My credit card number is [protected]. I had made 3 payments in the last 2 months time amounting rs. 5000/. Rs. 10, 000/- and again rs. 5, 000/-. I had spoken the toll free number and validated the stated payment as well. One mr. Vivek from mumbai had attended our call and confirmed receipt of the above payment. But for the past 10 days i have been getting atleast about 10 calls each day from the collection centre stating that i had not made payments against my credit card. Besides i had also received an sms on 16th of april stating that i have utlilised about 90% of my credit limit. But the same day i once again called the toll free number and got a confirmation from them that i have the made stated payments and i have a balance of about 194000 against my eligibility. Besides mr. Vivek also stated that the sms and the calls from collection dept had happened by mistake and the same would be rectified.

However, again i am keeping on getting calls stating that i have not made credit card payment. This day i received a call from no.[protected] from one ms. Karthika, stating that she is calling from kotak - kandanchavadi branch stating that i had not made the payments. I told her that this the 100th call i am receiving and i am disturbed with such repeated calls, when i had already made the payment. Ms. Karthika was asking me for payment details. I told her that i had made three payments recently, one or two by cash and one or two by cheque. But confirmed that i had made the payment. Ms. Karthika stated that if i donot remember the mode of payment i have made, how would she know if payment has been made. This statement of her to a customer is really disturbing. When a bank cannot have a proper track of payments made by the customer (That too when the payment is being confirmed when i called toll free number, but the local credit card unit does not have track) in their system properly but disturbing the customer making so many calls, i am at loss to understand the audocity of ms. Karthika making a statement that if i dont remember the payment modus how does i expect bank to have records. Such repeated calls despite making the payments promptly is really a matter of concern. Trust you would initiate action to control such mannerisms from your telecalling employees and also provide proper payment datas to them so as to avoid disturbance to customer

    My name is Nicola Inez Jordan. my CRN is[protected]. I had a delayed payment on my credit card in the month of July 2017. the credit card department put my salary account on hold and withdrew my entire salary towards my card and was literally forcing me to pay the entire amount at one shot. I am a salaried person and only earn 30000 I have my whole family responsibility where my rent alone is 9000. I have no paid it as after my salary was withdrawn it put me in a lot of debt. now the credit card collections have come to my office and has made my issue a cheque of 53000 as settlement when I don't have the funds. my cheque bounces and they came to my house making me send an email that by the 25th of April I will pay the cash. I told them I don't have the money and I need time but they did not listen. I am a single woman living alone with my 2 girls and I had to send that email bit I think this is harassment and I will take this up to the police and get them involved if these people come back to my home as they had also made me speak to a person called Gopal Dastidar who told me over the phone that he is in collections and he knows how to get the payment out. this is not a good thing as it's making me nervous of these people. I do understand that I am a defaulter and I have asked for time but they have forced me to send this email. Kotak bank needs to take some action as this is not the way. I will pay my dues but I will need time I do not earn as much to pay all in one go and because my salary account was put on hold my personal loan emi also bounced since then. this has put me in a very poor situation as I cannot even go to a bank for a loan to pay the credit card. if i do not receive a reply or an action I will put a harassment case on kotak mahendra.

