Hi,

I have received a call from mr. Sanjay gupta ([protected]) claiming to be advocate and threatening us to pay inr 33, 000 against barclays credit card due 10 years ago. However, we had already done the settlement for the same 10 years ago. He has threatened us to file a suit in patiala court and have to pay bail of 1 lakh.. When we approached kotak bank, the manager informed us to ignore the threat as we have settled the account. We haven't received any prior official communication about this.

This call was against my father who is currently suffering renal kidney damage. We are already going through tough time.

Request you to please look into this else i will approach the consumer forum for harassment case.

    Hello,

    I have a savings account and a credit card of kotak mahindra. I paid my kotak credit card bill on[protected] from my kotak savings account through their application. The amount has been deducted from my bank account and i did not get any confirmation messages regarding that. Today is[protected]. Till now the bill amount that i paid is not reflected in my credit card. But in the transaction history of the savings account application, i can see the transaction with the credit card. But i am unable to take the screenshot of transaction from the application due to their security policy.

    I called the customer support service and they are making fun at me by transfering the call from one to another. Savings account team says that i need to raise a complaint with credit card team and credit card team says that i need to raise a complaint with savings account team. Now i have no idea about the money that i paid. The due date of my credit card bill is on[protected]. They says that they will charge me interest rates if the bill amount has not been credited on due date. I paid the bill amount on[protected] that is 6 days early. I reallt felt the customer support like a scam. I need this issue to be resolved soon and the amount that i paid towards the credit card should be reflect before the due date. I have sent several email to your authorised departments but there is no reply from their side. Here is the details regarding my bank account. Thank you.

      Before applying credit card they said card is life time free without any joining fee and annual fee, and any fee waiver conditions, i confirmed with them many times, they said they will apply a voucher so that credit card become life time free. But after receiving card they saying there is no life time free, i need to pay annual charges and fee waiver conditions are applicable. They are misleading customers to take credit cards. After that cheating customers. This is really fraud.

        On 29/6/19 i made a transfer of rs2000 from kotak upi aap. Transaction status shows failed. But amount is deducted from my account and no refund is given

        When i try to search the status from my transaction from transaction id it show wrong transaction id.

        Same case happened with me on 25/9/16 when i send rs 20 from kotak upi app to [protected]@okicici (Upiid) it also show failed transaction. But refund is still not processed.

            How are you ? Hope you are doing well.

            I am very much frustrated with kotak mahindra bank i had a kotak mahindra credit card of limit 20000 in year 2007 and also made payment for the same but now i am getting calls from these people that i still owe 36000 and threatning me and abusing over the call guy name rishab chauhan litrally threatened in a manner where i said him ki i will die plz look into this as it is making me very much frustrated and depressed at the same time they are not only harrasing me also harrasing my family and saying jo karna h kar dekh tera kya haalat karte h hum.

            [protected] this is my account number by which my credit card is linked i have not been using this account from a very long time spoke with rishab that if there is a due i will clear them in installments he is making me harrased by saying aabhi de nahi to tere ghar parivaar m call karke tera naas kardoonga wow what a language this is how kotak treat there customers i told him that there had been a death in my family and i also met with an accident due to that and the words which he used were so pathetic that no one wants to listen in his or her life he said tere ghar k marte h ya tu hospital m para h ya marta h paisa to mai loonga tujhse is this how a person should be harrased this is why we opted kotak mahindra bank what a great hraasment.

            I had also spoken to your customer care helpline number in the past that i dont have my debit card credit card any more nor i have been using the account i can make the payment but all my cheques and things were going to a wrong address in panipat earlier as due to your team my address was wrongly updated which i then called the bank and made it correct however called the customer care helpline number to regnerate my account cheque book new passwords and everything however they were of no use.

            Now when i have been getting these calls from collection people they are not even ready to listen thag what i wanto say they are just into collecting the amount.

