I have car loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank which i was maintaing balance for deduction of loan amount(9680) every month but due to ECS/NACH issue from bank from 8 months.Every month bank exective will come after 10th month of every month i was paying every month cash to bank exective person to reflect in loan account.

Due to ECS issue from bank side as a customer i have facing lot of problems like CIBEL score is getting low every month and my personal life getting disturbed.Kindly look into issue and clear my CIBEL effecting from this issue and increase my CIBEL and do needful ASAP

      My account no is [protected], i have open kotak 811 new account online and kyc done on friday in model town branch delhi. After kyc, i got message with link to pay rs. 10000 and i paid through debit card, but still amount not updated in my 811 account.

          As per rbi covid relief i applied for loan moratorium on dated 01/06/2020 for my loan a/c spln61066898 with kotak bank due to deduction in salary during covid-19. But bank presented emi 4 times and i get charged bounce charges 4 times for rs. 2400/-. When i called customer care, they take my request for deferment again through ref#1-[protected] dated 16/06/2020. But i regularly getting calls by collection agents to pay the emi. Due to their pressure and misbehavior, as they called to my friends and abused. I borrowed money by my friend and paid the emi for the month of jun-2020. And again registered a request for moratorium for jul and aug-2020. But i got surprised when kotak bank again presented the ecs for already paid emi of jun-2020. So i called again to customer care, and again requested for jul & aug moratorium... But they advised me to write mail to email id "customer. [protected]@kotak.com". So i write the mail, and also received confirmation of same. But now kotak bank again presented the ecs in jul-2020. So i again write the mail. And now today on 13th july i again received a call by recovery person by number [protected] and forced to the emi for july 2020. I told him that i have applied for moratorium, but he told that he is from kotak bank and my moratorium request is cancelled, so i again called to customer care and surprised as they saying that your june moratorium is approved, but they don't have any request for jul and aug. I requested him again to register the request for moratorium of july & aug-2020.
          I am unable to understand that why kotak bank playing game with their customer. If they are not willing to give deferment to their customer in this trouble of covid-19, tell straight way to their customers.
          If someone is applied for moratorium, emi should not be present for clearance and collections person should not allowed to force to pay the emi.

            Although i have apted for RBI Moratorium facility, Kotak Mahindra Bank is harassing me mentally by forcing me to pay EMI, calling me time and again abusing with derogatory comments especially by a lady who called me on july 13th 2020 from the mobile number -[protected]

            This lady has even sent text messages by making a personal comments, i am deeply disturbed by the fact that the way Kotak Mahindra Bank is enacting the RBI rules and being inhumane towards customers amid the unprecedented pandemic.

                  Hi

                  I have applied for moratorium and informed bank over messaged and mail.
                  Still they tried deducting money with no call and message.

                  Now asking to pay negative cheque bounce charges.. Sent many mails. No response. Help me to refund my cheque bouncing charges. These guys are taking advantage of covid and deducting balance from innocent. Please take action. Attaching the info on moratorium applied

                    I called many a times at customer care numbers of kotak to update me about moratorium policy.

                    But no calls are being attended properly and no executive available..

                    For april may june 2020.. Due to lock down our business was totally shut down and from jul onwards i m paying my emi... I paid july 2020 emi also..

                    Now problem is kotak is hitting my acc regularly and my bank is levied me a charge of 259 regulaly..

                    My request is not to represent ecs now and i will be paying on regular basis..

                    From dec 2016 i m paying my emi regularly exception of 3 months as mentioned..

                    All incidental charges may kindly be remitted.

                    My rmn is [protected]...
                    And alternative no is [protected]

                        I have a kotak 811 account and my account has been in freeze state since a year without any information from the bank without any reason informed. I've tried getting in touch with the bank executives but to no avail. The customer care over call say they can't assist. The executives at the bank branch say they don't know the reason. It has been a year and the bank has not even tried to contact me or inform me about anything about my account as if they don't care about customers. I've my money stuck in the account. It's just a savings account and there have been no steps taken to resolve the issue. I've sent them multiple emails but they don't reply to any. My account number is [protected]. I want my account to be freed from dormant state so that i can use the money.in these unprecedented times when everyone is running short of money, this would be a relief for me as this lockdown and virus has affected us very adversely. I need urgent step to be taken to ensure me assistance. I want to know everything as to why my account has been kept in dormant and that too since a year.

                        Why is this complaint marked as resolved? Kotak mahindra bank didn't contact me, neither through call nor through message. Then how is my resolved? This is not Expected from this portal at least.

                          This is satish from andhra pradesh. I have a savings, salary account in kotak mahindra bank.
                          Today i got an sms sayin saying ₹999 deducted from my debit card without the otp verification.
                          Iam 100% sure i didn't give permission for this transaction. I think this is any activity of a scammer by using the name of amazon.
                          Please consider my request and try to solve my issue.

                            Hello, I am not satisfied with handling of this request. Not sure why EMI moratorium request has been rejected as it is well within RBI guidelines. I have tried out to reach you helpline and waited long but could not connect. Also both your level 1 and level 2 escalation numbers (Mr K Vora and Mrs T Kamat) are switched off. I want the EMI moratorium to be approved and confirmed to me ASAP.

                              During this lockdown kotak bank returned my car loan emi amount and didn't deduct further emis . They made my emi in moratorium without my permission and without giving me any intimation regarding this.And increased the interest amount and are now not even picking any calls or replying any emails, their offices are also not replying on this
                              Kindly tell them to deduct my emi amounts and make my emi back to normal

                                I am having a Kotak Credit Card, total dues is only 30K. You know that this is tuff time for everyone due to COVID, me to having financial problem, the moment I am able to arrange the amount, I will pay the bill...but today got a call from your collection agent, he is only talking in abusive language, which I cant disclose.                                     I have applied for Moratorium as per RBI directive for 6 months till August, multiple emails has been send the EMI has been debited from my account after I have applied for Moratorium and Kotak bank are replying with mails they will not stop the ecs on my bank account which attracts damages if the ecs are returned .I am attaching the lap no18035886 and lap no18022080.
                                    They are rejecting Moratorium and claiming they can do it as per banks decretion.
                                    The Bank has been harassing customer who have never had any default before the pandemic situation and they have no value for RBI directive.
                                    They are adding mental mental agony during this unprecedented times to our entire family .

                                        Kotak mahindra bank has debited my balance in the name of closing balance without any information and when i am calling to their customer care they are saying that they cannot refund my money. From today i will never use this bank.
