    I have opened account since I was happy to know that the open the account at zero balance.when I successfully opened it, I didn't get any virtual debit card and any netbanking kit instead of this I kept faith on them, i transferred some amount in it. but when I want to send money to somewhere else it was asking for KYC. the official came 2 days after I opened the account and get the same done. he came nearly 2 days ago .till now my money is not transferring to anywhere. I am login in, again and again, .it is showing error all the time. its been 4 days my money is there on my bank account till now I am unable to send it to anywhere else want that everything the bank promises to the customers should be given to me as soon as possible

      I am account holder from 2014 i try to withdraw on 06.01.18 rs.10000 two times at paruthipattu atm center from my salary deposit amount but unfortunatly not received cash due to power failure. Next day (07.01.18) the same rs.20000 refund from your side and again i with draw the cash from sennerkuppam avadi road atm center for rs.10000 two times that time my balance showing rs.20.86/- (Cr) and again cash withdraw rs.10000/- two times from my account on 10.01.18 without my knowledge, statement narration showing (Atl/[protected]/[protected]Value date 06.01.18) & (Atl/[protected]/[protected]Value date 06.01.18) that time my balance showing 19979.14/- (Dr)
      And again my salary deposit rs.13231/-from prompt personnel consultancy on 05.02.18 but i try to withdraw cash i can't receied due to that time my balance showing 7052.14/- (Dr) i complaint to kotak bank my complain no. [protected] your bank customer told with 17 days it will solve.
      And again my salary deposit rs.13278/-from prompt prosonnel consultancy on 05.03.18 i check to atm but my balance showing 7052.14/- (Dr) i can received rs.6060/- only realy i tired to this issue four to five times i go and compliant to your branch at santhom but till not slove this issue my daily salary only loss
      Kinldy take correct action and understand my situation with out delay.

        Sir/madam these email been sent 4 months ago complaint raised for not giving me any details of premature excess amount charged and also no complete details were given to me regarding TDS debited even though i/d submitted they had not updated the same, and also its my 14 year old accout after ING VYSYAA BANK MERGED WITH KOTAK BANK, PROBLEM IS DOUBLED AND THERE IS LOTS OF NEGLIGENCE IN SERVISES, AND I/D TO WASTE HALFDAY WAITING AT BRANCH MANY TIMES,
        IF PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BY CREDITING MY EXCESS AMOUNT of 3k DEBITED with out correct calculations, which is unjustified, so, i.d to go legaly to claim my hard earned money.
        SO PLZ DO THE NEEDFULL SIR/MADAM asap, plz do reply...

          I have a pesronl loan from KOtak which was disbursed on 30.06.2017 into my account.

          My EMI start date 10.07.2017, I am paying all the installment as per the due date, however Kotak marked in the CIBIL as first payment delayed by 22 days.

          I was amazed to see it. I want this issue to be resoloved as soon as possible. It was highlighted earlier and I was given assurance that it is resolved now but its still not removed from CIBIL.

          My CRN number is 82614838.

          Wow, no response from the bank. Its better to switch the salary account to other bank and transfer the loan as well.

            I have a Kotak Mahindra bank 811 zero balance account One day they Are charged Amount RS.95 Something and when I call the helpline Number they told me that charges because of you requested to us for Physical statement or Passbook apply but i don't apply then I call customer care helpline they told me that we are sorry for that and we apologise that are our banks mistakes we refund you amount then I wait Some days after no resolution I call again then they said you are requested physical statement that's why we change you money when I said how you can say they said we have recordings then I said send me the recordings but they do not SEND me any recordings now I want justice I want that bank say Sorry to me in writing I want sorry letter from bank

              payment for card not reflecting but is debited from account

              Hi,
              I made a payment for my credit card of rupees 26500/- and the same got deducted from my savings account but it is not reflecting in my credit card payments due to a technical glitch from kotak banks end.
              I also made another payment of 16000/- as i thought i will get the deducted amount in few hours but still i am not getting any response from kotak bank.

              I am falling short of 8ooo rupees on the credit card...

              account marked lien without prior notice

              I hold a kotak credit card and a savings account. My savings account was marked lien without prior notice. My account was marked in lien about 5 days back and then i get an email stating give us your consent to debit the amount from your savings account. One strange thing that these guys have is they send you a monthly credit card statement with total outstanding amount and minimum amount due with a deadline and expect you to make payment...

              tmbs charge

              Dear kotak,

              I got tensed because of charging the amount in terms of tbms.. And moreover my account is salary and zero balance account.
              How is possible to deducted from my account without any intimation or permission.
              Actually i am having this issue from last may month itself.
              Yesterday only i got to known this issue, while i am checking my history.
              Amount has been deducted (Rs 5.90) continuously...

              I have a personal loan from kotak bank (Spln[protected] and my last two emi's has been bounced due to some critical reason and i have also promised to bank for payment these emi's with in 15 days inspite of this the collection team of bank came to my office and abused me in front of whole office and told that we will complaint against you if you will not pay the emi till today evening[protected] and called me a person named mr. Neeraj ([protected]) many more time and totally torchered me and bank has been also called and e-mailed (By mr. Mohit sharma) to my company's director that your employee (Vishal) is fraud and financial defaulter and also send the arbitration letter to my company's director and hr also. Due to this action of bank my job is in trouble and if i will loose my job who will be responsible and how the emi's will be paid. I have also attached the image of mail sent by bank.
              Kindly do the needful.

