amount deduction naming tbms

Hi ganapati here,
I have been using kotak mahendra bank since 4 years.. Thistle i am seeing there is a reduction of 250 rs unnecessarily.. You have deducted 23 rs 10 times and 10 rs twice. This is not at acceptable. If you are not replaying the amount back i will switch to some other bank for sure. So take this on priority. By doing this u ll lose many customers. Keep this in mind @kotak mahendra bank.

On 3rd september 2017, i swiped my kotak debit card for inr844 at a super market. Pos shown failure response but amount got deducted from my account.
I made first complaint to kotak on 5th september 2017. Kotak executive chirag rathod gave assurance to get resolved in 1 week.

kotak bank fraud

I had my salary account with kotak for 2 years and then suddenly i left job and 1500 rs was deducted from my account as non maintenance charge.

As i'm no longer employee of previous employer. The salary will not credit to my account. Request you to please close my account as you already charged me 1412/- for not mainting the minimum charges inspite of saying so many times. deduct my money

Never use @kotak mahindra bank they have deducted my rs 10, 000/- when i am used atm (Indusind bank) for withdrawal money. Atm machine is also not working properly. Atm id sn016862.

In spite of continuous follow-up and visit of kotak mahindra bank, they did not provide me the resolution. This is how they treated their genuine customer. All of their customer support team and social media teams are pathetic. They never reply...

online banking fraud

From past 6 months every month my account gets debited twice a month without any otp notification neither mail notification and i did not authorize any such transaction anywhere.
Still account gets debited. I notified kotak about it no response from them.
I need an explanation why there was a transaction without otp?
Why there is no mails for these?
If i put so much trust in bank how can it be so ignorant?...

How much time will it take to credit into my account.
