Kotak bank is a worst bank in india, provide such a bad services and deduct money whatever they want.
My name is piyush gupta i have an account with kotak bank, on the date of 7th april 2018, kotak bank has charged me approx, 2800rs. For non maintaince and again deducted money from my account on 8th april aftetr taked to the customer service excutive approx 400rs., still they deducted my own money from my own account, i request kotak bank to reverse my money back, i will take a legal action against them.

I never suggest any one to take any kind of banking services from kotak bank such a rubbish services and the management of the bank, and custmoer services are so imbressing.

    Hi my name is md fayazuddin ansari. My kotak a/c no. [protected]. Actually i transferred from my kotak app rs.5000 (April 9 2018) to bank of baroda. A/c no. [protected] this is by mistake i putted wrong account number. Actually the correct a/c no. Is [protected]. So please help me as far as possible. I want money back to my kotak account or send to correct ac number.

    Hello my account balance get deducted today 9/4/2018. First deduction was for 590 INR and second deduction was for 635INR. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.call get ended very bad service. I don't know what to do this going to happen in future.
    This is my account not open .
    Iam full processing but not call to confirm coustmer service .
    Totally bad costumer service and bank.
    3 months wait but not solutions my problems.

      My loan account no.-ispl82607 with kotak bank has been charged around rs 6000/- fine without being any bounce or late fine. I applied for a fresh loan from hdfc which has nt been got approved bcz of this. I had written them many times to waive off this unnecessary charges on me but the kotak bank officials are nt listening. Also they have charged me today rs 295 for send me the loan account statement. They themselves had stopped deducting ecs from my obc bank account after ing vysya bank merger with kotak bank. They also had nt given me satisfactory answer for these unnecessary charges. I want from consumer forum to ask them not go charge penal charges from me.

        and other persons not charge and why me and i have 2 to 3 time complane your customer care and he ask me will call your sr person but till the time i am not reviving calls for your side.

        we are very satisfied with your bank you did, t have any of the solutions i sent mail 3 moth ago till the time not solution my problems and righat now other problem.

          1298 rupees has been deducted without any information. This is a very hard earned money and you cannot deduct as per your will.

          I want my money refund or else I will go to consumer court and social media as well.

            I have a very bad experience with kotak mahindra bank. I had submitted kotak bank cheque for closure of my pl account. For confirmation they have sent a mail to me, but since i was driving i could not access the mail. By the time i saw the mail they have returned the check. I agree that due to security reason, bank should ask for confirmation. But in one hour sort notice, it is difficult for anyone to respond. Now a days cibil score means a lot, but without any fault you spoiled my cibil. I am using kotak cc, saving account, and also an insurance. But really everywhere i disappoint. I will never suggest any one to keep any banking relation with kotak. Simply dont go with kotak because of 6% interest on saving account.. Etc. They are just making you fool.

That upi isn't used by any one but still can't used again. This is important to recover because it is used by many sources. Please give assistance. What if such problems occur.

              I have been charged 1445.50 and 645.50 on 8th april 2018 and 5.90 on 9th april 2018.. Bank has deducted 2070 rupees from my account in the name of tbms charge.. For bank it may not be a big amount but for me it was the only saved money i had in my account for use. It's my hard earn money and currently am unemployed, this was a big shock to me. How can you deduct money from my account. Refund my money, if you want i will close the account.

              Hi! Your query with reference ID[protected] pertaining to transaction ID[protected] has been raised successfully. But my money is not credited from last 4 days try to solve it
              They do this on purpose by the time you realise they would have deducted thousands, and at last when you confront they will simply say we can't refund your money back only thing we can do is to stop deducting more money.

                I am pnb atm card holder and i tried my said atm card twice at kotam bank atm in shop number a-128, sewak park, new delhi[protected] &[protected] on 03.04.2018 for rs.2000/- both the times but the amount did not come out in the first instance and the amout of rs.4000/ was deducted from the account. Please help in resolving the case and refund rs.2000/- in the said pnb account no.[protected].

                  My name is pravallika from proddatur a person from your bank has called me and said that your profile has been selected for our bank as a operation manager and said to paid the amount 2680 and it will be refundable amount for the interview purpose after that amit called me and said iam ur relationship manager he interviewed me through telephone and said me to pay 7500 for documents verification and i have paid the amount and amit cal me and said to pay 11000 to open an account and it will be transfer as a current account after joining and you will receive the appointment order with in 4days and these all the amount will be refunded when you join he said me to sign a agreement for 2 years after saying these things i have a dbt on them whether the documents are related to these bank papers or else something else. I refer some people and they said these are looking like something wrong. After that i call amit and ask these things and he didn't say anything and cut the phone. And now those people are not responding and he didn't pickup my cal.

                  Pls take an action of those people because so many poor people are trusting these people and giving money to them.

                    Iam vignesh from coimbatore. I have applied for kotak credit card through kotak bank executive. I have submitted my pan number, address proof and income source (It returns). Two days later, i received a message from kotak regarding application number. On same day i checked for the status and it shows not approved. How it is possible without any verification?
                    Because i have submitted all my documents and no verification was done and for kind info my cibil score is also above 750.
                    So, i need to know the exact reason for not approving my card.

