    My name is anil kumar. I am working at igt (Interglobe technology) gurugram which is a global travel technology company for it-bpo sector. At opening of my salary account i choose kotak mahindra bank instead of other banks basis on statement made by mr harish (Representative of kotak bank) at that time.in many of statement one of major statement was that bank will provide us credit card at any time basis on igt company (As company goodwill and as corporate salary account). But when i need for this all kotak team just did not help me and they just give each other contact number to contact them. Some time they said policy change and sometime they said my net salary is less. This include ms vaishali (Bank senior representative) and also avishek (Kotak credit card team). This all is totally wrost sevice they can provide and as i have a corporate salary account still they are just behaving like this. I have more than 1 year bank account with them. I am changing my account in another bank. If they can not provide facilities than they should not make false statement to just open bank account. If my salary is higher in that case what the hell i need of kotak help. I can make credit card with any bank. They have a grade contact with my company still from last 2 months they just only give excuse. I will forward this matter to higher level and even to mahindra ceo also.     Why is there no mail id for the customer care center of the bank? Is it indicative of the callousness their employees are showing towards their customers? When i go on website and click on write to us its showing,. Credit card loan car loan and other loan.. They are just selling there product there and what the hell is this. Why the mail there simply not there.. If you have mail id and you have not direct mention it on write to us and have hide it on any other otion what the hell use of there customer care.. Now in reply if they provide mail id this is not a solution.. My question is why mail id is not directly mention on direct link write to us and what the hell they showing is to sell there product there is just ridiculous.

      I have transferred amount of rs.4, 150 online from my kotak account (A/c no:[protected]) to other account a/c no:[protected] bank: saptagiri grameena bank, vijayawada. Amount was deducted from my account but the amount not credited in the account to which i have transferred the amount. The details are as follows... Ref:[protected], imps:[protected]

        Today, I tried withdrawing money from a Canara Bank ATM near me. Initially I tried to withdraw 2000, when transactions failed. Later, I tried to withdraw 500 from the same ATM, when my transaction failed as said by the ATM screen. However, I got a message telling me that money was deducted from my account. I was in urgent need of money, so I thought it was an issue with the ATM, and attempted to withdraw money from another ATM. Again, as I try to withdraw, no money comes, yet Rs. 500 is debited from my account! What is happening? I lost 1000 Rupees to nothing today! And upon that, when I tried contacting customer care through the helpline provided([protected]) on the backside of the card, one helpline is redirected telling "this line is busy" over a span of two hours!! Which helpline stays busy for such a long time? And the other one ([protected]) "Does not exist" as confirmed by the calling facility. Wonderful. Now we cannot even call to ask if we've been dumped or not. Next, I tried contacting the bank through their website for grievances. Every time I click a link related to that website, all it tires to do is log me out! How pathetic is your system website? Why are we being treated like this? Can we be returned our money? Will I even be answered here?

          I have got kotak credit card on dec 25th 2017 i didn't even set pin for any of my kotak debit/credit cards but on dec 28th 2017 i have got credit card statement like you need to pay 588.82.
          How can i get due amount if i didn't even use my credit card?
          How come it possible with in 2 days the due/service charge is 588/-

          And i don't want this credit card so kindly let me know the process to block my card asap.

            This is regarding some one has used my forgered pan copy and taken loan from tata capital finance. "i have not taken any loan from tata capatial finanacial services ltd". Unfortunately its reflecting in my cibil account. Could please send me back a note saying "i have not taken any loan regarding this and also its no where related to me". Please send me the confirmation note as tata capital team told that "case has been transferred to kotak". Please treat this high priority else need to take legal action.

            A/c no (As per cibil[protected]. Please refer the below mail which i have sent last year.

              I have ordered a product from hairburst from uk, and used this account for payment. Company cancelled the order and sent me email of refund since 19th december 2017.. Still there is no refund added to my account. And recently i got an email that refund have been transferred within 10 day from 19th december 2017, if still not received then it must be issue from bank side.

              I personally visited the bank on 28th Dec, the bank manager assured the account to be active by EOD 23rd Dec, still no response from them

                Am very disappointed by your bank services, please i need a proper response for this compalint

                Points to be noted.

                1. Your employee saw my payslip and he knows that my take home is 28k, and in online it is showing 25k. And now your are telling the eligibility is 30k. If in that case your employee should have informed me in the starting itself.

                2. And i told before itself that i’m staying in pg and your employee have told it’s fine and not a problem

                3. I informed in the starting only my cibil score is 0, for that also he has told, cibil its not a problem, we will take care

                4. “customers are god to you” did your organisation has not thought you to how to handle customers.

                5. And i’m very upset that he has blocked my number
                You people can’t even have the sense reply to calls and tell the fact.

