Hi I'm holding salary account in kotak, My account is on hold because I didn't paid my credit card bill on March month, as per RBI 3 months moratorium its included March April and may month, I gave compliant on 2nd of April and I got reply on 3rd stating that removal of hold status, but next day Money was deducted from my account without intimation, why you people gave fake commitment to me regarding lien removal???? AS per RBI 3 months moratorium can opt you people are not aware of that?? Taking money without my concern it's a fraud?? Even though u have that thing in T&C but without my approval it's a fraud, and rbi clearly instructed to take 3 months moratorium.. Kindly consider this thing and unhold my account and credit my money back ASAP otherwise I gonna take legal action on bank and I will sue the bank in this pandemic situation you people making fun of it I have to call customer care daily and I have ask them they are very rude I have call recordings I will submit everything on judiciary... It's almost 20 days my account is on hold I need to pay rent will you give money for that??? I will take legal action against bank...
