Kotak credit card i'm using where they cut my amount of 4000 unwantedly... I have made a payment that amount it's not showing... I already covered emi to the amount but bill was generated for full amount i paid also now the kotak telling your emi amount as been converted to emi and to pay that amount again how it's possible when i'm already made a payment... There system is very bad they loot the money of customers daily calling to kotak customer care it's waste of time and money they are totally fooling the customers.. No proper response... They won't solve the issue also just closing the statements without solving the issue... Very bad... Torturing customers...

    I made a upi payment of rs. 1120.00 from my mobile banking app of kotak mahindra bank to amazon india (Order #[protected] on 6th aug, 2018.in between then my internet connection, where i was using amazon app got disconnected, and amount had been deducted from my account. Now amazon is saying they did not got any amount from your bank and kotak is saying they have credited it to beneficiary account. I called both of them at least for 10 times (Kotak has no toll free no and their customer executive also mark ur mail as resolve, without answering it), but they kept repeating same reply.

    I am adding upi transaction id in attachment.

    How can i charge a dispute regarding this and how kotak will help me out?

    Lastly i want my money back, i don't want your repeated answer like we have credited this amount to beneficiary account.

      It all started when i requested credit card for my salary account but unfortunately cant receive it by speed post because i moved to some other address. I asked the delivery person to return it to bank and cancel its request.
      After few months i gave account closing application to my nearest branch and asked them to close my account. I filled that closing form and made my account balance zero by withdrawing all money i have.
      After almost 5-6 months,
      Now the main issue comes here, i got charged for credit card bill for rs 250 which i never received or seen. Hows this fair? Why didn't they informed me while accepting my closure form. Why should i pay for the thing that i have not seen/used yet! Please answer

        I got a call from this [protected] number the guy who called was saying my debit card got blocked so he called to confirn whether i want to continue the debit card or block it. I didn't blocked my debit card at any time so just check with this number n i need immediate response regarding this n i it shld not effect to banking process it shouldn't be disclosed it shld be confidential.

          I have withdrawn 50k from kotak atm but wich was decline but after some time i have revived a massege from kotak that rs-48900 credited to my account can i know what is my fault because i have not received 1100 rs till date and not considermy compaliant.
          Pls do the needful as earliest.

            Amount of 1179 and 3821 got debited from my kotak Mahindra bank account without my permission /knowledge with the narration of KSEC.

            This is a clear case of fraud as money from my bank account got debited which is supposed to be accessed by me and only me, I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter and refund my money and also disclose as to why such amounts are getting debited from many people's bank accounts. This is a scam that is being carried out by kotak Mahindra bank and kotak Securities.

            I request the authorities to kindly look into this matter as I am even taking this up in the consumer forum.

              This bank empolyes does not coprate with us
              Unstatisfy process, no time puncuatetly even it seems to be irresponsibility of bank employes and bank manager also. M really upset to service of this bank. Before one month i was open my mother's account in this bank but one month left we did not get passbook even no any confirmation about passbook. It's very slow process and service.

                Myself k manoj kumar i was getting a call from kotak caller excutive he said u r card was destroyed and new card will be issued for u just some verification having there ask details card no. And otp he was 16099 amount was used and the transtion amount -8001/- id 008727 and amount-7999/- id 009118

                And the mobile no. He was called-[protected]/[protected]

                Sir i was request to u dont leave this guys

                      I ashaben shah, given from bank of baroda non ctc cheque no. 00009 of rs. 500000/- on dated 08/08/2018 to kumkum developers. Kumkum developers having bank account in kotak bank. Non ctc was return on dated 08/08/2018. Then after it was represented by kotak bank without intimation of account holder on dated 13/08/2018. It was also return for non ctc. On same date, i request to bank to return my cheque at my registered address. They was received my request. But, after some days on 29/08/2018, kotak bank also represent my same cheque. The opposite bankers (Bank of baroda) was all time debited bank charges of total rs. 1770 (Bank charges 590 * 3) from party. The kotak bank is till date not return my cheque and excused with me for other. The kotak bank officer mobile number is [protected].

                      Kindly take necessary action and help to us for a take return my cheque.

                        On the first week of august, a kotak life insurance agent named biswajit chaudhury called me for an interview. After the interview he asked me for rs. 1200 as exam fee which would be conducted after taking one week of training which i paid to him in cash. The next day i had family exigency so i asked him for the refund as the training or exam couldn't be appeared by me but he refused to refund stating that he processed the payment. Even the documentation was not done he said the payment was processed. So i submitted the rest documents and asked for the payment slip which he still hasn't provided. The communication, service and behavior of kotak life is absolutely disgusting.

