I had purchased a Tv from usha electronic dombivli west But the Tv was not good and was not satified with the TV and have returned to the dealer the next day. But Kotak had already processed the loan

I had taked to the kotak representative . Mr Ram who had processed the loan . But since he is not authorized to do anything . So Mr Ram the local kotak representative took me and kotak Regional Manager MR Alkesh Pawar on the call I explain to him my concerns He promised to me that Kotak is willing to cancel the disbursement or go in for the exchange Process. But when contacted the Dealer, The Dealer says that kotak is not willing to cancel the disbursement.
Can someone from the higher authority help me to solve this problem

    Dear All,

    I am continuously having very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank about credit card payment reminder calls. I am getting around 4 to 5 calls everyday about the payment reminder for credit card. I gave complaint several times but the issue is not resolved. The customer care is torchering me for payment and the calls which i am getting is very prior to the payment due date. Kindly help me to get the issue resolved. I have not seen such a damn and worst bank in my life. They are torchering me like anything. I am also getting numerous calls even after i make the payment. Kindly help.

    One of the worst service from kotak Mahindra credit card. I'm getting atleast 3 remainder calls daily even thou you have a due date. I'm planning to cancel the card only because of this reason. And I suggest others not to opt this bank credit card service, such a worst service I ever see.

      I am holding my account on kotak mahindra bank as this is my salary account when i specified kotak mahindra that the company where was working is closed so my account will be also closed but the bank said that till you will keep the amount on your account your account will be not closed. But now the problem is that my account hasbeen closed and i want to withdrawal my amount how can i withdrawal it. The bank is not giving any response they are saying that the amount will be reachead to you by post but on which adress they will send the amount because my residece as well as office both the addres has been changed and when i asked this to the bank they were not giving satisfied response also i tried to talk with customer care but they told that we don't no more detail you contect to your nearest kotak mahindra bank regarding this. Now the problem is that how i will reach my amount to me

        Hi

        This is sreenivas and my loan account id with kotak is 59628638.
        I wanted to close the same pl loan in the month of aug 2018 that is why i submitted dd (Dd no: 899600) for 1 lac 6o thousand changes in the month of aug 29th 2018/ (Additional 600 rs cheque i deposited for extra) and it got cleard in the month of sep 4th 2018. Then also kotak produced my emi on sep 10th. It got bounced because i have already paid my complete loan amount.
        When i spoke with customer care people to get noc, they are asking me to pay fine amount from sep 4th to still date. Approximate amount is 2500 rs. Still i dint understand why should i pay additional amount if i already closed my loan last month its self.
        Please look into it and provide the noc as soon as possible or else

        If you delayed in providing noc, your loan recovery people will kill me like anything. They use to call me more than 10 times including weekend.

            Hi.
            Today morning i did imps to punjab national bank..
            Since in kotak there is an option to do imps without adding beneficiary..
            Its afternoon and money got deducted from my acc but still not reflecting in my other account..
            Now this is pathetic.
            Customer care says call on mon ..like really??
            I am in emergancy right now and i dont have mony in my kotak acc and not in pnb ...as i did imps kotak deducted it but its not came in pnb acc.
            I need solution asap.

                I have visited the nearest atm of icici bank in shastri nagar b block for using card of kotak for withdraw the amount.

                I am having the a/c in kotak mahindra from last 5 years.

                I have received the message from bank that your transaction is complete of 10000/- but have not received the cash from machine.
                It was continously shwing as under process for few minutes but money did'nt came out from machine.

                Pls do the neddful on priority.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is dhruv berlia from siliguri, representing lr berlia group, a very reputed group in siliguri into manufacturing and packaging of tea, we have 8 tea estates and 8 bought leaf tea factories, manufacturing 15 million kgs of tea annually.

                  This complain is with regard to one of our group companies neelkanth tea co. Ltd, we had approached kotak bank for take over of our existing banking facility with hdfc bank for better rate of interest and enhanced cc limit (Working capital).
                  We had applied and gave all the necessary documents for loan approval to kotak bank officials in siliguri. We met all the top officials of the company and developed good trust in each other.
                  The kotak officials released the sanction letter, and our loan was passed, then they requested us for an approval letter for disbursement of funds, we in reply said them that please dont make the draft (Pay order) until and unless the existing banker (Hdfc) accepts and gives a noc clearance for effecting the take over, but they still pestered us saying they have monthly targets, which if we delay in availing, the disbursement will get further delayed.

                  On good faith and healthy spirit we agreed to give them a request letter for disbursement, with a pre condition verbally that only and only once our existing banker will give an noc and accept your pay order, only then take over can happen. So, they agreed and made the draft, which they never gave us or to the bank, but hdfc ban did not co-operate with us in accepting us to shift from their bank to kotak.

                  So, once hdfc did not accept the take over, the matter was lying flat, and we are still with hdfc at the moment.

                  Now, kotak officers (Mr. Abir mukherjee and his colleagues) are constantly harassing us via mails saying that we have to pay interest charges and 4 % of the entire sanctioned amount as fore closure and prepayment charges.

                  Our arguments are:
                  Firstly, it cannot be said that take over has happened, the pay order which they had claimed to have made, has neither been given to us nor to our existing banker.
                  So, it cannot be said that disbursement has been done in any way whatsoever.

                  Regarding the letter, requesting the disbursement of loan which they have mentioned in the mail, we had a precondition
                  Of the request was acceptance of draft by our present banker. The letter was signed and given in healthy spirit where we mutually agreed that take over will happen only and only if
                  Existing bank will give a clearance, now when the existing bank has not co-operated and denied any noc whatsoever, the take over could not be effected.

