deducting charges without my knowledge

Hi team, i am being charged inr 885 for my debit card in my account without my knowledge for the past few years. It is deducted silently without any kind of notification on email or on my mobile number. I was also never notified of the hefty charge when i signed up or in between otherwise me or no one will ever pay 900 for just a debit card when it is free for any bank in india. This is not good practice. Please stop any further deductions...

car loan payment charged incorrectly

The payment for my car emi has been received by bank on 5 january 2018, and again on the same day they have tried charging my bank and bounced my cheque as insufficient balance. I've contacted call centre they told, i will receive a call, till now i have not received any call.

regarding auto debit failure fee revert

worst customer service - deducting money for insurance without customer's consent

I opened a zero balance account in kotak mahindra bank. As soon as i deposited some money in the account, they have deducted 1216 rupees for kotak group secure one insurance. No notification had been sent out before or after deduction. I had written mail to customer care through net banking but my request was rejected without any resolution provided. I don't want any insurance and want my money back...

no response on loan application.

Kindly let me know the status on my loan application. In my call history there were 3 numbers related to kotak on which no one is responding. I have submitted my all documents along with blank cheque. Before taking cheques they told loan is approved and I will get email.

Customer support number for Kotak Mahindra bank is not free. They charge around 1 rupee per minute.
Having said that, when i made call, it took 2-3 minutes to reach customer care executive.

Since all of them are busy, i had to wait for total of 10 minutes and no one attended the call. Overall charged 10 Rs for nothing.

This is looting. Customer Care is provided for a reason. Customers call only if they...

fraud and unnotified money deductions

I opened and online account on the kotak 811 app.
The agent told me that it is a 0 balance account.
After some days i added 130 rupees in my account and it showed 12 rupees as effective balance and 118 rupees as closing balance.
After 2 days 118 rupees also got deducted. And no sms or email was sent to me regarding this debit of money.
This is fraud.

wrong ecs charges debited and wrong lien balance

money not credited to my kotak 811 account

Today for upgradation of my kotak 811 account to kotak 811 edge account, I added 9000/- to my kotak 811 account no:[protected] for maintaining min. I am no longer part of my previous company. But still i am getting notifications saying that i need to maintain minimum balance in account. Also i am getting annual charges for credit card for which validity already over.

Other banks are having much more user friendly approach to their customers. But here for everything you are putting charges and even for deactivated card.