      It was the biggest mistake of my life i agreed upon opening account with kotak mahindra bank. First during a/c opening, the two agents who came misguided me by saying if i open an account above rs.10000, i will get gifts like bowl set or green tea etc. I didnt care about it but i notified kotak mahindra about it but no actions were taken against them as kotak were unable to detect their own bank agents. They told me that if i somehow fail to maintain the minimum balance to be maintained, i will be provided time for 6 months without any deduction. Although i have deposited rs.10000 apart from the balance i had in my account as i was getting sms to do so if i don't want any money to get deducted, both for february and march, rs.177 each were deducted. I got a call from kotak mahindra bank head office regarding a platinum debit card issued on my name and was asked to take it but i was not alerted by any means no information absolutely was provided that kotak will deduct rs.885 or something like that within 3-4 months o[censored]sing that debit card as maintenance charge. These are open frauds i have savings account with india's top banks like icici, yes bank etc. Never ever such things i have faced or experienced in my entire life. According to a rbi guideline, the deduction of money for non maintainance of account balance is illegal and i have that copy with me, i am filing up a case for all these frauds to rbi as a normal indian citizen for the cheats and open frauds done by kotak mahindra. I will also immediately close this account since i am feeling very much insecure with this hell of a bank and this is why this kotak mahindra is counted as one of the worst bank of india. You people will never be able to touch the feet of india's top banks since you are here for cheating innocent people. The illegal amounts deducted from my account are massive amounts for me but absolutely nothing for the bank. Now you are distributing zero balance a/c and existing account holders who are counted as assets of the bank, you deal with them like this and cheat them. I will spread this entirely over fb and every other social networks what has happened with me right from the day i opened the account i was forced upon absolutely by your bloody agents and you very well know the power of social share now. I am feeling sick as i have high blood pressure after seeing such a massive amount deducted from my account. I will not spare your fraud bank for this.

      shame on you people you will always be the worst bank of india.look what other banks are achieving and this is why not even the name of your bank are heard properly.you are cheating with your account holders may be he is big or small but these frauds need protest now.its time for action.shame shame.i request everyone here who is watching this complaint.be very careful with this bank and dont open any account with them.i will also ask fb page moderators who are my friends to make a post for this and share it out everywhere.i didn't say anything for fake commitments by agents made during a/c opening, i m not a beggar that i need green tea for opening account.they forced me to open the account with rs.20000 and later when i managed to speak with 1 of that bloody agent, he completely denied and even told me complain it anywhere u wish.

      they don't care.absolutely the worst bank of india and not i m saying that, the whole india is saying.they have blocked my card usage after raising this complaint here.i m preparing a letter to RBI regarding this with my legal advisor.

      their agent only comes for their commission benefit and so they don't explain anything rather than they only know to force u open the a/c at any cost with the maximum amount u can avail and that's it.once its opened, they show a middle finger to u as it happened with me, even both the agents went missing as bank couldn't even recognize whom they sent to open the a/c.keep it up cheating innocent people and you bank will close down soon.you people r no different to those money marketing scam companies.

        Dear all,
        I was having a kotak mahindra account & credit card in 2013. This account & credit card was closed by me in 2014 by giving application in kapurthala punjab branch. After that credit card team called me for balance of payment in 2015-16. I asked them that i have already given full payment & closed the account. They say this is annual fee & interest & they threatened me that they will black list me in credit score. But still i did not gave any money as i was not having in fault.
        Now it still shows open & giving bad impact on my credit score
        I am not having my account no & credit card no as this point of time... It is linked with my pan - awwpk3397g...

          Yesterday i opened kotak811 account via online. And add rs 1500 ruppes fund in that account but i can't transfer this fund and i can't use a given debit card, can i get my 1500 ruppes back or will i lost all that money.

            I have lost my savings on 29th dec '17 due some fraud transaction happened under cybercrime in agra when i was at my address in faridabad. I have submitted the fir copy to the bank as well but they are not responding me properly from last 4 months. Now when i'm trying to call them on helpline number on [protected]. Their system is telling that my crn is incorrect, i can smell something is going fishy as a bank crn cannot be changed that too without my knowledge. I am trying to take follow-ups since 4 months, i am feeling helpless now. Seems like you are the last helping hand.

            My bank complaint id is 1-[protected]. Please help.

            Hey, thank you for notifying them. They have contacted me after 2 days of notice being sent and basked just for images of the FIR. Since then there is no update from their end. And I am unable to call them since the bot donot accept my bank CRN... and neither they are replying properly on social platforms norther are contacting me.

            Please suggest.
            Same thing is done with me, i have been called from kotak mahindra group for team manager post, after reading above comments, i am very confused, should i go for interview or not? Can any one tell me what can i do?

