* Before few yaar I got a credit card from kotak Mahindra .that time I was working with kotak Life.
Suddenly I got a job offer from UAE Dubai and I relocated myself here. Now I am doing my business here. Due to the relocation I can't paid your due on proper time.then some of your recovery agent contact me regarding that and they are asking me for 5-6 EMI to close that card outstanding. I Agree with that. And they start the collection, after 5 month they are just disappear. I thought maybe company was settled my amount. But now couple of days back when I search my very old email id, I found there is a outstanding amount of 18000.. then I try to communicate with those recovery agent and they all told me they are not belong to kotak Mahindra anymore... I don't know what to do. and how to do. just I want to close that card. so please help me out regarding that matter.

    Dear concern myself pradip bhattacharya. Before 5 yes I got a credit card from your kotak Mahindra bank. After that I relocate to Dubai for my job due to inconvenience account page your due amount on proper time. And few Of your recovery agents was contact me for that. And they offered me settlement amount for 6 month EMI. And they collect this amount from my address after taking 5 installment your agent does not appear anymore. I thought maybe there is some other discount and my due is Seattle. And after long time I found my old email id there is some message from your bank still there is due amount. I want to resolve this please help me...

        Hi,
        I am existing user of kotak bank. I am frustrated from kotak bank services. In the month of feb I have received call for credit card on behalf of your bank. I asked any annual fee chargers applicable but advisor denied. I have already used credit card of indusind bank but I never faced any issue from them. In the month of March I have received sms from your bank for payment of 500 rs approx without making any transaction even I didn't used your card. I complaint to your customers care executive but they didn't address my complaint. Again in the month of April I have received sms for payment of 1211 rs . Due to lockdown unable to visit branch. I didn't made any transaction from your card. Please provide me resolution. I will never payment any bill without usage. My crn no.[protected].many times tried to this registered my complaint on kotak bank portal but error show. Please help me

            I am getting daily call from kotak mahindra bank credit card payment section, call is with respect to payment for credit card annual card charges. I clearly told i never used this card or requested for any credit card, they told me there is no payment involved and its free card and sent me this card 2 years back. Now they want me to pay credit card annual fee i told 5 to 6 times that i am not gonna pay any amount for the card which i never used even for once. Now a days i am getting call on daily basis for payment.

            I have an existing loan and i have a very good relationship with kotak. They even started using kind of threatening words. This kind of customer care really frustrating and disappointing.

              I am a kotak credit card customer for the last 5 years with credit card # [protected] and crn #[protected], due to some recent financial hardship i could not make the payments of my card since january 2020.in the past i always made my payments on time. Every time i received a call from the collection department/ recovery agency i told them that i am willing to pay the full amount but currently going through some financial hardship and cannot make my payments, i am trying my best options to arrange for the funds but i need some time. I also told them that i will bear all the financial charges till i make the final payment. From the last couple of months, i am getting so many abusive and threatening calls from these collection/recovery departments/agencies that i am suffering from anxiety and mental stress due to their bad and abusive behavior. They are using kotak bank name and when i asked them to authenticate themselves they clearly deny and starts abusing. I tried to make them aware of my situation but they were not ready to hear anything. These collection agents are now calling my colleagues, friends, family members and threatening/abusing them. I don't deserve to be mentally harassed by these recovery agencies who are inhuman and are not sensitive to anyone's situation and behaving like punk. They ignored all rbi guidelines for fair collection procedure and safeguarding customer's privacy.

                My customer relationship id is 3127209. I had paid the dues of my credit card no [protected] amount rs 93197 on 21 march 2020. However kotak mahindra charged me interest of rs 4875+ gst alleging that i had not paid my dues.

                I made a payment of rs 93124 on 08 april 2020. Initially kotak mahindra denied receiving both payments.

                Now they have confirmed that they have received both the payments.

                I always regarded kotak mahindra as a professional company and i am disgusted by this cheating.

                  My name is vikas singhal and i have a 811 savings account in kotak mahindra bank in ludhiana, punjab. My crn number is[protected] and account number is [protected].in these days my bank is deducting few amounts but the major concern is that an amount of approx. 600/- is not showing in my account and also not in my transactions.

                  On 14/01/2020 - atmcw fee dom - 23.60
                  On 01/02/2020 - rem chrgs atmcwfee - 23.60
                  On 01/02/2020 - rem chrgs debit -104.14
                  On 05/03/2020 - closing balance = 600/- but balance amount = 31.72/-

                  I haven't done any transaction in this month of this amount. It is showing in my closing balance but not in my account balance. I have also sent a mail to the bank but they never revert back to it. Please raise my issue in this time os crisis i am in a very great need of money and if this will continue to happen then there will be no choice of closing my bank account.

