I did a wrong account transfer on 13th sept 2018, i have made a complaint to your bank 1-[protected] reference no, everytime i had called up customer care and asked for call back, and no one informed that i need to visit bob bank, today i was said to viait bob bank and handle myself, i will go but this should be informed earlier by your bank, which they dint. Unhappy with the service.
Today i.e 19/09/2018, i had also visited BOB bank but they said that it is supposed to be handled by Kotak and when i told that Kotak executive gave resolution that is wrong and they dint receive any email from kotak as its a different branch.
Kotak should send the email to the branch email id, thats a common sense
