Hi team i am using kotak bank from last 1 year at first it was a salaried account and after that it converted into savings account. And they told me to maintain my minimum balance which is 10k but i was unable to maintain the minimum balance so they told me that they deduct some percentage of my money. Absolutely fine. So on 2aug i had to make a very important payment but when i tried to swipe my card it was showing transaction declined but i was very sure that i have enough amount in account to make that transaction. Some how i arrange money and made that transaction and that was really embarrassing when i contact bank about my issue they told me that they have deducted my money for not maintaining minimum balance in march 2019 which was 590rs
First of i think i should get notify about every single deduction from my account they deduct it without notifying me and another thing this deduction was for march month they are deducting money after 4 months that quite weird please take appropriate actions against them

    Hi,
    I am a seaman currently sailing. I took an instant account from your kharghar navi mumbai on may first week 2019. It’s been 2 months my account is not activated. Since i am on ship you can't contact me via phone number, but you can contact me via email. On behalf of me, my brother has talked to bank manager and they didn't give any proper response and is very rude way of talking like do whatever you want. They are not even taking my phone calls. This is the first time i am getting this kind for worst experience, now a days it’s easy to open a bank account and i don't know what the problem is. Tejas named person also contacted me on 26-07-19 after grievance was filed and told me that it will be activated in 2 days, but now no reply or response from him after. I was told it was some technical issues related to my account and it’s solved. But no use, so better its close my account since there are many good banks who give value to customers and solve issues in a matter of time.

      Tbms charges are applied in my account without prior information. I was charged 146.62 rs and 59rs twice for month of august. Such a big fraud from kotak mahindra bank. Kotak is deducting rs146.62 from my bank account. At the time of opening they informed that its a zero balance account. The most surprising thing is that i was never informed about this. No email, no phone call no text message no alert. Such a great customer service. Kotak bank is a fraud, is doing clear unjustice with the customers. I am a student i am not earning yet i saved my money and deposited into bank to keep it safe if i give money to sometime i always prefered upi. We the customers are depositing our hard earned money in banks to keep it safe and bank itself is eating away our money. There should be strict laws against private banks in india. Banks like kotak are forcing customers to keep their white money not in banks but at home at our own risk.

        Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 25-jul-2019 from my kotak account account without any information.

        But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
        And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

        So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

          I bought 2 items on emi from zefo amounting to rs12798 in may 2019.
          Emi amount 2208 for 6 months.
          I returned 1 item for 9899 and received the refund on my kotak card showing in june statement.
          I called kotak on 12 june to cancel emi and agreed to pay the balance 2899.
          The lady told me to pay 8121 towards my may bill and said that the emi will be cancelled and adjustments will be done on the june statement.
          On the june statement, again there is an emi charge of 2208 (2/6) and another charge for 2776 as emi foreclosure principal debit.
          I called again only to be told that they will call me back but in vain.
          Now on the july statement, again there is an emi charge of 2208 (3/6) and another charge for 6495 as emi foreclosure principal debit.
          I want to know when the emi is not cancelled till now then why emi foreclosure principal debit charges
          July statement is 33000 out of which kotak owes me 13000 for all the incorrect billing.
          I will pay 20000 remaining balance only.

          If they don't refund 13000, i will go to ombudsman and bring them to justice for pulling money of customer.

            Kotak mahindra bank charged on account of tmbs 59 rupees without informing any sms, mail, message or phone call. I know bank will never call or send msgs to customers. But how can bank charge against customer over tbms without giving any information of deducting money from their account. Kindly reverse my money in my account. Otherwise you will loss of quality customer.

              You people are suddenly block the card without prior intimation and all.. Then how can i redeem reward points??? I want redeem my reward points around 1500/- are there.
              If you are block the what are the benefit customer having you have to give or not?
              You are taking penalty and other charges for the delay payment?.. Then why you are doing like this?

              I need solution on this.. And exact reason is required for block the card...

I only deposit money once a month and pay my bills from there 3-4 times. Thats all. I do no more than this with your useless and pathetic service.

