sr closing without confirmation

false promises and inappropriate information of credit card

Hi, i have a credit card of kotak mahindra bank which is blocked from 6 months. I made a payment under reversal scheme after having a conversation with payment department. They said after payment they will unblock my card within 48 hours and after 48 hours i have to contact customer care executive of kotak mahindra bank for zero account so that i can use my card. I have taken a kotak credit card, which i have reported to closed on march 2018, after a full and final settelement, for dat matter i got a mail, dat dey have taken my request to closing my card... But i keep on getting bill statement for march and april month respectively. I contacted kotak cudtomer care and dey agreed dat a request has been placed but no action have taken till date... And i have to pay every false penny dat a bank is demanding...

I am using a credit card from kotak mahindra bank for last 2 years and i have got the card with a limit of just inr 19000.
And as per the terms and condition of kotak mahindra bank, the credit limit always enhanced at an interval of 6 months by 30 to 40%.
If we count from the time, when the card has been issued to me then the limit of my card must be inr 54265 till date.
But i know the bank will put further answers...

deduction without intimation

You have activated some cpp plan, and i don't know what the hell is that. Hardly we are able to save 1000/- a month, but the is people have deducted more than 2k at one shot. And when we call the customer care number, there are 1000 process to be followed, dial this no., dial that no., and finally you reached nowhere.
They are just enjoying by deducting hard earned money of other's....

I have lost my savings on 29th dec '17 due some fraud transaction happened under cybercrime in agra when i was at my address in faridabad.