                  Under these circumstances, kotak bank has en cashed our cheque of rs 166705 and 141275 as processing fee, wherein no facility has been availed.
                  We have also on good faith given you 2 blank cheques.

                  We are really being harassed, with no fault of ours and we have not used a single penny from kotak bank.

                  Please help us out urgently.

                    I'm using kotak bank last one year, it's my salary account but i lost my debit card this new year, after that i request new card, kotak collect residence address and they told u will get card in residence address. But they didn't send card then i request to near by branch then i got a card after 6 month coz of request card. Now they detection my amount from my account then they said u have to maintain 3 month as minimum balance in ur account they ur detection amount will be refunded. But i didn't get money refunded they detected more than 5000 for mb reason. I need a solution customer service not good and they didn't done their promise.                       But now in this bill you charged me 499 annual charge plus gst which is not good

                            As per appended subject from my last three cash pick up request every time short found in my cash which is not acceptable??What is the meaning of cash received stamp and acknowledgement
                            Why cash pick up guy is not counting the cash in front o[censored]s ??
                            Why he is stamping the cash receipt and giving acknowledgement if there is difference in cash.
                            In good faith 1 or 2 times I accepted earlier that may we made a mistake but this time in today's cash I counted 3 times my cash which is very low only 118000 in which 1note of 500 rs is short as per the cashier. I counted three times my cash which is also in my CCTV footage.
                            In this September month total 10 times we deposited cash in my account in which I gave 4 cash pickup request by home banking, when cash is sent through my staff there is no cash difference while in 4 cash pickup request in 3 cash is short.
                            Details of cash deposit request by home banking are:

                            1) 24/09/2018 request was 118000
                            But 117500 deposited,
                            500 less deposited in my account.

                            2) 21/09/2018 request was 132000
                            But 131600 deposited, 400 short in my account.

                            3) 14/09/2018 request was 172000
                            But 171500 deposited,
                            500 rs short credited in my account.

                            There are also short cames many times and every time I request that why u not counting cash in front o[censored]s, the cash pick up guy replies it's not my job.
                            I just want to know that in home banking cash pickup facility, what are the guidelines, our agreement with vendor or circular.

                            When I gave cash at my registered address by home banking and cash pick up guy is not counting and checking the fake note and without counting and checking he gives cash received stamps in cash slip and gives acknowledgement
                            So what is the meaning of stamp and acknowledgement if difference in cash received at cash counter.

                            Kindly give me the details and clear the policy that who is liable if after giving cash received stamp and after leaving my office there is difference is cash and fake note comes.

                                On September 6th i Recharged 129 Rs To My Mobile No And it Was Not Successful & Amount Id Debited From My Account.It Was Not Refunded. I Was Called To Customer Care No And They Told Me TO Wait For 2 MInutes And I have Waited 10 Minutes Then i Cut The Call. And And It Was Cost Me 25 Rs For Being Line With Them. Still I Did't Get My Money Back. I am Not Satisfy With The Kotak Bank Services.

                                    Myself preeti kapoor has taken one credit card from barclays bank in 2006-07 (Don’t know exactly). Already settled that account in 09, but now i started receiving calls from executive from kotak mahindra bank is in contact with us saying that your dues are rs. 22000 and you have to pay it. They settled the matter in amt rs. 8000 in sept-2009 with my husband. I already have noc. All these calls are made in odd hours and person is really abusive on phone. Please note as per rbi guidelines calls are to be made to the person on his/her number

                                    How can we pay to third party. The bank persons are ready to show the concern letter regarding the dissolution of barclays with them. But now i am totally confused weather to give the money or not? Is it authorized agency or they are cheating us? Please give me the suggestion or any concern consultant who can handle the matter.

                                    After 5 years i got a call from someone claiming collection officer from kotak. Person explained me that kotak has taken over barclay and the previous settlement letter is null and void. They also know how much i am earning.

                                    Since morning he has called 12 times and using abusive language. I have also marked the same mail to kotak bank but this man is insisting me that i should come and meet him today only.

                                      I have paid money through debit card to a link provided by kotak bank to open kotak bank account my money deducted but it is not deposited in my kotak bank account. Here i am attaching the prof. I have contacted many time to the bank authority but they are not helping.

                                        My account has been blocked without prior notice on 7th september 2018. I just received a message informing the same and reason mentioned in that was kyc deficient account.
                                        I was travelling at that time and i faced lot of inconvenience as i was not allowed to do any transactions. I called customer care several times, but they don't know anything and everyone was suggesting me to visit a branch, which i couldn't do as i was travelling on an important work. After that i made calls to branch and made lot of complaints with customer care and raised many escalation emails. But till date my account is still in blocked state.

                                        The branch officer meena told there is some issue with my brother's account and hence his and my accounts were blocked. I am shocked like.. If there is any issue or suspicion in the transactions they have to enquire about it or lodge complaint with the concerned authority and most important thing is they have to inform the same to the customer which they never did in this issue.

                                        The officer meena is so arrogant that she is yelling at me like.. "it will take time to unblock your account and your brother's account won't be unblocked. You can complaint to whomever you want and i don't care". When i told her that i will close my account with you if this is the behavior then she again yelled at me like do as per your wish and we don't need your account.

                                        With this i am helpless and baffled by the behavior of this bank. Till date i have been calling customer care again and again for unblocking my account but no one is helping.

                                        Kindly take up with kotak authorities on this issue.

                                        You transfer from [protected]@kotak to [protected]@sbi of 25, 000/- failed but the amount deducted from my account..