                6. And very ashamed that i approached kotak mahindra bank for these loan purpose.

                7. Other banks are very good comparing to your bank.

                8. And i will not leave this i will complaint these to your higher authorities about this.

                9. And i need a proper reply for this complaint from your management.

                10. Because of your carelessness i have wasted my time a lot

                  I have transferred money from my sbi debit card to my kotak bank account but the money is not transferred but money has been deducted from my debit card and kotak account is still asking to add money to active my account. Please refund my deducted money. Very bad experience. I will not refer to anyone unless i get my money back. And please let me know how much time will it take to get my refund back.

                    Employee of your bank branch from parle point, surat visited my office for opening of my huf a/c. I submitted him all my documents on[protected] and a cheque of amount rs 20000/- on the same date. I was ignored by him for a month. Then i visited the concerned branch office nd complained the same to deputy branch manager as the manger was not available like always. I was told by deputy branch manager that this particular case has been handed over to another employee as the earlier employee was negligent. Great, even he knows about his employees very well still not concerned about customers. I am being told by the deputy branch manager that the a/c opening is in process since last 10 days. It has already been almost 2 months but no proper response from any of your branch employees. Shame on ur customer services.
                    Details -
                    My name - r p jeetander singh already have a current a/c in the same branch which took me 45 days for activation.

                      No support / no response just making fool on nris...
                      Please don't make people fool.

                      Please close my account as soon as possible.
                      Just tell me how to take money out of this # bank.

                      " i have visited bank, did all the formalities but due to bank's mistake they mentioned my mobile or registered number wrong. Again i visited " safdarganj kotak bank " and linked my aadhaar number with bank and requested to correct my number.
                      Without mobile number i cannot use any services and my money is stuck in this worst bank in the world.
                      They don't have any online support even when u will call paid customer care number from outside, there is no option to talk to customer care executive.

                      I have never seen such a bad services in my whole like.

                      I want to complaint about it to higher level and action should be taken against the bank.

                      Even when i visited the bank so instead of concentrating on my issues they were explaining there # up plans and trying to get 2.5 million inr for investment.
                      Need a good help to punish these money eaters.

                      If they cant provide the services why they are taking money from customers.

                      Please note that i am living abroad and i have visited the bank to resolve my problem, its been one month almost even they couldn't update my number.
                      I think it is a dirty trick to hold the money.

                      Please help.

                        Since more than 4 months back, i closed my a/c [protected] at faridabad, sector 16 branch. But my balance not returned. Bank says contact customer care help line. When i phoned customer care help line they asked me to approach above base branch. Again the above base branch asked me to contact customer care help line.
                        You are simply harassing the customers who are closing account because of very bad service being offered by your branch. Let me know when i can get my balance amount.in fact i should get interest also on this.
                        I am also a share holder of the bank but feels bad about your services.

                          Today (06/01/2018) i went to kotak mahendra bank (Valipalyam branch) to deposit my amount but teller not interested to recieve my amount because my challan amount is filled with all denomination incluting 10s and 20s. He speaking like that he will receive only big denomination like 2000 and 500. I am running distribution businees in tirupur area. My collection amt will be i any denomination. So i cant tell my customers to give in big denomination. He also adviced me to change that low denomination in outer places. I dont think that rbi adviced not to recieve low denomination. This not fair that i am depositing my amt in bank and he is also not faster enough to recieve bigger amt..

                              I have open the new salary account in kotak mahindra bank from your bank agent (Mr. Sumit kumar) from gurgaon branch.
                              He told me about the salary account no any charges deducted in this account
                              But after few months (In sep-2017) unnecessary charges got deducted from my salary account and its still i haven't got received my amount till toady 06.01.2018.
                              Mr. Sumit kumar committed me, after three months salary your deduct amount has been reimbursed in your account. But still i have not received
                              I m very disappointed and frustrated from your services especially from your bank agent mr. Sumit kumar because his response very rudely over the call with me
                              Kindly take an action about the complaint and your agent.

                              I hope you will help me and reimbursed the my amount

                                4 months ago kotak mahindra bank as debited 12900 from my credit card account. I already paid all my bills every month. When i asked them what are the things included in 12900 deduction, kotak fraud bank did not responding with answers. They told me to check previous bills which does not explain anything about 12900. I have been keep asking them to solve the issue immediately. They are denying and keep sending random numbers in my credit card every month. Close all your accounts immediately with this fraud bank. My friend also encounter an issue with this fraud bank recently. He has cleared all his credit amount and made it 0 balance. Now, they are sending 4000 every month to pay as bill. He is asking for solutions and kotak fraud bank is not helping with us. They are charging too much money and not giving any details we asked. I can only suggest you cancel this fraud bank accounts and save your money with other banks like hdfc. They have more standard and clear rules about every transaction. Kotak applications and websites do not reflect money we paid for 48 hours. They keep deducting money from my account without any reasons. I'm closing all their account very soon, once they solve my issues and these fraud transactions. Please share this information to your family and friends.

