I am atul verma with crn no.[protected], i had been charged with some tbms charges in my kotak mahindra bank salary account i. E. Zero balance and there is no charges regarding that when i am opening the account, i don't know what is the reason behind this, when i called customer care executive of kotak mahindra bank, the person said sir the money has not been deducted it is on hold, there is no reason showing at my end behind this kindly wait for 2 days when the amount is deducted, we will provide the exact reason. "i mean what the hell is this the person don't even know the reason of which they sitting there, they even blocked me for 24 hours for phone banking". This is some serious damage to my concern. I am telling all colleagues to close their salary account in kotak mahindra bank.
