Dear sir /madam

I am sonali ghosh my ac[protected] in kolkata branch. Today i am withdraw of amount rs-8000/- (Eight thougent) from bank of indian (Boi) in panikoli jajpur dist in odisha. But that amount was not withdrawal from that atm or nither any slp from that atm. That atm id-obb8073. I am also call to the customer care phone number[protected]. Which is not working. I am getting very much definitely on that time. My email address which has registered in my bank account that has some problems...
[protected]@hotmail.com due to long time not used.

So kindly request to you return my hard core money to my respective bank ac.
Please find the attachment of some documents.

    I am having a saving bank account with your bank by the crn no 27098696 in this account on 14 november 2018 charges of rs 413 deducted without any prior intimation, so request you to kindly clarify me why this charges is deducted and refund these charges on priority basis.
    I am having this account since more than 5 yaers and in this account i always maintain the balance and continuous banking in this account so kindly do the needful regarding charges which is deducted in this account...

        Today we recieve a call and they said hello i m priya from kotak bank credit card department, and we said to her talk with my husband because my husband manage my all expences,

        Then she call my husband number and ask to make a payment, my husband told her to make approx within 7 to 8 days because we have some loss in our bussiness, but she talk reudely and abuse again and again,

        My husband cut down the phone and download recording app

        And then my husband call her on number and record all which language she is using, and i am also attach recording on this complaint also,

        Team i am customer of kotak bank but my bad luck i have facing some losses but we doesnt think we didnt paid our dues amount, we also know they impact our cibil also, but we want some time to pay but we doesnt want that anyone call me and abuse me for some amount because we are from educated family, we have our own house and our shop not a rented,
        So i request to kotak bank please take some action that uneducated telecaller,

          That i am using a kotak mahindra credit card since one and half years.in my financial problem i am not able to pay all amount of this card. The bank is settle me last 44, 000 rs. Against 59, 000 total amount.
          The bank person mr. Nitin and mr. Raminder singh has been told abuse and cheap language for me and threat me and my family. I am always ready for the payment but his calling me all the time and trouble me please suggest me. His not providing any type of clarification about the settlement and calling me all the time defaulter.

            Worst banking service, they always focus on money money money from its customer. actually i opened salary account from Kotak, after few month i got loan but before i complete the loan amount they ate all my money saying this charge and that charges. after fed up and decided to close the account but for that also they calculated some of amount for final settlement in the name of remaining formality and finally i did it.
            - Staffs and securities of Kotak Trininty Circle branch is worst in behavior with customers, themselves they think that they are the CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, even such higher authorities will not behave so causal and worst infront of customers.
            - I was looted saying the word charges.
            - They don't even respond properly with his customer.
            - They are big fraud bank compared to other bank
            - I was not getting any transaction SMS from this bank, i got scared of contacting the branch for that also they will tell that i have to pay Rs 500 each month.
            As a customer of a bank what can we expect ? to save money safely ? right, but here in India we are made fools from this kind of fraud banks
            and from our account they save money and ran away from country.
            (How many procedures to collect money from us ?)

            I have both NRO and NRE account with Kotak which I have opened in 2014. I always remit the amount from United Arab Emirates when I was working there however since my elder brother passed away I decided to return back to my family and stayed in India for 2 years in which I have informed Kotak Mahindra bank, Sector 27, Chandigarh branch to merge the account in One account called NRO as I was not planning to go abroad and I was told that its done. due to some unforeseen circumstances I could manage my account but last year, I decided to join a company which is based in Iraq. I joined in November and while checking the options I have contacted with one of Kotak representative on their Sector 9 branch, Chandigarh who advised me to remit the amount on same account and bank will active the account accordingly. I have asked them that there will not be any issue and I was told no sir there will not be and Bank will active your account accordingly. based on that believe I deposit my salary to Kotak but this month Kotak deduct more than 15 thousand stating that these are the charges for non-maintenance the account since long time so they deduct the amount. there is no system in which I can speak with anyone there as there emails are just stating that do not reply to their emails. I tried to contact with Miss Gunjan who forward me one number of Mr. Harjot. I do spoke with him who forward me another number Mr. Jitendra but no one is giving me answer.
            we kill almost oursef while we choose to work outside our country to save money for our children to provide them good future and if we got these kinds of reactions from banks what would we do with this. if tomorrow I will apply a loan and refuse to return their money then Indian government implement the law that they will put me in prison then why government cannot help us to reimburse our money back.
            I am really expecting you to consider this case as on priority basis as I have a lots of responsibility of a big family and want to use this money for my family not for bank nonsense procedures.
            please advise what will be the next procedure for me to take any action against bank.

              Ad hoc statement charge ₹68 have been deducted on 14/10/2018 from my kotak mahindra account without any information.

              But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either i tried customer service no. But not connect with customers care officer.

              So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹68 to my account.

                My loan account is cfb26993, i want statement of this account, my emi is not getting debited from bank account, they are saying that there will be no extra charges, but at the time of noc they will charge me heavy fine, this is to warn them, why they are not responding to any of my mail and phone.

                I have done payment through imps to check whether it is getting credited in the same account but still there is no response for the same too.

