reason for not approving the credit card and what to do i want that credit card immediately

I applied for the kotak mahindra credit card.
Recently i checked the application status of mine with reference number[protected] and it was showing not approved. I am a salaried employee working as a software engineer and verification was done both via call and physically as the adjudged person came to my office. I was assured that...

Hello, i have received a notice from the appointed sole arbitrator for initiation of arbitratin proceedings in respect of my personal loan. My wife have only one emi pending that to due to change of her job she didnt get the salary, we informed the collection agent who called us that will make the payment by cash at the end of month and spoke to a relation ship manager. The arbitration is to take place in chennai arbitratin proceedings in respect of my wife personal loan. The arbitration is to take place in chennai, whereas we are based in bangalore. The letter received earlier was from the law firm asking this arbitrator to invoke the arbitration clause, stating that i had failed to pay back the entire loan amount after two of my emi's were bounced. However, i had made that payment for one and got a confirmation from the bank that all is now well. And now after two months, i received this letter.

    Dear sir / madam,

    I open saving account in kotak bank few days ago, when i deposited money in it, after when i go to withdraw cash they said that your account has been debit freezed.
    My account no.in kotak bank is [protected] this account has been activate in the name of praveen kumar padma

    So bank advised me u submit your id proof and address proof your account will be activate within 5 days. Now that time i have address and id proof in the name of praveen kumar so i have submited my id and address proof but bank not activate my account due to name mismatch. I also contact your customer care but they telling me it is bank problem and only bank have right to activate your account. But bank officer even branch manager's not listening me and not providing me any solution. I have also submit a indemnity letter and update aadhar with orignal hard copy every time they said your account will active within 7 days but still my account not open. I am very tense what i will do please suggest.

    Note :1-kotak mahindra bank madipakkam branch does not solve querries.

    Kotak mahindra bank has given me very bad experience. They don't listen and don't address the complaint for weeks together. The bank staff seems to be not so honest in dealing with their own commissions and omissions.

    Note : 2 kotak bank customer service and nodel office services are worst in india banking. Even they are not responding email. Every time raise a complaint on customer care for resolving the request they wants 7 working days. Worst services given by kotak bank

      I've opened an account at kotak 811. At that time they said its zero balance account. You dont have to maintain the balance. Now i've received the message that your account has been debited. When i checked transaction reference it says cw fee reference number tbsm. They charges 29.50 rs for 5 times. What should i do now? Should i close my account or something else?

        I received a phone call from chandra ghosh her calling number [protected] kotak mahindra office situated at shakespeare sarani a. C market 6th floor kolkata, stating that ur c. V is shortlisted for back office job at our office u need to come up for the interview at our office, when i reached for interview they said u need to deposit 1300 inr for job training & examination purpose. My question to them a branded organization cannot ask money to candidate for training & exam purpose, she replied this is irda government examination we will assist you to pass the examination after passing the exam u can easily sell our kotak insurance policy, they really making fool to jobless people, they are not telling any true about the job vacancy, insurance agent and back office executive are not same, everyone on the office pretending to be hr, but actually all of them are insurance agents, i waste my time & current job.

          We have taken a pl from citi finance bank of 24 k in 2006 for 24 moths after that we have paid 16 emi's citi finance was permanently closed we have reach to them to pay the emi's in their office but their officer doesn't take the emi they telling the bank was officially closed.
          So many years later the kotak mahindra bank was calling for that remaining emi's & calling abusive to me, my wife & my children, they doesn't have manners that how to talk gently now we are frustrated from their bad communication.

            I didn't receive wel-come kit after the kyc verification and receive a sms like your wel come kit has been dispatched several times..

            And also,
            Facing problem in interbank opening at time password generation asking debut card details but no details at my end.. So please take the issue on priority and provide soluntion as as possible..

              I have been charged rs118 for no reason.in the transaction details its showing "net banking pin regen charge for ond 17". May i know what kind of pin you are generating every month without my concern. At the time of opening account i have been told that no charged will be charged to you in future but still some amount is deducting every month without noticing. I want you to stop this deduction further else i have to close this account and also i want the deducted amount back in my account. This is fraud you are doing with customers.

                  I have a bank account with Kotak mahindra bank which is a salary account opened by my current employer.

                  On 30th Jan 2018, there was a fraud which took place on my account and the money from it was withdrawn VIA ATM in New Delhi whereas I was in Mumbai and the cards were in my possession.

                  I complained this to police and Bank. Bank Blocked my debit channels and after submitting few forms I got the money back in my account.

