Hello, i had salary account with kotak bank and they offered me a credit card. It is true that i used the card when needed and it helped. But i lost my job and i am waiting for my full and final settlemnt from the company i worked. I am broke and literally in no position to pay bills. Its been over a motnh since my due date passed thats on april 10th. I recently joined a new company and i am waiting for my 1st salary due this month end. I requested the credit card recovery team to wait until the end of this month so that i can pay the dues. But i am tortured every day for the payment due. Every morning a recovery agent visits my home at around 7 am and troubles for the payment. I work in night shifts so i sleep in the day time. Today i had 20 missed calls from the agent and he warns me that he would send an agent tomorrow morning and if i failed to make he payment by 12:00 the agent would sit in front of my house until i make the payment. He says that he would let everyone around know about this.

I understand i failed to make the payment on time. But its only the circumstances that led to this. I am being forced here. Its creating a lot of tension and stress at my workplace. Dont i have the right to privacy here. I requested them a lot to wait until the end of this month. Still they dont behave appropriately. They are literally on me everyday.

Please someone help me on this.

I has filled in the application on 811 and the rep came to get the kyc. Their app wasn't working and i decided not to go ahead with account opening.
Since then, the bank calls me almost everyday to update the kyc even though i have told them numerous times to close the account and not call me ever again.

The continue to call me everyday. Please have my number removed and stop harassing customers.

I have a kotak 811 account. Today i have been charged rs - 23.6 seven times. Total 188.8rs debited from my account. Why? This is very bad. I am thinking that i should close my kotak 811 account. When i opened my kotak account the bank executive said that there are no other charges... Bt your just liar. Please solve my problem otherwise i have to close my account.

The harassment this Bank account is doing with user is not acceptable.

I had zero balanced salary account. when i opened the account they said that this account is zero no such amount need to open or will deducted.
i was not using the account for some time, when i though to use this account i asked the customer agent person who are sitting in my office is there any charge, they said if in ur online banking account shows no -ve balance means zero then no deduction will happen.

so i transferred some amount then i saw some 35 deducted then i raised a concern and they deactivated the service and i started using this account for salary account.

i donot have information that there is such non Maintenance minimum charge will happen for non using period.

Now they have deducting 15k from my account,

please help me, i am not getting any solution from.

please help me, , please without informing that you are not using that amount will deduct from last one year suddenly they deduct that much amount.

please sir/man there are lots of people suffering the issue, some people even cannot know that bank deducting because there is no communication, please take a strong action.

Im having a kotak mahindra bank Trinity account its a zero balance account. Past 4 months more than 1500rs debiting from my account. Dont knw why these things happening. If i call to customer service centre, there will be no proper response. 28.75 rs will start debited continuously around 30 to 40 times. Please take a necessary action. I'm taking this issue to higher level.

I received offer letter on 6th june 2017, from kotak mahindra bank, till today i did not get any training program schedule or posting, mr. Ajeeth thomas is hr ([protected]@outlook.com mobile: [protected],) several times mail to him and call to him he did not response to me, before getting offer letter he collect charges 80, 000 inr from me, account opening charges collect from me. Please taken action seriously, resolve my issue. I am sending scan copy of the offer letter and payment slips to you, please reply

Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 13/05/2018 from my kotak mahindra account without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either i tried customer service no. But not connect with customers care officer.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

My team from last few days is continuously making follow up for the loan accounts mentioned below but getting no reply. We have paid all the emi’s of the loan accounts mentioned below and has been closed. But still in cibil it is showing status as “open” and with some outstanding amounts, which is wrong and is badly affecting our credit score in cibil.

So, you are kindly requested...

I am a privy league customer. I deposited a cheque in december 2017 and the amount has not been credited yet. I have been calling my relationship manager and writing mails but nobody responds.

I have called the rm and told him my concern, he said he will look into it. And i never heard anything since then. I called again and again but nobody picks the call. The grievance registration website of kotak is down.

I got a call from kotak mahindra bank for credit card, the sales executive told me that it is a free card and i wont be charged any joining fee or annual fee, even i told him that you guys make false promises and later these things are charged, but he assured me that it wont happen.

