I had applied for extended moratorium for credit card dues in the month of june 2020 but my salary account of kotak bank kept on hold. I am in emergency and not able to withdraw my money.
I already paid dues in february and march 2020 but when i contacted customer care they informed me this salary account will be on hold. I would like to know if you are not willing to give moratorium benefits why you put that option in website and why you people informed to apply for moratorium?
Please do the needful and kindly concern my request as i am in medical emergency. This is not the right way as you people giving troubles. I have visited all branches of your bank and no solution has been found.

      I have been shifted to UAE from India and initially for 5 months everything was ok, However from the month of June kotak is charging me some "TBMS" fee that too without even any notice. This fraud banker charged me 10 times in a month for an Amnt of rs 177 which comes upto Rs 1770. Due to this Lockdown situation I am not able to tell neone to go in the branch and complaint abt it. I think they dont have a proper process in which they have to "INTIMATE" customers before taking their money. Kotak is really being disgusting day by day and so KEYA.

        I visited the branch office bank in velachery due to my account not working. & they have told me that KYC was not updated so that the account was closed.
        But i didn't receive any msg .mail.or call for this when opening the new account we receiving many mail call & msg .without any information my account was closed & i have mai balance RS 2000/- & plus - so when i visited to mobile banking that time it was not operating now due to covide19 we are in emergency situation i have 6 month baby also i want to go hospital.& some personal reason but still now there is no response for my money . & i have given the letter my id proof & check leaf to return my money back to another account of mine in the velachery brand .So please check my issue & need immediately solution.

          I have applied for moratoriuom due to salary cutoff in my company.
          The moratorium was extended and i also applied for that. And it was alo approved i geven got the approval mail and the re schedule mail. But still the are sending people to my house and asking me to pay my emi. I am even getting harresment call from the for payment. I don't understand why there are sending people to my house during these pandemic when there is spreading of virus which can be easily spread through them as the keep on roaming

              Dear sir/ madam,
              This is kiran kumar p, i was opened a kotak 811 account online, and i kept 1000+ money in that account as well,
              But by their kotak side they won't allow me to use my account as well, they blocked my account without any intimation mail or messages,

              I spoke to customer care they are also told like that, we are sorry your account has been blocked on 17th july

              I was done my manual kyc while opening the account, and they displayed the days are left to comply kyc in bank,
              I am damn sure about that days left to complete kyc was greater than 150,
              But bank did wrong for me without intimate me

              Kindly resolve this problem for me as soon as possible

                Hi,

                This is to bring your attention that we are very unhappy with kotak bank services that are being offered to customer level being such a reputation in market, i wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt this bank for any financial activities..!!

                There was following charges that has been made on my account without informing,

                1st charge

                - 1500rs - stating as zero balance account.

                When we called bank customer care why the above charges has been made they said manage 10, 000rs in account for 2 months we will waive off all the charges, trusting as part of bank we kept that balance, all sudden we got 5146rs has been debited, again we had called bank now for what these charges has been made, they said overall charges from start till end non maintenance balance.

                Without informing the employee the amount has been deducted.

                Please reverse the balance in order to avoid issues, request you to give us a call to discuss further... Else i will take other actions!

                It was a false commitment from your side, whereas the employee asked to put 10k in the account so that your 1500 maintenance charge will be waved off and after putting in 10k, suddenly 5000 got deducted... that’s so bad 😟😟😟😟I need refund

                          I am a customer since 2015. I maintained lakhs fo ruppes in my savings account. I have been paying all my dues regulalry including my credit card. But i got sudden harassment from kotak. My amount was blocked in my account. When i contacted they said for credit card dues amount put on hold. Not good. I opted for moratorium till 31t aguust. I am an educational consultant. My profession has been closed during in covid. It will take another 2 months. So that i opted for moratorium. I did not expect bank will do like this. Please stop harassment. I have to maintain my family during covid and meantime this type of harassment from bank gives me more trouble. So release my amount.

                              I have done a bigest mistake by taking lone from Kotak Mahindra Bank. As per RBI guidelines I am trying for moritaorum for June - August from last 2 weeks. But no one is replacing to me. Customer care no. is always buzy. U R office Kotak house at Surat no one is helping to me more then 1 hour's I was waiting at office just to know the procedure for moritorum but after 1 hour's they told me to come after 2days for tokan.

                              EMI for June was bounced in my account twice between 10th - 16th June & I was charged ₹550/- for each time total bounced ₹1540/- charged debited from my account.

                              Kotak staff visited at my home for recovery I told him to help me for moriaorum he call to his boss at [protected] a person on call was very rude.

                              He replay me that we are private bank so don't follow the moritorum guidelines of RBI & treathing that if I don't pay the EMI he will send this team at home to harassment the family.

                              Moritorum u r not giving any free service u all r charging interest on principal amount. They y I am not getting the moritorum.

                              Action should b taken against ur staff for rude behaviour.

                              Hi! If you have opted for moratorium then be rest assured the same is being reviewed as per our internal guidelines. Since the June 2020 EMI has already been debited and adjusted against your loan account, the same will not be refunded. However, should your moratorium request be accepted by the Bank, your EMIs due for July 2020 and August 2020 shall be placed under moratorium. ^Team Kotak

                                Even though i had applied for moratorium for the month of april and may and then again for june-july-august, kotak tried to charge me. Due to insufficient funds, the payment bounced and i was charged debit return fees for the month of april and june. I have the confirmation that i have applied for the moratorium. I’m no where at fault here still i have to bear a loss of around ₹[protected]. This is completely a fault of kotak that they tried to charge me even after applying for moratorium. Please do look into it at the earliest and find a way to get my money reimbursed. Either you refund my money or ask the other bank to refund it. I’m no where at fault here.                                     As per rbi. Banks instructed to give borrowers a grace period of three months for payment of emis.

                                    Because of not paying emi's taken from indiabull finence company. Your bank has deducted my loan bounce charges of rs.3000 / -
                                    In this month which i had kept for my house expenses.

                                    When indiabull finence company is charged any loan bounce charges during this lockdown period. So why did your bank taking this charge?

                                    So, i request you to refund my all deducted amout taken by your bank.

                                      Kotak mahindra bank turned my 118 account to 10000 min balance account and then converted to 3 in 1 account, then zero balance account finally with a long wait. Now i need to submit cancellation cheque of 200 rs in kotak securities but when i credit balance in the account instead of cheque my balance was debiting as charges.

                                      Due to employees targets consumer like me are effected.

                                      Please withdraw my balance and provide me only zero balance account.

                                      I have went to bank multiple times just to convert these accounts. (Bangalore and hyderabad)
