My name is karthik, your team has called me for verification and visited my home and my office at d-vois communications pvt ltd and confirmed iam available at these places, also they called me and asked my card delivery address after verification, but suddenly my application status as become not approved. Please let me know for what reason it has been not approved.

    Account has beeen total freeze with out any prior notification[protected] for signature missmatch),
    Even though account is active since more than 6months and executive has done the aadhar verification (Biometric verification) 6months back.

    * even though i didn't used bank check for transaction and even debit card to do the transcation (Am only using ditial transaction)
    Why it is freezed?

    * even after submitting the document mitc and self attested copy of pan (Attached documnet sent on registered email on[protected] to [protected]@kotak.com) still
    Executives are asking me to vist home branch for activating (Which i dont want to do so)

    What is necessary of visting branch since i opened online and verification done by your executive by visiting my place and do expect the same now

    Please support me and slove the issue as soon as possible.

      Hi, I'm from bangalore and I had a personal loan from kotak Mahindra. Only on March MOnth I missed to pay the EMI and paid two EMI's together in the month of April. However, I received a notice from the bank on April 18, 2018 asking me to repay the full amount in 3days. We visited the bank and confirmed that there is nothing to be worried and all is well as we hav paid the pending EMI's. However now after 15 days I have received a letter of arbitration from a layer stating that he has been appointed as arbitrator to settle the dispute.. Please advise how to deal with this and what is the Nxt step I should be taking and is there anything that I should worry about??

        Inefficient banking to the core.

        Had informed this bank not to proceed with my account opening - still they went ahead, and now they are creating problems for me by not closing it.

        I gave the requested data - pan card signed copy and closure form. Now they are saying rules for closure have changed. How is this possible?

        Never ever bank with kotak mahindra bank - even accidentally.

          This is to inform you that on 26.4.2018, i savithri had booked train tickets eith transaction id[protected] dt 26.4.18 rameswaram to chennai by online payment through kotak mahindra bank (Debitcard method)
          I had cancelled tickets for which i had paid.
          It is showing that irctc has refunded the money on 2.5.2018
          But i have not git the amount in my acct. My bank by which i made the payment is indian bank ambattur branch.
          I request you to kindly make refund the same to my indian bank.

              I received only 37.57rs but remaining 1122rs is not credited in my account what is this 37.50rs because of that amount i won't raise a complaint 1122rs is not small amount ok and with out my conformation how can u people close it

                Hi, i have a credit card of kotak mahindra bank which is blocked from 6 months. I made a payment under reversal scheme after having a conversation with payment department. They said after payment they will unblock my card within 48 hours and after 48 hours i have to contact customer care executive of kotak mahindra bank for zero account so that i can use my card. This is not the first time they made a false promise.in december i paid rs. 8200 amount and the credit card department said that my card will be unblock. But it didn't happen. Again on march of this year they said to pay the full amount of reversal and my card will be unblock within 48 hours. I did that also on 19th march and they gave me the reversal letter. They said on 26th march, my card will be unblocked. From 26th march till a month i called everyday to cce of kmbl but they are telling me that my card is still blocked. I called alot of time to the payment department, every time they said that "tomorrow it will be unblocked". But after a month they said, my card will be unblocked after 90 days and now blocked my number. I wanted to make a complaint but cce refused to lodge a complaint against them.

                  I closed my account 2 years ago in bangalore branch. During closure they wrongfully deducted amb fees without even telling me. I did not bother much as i was any way going to close my account. Even after closing the account i keep getting monthly mails regarding amb, how stupid can this kotak bank can be? Unless this is how they do, they never close the accounts and keep harassing customers. I don't have my old number, this email is also not used.

                    Being a genuine customer (Sahil rungta) of your bank - howrah branch - manager mr. Kamlesh
                    1. Passbook for updation is being given back to us after 2-3 days
                    2. Rtgs form is sent by us at 10 to 10:30am but it is being transferred by 3pm
                    3. Bank staff doesn’t not respond to any of our quarries
                    4. Frequently staff gets changed - they are least willing to provide us service at our convenience.
                    We are having 7-8 bank account in this specific branch but not getting appropriate service at all.
                    Being very disappointed by your bank n its services - its been 3-4 months by now facing such problems
                    Please sort it out.

                      unable to receive otp messages

                      I am unable to receive otp on my phone. Hence i am not able to do any of my online transactions. I have cash called on the helpline numbers and got no help. Can someone please assist here. May i know why this issue is occurring as it never happened before. Can we please have a quick response to this as it's been almost a week since i am not getting the otp...

                      It's almost 6 months i have paid my bill they blocked my credit card and we're i have paid excess amount, this people will not even refund amount bank. I will raise a request and they will turn around time of 15 days and they will close request... Playing with customers emotions. And cheating customers taking there money[protected] my relationship number.

                        I have taken a kotak credit card, which i have reported to closed on march 2018, after a full and final settelement, for dat matter i got a mail, dat dey have taken my request to closing my card... But i keep on getting bill statement for march and april month respectively. I contacted kotak cudtomer care and dey agreed dat a request has been placed but no action have taken till date... And i have to pay every false penny dat a bank is demanding for credit card... Which includes no expenses only dere charges for auto debit facility. I keep on calling them but no responses from dere sides infact no revert calls they make against a complaint. Kindly help the worst bank experiences am facing with kotak mahindra bank for last 6 month

                          I am senior citizen withdrawn rs10000-from a-3 janakpuri new delhi atm on 28/04/2018 at 17:25 vide trx no 240505 and got 2000*4, 500*3, 200*2.100*1 out of this one 2000 note vide no 2ff726777 mutilated note. Today banks are closed. I have taken photos of the note with guard on duty so that bank should change my note. This is 3rd time i got mutilated note from the dispenser.                             Dear sir/madam,
                            I had got discussion with kotak bank cs regards upgradation of credit card to platinum, she was told me charges will be₹499+gst per year, and if i will do transaction more than ₹50000 then this charges will waive off hence i was agree to upgrade. But after 4 days ₹1500 deducted as one time which i don't want. Many times i was call to cs but they straight forward disconnected my call. My per year transaction is beyond ₹50000 then why i will pay one time charges.
                            Sir please look this case i really frustrated with this as no proper resolution is there.

                            Unfortunately, a message received that “Amount Rs 15, 000 was deducted from the Kotak Mahindra Credit card without my knowledge on 21.04.2018 at 12.02 am to my mobile [protected] which was linked to the Credit card. After receiving the message I blocked transactions. Pl. look into the matter and resolve the same.

                              I am using a credit card from kotak mahindra bank for last 2 years and i have got the card with a limit of just inr 19000.
                              And as per the terms and condition of kotak mahindra bank, the credit limit always enhanced at an interval of 6 months by 30 to 40%.
                              If we count from the time, when the card has been issued to me then the limit of my card must be inr 54265 till date.
                              But i know the bank will put further answers like salary is also a primary criteria for determining the credit card limit and all.
                              So i would just request the bank to just tell me that what all they will require to enhance the credit limit. My crn no.[protected].

                                My agent commission was not paid by kotak insurence and i sent more than 10 complaints to them by email and by courier but no reply received. now i received mail saying am terminated but without paying my commsiion amount. kindly do the needful..

                                      You have activated some cpp plan, and i don't know what the hell is that. Hardly we are able to save 1000/- a month, but the is people have deducted more than 2k at one shot. And when we call the customer care number, there are 1000 process to be followed, dial this no., dial that no., and finally you reached nowhere.
                                      They are just enjoying by deducting hard earned money of other's.