                        I have 2 Kotak accounts. CRN No[protected]. One is Savings account and the other one is linked with the trading account. Since I wasn’t trading from sometime now, the other account was not having sufficient funds. Looks like due to this, the KOTAK bank deducted User Lien amount of Rs. 1100. I am shocked and surprised that how can they deduct the amount even without prior intimation. If there was some notification from Kotak bank letting the customer know that due to less usage or insufficient funds, there will be a certain charge deducted then I would have kept the account active and avoided this incident. Deducting this much amount without any prior notification nor informing about it leads to loss of trust and faith in a financial institution like this. Kotak is a reputed bank and as a customer I didn’t expected such unethical action from them. I hope for a better action from Kotak bank. kindly intimate me if i get my amount back as my account is zero balance account.

                          Respected Mam/Sir, Yesterday through IMPS I tried to transfer 11, 000 rupees from my kotak 811 account to my other bank account . The 11000 rupees got deducted from my kotak account but I didn't received them in my other account. The transaction got failed. I contacted your customer care number and the customer care executive told me that it'll be refunded to my account within 24 hours. I am in urgent need of these money and can't afford to wait any longer for the money to get refunded. Thus it's my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and sort it out within 2-3 hours and get my money refunded.

                            I have still not received credit card, for the same I have raised concern, without credit card I am unable generate any pin and do the payment. Even when called customer care they have lodged the complaint. But still not received the credit card.

                            Also earlier to this I have communicated bank same thing during march 22 where I get reply by details in KMBL =449- 397

                            Now they are telling that, they deduct amount from my account.

                            One of the worst customer care when called only robot speaks continuous, instead of people.

                            Thanks, I have already written, and I have applied for cancellation of the card anyway, this is the first ever experience, without receipt of card, outstanding amount is been deducted.
                            I don't know tomorrow if some one uses the card and I have to pay the amount hence, applied for cancellation.

                              My father had a loan from Citi Finance back in 2006 and since last month we have been receiving calls from Kotak Mahindra bank saying they have bought out Citi Finance and handling the recovery division. I'm not in India and studying abroad. When they were not able to reach me and my father over the phone, they called my friend's friend to whom I haven't called directly in my life. Infact I know that friend since March 2017. There are many questions which are arising out of this event. They never reached out to my father's friends, but reached out to mine and at that time when I'm not in India. This seems they (Kotak) or the data miners are hacking and stealing sensitive details like phone numbers. The Phone number from which we got calls is[protected] and the address is 5th floor, 159/A wing, Vinay Bhavya complex, CST Road, Santacruz East, Mumbai - 400098 (Kalina branch). The contact person is Rahul and Prashant. They even said that pay the amount and we'll stop calling you people. And if we don't pay, we'll keep calling you and your friends. This is insane.

                                Dear sir on 4 April 2018 i had loaded rupees 10000 rupees through Punjab National Bank debit card to Kotak 811 account.

                                The transaction was successful and the reference ID for transaction is CTX[protected].

                                I am also attaching screenshot of reference ID given after the payment is successful.

                                Instead of providing all the details to Kotak 811 customer care my money is still not credited to My Kotak 811 account.

                                So I kindly request you to solve my problem soon

                                  Its sad to note that kotak mahindra bank very pathetic and abusive language with its customer. Here Kotak mahindra bank not only speaks threatening languages with older parents of mine but had used abusive words for just small amount.They send there representative to collect money without ID card.

                                    I called the kotak mahindra bank customer care. On 25th march 2018 to cancel the credit card. There is an automated voice service which will ask you to for the reason i am calling. Here is the conversion details

                                    I said "cancel credit card".
                                    The automated service recognized that i wanted to cancel the credit card and asked "you want to cancel credit card?"
                                    I said "yes".
                                    The automated service said "do you permanently block the credit card?".
                                    I said "yes".
                                    The automated voice service said "your call will be blocked permanently" and disconnected the call. It did not let me talk to operator and neither gave me an option.

                                    I also received the sms as below.

                                    As requested by you, kotak credit card ending xxxx1643 has been blocked on 25-mar-2018 on account of being lost. To request replacement sms replace to 5676788

                                    I also received the email saying that "your card will be replaced".

                                    I also received the credit card on 4th april 2018 and it was handed over to my sister as i was not at home.

                                    Basically i wanted to cancel credit card and never wanted to have one for now. These guys replaced my credit card without my intent and now asking me to pay replacement charges. Also not ready to cancel my credit card before paying the replacement charges.

                                      Yesterday night at 8:47pm i received kotak bank message about payment of my credit card outstanding via some unknown cheque of amount rs. 20000 and surprising part is that neither myself or any of my family member has issued any cheque in favour of kotak bank or credit card. Last time also, without my knowledge the credit card bill was paid through my kotak bank. I need to know what's going on.in case i will find any further unnotified transaction then i will process the legal action against the kotak bank.
