Initally kotak executive had given kotak credit card demo by saying no hidden cost/ no maintenance cost in any format. But after card got received, i am started getting billing of 1265 rupees every month under card protection plan. Even after several complaints against by calling customer care, no results.

It happened in bangalore. And i am still stuck with bill due.

It made me to start hating kotak service.

Please help me get rid of this.

I am still stuck with issue.

I asked for "Reverse letter" from kotak and I paid full and final settlement accordingly which is mentioned in "Reversal Letter".

Still I get calls from kotak customer care and they are using very bad words to pay bill. On the other hand, they are not understanding I already paid final settlement.

Please help me out.

My account is debited with ₹ 59 against tbms charges which is not true, It is an zero balance account so bank cannot charge such tbms charges on this account, The account was debited on 12th September 2018, kindly rectify it and repay the amount as soon as possible to my zero balance 811 account,

    all services i will clear the all outstanding i am requesting to the recovery agent to convert the my total outstanding to EMI and they given the some convert in EMI and my Credit card total Outstanding was 162000 and they given me 15000 less from total outstanding its comes to 147000 and some AMT on last statement that was 25th Aug-18 but on that Time given the Cheque of rs 14000 in date of 25th Aug-18 and after that i am made the payment 4900 through PayTM and on 4th Of Sep I Have received PF Amt 62747 And they also deducted in My Account without any intimation the thing is that i am saying every time to customer care and recovery person i am not ford customer i am clear all outstanding but pls activated the all services and and unblocked the card

    Renaming AMT 147000
    EMI AMT 24000 And Some RS for 6 months But 1st EMI Should Be 31000 And some RS This Confirmation Given My Recovery Manger but unable to recived the Any Mail Form him on 23rd Aug'18.

    Still My All The Service blockaded and today i am call to Kotak Mahindra Bank CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT they given Two no for collation department that two no that is [protected] and [protected] i am triying both no unable retched.

    My Problem is that i have 3 More payment form same account that is 1 Personal Loan And two Consumer Loan that unable pay that due to this blocked the my Account and they are chaired me ECS bounces Every EMI.

    I am saying every time to recovery person and customer service but they pls try understand and i am ford customer i am clear all outstanding with given EMI BUT Can't understand my problam.

    Pls Help Me my problem given suggestion for future step.

      I did an UPI transaction on 12-sept-2018. The UPI transaction was from [protected]@kotak to callmohamed.[protected]@oksbi. The transaction failed but still amount got deducted. Transaction ID:[protected] . I raised a query regarding this matter with Query ID:[protected] but still there seems to be no response from the bank. The money is very important and urgently required to me. Please resolve it ASAP.

        Hi this is rajashree, on 11-09-18 i was trying to add money (Rs 1000) to my kotak 811 account through my husband's cosmos bank net banking.

        The transaction was successful but my money is not credited to my kotak 811 account.

              Hi am a new customer, wanted to open.
              1. Joint account
              2. Junior account
              3. Linking of demat account with saving account.
              I have given all the signed documents to kotak bank representative on 28th aug.
              She has created a single account on the same day which i didn't asked. I have made atleast 10 follow up call over the last 2 weeks. Everytime the answer is next the account will be created.
              When i contacted branch office, they said the all physical documents are received on 9th sept (Today).

              This shows the signed document is allowed to take home. I worried with the privacy and security of the customer.

              Services i received so far is not only disappointing but felt so much ignorant towards a customer. Probably the closer of account is the only option.

              There is no update from bank side. I believe there is no email id for raising any such complaint. The reverence redressal portal does not work. Has been trying to escalate the issue but the portal giving error while submitting.

