    Date - 23-aug-2020 time between 15:20:53 to 17:17:14, dear kotak mahindra team, i am mahesh guntuka. I had paid the money to one of my friend through upi transaction for the amount rs. 3, 200+3, 200=6, 400/- with help of kotak mobile banking app. Payment amount was debited from my account and i have receive the confirmation message and emails (Attached) from the bank but my friend (End user) haven't received any amount or confirmation from the bank.       Dear sir / madam,

      Credit card limit : 20000
      Credit cards dues / overdues : 27000

      Before lockdown I paid my credit card bills or minimum amount. I left job in company in November 2019. And doing other work in same location Pune. And paid my minimum amount out of bills. In lockdown there is no work for me hence I am came home. And I unable to pay my dues, and even long time after also I cannot pay dues, reason is clear that I not earn event 1 rs also in last 7 months, yes this my problem. I try to pay your bill every time. Some days before madam called to my mother and asking address to my home for some parcel . I can also able to provide to you by email, whatsapp or call. But fine. Today you call my mother, and telling like this, and she is going in very depressed condition like, she is
      Already having BP and sugar both .
      Please do not this. i am taken credit card with your company and unable pay to bill timely this is my mistakes nothing involved in this. You only approach not threaten rather than me. You only can call every day to me not others. Others only you can approaches. If you want I given to you my close friend number also. Please do not call with my mother she is having sugar, and BP condition. I am taken credit card from your bank and I am responsible for payment . And I unable pay money this is wrong me not others . Please do not call mother again and again. If you call my mother I will suiside. I am not treating you, this is just condition am telling you, I am also depressing last 2 year abot my career . And I want you do not torture from others from today, except me.

        Executive mr. Perumal and collection manager mr. Janarthanan, collected total amount of 69, 900inr after taking reversal. On august month they said 3000 to pay for closing the card, that too we paid. But still they have not closed, now on september one more guy named mr. Murgadoss asking us to pay additional 6000 now and he is torturing us for additional amount whatever commitment given by earlier executives he is not honouring, he is misbehaving with us.

        Another card ending with 3038 balance informed by mr. Perumal and collection manager mr. Janarthanan is 9000 for closing the card and now againmr. Murgadoss asking us to pay additional 11000, please help to resolve the issue

          they are calling me and threatening me time and again

          I have taken one car loan form kotak bank, loan no 8916367 in name of poonam bhardwaj, due to non payment of emi kotak toy my car hr26bx9420
          Without my permission and without singing any document.
          When i ask them that i will pay remaining balance emi then they said you have to pay all emi +all interest i. E 2 lac nearby but actual emi was only for 1 lac.

          I jagjeet kaur here by declare that i have repaid the car loan in full amount, my cf[protected] against the agreement, i was paying my all installments well on time whereas my account which was on auto debit got closed 7-8 months before the last emi due to which i got charged rs 6500. This is not my fault i always requested the agent to collect the payment on time whereas he delays in pickups. We spoke to kotak agent and requested for the waiver of charges and issue noc to our request she (Swati) told us to pay rs 2000 and the remaining they will waive out and issue noc. I have paid rs 2000 and continuously following for the noc to be sent. As i dont have a job due to a pandemic situation and because of financial crises i want to sell my car and the deal is already in process and noc is awaited. I request here once again to please share the noc on urgent basis. Hope this will be get notice this time and i will get solution of my problem

            Payment not received from bank

            Hi,

            7 Sep 2020 i have done transaction 2 times with the amount of 703 but for that first transaction amount not credited into beneficiary bank .but I have not received my amount also back ....

            Hi

            I have taken personal loan from kotak bank in 2018 and i have never missed a single payment. During this pandemic, i have requested for moratorium as approved and advised by rbi. However i the requested was rejected and advised to pay the due emi's which was done and today 11th sep 2020 i received an email asking to repay the entire loan outstanding with interest and other charges within 7 days. I am being mentally harassed by kotak bank. Not sure how they can they directly demand or ask the customer to pay the complete amount within 7 days.

                        I got a personal loan in kotak bank for 1000000 rupees including two balance transfer cheques to my past loan accounts. I returned the balance transfer cheques to bank and given my letter to reduce my emi. They were claimed to pay 22215. I have informed their representatives that bank only had spend 3, 71, 131 so my emi would be 7807 for five years tenure. And i gave them the screen shot from the month of april to july reference of imps transfer to their corporate account. They said fine. Later from another mobile numbers saying i have not paid my emi.
                        And august month two of them or came to my hall and inquired how to i made the payments and i had clarified them everything also they got my compiled information of all the payments and related information about their related transactions. I send to the person kotak bank e-mail id also.
                        In september they were messaging in whats app i have not made my emi payments for four month. It was a most worried conversation to their bank representatives. I cant explain everything here. I feel like to hear story from me always.

                        Later their employees are speaking with me not made the emi.
                        I am not given all my times to give entertain to their bank employees.
                        Really i felt much worried.
                        Email also written to the bank customer care with all the information on 14july2020. Nothing they did. Putting collection cheque and always call me for harassing.
                        E - court not accepting this issue they only address bail related petitions. They informed in my form. Later i found this place for inform.

                          Kotak bank relationship manager told me that they're opening up a lifetime zero balance current account but after a year i got charged the aqb non-maintenance fees of ~rs 6000 for consecutive 2 quarters w/o any information from the bank side.

                          Initially, i didn't kept the funds in my account as i was unaware of the aqb & created a fd of the amount but team didn't even bothered to inform me that i'll be charged for not maintaining the aqb & not even told me once it was charged for 1 quarter.

                          I want the reversal of the charges as i've deposited the amount couples of months back to maintain aqb once i came to know.

                            We have two LAP Loans from Kotak Bank. We had applied for Moratorium on them as per government norms. First moratorium was approved but we had not intimation about the second one. After reminders also we were not informed about the same. When we were charged interest the following month we came to know that the moratorium has not been approved. Later we wrote to them and I think we got moratorium for two months and not three. Till date also I am not clear if the moratorium was for 2 or 3 months and on what basis this was given. When asking for statement, we were told that we will be charged for the same. We hardly receive any statements over email. they are given only if we ask and that to with lot of follow ups. We have been charged also for the same at times.
                            WE have taken a Covid Loan from Kotak also. We always thought bribe was a thing for PSU's. But to everyone's surprise, we paid bribe to get approval of our Covid Loan. And again we are being asked to pay to get a SOA.
                            Such unprofessionalism was very unexpected from a reputed bank like Kotak.