                Very worst banking service by kotak mahindra bank, dont deal in this bank and avail any of there services

Planning to take this issue to higher level and will have to close my account with you people and ensure you are refunding my money back.                     I have a car loan with kotak mahindra and have step up for a ecs from my icici account for 5th of every month. However they call for the amount apart from the set date. Which has caused me fee for dishonor on account multiple times and also harming my creditability.
                    When called customer care they say that is their process of ecs.
                    This has been their regular practice since i have got the loan.
                    They don't have concerned team who can resolve your problems. Once the account moved to collections no one is their to answer your queries or re-direct to concerned person/ team.
                    The marketing and sales team is after your life till you get the loan and once the loan is approved and you get the money their is no one who even answer.
                    And the way they talk and interact with customers is not at all in line with customer service industry.
                    Would like to be compensated for all the fees and charges implied o account due to the kotak calling for ecs apart from date of ecs set. And also a relevant clarification and resolution for creditability harm due to their going out of way and process

                      I had deposited my Kotak Mahindra bank account cheque to my SBI account (A/c No. [protected]) on 03/11/2018. On 06/11/2018 at 3.40 PM I had received SMS from your bank that cheque has returned due to difference in the signature.
                      a).Is it a right procedure to return the cheque directly without informing me ? Please explain me what is your procedure in this regard.
                      b) I have collected returned cheque from SBI & found no error in it. Also I have gone to my home branch & shown the sign to Ms. Sneha & other staff members; they had also found it Ok.
                      c) They had told that your procedure of returning the cheque. According to them your bank inform to customer before returning the cheque. But in my case why this is not followed not known to them.
                      d) Who will bear the cost if SBI & your bank put the service charges for that?

                            I'm a Savings account holder. I annoyed with the recurrent sales calls to my mobile every week. DNC is registered within their website & National registry. I started logging several complaints since June 2018 from net banking website, talked to their senior staff to stop this behaviour. Last month I had serious direct conversations & emails exchanged with (Sana Thakur sana.[protected]@kotak.com) requesting to control their misconduct & respect privacy. But even till now this financial institution is continuing to annoy with recurrent sales calls.

                            Looks like Kotak senior staff has no decency to respect customer privacy even with DNC enabled in their website & national registry.

                              I have applied the passbook online and visited nearly 5 branches for passbook none of the bank is having the passbook then what the use of having such bank if they can’t fullfill the basic minimum requirement of bank facilities. From 2 months facing the problem the branches i have visited are ameerpet, begumpet, khairatabad, srinagar colony. None of the bank is ready to give the say will provide in 15-30 days and when reaching them after 20days they repeat the same words when ask them loudly they say we can’t do anything as we are not getting the passbook from center. Now i don’t know what is center. Please solve thid issue

                                I hold credit card & due to diwali vacation i m unavailable to my currenct city so i cant paid last due payment & i received a call from surat kotak mahindra staff telling me to pay immediately so i saidi will pay next day after that person who called me giving gali to not paying payment & valgur word to me. This is really harassment & never heard like this type staff. That person gave me gali about my mother.

                                  These kotak peoples had dialed me in and they said they have lesser interest rates and other beneficiary services, i had to transfer my hdfc loan to these kotak pl, before proceeding to this i have clearly asked them about the foreclosure and part payment, their executives said after 1 year you can do 4 part-payments per year and no foreclosure charges after 1 year, they also committed in case of any emergency we can hold 2 emi's, but really when i had emergency they said no such policies exist and recently i planned to close my account after completing 1 year, but to my surprise they have mentioned many components like foreclosure charges, interest, etc. And added almost 24, 000 extra apart from my principal amount which is really unfair, all these days i am paying interest and principal regularly, why i need to pay extra for my money?

                                  These kind of fraudulent is really not tolerable, someone suggest me what to do here next?

                                  No Update still from Bank end, This clearly states their negligence and irresponsible to their customers.
                                  I have taken a loan from ING vysya bank in 2008 and cleared it and now kotak mahindra bank is asking me to pay Rs. 1, 20, 000.00 and put this amount in cibil. Kindly ask the bank people to solve this issue immediately.

                                      I applied for a personal loan from kotak mahindra bank on 4-feb-2010, loan account csg3945918. An ecs on emi was placed to my hdfc bank account.in the first 2-3 months, there was an ecs failure as kmb had incorrectly captured the bank account number to be debited. I had to pay them through pdcs. The last installment for the loan was paid on 3-feb-2013. After 5 years, kmb is asking for cheque bounce charges of inr 19147. They threaten to put lien to my account with them, which had been offered for closure in 2012 through a letter submitted at their kandivali branch. Further, they have processed a credit card in my name without authorization for which they have generated monthly bill. The pace of resolution is so slow and the process so lethargic - you can complain only from their website, not write more than 200 words and explain in attachments - at the end of it, they promptly mention that it will take 5 working days to respond. Kotak mahindra bank has been the worst bank in my experience where the banking arm does not know what loans department does or what credit card department does. They also do not have records of older correspondence and ask for it for reference from me. I wonder how kmb arrived at the conclusion that it is the customer at fault and not them. Wondering i[censored]day kotak, dipak gupta and shanti ekambaram approve of bank's irresponsible behavior.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have applied credit card from bankbazar.com and i have submitted all the documents on october 22nd but haven't received any confirmation. I have also received twice phone verification from kotak support. But there is no still https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/update, as its almost 20 days back. Please look into this issue. I have contacted many times, but no response from the team. I have never experienced from any bank credit department