            Hey! U might find good official opportunity out there. The bank is so irresponsive and obviously people do scold a manager always. However see ur job requirements before opting for this bank

                emi bounce charges amount

                Hi,

                This mahendra singh and i had a salary account with kotak mahindra bank provided my company. I have take a personal loan from kotak mahindra bank and paying emi on time. I left my previous company and joined new company and they provided other bank for my salary credit.                   I have a salary account and I see that my 29.rs we're deducted stating TBMS, ATM decline fee.

                  I what to what is it and why is it deducted. If it was deducted stating I was not using non kotak ATMs then FYI I have salary account and that has an option too use any ATM. And more over I haveent used any ATMs.. I directky pay at the shopping cents, I swipe my card ! I have not withdrawn money at ATMs . So please credit the money back to my account .

                    I am vijay bhaskar v a having 811 account of crn:[protected], of account number [protected] have transferred the amount of 45625 rupees from phone banking on 11th of april through neft to the kotak credit card of crn:[protected] and card number:- [protected]. But the payment is not successfully deposited to the credit card account. Please do fix the issue and revert the amount to the 811 account. The kotak team is not responding properly...

                    I have had a very bad experience at the atm kotak mahindra bank yesterday from the guard, the misbehavior was unacceptable though i don't want any employee to loos his bread and butter but i still wanted to highlight the same so that it doesn't happen with any body else.

                    I don't remember the complete name of the guard but his surname is pathak, he was talking loudly on the phone and i got a call at the same time so i requested him to be little polite on which he demanded me to go out since i was on an important call i went out but once i came back and asked him to be polite he started shouting i repeatedly told him that i will complaint and kept saying do what you can i will talk like this only.

                    I am myself a professional with experience of more than 10 years and have had some great experiences in the banking world but could have never expected such behavior coming from an atm sentinel.
                    This has happened between 4-5 pm on the 15th april 2018 atm kotak (Sda market) the one in front of iit where there were two guards one a decent fellow and the other one displaying extreme misbehavior, i personally know few senior people in kotak but i don't any one to loose there bread and butter having said that i would want it to be taken up with this guard not misbehave in such a manner with any customer in future. I have mentioned the time and date above you can also look into the cctv for this.

                    Also mentioning again there were two guards one being a decent one the other probably someone with a violent background.

                    I leave it upto the sound judgement of the complaint forum and request to take it upto ensure this doesn't happen again with anyone

                      I made IMPS transaction on 23rd Jan, 2018 from my Kotak salary account to ICICI Bank. which got credited to wrong account. I am continuously following it up with both ICICI and Kotak bank. Finally ICICI Bank reverted amount to Kotak bank on 12th Apr, 2018. Till now Kotak bank didi not have time to credit bank to my salary account. Their customer care number is so pathetic, never identifies its debit card details to authenticate.

                      Continuously I am sending mails to their Nodal cell, salary helpdesk. But no one replied.

                        This is to inform you that, i, rekha had booked rail ticket from hyd to qln by on line payment through kotak mahindra bank via rupay card issued by federal bank (Transaction id is:- [protected]) and cancelled the same rail ticket on[protected], with cancellation id - ([protected]) from hyd to qln.. It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account on 11.4.2018 with reference no.[protected] but i haven't got the amount of rs. 4620/- in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is federal bank

                        Now it is showing that refund has been initiated by irctc, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now. Kindly have a look at this matter for which i will be grateful to you. It is most urgent.

It is showing that irctc has refunded the money to your bank account on 11.4.2018 with reference No. 809209396943 but i haven't got the amount of Rs. 4620/- in my account. My bank by which i made the payment is Federal Bank.Now it is showing that refund has been initiated by IRCTC, but i have not got the refund in my bank account from which i had paid till now.                         Poor performance bank...and you are cheating the public as my amount of Rs. 4620/- not refunded till date. The IRCTC have been refunded the same amount to your bank on 11.4.2018.

