Hi team,

Visited kotak mahindra bank - lokhandwala township, akurli road, kandivali east - mumbai - 400101 for paying tds of rs 59000 for sale on agreement property. Waited for almost 30 minutes no one entertain me, all executives are just roaming and asking for signing up for kotak credit card.

Everyone was diverting me to one counter where one lady was attending the customer. So met manager of the branch to ask whether you have only one employee in whole bank branch who is working for kotak.

He said all other are only sales executives and one lady staff have other access.

Other than one lady one men sits opp to manager cabin. Dont know what he does over there?.

Then after 45 minutes i was diverted to that lady. But she said bank is not able to pay the tds. And inform me to pay it from my netbanking login.

So i logged in from my id and ask her to guide me. Then also she was not sure which option to choose from. As per my knowledge to pay the tds on sale of property we need to pay challan no 280. But she guided me for challan no 281 which was wrong.

So want to know why bank branch is open for??

Just for depositing the cash?
Just to drop the cheque?

Is kotak recruiting such staff who dont know how to pay the tds.

I know more than that bank employee.

Want to know from kotak side why you have step that bank branch?

So want to know why bank branch is open for ??

Just for Depositing the Cash?
Just to drop the cheque ?

Is Kotak Recruiting such staff who dont know how to pay the TDS.

I know more than that Bank Employee.

Want to know from Kotak Side why you have set up that bank branch ?

    Received sms from Kotak bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 08/08/18. Without my permission

    .I haven't activated oneAssist plan to my knowledge.

    I contacted kotak customer care and one assist customer care.. no response from them

    Please refund my amount.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I don't know why no one has complained against them to police. Recently I got so many calls from them asking me to go for an interview for the post of manager . I was very sceptical as no one calls you and give u job nowadays just like that . I started searching on internet and thank god got this page .

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I am Sahibjot Singh and I am facing big problem as the "Kotak bank" just deducted the money from my account on the basis of non maintenance bank i.e Rs "12600" which is huge amount.

      I was not using this account from long back. However, one day I decided to use this account. So I reached bank i.e sector 16 branch noida and asked banker. She told me that your account is still active and if you will submit the money then you can use it. I called bank customer care again and ask the same details that how much is the pending amount I do have which I have to pay. So that I can restart my account.

      At that time the customer care executive firstly told me the amount i.e Rs 266 or something and then after that I again asked let me know the total amount and then he said that its around 1300 which also will be refunded to you if you maintain your account balance to Rs 10000 in 3 months.

      Now, after this conversation I added the amount to my bank account on 5th of July 2018 and then after 10 days that is 15th of July 2018 they have just deducted the amount that is Rs "12600" which is totally unacceptable as they have keep me in dark. But now they are saying that they can only refund 3 months of amount not more then that which is like Rs "[protected]" only.

      - Firstly they have not informed before converting the salary account to normal. No call/ No letter etc.
      - They didn't provide me with the clear information instead of that they kept me in dark.
      - They are misguiding the common man and earning the money doing such cheap things.

        I am wondering how they got my credit card details and how the transaction was made without otp.

        I received only sms of the disputed transaction and called up customer service and they advised me to cancel the card.
        I have blocked my card, please look in to my complaint and dispute the amount

          I have salary account in kotak mahindra. i had left the company in December only. Now i am receiving mails regarding maintenance charges and all. No bank deduct amount on salray account for non maintenance of charges but the ### bank (kotak) always deduct the amount. very pathetic bank...Dear Kotak team, plaese learn from ICICI, how to differentiate between salary and saving account. kindly close my kotak account, and one more thins, i m not going to pay any single penalty for this. all i can do is throw the atm and checkbook in gutter...

            There was a loan in my mother's (Salma bi) name, but the recovery agency of your bank is calling my friends/acquaintances and stating that i took a loan from the bank and is not answering your calls.

            I spoke to the person who was calling my friends and harassing them in my name he spoke in a crude manner and said that your mother's loan is there and we will do the same thing we are doing for past three days until she pays.

            I asked them to go through a legal channel but they again told me do whatever you want we will not stop.

            I have nothing to do so with the loan and i request you to stop them from calling my friends. Even if my mother took the loan what is my fault in that. The company i am working in has corporate tie ups with your bank, and if this continues i will tell my companies legal/compliance team about this and they will take necessary actions to blacklist your bank.

            When I checked my credit score it is showing low because of Kotak Mahindra Bank personal loan and the same is showing in my profile with Loan account no:XXXX1741 and XXXX7211 but I never ever took any loans or never ever be guarantor of any person. Request to support to close the same urgently.

