I have open the new salary account in kotak mahindra bank from your bank agent (Mr. Sumit kumar) from gurgaon branch.
He told me about the salary account no any charges deducted in this account
But after few months (In sep-2017) unnecessary charges got deducted from my salary account and its still i haven't got received my amount till toady 06.01.2018.
Mr. Sumit kumar committed me, after three months salary your deduct amount has been reimbursed in your account. But still i have not received
I m very disappointed and frustrated from your services especially from your bank agent mr. Sumit kumar because his response very rudely over the call with me
Kindly take an action about the complaint and your agent.

I hope you will help me and reimbursed the my amount

    4 months ago kotak mahindra bank as debited 12900 from my credit card account. I already paid all my bills every month. When i asked them what are the things included in 12900 deduction, kotak fraud bank did not responding with answers. They told me to check previous bills which does not explain anything about 12900. I have been keep asking them to solve the issue immediately. They are denying and keep sending random numbers in my credit card every month. Close all your accounts immediately with this fraud bank. My friend also encounter an issue with this fraud bank recently. He has cleared all his credit amount and made it 0 balance. Now, they are sending 4000 every month to pay as bill. He is asking for solutions and kotak fraud bank is not helping with us. They are charging too much money and not giving any details we asked. I can only suggest you cancel this fraud bank accounts and save your money with other banks like hdfc. They have more standard and clear rules about every transaction. Kotak applications and websites do not reflect money we paid for 48 hours. They keep deducting money from my account without any reasons. I'm closing all their account very soon, once they solve my issues and these fraud transactions. Please share this information to your family and friends.

    Fraud Kotak Bank deducted 12900 from my account 4 months ago. Still not reversing my money back. I asked them to explain what are the things included in 12900 deduction. Still no response from their support team. I have been complaining repeatedly. There is no use. They are telling me to pay 12900 without any explanation. They are adding -ve balance to my credit card amount as I have been posting this issue to their social media. They are not helping. They do not have any details about 12900. So I have to pay all the amount without asking questions?? Why Kotak Bank won't have information about deductions performed on my bank account. One simple question took 4 months and still don't have answer from them. Because, they have deducted and thought that I would not check my credit card bills and blindly pay the entire amount every month. This fraud bank is not responding even after 50 -ve reviews till date. I have been posting this review in every website I see online in comments. I recommend you to do the same as this bank does not help people. They just Rob your money.
    My saving debit automatically, provided account by zero balance maintain but now 3.5k amount debited from my account
    Your bank doing like this means how can people trusted the bank

    I deposited Rs. 2000/- in my 811 kotak account on 21-12-17. which is not credited. though the bank by which i transfer is debited.
    My amount of Rs 440.0 deducted in IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 03-Jan-2018 but my ticket is not book

      Hi
      I took loan pl from kotak mahindra bank.
      While taking loan, they promised there is no pre closure charges for closure of loan.
      I took loan befor 2 years.
      Now i m trying to close loan they told they will charge for 5 percent 0f outstanding loan amount.
      I m gonna complaint ombudsman.
      Worst bank i have ever seen.
      Simply robbery..!!!
      Any suggestions

        I had a loan with bajaj and tata capital and took a loan from kotak on the condition that i do a bt and take a top up existing loan, which i did. Now i see that all the three banks bajaj, tata capital and kotak bank are charging me for the same loan, somebody needs to explain to me why am i being charged twice for the same loan and i have raised a dispute with cibil as my cibil score is getting impacted. I have received a charge back from bajaj however tata is yet to refund me 12000 odd rupees. I have shared all the details along with kotak however even after multiple email i am yet to get it resolved.

          This is vijay suresh sonawane my loan account no spln60519253 with kotak bank (Mumbai)
          I would like to inform you, my loan ecs date is 15th of every month but in the month of dec 2017 ecs not reflect in my account so contacted to customer service related ecs not debited my hdfc bank account as per customer service team information i had made payment to collection team on dated 22th dec 2017 rs 5238 my emi amount and i confirm with collection team mr vinay again not reflecting ecs to my hdfc bank account and on that basis i don neft to kotak bank.
          Hence forth after 7 days means dt 26/12/2017 my account stuck of rs 5238 by kotak bank for emi for the month of dec 2017 which is i already made payment
          Now hdfc bank debited me bounce charges for twice transaction of kotak bank rs 1500/-

          I kindly request you please resolve above query as your end because i am not liable to pay any charges

          Please reverse debit amount in my hdfc saving account

            Hi,

            This is barani kumar and i am holding credit card with kotak bank crn 90221068.