                          I am premchand. K.. Kotak account number [protected].. I have availed personal loan from kotak 6 months before and i was paying them on time with out fail. My due date is 5th of every month due to medical issue at my home i could not able to pay on time i. E on 5 th of april 2018, hence they fined me with 790rs and loan amount 3967rs.. Total 3967+790 rs was auto debited from my savings account on 16th april 2018 (I deposited 32000rs in my account, immediately in fraction of seconds they debited). Thats fine for that i have not received any confirmation from bank on the same. I tried reaching them more than 120times, really u believe r not call is auto disconnecting. I have sufficient and balance network to call u guys. I have taken number from my kotak mobile app to call dem. Its toll free and its correct number starts with 1800*. Today again dey sent me an email stating they will debit 760.34 and 760.34 as a delay charges in failing to pay my loan amount on time ine on 5th id this month. They have already debited from my account previous day i. E on 16th april 2018. Now i am worried whom to approach. What to do.. Hence i am posting here. So that i will get a clarity from kotak mahindra bank on the same. I lost trust on ur bank yaar. Kotak is same like other cheap banks.. No differnece at all. Dont irritate genuine clients. I even tried drafting an email to.. When bank guys called me on 7th april i politely explained my situation. Req them to bear me till 16th of this month for payment. To my surprise every day 10agents will call from bank and will ask the same.. They dont have proper customer relation team.. They tortured me like anything. I was mentally upset bcoz of medical situation at my home.. And kotak guys r torturing.. Omg no humanity in this soceity... Fyi i am not neerav modi r malya yaar.. I am a decent middle class guy.. Is this the service u kotak bank guys give me.. Give me a clarity on my amount deduction from my savings.. For what u deducted.. Y no intimation trough an email either a message to my registered mobile on my loan amount and fine amount deductions. And y u guys r torturing me with emails.. Need a clarity.. Based on ur solution i will take it further.. No more compromise. I will settle ur funds if require in advance i dont want ur bank relation with me.. Hope u understand my concern. B in my situation think and give me a solution kotak bank team.

                            I am using Kotak Credit card for so long, and have been making payments on or before time. For the past couple of months i am not able to make payment on time, but still managing to put some amount. Now i have a question from you people how come you people can even dare to come to my place, and threaten my family members for that. When you have to sell your cards then you use sugar coated words, and in case customer's payment get delay due to some reason then you show your true colors.

                            More than 100 times your collection department people called at my place and threaten my mother, five times your executive from collection department came at my place without any prior notice. What do you people think we people take your cards, and due to some reason if payment is not made, you will threaten this way, then i can lodge a police complaint under section 506 for such behavior of your recovery agents. I won't even mind to lodge the same complaint to Commissioner of Police, or lodge a case in Delhi High Court. I have all your recorded conversations, all harassment done till date. The mental torture which you people have done on my mother till now, i have doctor's certificate as well for that.

                            If next time you people will come to my place or threaten me or my family then you will face collateral damages.
                            I am making payment slowly, and you better don;t even dare to repeat this ### again. Next time my lawyer will approach you for the same.

                              Rs 3000 withdrawn from a/c xx 1718 on 070418 at kmb atm delon685. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 5013.55
                              Reminder to the complaint of atm withdrawal registered on[protected]. About the money was debited from my account and the money from the atm was not dispensed. Till know the complaint was not resolved more than 10 days have passed. I am very short of money so please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                              After providing kyc got a message to deposit money of 1000 into the account. I added the money into the account
                              But till now it dint get reflected .

                                Hi this is siva from chennai. I'm having savings ac in kotak bank more than 10 years. I requested with mr. Radhakrishnan. D (Deputy manager - relationship management) in ashoknagar branch chennai to activate my investment account. I am approached frequently for more than 3 months. But not getting single response from bank side and am facing very pathetic response. I request you to kindly share your top level escalation matrix to escalate this issue. If i am not getting solution within a week from your side i am going to close my account and escalate to my hr team also and requesting to close the ac our 500+ employee also.

                                Note : this issue was informed to branch manager (Ram subramanian) also.