                                Fraud Kotak Bank deducted 12900 from my account 4 months ago. Still not reversing my money back. I asked them to explain what are the things included in 12900 deduction. Still no response from their support team. I have been complaining repeatedly. There is no use. They are telling me to pay 12900 without any explanation. They are adding -ve balance to my credit card amount as I have been posting this issue to their social media. They are not helping. They do not have any details about 12900. So I have to pay all the amount without asking questions?? Why Kotak Bank won't have information about deductions performed on my bank account. One simple question took 4 months and still don't have answer from them. Because, they have deducted and thought that I would not check my credit card bills and blindly pay the entire amount every month. This fraud bank is not responding even after 50 -ve reviews till date. I have been posting this review in every website I see online in comments. I recommend you to do the same as this bank does not help people. They just Rob your money.

                                I deposited Rs. 2000/- in my 811 kotak account on 21-12-17. which is not credited. though the bank by which i transfer is debited.
                                My amount of Rs 440.0 deducted in IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 03-Jan-2018 but my ticket is not book

                                  Hi
                                  I took loan pl from kotak mahindra bank.
                                  While taking loan, they promised there is no pre closure charges for closure of loan.
                                  I took loan befor 2 years.
                                  Now i m trying to close loan they told they will charge for 5 percent 0f outstanding loan amount.
                                  I m gonna complaint ombudsman.
                                  Worst bank i have ever seen.
                                  Simply robbery..!!!
                                  Any suggestions

                                    I had a loan with bajaj and tata capital and took a loan from kotak on the condition that i do a bt and take a top up existing loan, which i did. Now i see that all the three banks bajaj, tata capital and kotak bank are charging me for the same loan, somebody needs to explain to me why am i being charged twice for the same loan and i have raised a dispute with cibil as my cibil score is getting impacted. I have received a charge back from bajaj however tata is yet to refund me 12000 odd rupees. I have shared all the details along with kotak however even after multiple email i am yet to get it resolved.

                                      This is vijay suresh sonawane my loan account no spln60519253 with kotak bank (Mumbai)
                                      I would like to inform you, my loan ecs date is 15th of every month but in the month of dec 2017 ecs not reflect in my account so contacted to customer service related ecs not debited my hdfc bank account as per customer service team information i had made payment to collection team on dated 22th dec 2017 rs 5238 my emi amount and i confirm with collection team mr vinay again not reflecting ecs to my hdfc bank account and on that basis i don neft to kotak bank.
                                      Hence forth after 7 days means dt 26/12/2017 my account stuck of rs 5238 by kotak bank for emi for the month of dec 2017 which is i already made payment
                                      Now hdfc bank debited me bounce charges for twice transaction of kotak bank rs 1500/-

                                      I kindly request you please resolve above query as your end because i am not liable to pay any charges

                                      Please reverse debit amount in my hdfc saving account

                                        This is barani kumar and i am holding credit card with kotak bank crn 90221068.

                                        Firstly i am so frustrated with customer service from credit card. Each and every caller that i spoke to are threatening me and not polite. Being professional in support is mandatory and i never come across such a pathetic support in my life.

                                        I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last month for my credit card. And i promised the agents that i will make the payment on 1st of january 2018 because of the salaried date.

                                        When i try to make credit card payment i got shocked that account balance shows 0 rs and my entire salary is not reflecting today.

                                        I immediately called the customer care and i was told by the rep that my salary is on hold. I called the credit card team and informed the same. They were saying that i should make the complete amount including outstanding balance otherwise my salary will be on hold.

                                        I request the agent that i will make the payment of minimum amount due right away and slowly pay all the outstanding balance. It is impossible for a person like me to make the complete amount of outstanding in one month.

                                        I know that i have to bear the bouncing charges if i don’t make minimum due on time. For some personal reason i was not able to pay the minimum due last month. But that does not mean that i am going to cheat the bank. I am also paying for axis home loan, hdfc personal loan with no complaints with good reputation. But as soon as i agree for kotak credit card my bad time started. I don't understand why they have to hold the salary for pending dues. I was told that i need to pay the complete outstanding so that they can release the salary. This is the only source of income and i never expect the policy in such a rude way. It is more scary.

                                        I have checked with friends who use other bank credit cards and it never happened to anyone. It is a complete harassment from your team and threating customers.

                                        On an occasion of new year, you have put my salary on hold and i do not have even 1 rupee for survival. Is this what you call policy?

                                        I am working in major corporate field and there are thousands and thousands of employees here use credit card and our company salaried account is kotak. If you do not resolve this issue and un hold my salary. I am sure that i will spread this news across my company (Wipro technologies) and i am sure that you will lose many customers. I feel like that i can even commit suicide because i also need to pay the loan amount of 10, 000 on time. If i don’t i will get bouncing charges and entire credit score will get impacted at the same time this makes double the pressure.

                                        It is my kind request to you that someone should take this as high priority to release my salary immediately. I will make the minimum amount due and then slowly i will close the outstanding balance.
