in two to three days.. If a got charge on this its fine for me.
                            But the guy name say amir but on true caller its showing abdul they use wrong word for me.. He said two rupiees hai kya pocket me n all and so many bad words.. I have all call record list and m going to my local bandra police station for taking action against him.
                            And after that payment i dont want to use your kotak cresit card just because of your that service so please i wat to block my card aftr this payment.
                            And call me if posaible about this matter.

                              I am continuously having very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank about credit card payment reminder calls. I am getting around 10 - 15 calls a day, even after doing the payment. I gave complaint several times but the issue is not resolved. The customer care is torturing me like anything ever after doing the payment. Kindly help me to get the issue resolved. I have not seen such a damn and worst bank in my life. They are torturing me like anything. I am getting numerous calls even after i make the payment.

                                I have lost my debit card and credit card and hence blocked it from mobile app because phone banking ivr is useless asking for nonsense questions and a very long procedure to contact to any representative. They have dispatched another debit card but the address mentioned in my account is neither my current address nor my permanent address. I dont find any option to change my address nor i am finding any option to contact to customer care. One query is already raised by me 2 days before and did not get any update yet. I am a working girl and have no time to visit the branch. Moreover there is no direct mail id on which we can submit our query and get an early response. Submitting a query by filling online form means they will response in 5 working days. If one has any emergency he/she has to wait for 5 working days. Initially it was very good but now its really very inconvenient to use kotak customer care services.

                                  I had a credit card and closed in the month of jan with a received statement. Ithen they charged interested when gave the proof, they revised it and made to zero balance in may 2018 statement and stopped receiving statement from that month. Its bad that i have saved the card in my other bank saving account and found 10000 has been debited for no reason. Couldn't connect through phone banking since they have stopped my access. Still money has not been refunded

                                    The company stopped giving physical statement without any approval and levied charges for non payment than they sent guy to obtain payment and the guy assured he will remove charges levied and asked to make remainder payments. So unpaid the amount remaining the charges so on that they kept adding charges for so many months and after my so many letters and complaints also they came to settle and asked me to deposit the amount with charges...

                                      As i had given the confirmation of the mail received from your bank executive during loan application. And i had confirmed the terms for emi due date as per trailing mail below. I had understand that when ever we give confirmation is only when we are agreed on the terms on date or first due and this remains the same for entire life cycle of loan period. So please find the bank loan installment details showing online differs from the confirmation...

                                      my card blocked - without reason

                                      Team - i am a kotak card holder, suddenly one fine day my card was blocked... I have a salary accout with kotak. I kept calling and asking the bank why and there was no answer. They kept saying because of some back internal policy it is blocked. I assume it could be because of my outstanding. But now my outstanding is hovering around 6000 and i have told i will pay on 7th and complete. Still the bank had no clue on unblocking it. Why is so...