                        Yesterday, in Attur (Tamilnadu) kotak mahindra employees (but they were not having company tag, identity card) conduct job fair. They didn't ask resume and explain kotak mahindra company info. They try tell like agent jobs. Finally they asked 1200 rs for exam fee and no fee of 5 days training. They told If we attend means starting 100 rs advance for register fee for exam. Is all those thinks true or fake people's? ????. Kindly check this. Vanue conducted is Attur (bakya marriage hall), Salem dt, Tamilnadu. (12.10.2021)

                        Respectable kotak group of people's., I am not saying this is definitely wrong. Kindly check this whether true or fake.
                        Kotak life branch kakinada conducted meeting to join as advisors (retired employees) and demanding exam fees of Rs 1200. Is it correct way or fruad.

                          Rs10000 and rs375 have been debited from my kotak savings bank account of biplab saha and nandini saha on 3rd september 2018 without any intimation and consent and transferred to ksec. Combined. No information regarding this debit was provided by the concerned agent during opening of the kotak securities account. Our user id: drbip_1962 and trading code: d06ur.

                          It is unacceptable and requested to take necessary action to put the money back to our savings bank account [protected] ifsc:kkbk0006577

                            Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 3/09/2018 from my kotak mahindra account without any information. It is deducted 2 times 118 +118

                            It is very bad service

                            But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either i tried customer service no. But not connect with customers care officer.

                            So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹236 to my account.

                            I'm not getting OTP instantaneously. It'll take around 10-15 min which is not at all useful for my online transaction. Please solve this issue

                                Kotak mahindra bank theft to my money max 5500 rupies. Reason salary account not validation. Before any confirmation and any not to call me, monthly minimum balance maintenance issue, monthly cut to my account 708 rupees in my account, max beware of mahindra bank fraud. Very disappointed to discuss to bank staff, not any one staff not coordinate to customers and customer service representatives also not cooperating. Very rudly manhadling to talk to me.

                                  I am sahil yadav. I have applied for kotak mahindra bank credit card with application number [protected]. I am really disappointed with your service. It’s been 1 month, i have applied for credit card and your sales representative told me that i am eligible for the card, so i provided him documents, but now i am getting sms that my card is disapproved. When i was not eligible so why you have taken my documents or else if i am eligible then why you are not approving my card.Â

                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap. If i am eligible then provide me card or else give my self attested documents back.

                                    Dear team,
                                    My name is piyush srivastava from jankipuram extension lucknow.
                                    I had applied for a job using job portal website shine.com.
                                    I got the mail regarding job in kotak bank as an operational manager they had charged for the registration amounted rs.2550.
                                    I paid and they asked my docunents for verification and it has been done the same day.
                                    After two days i got call from mr. Aman rawat told me he is from kotak bank hr recruitment department.
                                    Than he start my recruitment process. For every step they charged me amount and also they sent me the mail for refunding whole amount i paid as they demanded with me. After done my interview all process start completed fast as they have given me joining letter as well and in that letter my joining date was mention 3rd sep 2018.
                                    They told me about physical verification of my resident address and my documents i have given a time to come before 1.15 pm on 28th august 2018 but at that they unable to come and since i continously call them they picled my call sometimes and told me that my offer issued soon. But today they start not picking my call.
                                    As they made me false promise and fake calls.
                                    I want to take hard action against them and want to get my whole amount. I belongs to lower middle class family have no job so i do what they are said to me just to get a job in a bank.

                                      I remember vaguely that in 2003 abn amro came to my the then employers and took details for all the employees for issuing lifetime free credit card. The card which came through courier was returned by the same courier agent without even taking delivery as i never wanted credit card at that time.
                                      After 12 years the call calls started coming from kotak mahindra recovery agents for a sum of inr 3020 due on the credit card which i refused to recognize. A written complaint was submitted to cibil for spoiling my credit score and my plea was if i can repay my other loans and some of them brought to closure i can also pay inr 3020 but i will not pay it as i have never taken the card and it does not belong to me. Few days back kotak agent again called me as i again protested with cibil for spoiling my credit report without any valid reasons. This agent was giving me some card number and asked me to put an fir for lost credit card. I have no such lost credit card and i can not file a false fir. This amount kotak writes in cibil as written off and they are showing 36 times default due to this. This is harassment and should be stopped. Paying inr 3020 is not big deal but question is why when the amount is not due on me. This is corporate banking bully and is not acceptable. Kindly help in resolving this dispute.

                                        I have nri account with mahindra kotak bank and i request for personal loan for 10lakh. They approve and issue, but after 18 months i found out that they appprove loan for my wife not for me. I feel cheated that they dont even inform me that this loan is on my wife name.
                                        Also when i apply for loan then they told me that 1 year is lock period then i can repay all in one time, no additional charges. Now they are asking for 5% interest on principle amount. After approving loan i got money to my account i didnt revieved any detail or loan account number and crn no. There was no comunication at all until i stop paying installment.
                                        Too much hidden things and cheating.