            Firstly i am so frustrated with customer service from credit card. Each and every caller that i spoke to are threatening me and not polite. Being professional in support is mandatory and i never come across such a pathetic support in my life.

            I do also maintain salary account in kotak. I haven’t made the minimum due amount last month for my credit card. And i promised the agents that i will make the payment on 1st of january 2018 because of the salaried date.

            When i try to make credit card payment i got shocked that account balance shows 0 rs and my entire salary is not reflecting today.

            I immediately called the customer care and i was told by the rep that my salary is on hold. I called the credit card team and informed the same. They were saying that i should make the complete amount including outstanding balance otherwise my salary will be on hold.

            I request the agent that i will make the payment of minimum amount due right away and slowly pay all the outstanding balance. It is impossible for a person like me to make the complete amount of outstanding in one month.

            I know that i have to bear the bouncing charges if i don’t make minimum due on time. For some personal reason i was not able to pay the minimum due last month. But that does not mean that i am going to cheat the bank. I am also paying for axis home loan, hdfc personal loan with no complaints with good reputation. But as soon as i agree for kotak credit card my bad time started. I don't understand why they have to hold the salary for pending dues. I was told that i need to pay the complete outstanding so that they can release the salary. This is the only source of income and i never expect the policy in such a rude way. It is more scary.

            I have checked with friends who use other bank credit cards and it never happened to anyone. It is a complete harassment from your team and threating customers.

            On an occasion of new year, you have put my salary on hold and i do not have even 1 rupee for survival. Is this what you call policy?

            I am working in major corporate field and there are thousands and thousands of employees here use credit card and our company salaried account is kotak. If you do not resolve this issue and un hold my salary. I am sure that i will spread this news across my company (Wipro technologies) and i am sure that you will lose many customers. I feel like that i can even commit suicide because i also need to pay the loan amount of 10, 000 on time. If i don’t i will get bouncing charges and entire credit score will get impacted at the same time this makes double the pressure.

            It is my kind request to you that someone should take this as high priority to release my salary immediately. I will make the minimum amount due and then slowly i will close the outstanding balance.

              Hi,

              This is nishant pandey, i got a charge of approximately rs.9000/- on my bank account however even after requesting the bank several times i never got any refunds on it, now here i am tired of chasing them over the mail and phone nothing is working out and hence now i have decided to post this in here expecting some solution out of it, if things doesn't work out here i may have to go to the court for justice, this is truly like playing with consumers harden earned money.

              I would expect a solution or i may have to take this to the court room.

                Hi ganapati here,
                I have been using kotak mahendra bank since 4 years.. Thistle i am seeing there is a reduction of 250 rs unnecessarily.. You have deducted 23 rs 10 times and 10 rs twice. This is not at acceptable. If you are not replaying the amount back i will switch to some other bank for sure. So take this on priority. By doing this u ll lose many customers. Keep this in mind @kotak mahendra bank.
                Please repay the amount asap.

                  On 3rd september 2017, i swiped my kotak debit card for inr844 at a super market. Pos shown failure response but amount got deducted from my account.
                  I made first complaint to kotak on 5th september 2017. Kotak executive chirag rathod gave assurance to get resolved in 1 week.
                  After this when i make followup for status, they keep giving new date. I have escalated complaint to
                  - kotak madhpur branch
                  - kotak relation ship manager
                  - kotak nodal officer
                  - kotak principal nodal officer
                  However still no solution. Last assurance was given by kotak nodal officer sharathraj, for getting it resolved by 26th december 2017. That date also get passed.
                  After raising complaint on exactly 45th day, i am receiving email saying complaint got closed!!! However no refund, and i have to again raise new complaint.

                      Incident description:
                      On 29th/november/2017, i paid my max life policy premium amount 45000 rs from my corporation bank account (Ac no [protected]) to kotak mahindra bank ac no-[protected] with beneficiary name max life[protected]. Amount was deducted from my account on same day while payment was not received to max life.

                      I contacted to kotak mahindra bank manager (Sec-14, gurgaon). He confirmed me, kotak mahindra ac no-[protected] does not having with beneficiary name max life. How transaction was successful if account does not having with beneficiary name of max life?

                      Immediate return back my money and take legal action against on this kotak mahindra account holder.

                      Account holder of kotak mahindra (Ac no-[protected]) is having all secure data of max life policy holders and collecting policy premium in his account by doing fraud calls.

