Hi, i have a credit card of kotak mahindra bank which is blocked from 6 months. I made a payment under reversal scheme after having a conversation with payment department. They said after payment they will unblock my card within 48 hours and after 48 hours i have to contact customer care executive of kotak mahindra bank for zero account so that i can use my card. It's almost 6 months i have paid my bill they blocked my credit card and we're i have paid excess amount, this people will not even refund amount bank. I will raise a request and they will turn around time of 15 days and they will close request... Playing with customers emotions. I had got discussion with kotak bank cs regards upgradation of credit card to platinum, she was told me charges will be₹499+gst per year, and if i will do transaction more than ₹50000 then this charges will waive off hence i was agree to upgrade. I am using a credit card from kotak mahindra bank for last 2 years and i have got the card with a limit of just inr 19000.
And as per the terms and condition of kotak mahindra bank, the credit limit always enhanced at an interval of 6 months by 30 to 40%.
If we count from the time, when the card has been issued to me then the limit of my card must be inr 54265 till date.

You have activated some cpp plan, and i don't know what the hell is that. Hardly we are able to save 1000/- a month, but the is people have deducted more than 2k at one shot. I was having a kotak mahindra account & credit card in 2013. This account & credit card was closed by me in 2014 by giving application in kapurthala punjab branch. After that credit card team called me for balance of payment in 2015-16. I asked them that i have already given full payment & closed the account.
