I am dr. Anurag sharma and i am working as a senior manager analyst at bank of america.
I had made a transaction of fifty thousand inr to a sbi account on 1st april 2018. The amount was debited from my account but was not credited to the beneficiary account in sbi.
The details of the transaction are mentioned below -

I have been requesting the manager of kotak mahindra sv road, goregaon branch (Branch code 683)
I have lodged a complaint to the customer care (Ticket number sr#1-[protected]) on 7th june 2019 and have spoken to them multiple times. I have also requested the manager at sv road branch (Branch code 683) as well but have not received a satisfactory reply except for saying that we have requested more information from sbi on the same.
Due to this issue and missing of 50, 000 inr, i have defaulted on my loan payments and i am facing a lot of difficulty now, and thereby incurred severe mental stress and financial crisis.
I have been a loyal customer of kotak mahindra bank for the last 5 years and have really liked the customer service of the bank. But this one incident and lack of communication from customer care and the branch manager has left me with bitter feelings.
I would request you to please request the concerned people to take this up on highest priority. I don't wish to escalate this matter to legal, consumer and other recourse, however i shall be forced to take radical steps by poor service offered.