            I said that if i owe i can pay the amount it not a huge amount however i am jobless as of now as soon as i will be on job will get in touch with bank again so that i can pay the amount again how ever rishab chauhan was not listening to it and was abusing me on the call and was also harrasing me and my wife and family member due to which i literally told him that i will lodge a FIR and will go to consumer court aswell dont force me like this you creating aental torture for me he jarrased me in such a manner that made me speak ki i will killyself anf put a note with your name and kotak mahinfra bank name and the answer that i get aaj shaam tak payment kar verne tera tere ghar ka naas kaaroonga gadhe k baache and all these kind of languages where used on a call when i said i wanted to speak to his senior the response was tera ye baap hi senior h koi aur nahi h mujhse hi baat kar .

            I will really appreciate that if you can look into the matter we are not here to make defaults its just that facing bad time as of now and would really appreciate if strict actions can be take against rishab chauhan rest if i dont get any solutions on this will start escalating with a FIR and then Consumer Case for harrasing have already started taken steps for the same rest putting it on you.

            Positive response is awaited.

            Do you guys really think its a appropriate reply at the first point this is not at all acceptable i have been harrased by your collection executive apart from that he abused me and my family and threatened me where i said i will die and will kill my self it does not even feels like the person who replied on this email have even checked the email properly banking is fine i owe a little amount is fine which i can clear but how will I be compensated for the harrasment that i have faced is my life is much more then the money or i dont have the respect so that i get abusive and threatning calls by your executive rishab chauhan wow what a great reply thankyou for sending this email going to raise this in consumer court and will file a fir now cuz whenever asked by your agents i paid the amount which they asked also called customer care many times to clear everyrhing but they were of no use as they were not able to help me as i was not able to answer the questions which they asked and were not able yo help me in recovering my account which would have helped me in clearing my credit card aswell apart from that everything was going on a diffrent addrress as due to mistake of one of your representative he updated my wrong address in the system every where it was a lack from you people and now after getting this incoprative email it looks like i will have to raise this on a good level will raise it in consumer court and will lodge an FIR

                  I want to cancel the payment done my the sbi card ending by 7162 of amount rs19998 to citruspay kotak. This transaction is a part of fraud and it was done online by hacking my details and my card details the caller claimed to be a paytm kyc center executive.
                  It was done against my will and i expect the refund to be done as soon as possible the transaction id is[protected].

                      My creditcard shown transaction of rs. 700 without my knowledge.
                      On june 23 night after 8 pm i got an messege that shows 'transaction of rs 697.18 has been made on kotak credit card xx7384 on 23-jun at sol*dating.com. Available credit limit is 10484.55. E '
                      I am not aware of the transaction.
                      I did not made such a transaction.
                      Bank did not send any otp or messege or any other confirmation to my mobile number and e mail before transaction made.
                      Kindly do the needfull

                        The same thing happen to me too.

                        First i open saving account through kotak 811. It is told that zero balance account but after full kyc visit your representative told that i should maintain minimum 5000 for nova saving account. I have no problem with this i told it is ok. He told that first-year debit card has no charges but after 45 days 172 rupees debited from my account. Also for nova saving account quarterly one cheque book is free but 33rupees debited from my account only for 10leaves of cheque book.. Kotak bank is cheating with customers.. I want to close my account.

                        I was working at Infopark, Kotak Employees came to me saying that requesting to join but I need zero balance account. They told me that you can have it if you start a tradings account. But later I come to need to pay an amount, then I tried to close the account by going to the nearby Kotak. There they told me that you need to pay an initial amount and stock and trading account outstanding paying amount that my account was not even zero balance. I have not even got a debit card for it. I feel like I am being cheated

                          Hello my self vaibhav shah i am lawful customer of your bank as i am out of the country i forgot to make may credit card payment, but when i know i made minimum payment. Apart from which bank has blocked my saving account without informing me. After making minimum payment local collection guy are therating my family and abusing and telling that if dont make full payment than they will come daily and create a sin and also will take criminal action. Against me. Are this are bank norms or some kind of mafiya. If this kind of situation is not controlled than i will got to police and also report to rbi regarding this kind of criminal activity which are been caried out by bank and there executives. Becouse our families are not felling safe, i know i am liable to pay my dues but this is not the way to treat coustomer.

