miss management

[protected] this account has been closed due to miss management of your bank's staff/officer named mr. Ajay related branch michael john tower, bistupur, jamshedpur.
(I) he has put my d. O. B. 15/11/1958 instead of 15/11/1956, for that i was missing senior citizen facility. (Ii) he has put my aadhar number with gas subsidy. Whether now i am not getting the subsidy because this account closed.

fake account open in my name and dispersed my payment taken from other account

We had already emailed several times to [protected]@kotak.com with regards to the issue that we are facing but there is no response from their sides.
Also, their customer service email id is not traceable. The email id mentioned all over the internet has become outdated.
This is completely ridiculous and we are not getting any kind of support from them. There are a lot of flaws in all the credit cards' statements generated...

I have applied for a online exam form and i used my debit card for payment and as i fill my debit card detail and also i got the otp when i fill and submit then it says paymend denied error and form payment was failed. But the amount was deducted from my account. So i waited for 24 hours but not refunded and now it is 6th day and no refund in my account. My payment ref no is[protected] in dated 27 november 2017. Very bad service by kotak...

reverse the penalty

Respected sir,
Due to some my personal medical problem i didn't pay the october credit card amount fully rs. 25000. Instead of have i have paid nearly rs.17000. Due to this problem kotak has charged the penalty of rs.1300, nearly. I am nearly three year customer of kotak and this is a my first time of done mistake in payment, i greatly disappointed on seeing the penalty charger for me in next month bill. Please reverse the payment...

fraud kotak mahindra bank

Kotak mahindra bank is fraud... They took so much money from me.. They are not willing to pay my money back... They never gave 6% interest as they promised in their customer support... They also have deducted 12000 from my credit card when i canceled the product purchased and emi... They don't have answers why they have deducted. Look at my screenshot... I don't know whey i should pay 12000 to cancel emi and purchased items... Don't trust...

credit card excess payment not refunded from last 1 year

Sr#1-[protected] dated 01 oct 2016 not processed till date, reason for not refunding is bank account details not received.

Same has been sent to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 06-oct-2016 & 12-oct-2016, but regularly i am receiving cc statement with excess amount of rs -12, 259.43 but nobody even bothers to refund the money.
My complaint to be resolved by refunding, since this money has been kept idle for a more than a year,...

annual fees for deactivated credit card

Credit card no: [protected]
The above credit card was sold to me in 2016 stating it doesn't have any annual fees. But last year (2016) in the month of october i received the statement to pay annual fees. I complained that to customer care and asked them to deactivate my credit card as i am being cheated. The card has been deactivated. I never used that card and never used to get any monthly statement as the card is deactivated....

not got any benefit of mobile recharge transaction through app

banking service, opening a new a/c

Filed first level grievance# 1-[protected], a week ago, but still no resolution, and their website doesn't allow to file second level grievance. Erroring out every time i fill it. Is it done intentionally to discourage customers to fill.
