The bank officer have cheated me by offering Loan @10.99 and sanctioned loan @ 11.99. I have asked them to give me fresh loan but they said you r not eligible so I asked them to transfer my HDFC loan only and give remaining amount in hand. But still they have closed Axis Bank loan also without my prior permission and documents which was @ 11.49%. They have pressurised me and confirmed OK from me and assured me that only one loan will be closed and the remaining amount will be given in Hand. as per telephonic talk with Gauri. Now they r pressurising me to give a cheque for canceklling the loan and no foreclosure charges will be levied for the closuire. before 8 days I asked them to give in writing the are not giving me the same in writing, , Tell me is it true they will not charge any closure chargesn if I give them a cheque for closure

    When I accessed my net banking on 01.05.2018 for some transactions I noticed four unauthorized transactions on my credit card which was not used by me for a long time. No password ( OTP) was received nor any message after the transactions were received on my registered mobile number.
    I immediately called the bank and asked to block the card.
    I visited the bank where I was told to visit other branch ( Credit card branch).
    I visited the cards section branch where I was asked to submit the dispute resolution form which I did. I also registered a complaint in cyber crime branch and a copy of that was submitted to the bank as requested.
    I got an email from branch that it was a safe transaction and have received card statement for doing the payment.
    The card is issued by the bank and moreover neither the password nor the post transaction message was received from the bank. This is completely the failure of the bank's security system and hence bank is responsible for these transaction. Had the message been received after the first transaction, the further three transactions would have been avoided by getting the card blocked.
    Despite emailing the bank asking to stop sending the credit card statement for these transactions I am getting the sms and statement for doing the payment.

      Firstly 811 customers are having the worst facility in your bank. It's absolutely horrendous. On 9th July my balance was 8023.17 after a few moments when checked the balance it showed 0.0. No information in the bank statement. This is utter nuisance. When you write a mail to service.[protected]@kotak.com you get a response "You have written to an email id which is disabled and hence not monitored"

      I want to know, how much time it takes to transfer a fund of Rs.125000 from a kotak bank to PNB through NEFT.

      I am waiting since 5 days( including weekends) but not received yet.

        The reason behind to write this E-mail,
        My concern is about Kotak Bank Credit Card Department.
        I have Salary Account in Kotak Bank. While doing the Account Opening Process,

        Kotak Executive said some of my Office Members including me that,

        We are eligible for Kotak Credit Card so Kindly submit your Document with Kyc.

        He said us that It take maximum 20 Days
        for all Process.

        After a Month I asked him what is the Application status,
        But no response, He is not courtly in his work.

        Even we Ask Executive do the Re-process from beginning.
        Because randomly kotak credit card executive has done the process of Application.

        Now from last 15days We are checking online the Status its showing In-Process.

        I am going to share in writing as well as mail with Mr. UDAY KOTAK ( CEO& M.D) of Kotak Bank let them also know, What [censored] is happening in Organisations.
        I did IMPS transaction of 3000 rs transaction failed but money deducted. I need immediate solution for this pls.

          Today(08.07.2018) morning I was recharging my prepaid mobile through Airtel app by using net banking option. Airtel had initiated the payment transaction with TXN ID[protected]. The payment was made and when the web page was redirecting to the merchant (Airtel), got a message that Payment has been failed for the above mentioned transaction. At the same time i got a message from Kotak bank that the amount of 149 INR has been debited from my account with ref No. [protected].
          Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and credit my account immediately for the said value as this has not been received by Airtel.

          I transfer 1000 to state bank account bt money was not transfer sbi account...in my account money was debited and more then week money was not refundable????
          I dont know what to say but the cash prbom is always in our area soo kindly resolve my complaint

            I am from agra i am using the kotak credit card from last 5 years but from last 2 months i am very dissatisfied and angry because of worst service of the bank and i will stop the use of this kotak credit card
            You think that cystomer is fool
            In june i made a payment of credit card by cheque but after 5 days i got the message that i have not done the credit card payment i went to the kotak mahindra bank and talked with the staff that i have already made a payment for the due balance so why i am getting message for the payment he told me that your cheque has been bounced i asked why they told me go to your bank they will tell you then i went to my bank and i asked that is there any update of bounce cheque in my account so they told me that no we didnt get any cheque for the clearence so there is no bounce cheque in your account no cheque update is there i got the statement from my bank i also got the updated passbook but there was no cheque information no panalty was there of the bounce cheque
            So again i went to kotak credit card office but the staff was not helpfull i talked with the customer care also they told me that they will remove the panalty interest and charges but again in this month july they have charged panalty and interest
            Dear kotak bank please stop making fool the customers
            You have many customers if you do this you will loose the customers and i will stop the use of your credit card
            So please solve my problam as soon as possible

                Account Holder has submitted the F.D.on maturity date 30/06/2018 for redemption, the said F.D. duly signed by the first holder and mode of payment is EITHER /OR, even though the proper officer and branch Manager did not release on the ground that account holder has opted AUTO RENEWAL, it is one kind of premature hence both holders must sign on the F.d, after both holders signature bank will release the F.D. I discuss the matter with Branch Manager and explained to the proper officer and manager, if any F.D. is to be submitted before due date then it is compulsory all holder are suppose to sign on the F.D. In my case Account Holder has submitted the F.d on maturity date and mode is EITHER/OR and even though undersigned opted AUTO RENEWAL does not require both holders signature .only in premature case all holders signature must. Any how discussion was unfruitful. Finally i requested to provide copy of rule/notification /guidelines which clearly speak such types of F.d are premature.More than 5 days passed but i have not received any rule/notification etc.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,

                  I would like to bring to your notice the unruly and uncalled behavior of your customer service representatives.