So i went ahead approved, in few days i received my credit card in a weeks time, after another week on 10th may 2018 i get a sms saying that "transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card on 10th may. On one assist".

I called up kotak mahindra band and they told me that they cant do anything and i need to reach out one assist,

I thought i should once check my credit card transactions online, to my surprise i see joining fee deducted on my credit card,

Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- charged for on assist and the joining fee 588.82 to my credit card account, immediately.

I loaded 5000 rupees using fund my account to 811 but amount was deducted in andhra bank but money was not credited in to that account it's been 24 hour's but still not credited yesterday i contacted with 811 customer care they said that money will be credited within 24 hours but still not credited so do as soon as possible because i need money very urgent so look in to this

I applied for a credit card for kotak mahindra bank online on 27th april 2018. Their representative had a telephonic discussion and collected (Orally) all of my credentials for the application on the same day. Immediately i received an application reference number to my e-mail and mobile no. The aforesaid application no. Is[protected]. (Received on 27 april 2018 at 14:20 pm). The executive had set for an appointment to send the executive to collect the necessary documents physically from my office on monday 30th april 2018.
Till today (8th may 2018) no body has come to collect the same as they promised and i received no call from the bank regarding the same.
Only yesterday i received a call from kotak mahindra bank and someone said it was a misunderstanding on their part (?) and they would send the executive on monday and till today no one visited or called me regarding this.
I demand an apology and an explanation for such unnecessary harassment on banks part and since i have shared some vital information about myself, i am worried for their safety.
Please help.

I applied for personal loan from kotak mobile app yesterday. But now i don't required this loan. I called customer care and asked if they could cancel this loan and i will pay entire amount back to bank which i took. But they said that it cant be cancelled and emi has to be paid for 1 year at least. But if i want to pre-close my loan after 1 year then there will be pre-charges of 5% on principle amount left and then 18% gst of my total principle after 1 year. What is role here of taking gst. Bank is already paying their taxes to government then what why government will take 18% of gst from me. The deal was done between me and bank only. Right!! I will never deal anything with kotak bank. Will close account and credit card as well asap.
Please help if someone can do or suggest some valuable advice.

I have a credit card of kotak mahindra bank. I made a payment under reversal scheme after having a conversation with mr. Ankur sharma payment department and i have a reversal letter also that is emailed by mr. Ankur sharma.
They said after payment they will do total outstanding of my card zero after that you can normally use your card or close your card but til now my total outstanding is no zero and i tried to reach mr. Ankur but his phone no is not in service so please help me out.

I am having a credit card with card no 5464 with your bank.

This is to bring to your kind information that an auto debit failure charges of rs. 500/- and gst of rs. 90/-. (Total rs. 590/-) has been levied on my credit card on 08.03.2018. However, i had made a payment of rs. 5000/- on the same date against a minimum amount due of rs. 200/-.

As i have made payment on due date i. E. 08.03.2018,...

I have education loan in corporation bank where i have multiple ecs and one ecs of 2000 rs is there in kotak mahindra bank. One months ecs has been bounced from this account but education loan emi has been provided in other payment option. They have deducted 4000/- rs in one month ecs bounce.

I didn't even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

I am nirmal from chennai. I was booked train ticket by transaction id: [protected], dated on 21/april/2018. I was make my payment by rupay card. Its are under cancellation due to waiting list cadre after chart prepared. So my cancellation id: [protected]. Yet i didn't received my money from irctc. But in website it was refunded on 24.04.2018. Let me know the transaction details for my reference. Please check my refund history and give proper reason with refund.

I was doing credit card payment, first time i got the message as failue there website is one of the worst site.
Second time when i made the payment it was done but later i checked my money deducted both the times find the below ref. From kotal -

After connecting with customer care on phone they said payment received only once we can't help call your banking department.
Later mailed and went to social sites so now i got the amount in the credit card history. What will i do with that amount they are very clever people why they did not refund it into the same account from it was deducted?
Will they pay the same interest and charges they levied on credit card.
My complaint is i want my money back into my saving account not in the form of credit card limit increase etc..
And one more thing they have one of the most stupid customer service.
Very soon i will get rid of them.