                      Sir on 25th april my bank account in kotak mahindra bank branch abohar (Azimgarh) distt fazilka (Punjab) was hack by hacker and when i started to raise complaint to constumer care of bank they first started statement of covid 19 and then put my call on voice this was much time to culprit to transfer my balance of rs 57596 i report in police on same day but no action now after 8 days bank maild me that they have no responsibility and after 8 days they will request benificiary bank to transfer that amount to my bank account such a irresponsible answer i dont think culprit have money in his account after 8 days i request u to take action against them as u are the most responsible representative of peoples of india regards

                        Hi I'm holding salary account in kotak, My account is on hold because I didn't paid my credit card bill on March month, as per RBI 3 months moratorium its included March April and may month, I gave compliant on 2nd of April and I got reply on 3rd stating that removal of hold status, but next day Money was deducted from my account without intimation, why you people gave fake commitment to me regarding lien removal???? AS per RBI 3 months moratorium can opt you people are not aware of that?? Taking money without my concern it's a fraud?? Even though u have that thing in T&C but without my approval it's a fraud, and rbi clearly instructed to take 3 months moratorium.. Kindly consider this thing and unhold my account and credit my money back ASAP otherwise I gonna take legal action on bank and I will sue the bank in this pandemic situation you people making fun of it I have to call customer care daily and I have ask them they are very rude I have call recordings I will submit everything on judiciary... It's almost 20 days my account is on hold I need to pay rent will you give money for that??? I will take legal action against bank...

                                My account put hold without notification and delay of credit card payment, i will done my payment but they told still they will not get any received notification. Who should given permission to put on hold my salary account. (This is credit card department)
                                If they rights to put hold on my salary account they should be responsible for my debit card report the fraud transaction.
                                I. E solve my issue first after that you have done your responsibilities.

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  Hope you are doing well.

                                  This is to bring in your notice that i missed my credit card payment last month because of delay in receiving the salary.

                                  I received a call from bank end and post i explained the situation to them they told me that sir no an issue please provide a check of Rs.8000/- for 31st-March'19 by doing this your account will be in good standing and credit card will remain active, so as i was due to receive the salary on 31st-Mar i provided the cheque.

                                  Today i received my salary and when i checked my account i found that my account is on hold of Rs.80000/- which is my total CC outstanding.

                                  I called the customer care executive and asked to take the request to deducted the minimum due of 16000/- from available balance and release the rest of the amount and remove the hold.

                                  But the call center executives are asking me pay the entire O/S amount (80000/-) post which they will be able to take the request to remove the lein from my account.Please help :(

                                  Requesting you to help me in this as i not a regular defaulter and i was making regular payment, just for this month it was delayed because of my salary issue.

                                  Please help in taking the request to debit the minimum due and release the rest of the amount in my account so that my account remains in good standing with credit and bank account remain in active state.

                                  Please help me in this crisis situation.

                                    fraud occurred via upi id and bank is not assisting in any way

                                    Fraud occurred in my account (On 20th march) and the team is not helping me anyway..

                                    When customers are not sharing any critical information and then also frauds are happening, in such actions, bank should be responsible as upi transaction, no two-factor authentication was also received.in these how on earth can a customer avoid or control such frauds or transactions.

                                    Note: investigation is also incomplete and...

                                    I have a salary account in kotak mahindra bank and a credit card from them as well. Everything was fine but suddenly, they are blocking my amount in account without any prior notification since last month. When contacting them they are informing that as per their bank policy, they can hold my account if i do not pay the minimum credit card amount for two consecutive months. However, i already paid it in the month of january and february. Still they hold my account and do not respond to mails. They have a chargeable phone number and always prompt me to call on their number to resolve the issue. I still have 1200rs on hold and cannot add any money as i know they will block again.

                                    In the time of crisis like this, they still behave like an money luring company always talking about their profits and policy to make fool o[censored]s.

                                      I hv booked flight ticket on kotak kaymall flights through goibibo.com on 1 march 2020. I cancelled my ticket on 20 march directly through indigo airline website. Indido processed refund to [protected]@goibibo same day. But i hv not received refund yet. I hv sent many emails to [protected]@goibibo.com but they are not replying. I also called customer care but no one receiving call. Please help me in getting my refund
