I get call form [protected] anil from kotak mahindra bank. He is asking 100 rs demand for interview. I paid 100rs amount to paytm. And take a telephone interview then selected job for bank operation but he is demand money for bond rs 950. I also paid 950rs. I call to anil but not respond. Yesterday i had opened a online savings account in kotak and today when i tried to add funds from my Axis bank debit card, my 1000 INR have been deducted from my Axis account but in Kotak, it is still showing zero balance.

    It has been one month. Cheating kotak mahindra bank has stolen 12900 from my account and added negative balance in my credit card account. I have complained them several times. They are not ever considering. There is no explanation about 12900 debit from my account. So, i'm here to post 12900 complaints until they solve my issue. It has been one month.     One month ago Kotak Mahindra Bank has debited Rs.12900 from my credit account. I asked them to explain what it includes. They are not able to give the exact details about it. I have been complaining them again and again. Asked for call backs and there is no response. They are keep generating my credit card bill with random numbers and account is completely suspicious. I purchased a product and cancelled it. They have debited 12900 from my account as the product and EMIs were canclled. They are not giving any clear information about the deduction. This fraud Kotak Mahindra Bank should be closed. I'm here to ask you help as the Kotak Bank is not helping me to solve this problem. Please share this information on social media and help me. They have also blocked me from their social media posts as I was keep asking for help.

    There is no solution for last 3 weeks from Fraud Kotak Bank. They have cheated me with 12900 rupees in my credit card. When I cancelled my purchased item online and cancelled EMI for it, they have debited 12900 from my credit card and forcing me to pay 12900 without any explanation. I have been waiting for the response from them and they are not solving the issue. They just listen only what I say. But, never intend to solve any of my concern. I asked them why I should pay 12900 when I cancelled product purchased. They are not giving any response to it. When I asked them what this 12900 includes. They are forwarding my credit card bills and telling me to look in to it. All I can see is 12900 EMI CANCELLATION DEBIT. It did not say anything about what it includes. They are keep deducting money every month without any purchases. They say it is tax and interest. So, far I have paid double money for what I used their card. I suggest you not to go with bank. They have so many hidden charges. And keep adding negative balance to my credit card even after paying all the money every month. Cancel this bank accounts and save your money.

      This bank is such fraud service provided
      My kotak's savings bank account service activated without any intimation or my approval amt of 2, 049/- deducted form my account

      Here i also complaints at kalawad road branch but does not get satisfied answer, even i also complaints on mail - service. [protected]@kotak.com
      But not responded, this mail has no longer to use

      How this charges like this is very ridiculous and looting a customer

        From my savings account inr 1000 has been deducted towards ksec without any intimation & customer care service is also doesnt work efficiently to address our queries. Amount deduction was not at all intimated to me during the opening of account.

        I need a quick resolution & should get to know why the amount has been deducted. Its really very disappointing service from kotak.

                I was asking for each and every single rupees that was included in 12900 rupees issue. Kotak bank never gave clear information about it. They think i'm stupid and don't know how to download credit card statements from my account. When i asked them to explain what 12900 includes. They gave previous credit card bills and telling me to look in to that. The credit card bill shows 12900 is debited from account. It never explained what are the things it includes. Still waiting for complete explanation after 3 weeks. This is my 6th review in consumer complaint.

                Kotak Mahindra Bank has stolen my 12900 from credit card. I purchased an item from Flipkart for 12900. I have cancelled the product and EMI. The money from the merchant was credited to my account. But, this fraud bank has debited exactly 12900 from my credit account. They are showing improper dates and calculations to convince me. They are not helping me to fix the issue for 3 weeks.

                5 weeks passed, Kotak Mahindra bank has charged me 12900 as I had cancelled product and EMI. I asked for the exact details why they have debited 12900 from my credit card account. Still no details sent to my email as promised by their support team. This fraud bank has charged double money for every single purchase I made. Their policies are not clear and they have many hidden charges. They enable EMIs without even asking permissions. They disable EMIs on their own without any permission. They charge for this EMI conversions around 1000 rupees every time. My proper account balance was normal. Because of these fraud Kotak bank business tricks it went to negative balance. They are telling me to pay the whole money as I have been asking them to send me detailed information about 12900 for last 5 weeks. Please share this post and make other realize how fraud cheating this Kotak Bank is doing in every account.

                  My husband opened an account with kotak bank thippasandra branch. The person who opened it told that there was something called family savings account which is a zero balance account. So i opened an account which should have been a 0 balance account. The person who opened an account forgot to update the promo code. Because of this amount of rupees 531 and 413 in the month of july. We went to bank and they reversed rupees 350 and 450. So the difference amount of rupees 144 wasn't reversed saying that it is gst. Then we said ok and we raised our complaint to update the promo code again in july. Then there wasn't any update about it till november.in november i was again charged rupees 413 and 413. So we went to bank and they reversed rupees 350 and 350. Again the difference amount 126 is gst. So this time i raised my concern and asked the branch to reverse the 126 also. Because one time i can pay for other person's mistake. This is the second time i'm charged hence i'm ready to pay 126 for another person's negligence. I'm asking the branch to pay me 126 as it is there employees mistake. But the executives speak as if they are doing some favor for me. And no one from the branch apologized for this mistake