                        Hi kotak,

                        I had my salary account with kotak for 2 years and then suddenly i left job and 1500 rs was deducted from my account as non maintenance charge.

                        1- but while opening account was told its 0 balance account.

                        2-then complaint to customer care even after one month issues was not resolved then i had to go to social media and i posted complaint there but again no resolution.

                        3- 3rd day got call saying that guy is from bank n he is here to help and asked me to go to few options and create new upi because now on approval base they have reduced the minimum maintenance balance upto 3k only. And he asked me to client that option then i will get pop of approval so only if i approve then only it will be done. I said okay and did but then 3k got deducted and he said once u close the account u will get this money but now kotak is keeping it as security.

                        4- got another call today from ‭+[protected]‬ i said everything is done n has been resolved as mentioned in 3rd point but then he disconnected the call saying thank you
                        Rights after that got msg for money deduction of 6800/- immediately called the bank they said it fraud and blocked everything.

                        5- now called me evening saying it’s my mistake n i did everything and they are not going to do anything on this.
                        The point is if they would have helped me at 1st point then this situation would not have occurred but still they saying it’s my mistake.
                        I asked them to help me in reversal of amount then they are saying it’s u did mistake we can’t do anything anand bansal

                            As i'm no longer employee of previous employer. The salary will not credit to my account. Request you to please close my account as you already charged me 1412/- for not mainting the minimum charges inspite of saying so many times. No conversions after my previous account or no notification about my salary a/c to individual a/c. And i left my last company in june, but the apply non-maintenance charges in july. How?

                              I had taken a loan of 1.5 lakhs from ing vyshya bank (Which got merged with kotak later) in 2008. As i was going thru the recession and there was no job, i had some default/delayed payments. But then i could finish the loan with an agreement with the bank that the cheque bounce charges are waived off and i paid the entire loan amount without having any dues even before the merger happened. But then 2011 to 2016 i did not hear anything. Now since a couple of months some one from kotak mahindra bank calls me and says that i have an outstanding of 26000 rs as cheque bounce charges and they had reopened the loan account in cibil with no details as how much amount and any other things. Unfortunately the mail transaction i had with the ing vyshya team is not tracable now. My question is why bank slept for 5 years. And what do i do now and why should i pay now

                                Never use @kotak mahindra bank they have deducted my rs 10, 000/- when i am used atm (Indusind bank) for withdrawal money. Atm machine is also not working properly. Atm id sn016862.

                                In spite of continuous follow-up and visit of kotak mahindra bank, they did not provide me the resolution. This is how they treated their genuine customer. All of their customer support team and social media teams are pathetic. They never reply to emails or chats on facebook.

                                All the private bank like kotak should be shut down so that nobody gets hampered like me.

                                And if i found genuine than who will pay for this mental harassment. I am mentally stressed just because of @kotak mahindra bank. If something will happen to me than kotak bank will be responsible.

I want to close my bank account immediately because salary not credited in my account and one message came again and again from kotak bank "kindly ensure salary credit in your Salary A/c or maintain Average Monthly Balance, avoid non maintenance charges for March and April".So kindly request you to close my kotak bank salary account .And other banks are not charged any non maintenance charges for salary accounts. This is the only reason ICICI IS VERY GOOD COMPANY.

                                  In current account i should maintain min of 10000 RS which is not a small amount and also i am not able to maintain simply in the account. Please close my account as soon as possible and let me know once you start the procedure so that i can transfer my amount from Kotak to my another account.

                                    From past 6 months every month my account gets debited twice a month without any otp notification neither mail notification and i did not authorize any such transaction anywhere.
                                    Still account gets debited. I notified kotak about it no response from them.
                                    I need an explanation why there was a transaction without otp?
                                    Why there is no mails for these?
                                    If i put so much trust in bank how can it be so ignorant?

                                        Hi all,

                                        I recently experienced a fraud transaction on my kotak credit card. Ireceived a sms "a transaction of rs.7695.42 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx8728 at princearun on 21-dec-2017.".

                                        Luckily phone was in my hand and as soon as i received first transaction sms, i immediately blocked my credit card. Also i logged a complain to kotak customer care. While i was logging my complain, i continuously received many fraud transactions messages but those were declined as i blocked my card after receiving first transaction message.

                                        Second day itself, i filled and sent dispute form which was acknowledged by kotak (Ref no - 1-[protected]).

                                        Kotak told me that they will take 45 days to investigate. I don't know what to do but i don't wan to pay which i never spent.

                                        I never ever shared any details with any one.

                                        Any help would be appreciated.