                  However, bank is currently saying I won't be able to use it as they have put it on a hold (freeze) till their investigation is done. Which is incorrect as it is my funds and I need it immediately.

                  I also received an email from Kotak saying my case has been closed however, I am still unable to use the funds.

                  Please help me in this as I am terrified using banks anymore.

                  I dont want to write anywer or speak to anyone. I did everything. I just want my funds to be released in my account so that I can use it. ITS MY MONEY. you can keep your investigation going on but WHO ARE YOU TO KEEP A HOLD ON MY MONEY. Its your fault in first place that a fraud took place you cant maintain the security. Now you are penalising me for your issue. What on gods earth is going on !

                      This is to inform you that I have not yet received the refund of the cancelled ticket which was cancelled by me on 20th Jan 2018.

                      TRANSACTION AMOUNT – Rs. 1, 480.00

                      REFUND STATUS – REFUNDED
                      REFUND DATE – 23/01/2018

                      The reservation was made from KACHEGUDA . (KCG) to GONDIA JN (G) in train No. 12251 / WAINGANGA EXP, class - SLEEPER.

                      Although while checking in the irctc website it is showing that the amount has been refunded on 23.01.2018, but till date no refund has taken place in my bank account. It’s more than 20 days have passed but I have not received the refund.

                      Request you to refund the amount in my bank account from where the amount was paid while booking the above ticket.

                      Hope for a swift action from your side.

                        regarding loan emi bounced

                        Got a message from kotak saying the emi through ecs has bounced, where as my account had more than sufficient balance the day emi was to be deducted. There was no transaction from kotak for this. Later i called kotak customer care and the executive told me that there was some technical issue and my emi will be auto deducted without any bounce charges. Till date that has not been deducted and i continuously getting messages/emails...

                          I am ankit kumar, i have an account with kotak mahindra bank on 5 oct 2017 i had make a withdrawal rs 3000 from axis bank atm sarai faridabad and it was succesfully transition but i have not received any transition sms from bank. When after 5 days on 12/10/2017 i had checked my account through net-banking it shows another transaction rs 10000/- on date 05/10/2017 at same time just after my rs 3000 withdrawal. But i had withdrawal only rs 3000. I had raised a complaint against fraud transaction rs10000/- complaint no is 1-[protected]. But still i have not refund my 10000/- transaction ref no :3269. Please do the needful.

                            I am using kotak mahindra credit card from past 1 year and making timely payments, last month due to some financial issues i could not make payment. On 11th feb 2018 i got a call from one of the collection agent which some how i missed and in next minute i got an sms from that agent with abusive language threatening me that if i don't make payment he will bring police to my residence. I have already escalated this matter to bank's customer care sr1-[protected].
                            I want to know that is this the bloody code of conduct which collection agents are following. Who gave them the authority to behave like this.
                            I want a strict action to be taken against this.

                              Myself mohammed ghouse basha p,
                              I took a loan from bajaj finserv which i was not able to pay on time so my case went to kotak mahindra and they offer me to settle 8000 and 6000 and my loan account number is[protected].[protected]. Contract no bf3c058014, bf3c057086. I accept the offer and paid in single cheque of 14000/-. After payment im not getting ndc from kotak bank. If i didn't get ndc, within tomorrow i will file a suit against the agency.

                                  I would like to make you noticed that i have received call after 7:30pm, when i asked your advisor to callback tomorrow business hours than he became rude & hangup the call & immediately send sms & email about rejection of requirement without any reason.

                                  It’s very disappointment that kotak bank is hiring these kind o[censored]nprofessional employees those who don’t have ethics & manners to speak with customers.

                                  Above mentioned instance happened couple of times. Only reason i have a/c with kotak till coz my emi to hdfc bank to going from my kotak a/c. I don’t want to get in hassle to change the a/c. Once i will done with my hdfc loan i will definitely close the a/c.

                                  Also i would like to share my experience with navpada branch, one of the staff was cery rude with elderly customer came to update aadhar card.

                                  Past experience with customer service was also very pathetic & very disappointed, with no resolution.

                                  Dear sir. Morning i got a call from unknown number stating that he is call from kotak bank and i have to give him my debit card details for security then he will provide me NDC. I also have recordings of this call.

                                    This is worst bank for indians. Kotak bank is worst at it's services. They have charged me anonymously 12900. They did not even explained why they debited 12900 from account even after 6 months. This is the worst bank in india. Do not trust this bank. Kotak has stolen my 12900 from my credit card and not giving bank. They are not explaining the reason to deduct from my account. It has been six months and no response from them. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills. Otherwise they do not respond to any emails or calls or complaints.