                            I am paying regularly my payments, few days back you people are decreased credit limit then after few days suddenly card was blocked without prior intimation. I need clarification.

                            1. I does not ask give a card, you people are called and given card.

                            2. I am paying bills, without wavier of interest and other charges.. I am not npa customer.

                            3. If your going to block the card you need to intimate the customer.. I was in out station, i have only this card.. I don't have the money then how can i suffer.

                            5. I have paid excess amount and i have reward points.. Without giving how can will you block the card.

                            6. Whose given right to hurt our heart infront of the society doing like this...

                            7. Whose given right to you putting mental agony to us doing block this card.

                            8. Who's is given right to you give a calls to the customers for credit cards, personal loans, insurance selling rights.

                              Hi this is karthikeyan p. I'm a kotak credit card holder. My crn is 98795590.
                              My credit limit is 20000.
                              My bill date is every month 20th
                              Due date is every month 7th
                              May 20th bill i have to pay by 7th of june.
                              I was strucked in death issues in my family, so i can't able to pay so i got late payment fee gst and for that levied late payment i got over limit fee and gst and auto debit failure fee and gst i got. I called customer contact centre and asked why this much charges and he explained i said i already said to cancel the auto debit but he said but no one still take complaint and cancel the auto debit may i take the request to cancel the auto debit myside. I said okay and i was okay with him i accepted and request to reverse any charge he said i can't cancel all the charges its nearly 2000. I can cancel only 375ruppes i said my fate okay thanks fr that. And i paid nearly 22000 to get my credit limit of 20000. I always use to pay the whole amount without any pending.

                              And 13th june i got the mail from them success fully autodebit was cancelled. Screenshot also i attached here.

                              Now coming to may 20th to june 20th bill.
                              I have a limit of 20000. I purchased a mobile of 19665. And i make a payment of 200to and make some balance in credit card to eat and eat for 360ruppes after that my credit limit was holding 275. Now max bill is below 19900. And i don't have auto debit becoz it canceled before 13th june itself. Now it showing -1995. Where i used extra for over limit.???
                              When i canceled already auto debit they can't able to charge that also. But if it is activation also if i don't pay the bills before 7th of july they will charge. It's fair.

                              I want that -1995 unwanted charges should be reverse totally with gst this time. I don't wanna take responsibilities for bank mistakes and their unwanted charges. Becoz i m doing that past 1year.

                              I[censored] reverse that all charges for ur mistake i'm ready to pay what i used with in my limits i make a payment before july 7th 20000k.

                              Or else seriously i'm ready to face the civil score credit score and face the court procedures and close the credit card poor service of kotak mahindra bank and go for serious issues.

                                    Hi, My name is Harish Singh, I am receving calls from your collection department for making the payment of your credit card that I have availed.
                                    My crn number is[protected]

                                    The person who is calling me is abusing me and my dad very badly and as per RBI terms and condition, you guys cannot abuse anyone.

                                    I have lost my job and not able to pay the amount now, same I have stated to the collection officer and told to please give me 2 months so that I can pay the same.

                                    Now not able to get any resolution from your twitter handle also they have just registered a complaint regarding this with the complaint number 1-[protected].

                                    I am ready to do the settlement for this credit card if possible please contact me so that we can find a resolution for this issue.

                                      I have no relationship with Kotak Bank. but in the past few months, executives of Kotak Bank have been calling me and asking me to pay for an ABN AMRO card which i terminated 14 years back with full and final payment receipt. I called up Kotak bank, but they have not been helpful as I'm not an existing customer and not in their database. The calls are from Kotak bank, sector 125, Noida and I’m threatened with spoiling credit score. I’m a busy professional and my time is precious.

                                        Hi my kotak 811 account is closed and my money was stuck in there and your officials not giving any answers they said I do receive the amount through dad it's been 4-5 months and still I've not received anything resulting into losses so u guys better return of my money with compensation of troubles u caused me my ACC is closed by u guys on 28 of March 2019 and I've written a complain to consumer court service so u guys better give my money back either ready for the consequences I've all the proofs against u kotak it's a request plz I've seen a lot of troubles
