I made a upi payment of rs. 1120.00 from my mobile banking app of kotak mahindra bank to amazon india (Order #[protected] on 6th aug, 2018.in between then my internet connection, where i was using amazon app got disconnected, and amount had been deducted from my account. Now amazon is saying they did not got any amount from your bank and kotak is saying they have credited it to beneficiary account. I called both of them at least for 10 times (Kotak has no toll free no and their customer executive also mark ur mail as resolve, without answering it), but they kept repeating same reply.
I am adding upi transaction id in attachment.
How can i charge a dispute regarding this and how kotak will help me out?
Lastly i want my money back, i don't want your repeated answer like we have credited this amount to beneficiary account.
