fraudulently making charges for failure in auto debiting credit card payments

I am himanshu nagori. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. My contact number is [protected]. My kotak credit card has charged rs. 500 for failure of auto debiting from debit card which is unauthorised by me. Due to that my credit limit is exceeded and i was charged 500 plus gst for that. Call it as error or fraud, but such things are not expected from kotak mahindra bank. I request refund for that....

Firstly i am so frustrated with customer service from credit card. Each and every caller that i spoke to are threatening me and not polite. Being professional in support is mandatory and i never come across such a pathetic support in my life.

I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last...

not received relieving letter and full and final settlement

I am anubha sharma ex employee of kotak mahindra bank contact centre noida sector 125. My employee id was 89453 and my last day with bank is on 15/01/2018. kotak bank respectives has opened nova account instead of zero account

Hi,

I am having savings account ([protected]) with kotak bank and they have deducted nmc 0f 4500 rs from my account. At the time of opening the bank acc no information about any kind of charges was given to me and since then i have been levied nmc charges. This transaction were executed by an unknown resource on 29.12.2017 without my consent and knowledge, i was not asked for any password for executing this transactions, upon receipt...

not providing noc it's now 3 month

Now we’re not able to contact them also when we will visit the bank they said you get clarification only...

Dear sir on 23 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 5000 the money was debited from my punjab national bank account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account.

credit card bill dispute and miscommitment and harassment by bank
