I am using my kotak 811 account. On 21 dec2017 i have funded my account using my debit card with rs 20000. The amount got debited from my bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. When i call customer care they every time say that we will solve this issue soon. But 3 days have passed and the issue is unresolved and my money got stucked with them.
Please help me i require my money urgently.

I added 1000 rs in my kotak 811 account and my canara account got debited for 1000 rs but no money got credited in my kotak account on 21/12/17.