                My salary account (In kotak mahindra bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined other company and there was no credit of salary into my kotak mahindra bank account. Now my salary account in kotak mahindra bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care but all the time answering maching asked my debit or credit pin number but i forget these pin number because its a long time when i creat debit or credit pin number. But i keep trying to contact customer care by default once it connect my number to customer care and when i share my issue the customer care agent disconnect my call. After that i went to my nearest branch in meerut and discuss this matter but no one understand my problem and said that your money is only refunded by the main branch where your account is open but is too far that branch is in noida i belong to the middle class family its my first job salary i earn this money through hard work i tried many time i visit the meerut branch several time so that i can find out the way my money will refunded by the bank but seriously no one help me in this everytime they said your money will not be refunded still i am getting the msg that your account is debited because of non maintance charges, the total salary in my account is rs-7000 approx but now it became 500 pls pls help me as i want my money back i request you to please take action against this bank... They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                  On 1st afternoon i tried to transfer 999rs to one of my friend using kotak mahindra bank mobile application., i donot know the reason why the transfer has failed since i have done these kind of transfers many a times., after this failed transaction i have noticed that the money has been deducted. I tried contacting the customer care[protected] more than 10 times, the call did not connect. There was no email id to support.

                      To the managing director, good day. I have an account with kotak for over 6 years. I also have an active pl. My account has been put on hold and due to which i have been on the phone with kotak. I have requested the hold to be removed and as advised i have made a payment of the minimum due on 1st august 2018, so that the hold can be removed saying that, i can call back once the amount is paid after she had taken approval of the manager. I called the customer service after i made the payment, so that the hold can be removed. The direct debits attached to the account are getting bounced as the account is on hold. Now, when i am requesting the hold be removed, everyone on the phone says i have to clear the total due, before the hold can be lifted, which i did not expect.

                      Putting the savings/salary account on hold due to late payment of credit card bill is unacceptable as i was never informed about it. Need of real help to unhold the savings account

                        This is observed some of your relation ship manager (Arpit. Vig) taken the privilege to decide lower exchange rate for customer, where bank has applied higher exchange rate on same day same time. Today i got a exchange rate of 67.55 (Usd to inr) where as my colleague in same kotak bank got 68.30.

                        I could not able to understand the reason of such variation in same bank in same day.

                        Who is the right person to be coordinated in such case.

                          I was misguided by the agent. I paid 2lakhs to for insurance and my policy is active from 28/07/2018. The booklet instructions says that i can cancel the policy within 15 days grace period. When i talked to the customer care they denied to cancel it online, rather asked me to go the the branch. I google the branch and found location listed on google as kotak life insurance. When i went there, there was no office at all. It was a residential area. I looked around the entire area and could not find the office. Finally, i went to the kotak bank and asked them where is their insurance office, then they guided me to the location which is not even shown in google as kotak insurance.

                          When i approached the helpdesk with all my documents mentioned by the customer care: id proof, cancelled check, etc the helpdesk guy immediately called the sales guy who gave me the policy. When he heard that i want to cancel the policy, he pulled me to the counselling room and started explaining the policy all over again. I literally felt mentally harrassed by these people. Then the other two people along with the manager came and started explaining the details all over and over again. Somewhere i feel like letting go that 2 lakh ruppees to avoid this sort of harrasment but again its a big amount and i dont want to be bothered by these sales agents and spoil my peace of mind. If there are any other ways please help me!

                              I didn't received ATM and cheque book, which delivered successfully on 7th July, 2018 message received by courier service and they said it delivered to Rajkot branch but branch staff said they didn't received. Please do needful urgently if it is misused, bank responsible for it. Courier service said it delivered to bank branch. But branch staff refused to received.                                     I am an it employee at techmahindra, hitech city. Kotak team in our sez branch offered me to open lifetime zero balance savings account and i did.

                                    But without any intimation, my account was debited with 472 rupees every month for four months and i wonder that kotak didn't bother sending any mail or message regarding this.
                                    When i checked my passbook, the amount of almost 2000 rupees was already debited.
                                    I went to kotak team in our office branch and enquired regarding this. They simply say that they don't know why it's getting debited and hinted that the coupon code for techmahindra employees might not be properly used while opening the account which is completely their problem and not mine. I want my money credited back to my account. This is completely fraud if kotak decide not to credit our money back as the issue is with your team in hitech city who doesn't know how to open life time zero balance savings account. Surprisingly i am getting message alert now after removing the balance from my account that i need to maintain the minimum balance.

                                    Hoping for a reply and the solution very soon. You cannot just trick people into life time zero balance savings account and deduct money. This is not acceptable. Be responsible.

                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Several complaint regarding charges still their is no result still deducting amount from my account complaint id no. [protected]. take action on this or i will take legal actions too.

                                      Hi guys, please dont get credit card in kotak mahindra bank. They are charging 1500 rs for direct marketing. I didnt start my usage but i got the statement to pay 2000rs with gst. Still i didnt create my passwd in credit card but i received a statement to pay 2000rs. I didnt apply. They called me offered this product. Please be aware of this kotak mahindra bank. They are cheating us

                                        My credit card is kotak league card.

                                        I have not used my credit card and this is fraud transaction done by someone else.

                                        Please help me in resolution of the same.
