Kotak mahindra bank hasfraud banking services. Rs. 800+ charge for other atm withdraws. 10000+ charge for not maintaining minimum balance. 1000+ for delayed credit card payments. One purchase= service tax+conversion charge+interest charge+actual mrpâ?¦. Close all your accounts of kotak mahindra bankâ?¦ #kotak #mahindra #bank has fraud business services in all sectors. Debit cards and debit cards. They charge more money than actually they deserve. I have been paying lot more than what i took from them. I feel it is better to take money from individual brokers than kotak mahindra bank. Their fraud business should be closed immediately to save poor people from being robbed by this fraud bank. Worst baniking services. And wost credit card services. They dont even convert purchases to emi even after asking them twice. Cheating bank in india

      I am kotak bank customer and 25 march 2018 i had worst experience with bank. As suddenly the complete available amount 20800 rs from my account got deducted in the charges of maintenance without any intimation. And did not got any single message of amount deduction for the same and i got to know about this while i was logged in for some urgent transaction. And i was completely shocked

      First of all let me clear it i had a salaried account which was opened through of my previous job which was completely zero balance maintained account at the time of opening and it was told by your sales person. Now i don't know when it got automatically converted in some type of account without notifying where we have to pay for maintenance. Now tell me how you charged me for maintenance thought i have told you the complete scenario.

      Now tell me is this your way of treating your customers? But i will make sure that none of my relatives nor my family and friends open any account in kotak and i will raise a complain in consumer forum and i wish rbi to take some serious action against such bank who cheates with customers

        Today (April 2nd, 2018) I used my credit card ( no. [protected]) at 4.50 p.m at ARUN ICECREAMS and Rs.45 was debited from my credit card available limit. But the shopkeeper told that the transaction was unsuccessful and used the card again for which another Rs.45 was debited. Totally amount of Rs.90 was debited. But he told that both the transactions were unsuccessful. I got a message and I showed him the deductions but still he was not sure about the transactions. I humbly request you to clarify the same whether amount got deducted or not

        I got message of ccp assistance service (Kodak credit card )they debited 1649. Without informing.
        I having total credit limit of 15000. In that 1649 charge r u joking ?
        First I m not interested and without my concern how they can deduct and how they r getting all details of my cards.

          We have opened zero balance account after receive the mail from kotak. Later thru verification system, they pushed us to maintain monthly balance of 10k. And they deducted atm card fee before even start using the card and if we failed to maintain the balance even one day in a month, they will charge at least 500rs at minimum. Never recommend kotak as they are online cheater bank

            Team i am holding credit card of kotak bank cc # [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am being geniue customer. From last month i couldn't make my payment due to some medical emergencies in my family. Your recovery agents are harassing my parents. They are abusing them and threatening them for payment. I am not in town bcoz of work. Recovery agents visits home and harass my parent. They are senior citizen and stays alone. Please stop these visit or else i have file consumer complaint against bank. Some one from bank can call me directly on my mobile no [protected] regarding above between 7pm to 8pm. My parents are heart patients if any thing happens bcoz of these stress bank will be responsible. I will make payments of all dues i am not saying no but need some time to arrange funds. Please consider my request.

              Iam having credit card of kotak mahindra bank i was using from last 1 year in thr month of february 2018 by mistakely i paid minimum due and bank has charged me mearly 3500rs chrarges which ism not aware about the chargrs and this is the. First time iam facing this kind of issues and i called to phone banking asking for reversal no one is giving reversal as a first time guest user and i spoke to sanket chalke manager he is telling directly deniying my request and i spoke to one officer he told make the entire payment we will refund and they have taken call retrivel but i font no status of that req they closed and i spoke one more office payal she told she will give reversal at last she left my case and i am calling repeatedly no one is responding for the reversal of this is the services i will share these in social media

                I am a holder of kotak mahindera bank in business park, sohna road. My account was opened in 0 balance in oct 2014. I didn't face any issue regarding when this bank was on the name of ing vasya bank, but in last 30 days kotak bank deducted 2200 rs from my account... Monthly non maintenance charges and debit card annual fees.. Like this...

                This is not fare without informing to us, this bank deducted huge amount from customers accounts...

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  Here by writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding an absurd call received on behalf of kotak mahindra today. I received a call this afternoon stating that there had been a delay in payment of personal loan by a person known to me. Mr. Vinod ([protected]) had been very abusive in his talks, calling me up for the first time ever. He compelled me to call the person from my phone, for which he had been irrespectful when i had turned down his proposal. He demanded me to do the payment in that case, too. He tried to intimidate me by stating that i would receive hundreds of calls from now on regarding the same which he did too by calling me up for around 10-15 times while im at my work.