                                  I am writing to express the poor service and worst rules of kotak bank, i received when i called your customer service line on march 23th, 2018 at 10:35 pm.
                                  I am a loyal customer of your having crn no :[protected]Saving account, life policy and credit card) which was my biggest mistake in life.
                                  1) i have saving account from which normal sapping transaction or imps have been done and in every sapping or imps. I have been charged today in digital india if we have to pay how a customer can pay to his day to day life payment. If he is paying online then bank like you are charging 10 to 15% of account for transaction.
                                  2) i have a policy also of your bank and for which i have been paying monthly of rs: 1350/- but due to some reason for 2 months i can’t pay the amount. But as i had paid the total for the same. I had been charged for rs : 590/- two times that ecs failed charge. This is again 50% of the policy amount which i am paying every month. Rs: 500/- has been reserved to me after calling to your customer care but again. What about the customer if we have to pay 50% of the amount for as ecs charge.
                                  3) now the biggest fault i have done in my life is having credit card of your bank. Ist of all i have called your customer care several times for exceed my credit limit as i have been using it on regularly but it has not exceed as per my data on most of the statement i have been charged for over limit charge rs: 500/-. 2nd my credit card have been blocked without any information and after calling to your customer care, it had been confirm that due some internal process it has been blocked and now i have to pay my total outstanding then only it can get in use and for paying my due amount also. I have to go bank counter itself no assist can be made online as all details of my credit card has been blocked. This is who bank are support for begin in digital india.
                                  4) now see the incident which was held with me at march 23th, 2018. My saving account have also been blocked due to my credit card was blocked.in night 10:35 pm i was totally helpless i don’t have money to pay also in the market and when i have called your customer care i was on hold for 26 min, i was greeted by a rather unprofessional employee. They kept on interrupting me, they were rude and from back laughing noise were coming and they offered no real solution to my problem.in the end, i have to go at bank counter to pay the due amount then my account gets started and i don’t know when again my account can get block. I think it is safe to say i will never be a user of credit card in future.
                                  If you truly value your customers, i highly suggest you teach your customer service representatives how to deal with people. Please don’t make fool of normal customers by saying we are in digital india and making money in the name of any bla bla bla charges.
                                  Want a response on same!!!

                                    I am Jaysukhbhai M. Patel. I am running transportation business of amul milk and other amul products. In my business, I collect cash from the retailers everyday and deposit it in my zero balance current account(A/C No. [protected]) in the KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (NARODA BRANCH, NR. GALAXY CINEMA, NH NO 8, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT- 382330), as contract is developed for money transfer between AMUL and MAHINDRA KOTAK BANK. I am running my business by two firms named KAIVAL ENTERPRISE and KARUNESH SALES of which I have bank account for KAIVAL ENTERPRISE in KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK to deposit cash, but Mr. NILESH SAVANI(MANAGER OF MAHINDRA KOTAK, NARODA BRANCH) refused to allow account for KARUNESH SALES. He (MR. NILESH SAVANI) offered us an account forcing to invest in mutual funds in their branch after only.

                                    Sir, when we go in the bank to deposite bundles of cash (collected in notes of 50, 100, 500, 2000; varies time to time), they refuse to take bundles of 10 and 20, sometimes. And Manager Mr. NILESH SAVANI forces us to bind slip over bundle which must be done by cashier. They don't accept cash if we don't write firm name on slip binded over bundle. So, We are forced to write name of firm in slip binded over bundle which is not supposed to be written by us.

                                    He do so, because he frequently reject cunterfeit notes when I go to bank. Notes are never checked before me. So, I don't know that mutilated/counterfeit note is either from my bundle or from else's. when I demanded letter in written for confirmity of note from my bundle, He refused to give that. Money is deducted from my account balance equal to value of note and that causes loss to me. When counterfeit/mutilated note from bundle is seen, He force us to sign on form. Only after that, He allows cashier to receive cash.

                                    There had been one case of getting mutilated note in bank, in which they had shown "same mutilated note" received from four different account holders from different areas on "same day". Sir, How can that be possible? Also, they don't give refund of money in case of mutilated note, I see scandal in this.
                                    This is the tyranny on me by MR. NILESH SAVANI.

                                    On 28th October for me fraud transactions happened.i called to customer care they also confirmed it is a fraud transaction and till now i didn't get my money and kotak mahindra bank asking money from me.
