not received pf amount

I have left kotak bank on 12 th feb and i had applied to withdraw of amount on 30th feb. Still amount has not been credited in a/c. Then i claimed the amount using online through epfo official website on 7th of june. Still status is showing under process. I don't understand why they are taking this much time to credit. What is the benefits to give online option.

account held in debit freeze state for more than 20 days

I, sounak dasgupta, had applied for a savings account with kotak manhindra bank on 7/06/18, through a kotak sales representative (Mr. Tintu-ky account manager for manyata location, bangalore). The sales representative had told me to submit the soft copies of my pan, aadhar and passport size photo and i did the same accordingly. He on behalf of the bank had categorically promised me that the account takes a maximum of three days to process....

I have NRO account with Kotak Mahindra for many years. I generally use my credit and debit cards issued by banks outside India. But, Whenever I use my visa debit card issued by Kotak Mahindra bank, OTP arrives after 45 minutes!! Obviously I could not complete any transaction without OTP. Cannot complete Railway ticket bookings and other payments online.

harassment by recovery agents

I am getting calls from a person saying that he is from kotak mahendra, i have taken loan from citi bank in 2007,

He uses abusive language and threatens that he can do any thing to recover the money. When asked about the address he says goto your nearest kotak mahendra bank i will talk to them,

rude behavior of kotak mahindra executive

I don't know how can i explain the behavior of Kotak Mahindra executives.
First, I am not getting the messages related to Last payment day and How much I have to pay.

I am been receiving call from a person who's name is govind. His number is [protected] and been telling that he is caling from kotak. He been saying me that i have dues in loan which hold rs/- 87000 and not only that he called up my fren circle and even to my family members and started talking all nonsense.