                  With the above mentioned card number firstly the card was blocked with any prior notice in december causing much embarrassment in front of my family and friends when i wanted to use it the most your representatives went ahead blocked the card all because of misunderstanding at their end.

                  If that was not enough they made sure that the card was blocked permanently and after a series of conversations with your managers and representatives got a variety of information even after that i decided to pay you guys every month as the minimum payment.

                  Recently i got a call from one mr sanjay jadav who has become a threat and messages me till your after calling hours for the payment, after repeatedy telling him that i lost my job and currently got a new one he is just not ready to listen all thanks to your so called nonsense illogical procedures just to meet your targets.

                  The final conversation i have had with him i did happen to explain that i will be making the payment in full by the 10th or the 12th at the maximum and ready to pay the total it comes upto since i would get paid then and dont have even the minimum to pay at the moment, still after this i am being pestered and threatened that if i dont pay him immediately he will be sending his guy to my place and get the money out of my mother who is a senior citizen and harasses her every day when there is no one at home even the the guy he sends is rude towards her and talks nonsense.

                  In short this email is to notify you that i will be making a payment by the 10th or the 12th in full let me know the final amount and it shall be paid.

                  I would not appreciate your bank harassing a senior citizen else she will be forced to take legal action against your bank since she has nothing to do with your bank and its your name and reputation which would be at stake the rest as promised your bank shall get paid by the mentioned date and sending your representatives to harass a senior citizen in my absence shall be taken seriously.

                    money not credited in my account

                    Few days ago precisely on 03.07.2018 at 12:10 pm i made a fund transfer of rs 4000 through cirtus payment gateway and rs 4000 has been debited from my existing uco bank debit card, but money is not credited in my kotak bank 811 account. I had called customer care of kotak 811 but they are not in a position to give me a proper solution. Please help me in this matter.

                      I am shveta papneja having salary account ( (A/c no *4114) in kotak mahindra bank.

                      On 1st july, 2018 at around 12:43 pm i got constant messages of withdrawal of rs. 40, 000 (4 transactions of rs.10, 000) from my debit card (*1752) however my debit card is with me only and i have not done this transactions.

                      Instantly i called customer care and blocked my card.

                      I have never shared my card and its details to anybody. Then how can anybody take my money. This is certainly a fraud.

                      Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue on urgent basis.

                        I want to close kotak mahindra credit card service. So why kmb is not closing it. I would also want to know why it's shows an outstanding amounts of rupees 118 which was imposed as bill, actually i have not activated the credit card kit and the card was requested to block. If i used the card surely i will pay but here i haven't activated it still why inr 118 was generated as pending bill. So i want to close kmb service or i am expecting reply from your end in the closure of credit card. As i want rationale for imposing unutilised card bill.

                            Hi Team

                            Some 500 was debited on credit card without my knowledge till i saw it in statement. When i tried reaching the customer care :[protected] and no response on a daily basis. I also tweeted and noted no response.

                            I am getting email reminders to pay the bill which has catapulted to 2000. Could be interest or could be few more fraud transactions

                            Also, i am getting credit cards issued from Kotak Bank every week. Till now i have 3 credit cards.

                            Pathetic service before even i use it. Please cancel the same.

                                I have salary account in the kotak bank from last 3 years. Salary was not credited from last six month as i was on medical leave. So they started non-maintenance charges and also deducted lien amount and system reserved amount from my main balance without any confirmation, mail, and message. Why they do like this. I didn't expect from kotak bank. Please do the needful.

                                  This is in the reference no[protected]. I applied it on 10 june 2018. On 18 june i called the customer care about the status and i was told that card has been approved and i will get the card within 5 working days. Then again i called on 25 june ans again they told me card is approved but there is some delay so they have mailed the concerned department for the same and ill get the reply in 2 days. But today when i called they told me that it has been declined. How can they decline after being approved and even i have an excellent cibil record. So now i want the solution for it.

                                    delinking of aadhar card on my bank account

                                    I have closed my bank account in november 2017 but it still has my aadhar card linked to it due to which i am unable to link lpg gas consumer id to another bank account.
                                    What has to be done in order to delink my aadhar from your records?
                                    Once the account is closed why do you still hold the aadhar number?
                                    Because of this stupid policy i am unable to receive lpg subsidy and it is putting consumer in mental stress by doing...