                Myself amit kumar, i am living in delhi with my wife.in[protected] i was using barclays bank credit card but my card had stolen by someone. After that also i did the payment of the dues but from last 15 days i am getting calls from some goons who are threating me for recovery and saying that they will kill me or will harm to my family.                   My mom card payment were pending. But she was nt at home. And this banks money collecter comes and tortures me to give back the money whn i hv said him i dnt knw talk to my mom. This guy without our permission asks money frm our neighbours. Whn i said plz dnt give mom will be angry with me. He started to use bad words to me. Calling me bhanchod and fraud. How can he call me that all things. Who the hell is he. Even i knw the law pretty well he hv no right to use that words. I can file a cmplint against even bank and him for harassing me insulting me in front of others. He hv no right to call me bhanchod, frad or mental he is harassing me. Insulted me. Whn i was nt the one to take the money. If action is nt taken by banks and other heads against him. I will even file cmplnt against bank

                    Donot open a kotak mahindra bank account as it is doing a gambling with all its customers.
                    Without intimation my account balance is being duducted as tmbs nearly 20000 rs was deducted from my account. Kotak mahindra is doing a much big fraud than pnb justice to be done to all kotak customer in this regard... Am a normal employee please help me in this regard.

                      I have a credit card ([protected]) of kotak mahindra bank and my some payment is due and i unable to make payment at this time due to my personal financial problems.
                      I will make the payment when i will receive my salary and i have told this to kotak collection team. But they called me again and again on[protected] and tortured me and misbehaved with me for making payment immediately and they also called to my boss asking the money. And they also told me that they will send their field executives and police to my office. I can loose my job because of this act and then it is not possible to make the payment on time, since i have only my job of earning.

                        Kotak credit card i'm using where they cut my amount of 4000 unwantedly... I have made a payment that amount it's not showing... I already covered emi to the amount but bill was generated for full amount i paid also now the kotak telling your emi amount as been converted to emi and to pay that amount again how it's possible when i'm already made a payment... There system is very bad they loot the money of customers daily calling to kotak customer care it's waste of time and money they are totally fooling the customers.. No proper response... They won't solve the issue also just closing the statements without solving the issue... Very bad... Torturing customers...

                          I made a upi payment of rs. 1120.00 from my mobile banking app of kotak mahindra bank to amazon india (Order #[protected] on 6th aug, 2018.in between then my internet connection, where i was using amazon app got disconnected, and amount had been deducted from my account. Now amazon is saying they did not got any amount from your bank and kotak is saying they have credited it to beneficiary account. I called both of them at least for 10 times (Kotak has no toll free no and their customer executive also mark ur mail as resolve, without answering it), but they kept repeating same reply.

                          I am adding upi transaction id in attachment.

                          How can i charge a dispute regarding this and how kotak will help me out?

                          Lastly i want my money back, i don't want your repeated answer like we have credited this amount to beneficiary account.

                            It all started when i requested credit card for my salary account but unfortunately cant receive it by speed post because i moved to some other address. I asked the delivery person to return it to bank and cancel its request.
                            After few months i gave account closing application to my nearest branch and asked them to close my account. I filled that closing form and made my account balance zero by withdrawing all money i have.
                            After almost 5-6 months,
                            Now the main issue comes here, i got charged for credit card bill for rs 250 which i never received or seen. Hows this fair? Why didn't they informed me while accepting my closure form. Why should i pay for the thing that i have not seen/used yet! Please answer

                              I got a call from this [protected] number the guy who called was saying my debit card got blocked so he called to confirn whether i want to continue the debit card or block it. I didn't blocked my debit card at any time so just check with this number n i need immediate response regarding this n i it shld not effect to banking process it shouldn't be disclosed it shld be confidential.

                                  Amount of 1179 and 3821 got debited from my kotak Mahindra bank account without my permission /knowledge with the narration of KSEC.

                                  This is a clear case of fraud as money from my bank account got debited which is supposed to be accessed by me and only me, I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter and refund my money and also disclose as to why such amounts are getting debited from many people's bank accounts. This is a scam that is being carried out by kotak Mahindra bank and kotak Securities.

                                  I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter as I am even taking this up in the consumer forum.

                                    Unstatisfy process, no time puncuatetly even it seems to be irresponsibility of bank employes and bank manager also. M really upset to service of this bank. Before one month i was open my mother's account in this bank but one month left we did not get passbook even no any confirmation about passbook. It's very slow process and service.

                                        Please unblocked my credit card of crn[protected] and please confirm me what was the reason behind card blocking and do not make verification before you make card and you also spoil the time of the customer and even yourself
                                        No intimation about card blocking
                                        No proper resolution provided by customer care and kotak has not shared mail id anywhere