                Wrongly deducted imps charge 5.90 rupee.. I am not use imps transaction..
                More then one cash withdrawals fee 23.60 rupee... More than one this is salary account but non maintenance charges deducted in my amount.

                      some one namely prasunjeet ph. no. [protected] calling me and asking me to give the message to tarique ayubi. i several time told them that tarique ayubi not working here nor we have any communication . but he calling frequently.

                      after that i called the above no. and tryied to talk with senior person, some one vikas and ravi talked and assured to look after the matter, but after that that guy again calling and calling.
                      it seems, they are not thinking about others life.i am a senior citizen and due to his harrassment my b/p gone extremely high.

                      therefore i request you please stop those calls, other wise i have no option but seek the help from court of law.

                        The purpose of meet with mrs ashwin singh, mrs abhishek tripathi and miss nidhi tiwari
                        Was not to know the advantage of 3 in 1 trading account. I already know the advantages of
                        3 in 1 account. If i would have known that they are coming for same i would have not given
                        My precious time to them. Instead during all the meeting with them they were repeadly
                        Putting the pressure on me to take my complaint back and bribing me with rs 750. They
                        Were repeatedly asking for cheque of rs 750, so that they can close the complaint on
                        My behalf and through all the matter on me. I have funded my bank account with 100000
                        And wanted to transfer it to demat account so that i can get waiver of two years fees.
                        Your team has not helped me for that specialy mrs ashwin singh. Mrs ashwin was very active
                        In communication when he was getting multiple lead from my office. When its to helping in
                        Transferring the amount he became inactive and was not at all interested. Beacuse of him i lost
                        My trust in kotak. Because of him i couldn't use my kotak account. So in case i am not
                        Able to use my account i am not liable to pay any charges to kotak. Kindly close
                        The account and revert back.

                          I have applied for kotak mahindra credit card on 31st jan 2018 and i have received the application reference number also since then the application status is showing "Being processed" nothing has changed it's been more than a month. also they have completed my house verification.

                          I got so may calls for verification also rep confirmed that i will be getting my card in 5 working days. as per the SMS i received it would take 15 working days to complete the application process but so far i have not heard anything from kotak mahindra.

                            Dear sir,

                            This is to inform you that i have not yet received the refund of the cancelled ticket which was cancelled by me on 22nd february 2018.

                            The details of which is mentioned as below:

                            Pnr – [protected]
                            Transaction id – [protected]
                            Cancelled date – 22/02/2018
                            Cancellation id – [protected]
                            Transaction amount – rs. 2, 310.00
                            Refund amount – rs. 2, 180.00
                            Refund status – refunded
                            Refund date – 26/02/2018

                            The reservation was made from bandra terminus (Bdts) to bhuj (Bhuj) on 23/02/2018 & return from bhuj (Bhuj) to bamdra terminus (Bdts) on 25/02/2018.

                            Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 26/02/2018, but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. It’s more than 10 days have passed but i have not received the refund.

                            Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.

                            Hope for a swift action from your side.

My kotak credit card has charged rs. 500 for failure of auto debiting from debit card which is unauthorised by me. Due to that my credit limit is exceeded and i was charged 500 plus gst for that. Call it as error or fraud, but such things are not expected from kotak mahindra bank. I request refund for that.

                                  This is barani kumar and i am holding credit card with kotak bank crn[protected].

                                  Firstly i am so frustrated with customer service from credit card. Each and every caller that i spoke to are threatening me and not polite. Being professional in support is mandatory and i never come across such a pathetic support in my life.

                                  I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last month for my credit card. And i promised the agents that i will make the payment on 5th of march 2018 because of the salaried date.

                                  I tried making the payment on 1-mar-2018 and i was shocked to see that my account balance was 0.

                                  I immediately called the customer care and i was told by the rep that my salary is on hold. I called the credit card team and informed the same. They were saying that i should make the complete amount including outstanding balance otherwise my salary will be on hold.
                                  I requested to the representative to deduct the minimum due amount and unblock my account.
                                  I was told that my account would be unblocked in 3 working days.
                                  I visited the mg road branch and the people there are clueless on the issue they gave me an individuals number, her response was blatant she said she would arrange a call back from another representative which never happened.

                                  The behavior of the customer care and the people at the bank are unacceptable as they are unable help me with right response and solution to my problem.
                                  I have an emi scheduled for 5-mar-2018 and i am really sure that would have bounced.

                                  I am looking forward for a response and solution to my problem

                                  I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last month for my credit card. And i promised the agents that i will make the payment on 5th of March 2018 because of the salaried date.

                                  I tried making the payment on 1-Mar-2018 and i was shocked to see that my account balance was 0.

                                  I immediately called the customer care and i was told by the rep that my salary is on hold. I called the credit card team and informed the same. They were saying that i should make the complete amount including outstanding balance otherwise my salary will be on hold.
                                  I requested to the representative to deduct the minimum due amount and unblock my account.
                                  I was told that my account would be unblocked in 3 working days.
                                  I visited the MG road branch and the people there are clueless on the issue they gave me an individuals number, her response was blatant she said she would arrange a call back from another representative which never happened.

                                  The behavior of the customer care and the people at the bank are unacceptable as they are unable help me with right response and solution to my problem.
                                  I have an emi scheduled for 5-Mar-2018 and i am really sure that would have bounced.

                                  I am looking forward for a response and solution to my problem
