I have just taken a HP Laptop for Rs 20, 000 from Bajaj Finance in year 2007,
and after so many years how can i pay Rs 2, 32, 285,
Why Should I pay Rs 2, 32, 285.
With Bajaj Finance what I agreed for HP Laptop after calculation of total EMI which was total Rs 25, 000
after I purchased the laptop, My brother took that laptop with him and went overseas on a workpermit.
I payed only 3 EMI as I was not using the Laptop,
I can pay only the above mentioned amount Rs 25, 000 in EMI

Dear Madam/Sir,
This has reference to your complaint dated 24 July 2019 regarding to your concerns raised.
We wish to inform you that the captioned loan account #[protected] along with the right/title/security interest and financial documents have been transferred/sold/assigned by Bajaj Finance Limited to us, vide Deed of Assignment dated 14-Jan-2016. By virtue thereof we have become the absolute owners of the said debt and account and are entitled to recover the outstanding dues/initiate legal proceedings/any other steps for the recovery thereof. The fact of assignment has been already been intimated to you by our Assignor at your last known addresses available with them. It follows therefore that your liability to pay the outstanding dues in respect of the captioned loan is now payable to us instead of Bajaj Finance Limited. Accordingly the CIBIL records are showing our name against your liability in the said loan.
As per records which were provided by Bajaj Finance Limited during the transfer of the said account, there were a total outstanding dues of Rs. 232285 payable by you as on the date of assignment and we have acted as per the records forwarded to us by our Assignor.
With regards to your concerns pertaining to account ownership dispute, we request you to share your Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (i.e. PAN Card and Voter ID Card/Driving License) to verify the credentials of your contentions in the mail.