                      Hi,

                      I’m really shaken by the experience that i encountered with your collection agent today, i do not have any loans with your bank neither do i’ve any active account or credit card (I feel blessed that i do not have it though). However, i got a call on my office landline number in uae for a outstanding loan payment for a third party named “sarita tulsi das”, who is paternal aunt. However, we did not have contact since last 15years, due to personal reasons. I did explain this to your agent “neha” as well. However, she rudely kept screaming & telling it’s not possible. She confirmed that no detail of mine is on her loan file & it no where mentions my name on file as well. Then too i was harassed & i’m clueless why. She has raised a question on my dignity by calling my office landline & she has also breached the fair debt collection practice by disclosing debt to a third party. I’ve request my family to report this to the police & i’ll certainly post this on social media for people to know what kind of service kotak delivers. I was considering kotak for opening an nre account. However, i’m happy that this incident happened & alerted me before falling into traps goons.

                      Yes, goons what kotak has employed for collection i believe who don’t even know the fair practice law & no basic etiquette for sure.

                      Thanks for the eye opener, i’d have consider your bank good for business if this wouldn’t happen.

                        I have asked the kotak customer care executive to raise an request on behalf of me to link my savings account to the debit card xxx. But the very intelligent people of kotak customer care remove my debit card from my account it self, i have raised 3 service request and complaint regarding this. No response from bank side.

                        I could not make any transaction now.

                          I have recently opened an kotak savings account (3 in 1). By mistake i forgot my net banking password when i click on the forgot password link it is asking me to pay rs 50 for physical pin. All the other ways to reset the password got dissabled.

                          I haven't seen any other bank charging for forgetting password. I tried calling customer care service lot of times, it wont connect and even though i drop a mail requesting a call back no one will call. I contacted near branch (Gachibowli, hyderabad) even they said to pay rs 50.

                          Very dissapointed service by kotak.

                          Friends my sincere advice to you. They might say sever things while opening the account dont believe, if possible ask them for an inmediate note so that they will not be any extra charges.

                            On 10th December 2017, I went to axis Bank ATM to withdraw amount of INR 1000, due to problem in the ATM i was not able to withdraw amount but INR 1000 was deducted. I received a slip stating TRANSACTION DECLINED. RECORD NO 123. AXIS BANK LTD PLACE MINI DDA MARKET, KALKAJI NEW DELHI. please do suggest will the amount be credited automatically to my kotak Mahindra Bank account.

                            On 10th December 2017 I went to withdraw 1000 from my kotak Mahindra Bank account via debit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 7971 on a axis bank atm at mini DDA market, KALKAJI. Due to some reason cash was not dispatched from the machine and I received a TRANSACTION DECLINED slip and at the same time I received a msg from my bank 1000 debited from the account but I did not receive any cash. Just wanted to enquire will the amount automatically credited to my account.

                              Money has been deducted from my central bank of india after that the pages shows me a error occurred and it doesn't say whether it is successful or unsuccessful.

                                Few moths ago purchased a product on flipkart. Then canceled immediately. Kotak fraud bank has changed me 4000 rupees every month for 4 months. I gave complaint to cancel emi and return my money. After a week they returned all my money and also cancelled all my other emis. Now, this fraud bank telling me to pay all other emis in this bill. Now, they are charging more money to enable my amazon emis. They are crediting and debiting money again and again from my card to add more interest and to get more payments. I have been explaining things to their support team. They are all uneducated and cannot understand the exact issue. I request you not to open any accounts in kotak bank insurance or other services. They have fraud business. Playing cheap politics to rob your accounts. They always post fake news about awards in social media which is not true.

                                Fraud Kotak is not explaining why they have debited 12900 from my credit card. I have been asking their tech support and they have been replying in emails that do not have any explanation about 12900. They have blocked me from their facebook as I was keep asking for the solution. So. I came here to explain this to everyone. Do not trust this bank their services are robbery from your accounts. They take your money and provide you huge bill with no explanation. They combine all your transactions into one EMI and will add few more extra charges. If you ask them, why they have added so much money to your bill. They will not respond. Do not ever trust this fraud business from Kotak Mahindra Bank.

                                  Hi this is karthik, on 08-12-17i was trying to add money (Rs 10000) to my kotak 811 account through my canara bank debit card.

                                  The transaction was successful but my money is not credited to my kotak 811 account.
                                  Please go through this and address my issue. Below i have mentioned the citrus transaction id - ctx[protected].

                                  From my mistakes i had lost my phone number which i had give to my a/c no [protected] so plz change my old to new number ([protected]) if it is possible without communication with me then please do this

                                    I was working with accenture and had been sold kotak salary account saying it is rs0 balance account and not necessary to have salary in account. Now i tried to change my employer in your system. Customer care said that they can't have that employer in. As they are not listed in your system. They said if the salary is not credited to this account then there will be charge.

                                    Pathetic - i was never told that this will change me if there is no salary in account.

                                    I had email exchange with customer care agent and spoke to them too but they want me to go to the branch.
                                    I can't go to the bank as i am dependent.
                                    Just please please please close the account and do charge me anything.