                  Mr. Vinod had been demandful and irrespectful based on irrational proofs like only having my contact number given by a person known to me as a referance. The whole scenario had been demoralising to a person like me, who was no where involved when the dealings were done.

                  I request you to look into the matter which could be considered defamable to kotak mahindra and take adequate charges.

                    Hi,

                    I have an account in kotak mahindra bank.
                    I got a text message at 29th march 2018 18:33, informing me that my account's mobile number and email id has been updated.
                    But, i did not give any request for that.
                    So, i immediately called customer care then customer service agent told me that those are updated by credit card team and transferred my call to credit card department to check with them.
                    But, the operator in credit card team told that these details are updated by phone banking team.
                    So, they transferred my call back to phone banking department. This call transfers happened multiple times, but they did not tell me who updated those details.

                    I suspect there is a fraudulent activity happening on my account in the bank.
                    I want to know how my personal information is updated without my consent. This is a serious security breach.

                    I want to get a response on this within 24 hrs.
                    If i do not get any satisfactory reply then i am going to raise complaint with banking ombudsman.

                      Pl provide no dues certificate for loan taken from kotak mahindra primus ltd for maruti wagon r lxi model car no dl 2cm 8248. The loan has been fully paid back by 01.10.2008

                      Loan agreement no. 41322695 dated 29.10.2003 between myself (Borrower) and kotak mahindra primus ltd. For rs 196025/-. The loan already fully repaid by me by 01.10.2008 but i did not get no dues certificate from you till date. Now i wish to sell the vehicle. The lease agreement is endorsed on the car registration certificate. Therefore, the no dues certificate and form 35 are required to be issued by you please issue a letter/form to regional transport authority tilak marg, new delhi to remove your name as financier on the registration certificate. The original letter / papers written by you to the transport authority be issued to me.

                        I am receiving calls from these numbers[protected] and[protected] saying that i am calling from kotak mahindra bank regarding loan taken from citi finance in 2007, some person named as ravi is repeatedly calling me and in my office number and saying that i am a defaulter, now when i am asking for their email address for sending the mail as prove of my settlement done in 2008 they are not providing the information, rather threatening me. If kotak mahindra bank had taken over citi finance in 2014 then till date why they have not called me and now suddenly calling me and my office and harressing me. If i am a defaulter then they should file a legal action against me, instead of threatening me on phone. Your help required.

                          When I approached the kotak house bank personal loan section in charge mr kiran, he told that you give pre closure request wait for 15 working days.I requested lot to close witnin week at least . He is not allowed. I lost 2000/day because their policies. It is ridiculous, pls help me where to compliant, when asked them show me which rule is saying close after 15 days they are not showing.

                            My sister in laws husband took some personal loan from kotak. Now we dont have any relationship with him as my sister in law is getting divorced, neither me nor any body else has from our family has given any gurantee or security for this loan but somehow the kotak recovery agents come to know about us and managed to get our cell numbers. Now they are calling to me and my family members to repay the loan though we dont have any obligation to pay. They are using fowl very fowl language and misbehaving on phone. The number from which we are receiving call are [protected] & [protected]. The persons behind this are totally insane and illogical. I want to lodge a police complaint but i dont have complete details of the case. Can i do it just on the basis of call i m receiving?

                                Opening my salary account with kotak is something that i regret forever. The kit they gave me when i opened the account including my debit card, banking pins and cheque book is invalid and not related to my account. I don't know how can someone be so blind in serving the customers. I have received my salary of 31000 and they automatically deducted 18000 from the account for no reason. They say i have a credit card bill wherein i don't even have a credit card. And they keep on deducting amount from my account and are not even helping me to close my account. I can't believe that people and process of such a reputed bank can be so stupid.

                                Arbitration Reference notice from Kotak bank dated 17.03.2018 has sent to me on 24.03.2018. This is complete harassment from your bank. How to escalate this issue?

                                        I have got kotak credit card on 2017 i didn't even set pin for any of my kotak debit/credit cards but on march 2018 i have got credit card statement like you need to pay 588.82 via sms.
                                        How can i get due amount if i didn't even use my credit card?
                                        How come it possible with in 2 days the due/service charge is 588/-

                                        And i don't want this credit card so kindly let me know the process to block my card asap.