                  Currently I have done a balance transfer with kotak. Very bad experience. First they will call you 100 times for the procedure and then one the work is done they are not ready to listen. I was in contact with the person Shweta who dont knoe to talk properly also. I would not recommend to any1.First of all she extended my years and gave a ### amonuy which didnt even benefit me.I m really upset with this pathetic service and behaviour by this person.Frst she told me I would received a benefit of 1 lakh then now when all the procedure is done my previous is getting deducted from the overall amount also and the person is not ready to accept her mistake and when I told her I wil complaint about this ..These are the words which is using "ha kardo complaint fark nahi padts".What is this happening.No customer satisfaction at all..I am really dissatisfied with this balance transfer

                    I have a loan with kotak mahindra bank.
                    Due to loss of my job i do make payement of minimum 2000 not reguraly but yes i do pay. Yesterday i have a police visited for not making payment with arrest warant. Require help of getting out of it. I am ready to make payment but they are very abusive and tourcher me mentally. As i can not make payment at the go i require some time and not ready to listen.

                      1. Due to my husband business loss we lost our house and at present am in my friend house and not able to pay the emi amount for the past 2 months.
                      2. Your dsc people mr. Vivek (M. No: [protected]) called to my offic and threatening me to transfer the call to hr department and using abusing words.
                      3. I request yo to consider my situation and grand me to allow to pay the amount on or before 31/08/2019.
                      4. One more humble request please the bankers will call me not the dsc they are treating me like a slave.
                      5. I need the job to settle my debts as well as for survival if your dsc people torchure means no way i have to resign my job and wait for my death.
                      6. Your dsc people also handling me very harsh and using words very hardly. But telling that they are bank employee if they are bank employee means they have to provide the identity card why they never showing me and calling to my office and spoiling my carrer as well as my omage in the office.
                      7. One more person also called named manj and decently behaved (M. No: [protected]) so as a whole am not blaming everybody.
                      8. If you need the photo of vivek, sasi, manj means i will send to the concern authorities.

                        In the month of may, i received a replacement kotak credit card and from the date of issue till july end date 2019 i have not used my credit card. Till may month i received ok bill statement with 1 emi payment which was conversion of my purchases. But to surprise they added an additional amount of 40000 and put it in emi list on their own. Now my outstanding amount was 27000 in total.in july month, i received a bill statement of same credit card with outstanding amount of 57000 in total. How come it has been increased to 57000 in 1 month without any transactions. Its the fault of kotak staff person who thought of gaining more money by confusing the customer and fooling for making such payments. This is how a bank company should do with the customers? Where is the morale of customers who opens an account with trust in such banks. These types of fooling cycles prepared by bank staff should be stopped before the customers get trapped into their money making traps. Kotak mahindra bank shows no loyalty towards customers who opens a bank account hence it should be closed.

                          False outstanding created by kotak mahindra bank credit card. Not opted for emi but started debiting emis into my card account and created outstanding.. Not pressuring me to pay the amount instead of reversing the amount and instead of accepting mistake.
                          I have narrated this by emails and by personal visits and also many phone calls to local kotak representative but no use. They just need me to pay the amount that's it.. Now they have started giving me notices and harressment s to pay the amount.

                            But he is rejecting all the incoming calls, and cheating me...
                            All these persons are situated in delhi.

                              I am neelmani sharma. I withdrawn 10000 on 13th of july from kotak mahindra bank but got only 2000. My account is in same bank. I complained same day about the deduction of money. I neither got the withdrawal message nor confirmation email of withdrawn amount. Bank declined my request twice saying i have got the amount.

                                2 days before i got a message from the bank that my cc has been blocked when i called to confirm the bank they said they have no reason why the card is blocked. I am using this card for the last 1.5 years and not a single time my payment delayed always paid on time and always paid the complete pending amount not unauthorized access attempts nothing happened at all i am all clean but still my card is blocked without any reason and when i called customer care they said its due to bank security reason i don't understand what kind of security reasons are these from last 1.5 years every time i am paying my bills on time my cible score is excellent the what the hell happened i have no idea and they are not even ready to tell me. You guys can check in the below attached picture since last 2.7 years i am using credit cards and not a single time i missed my payments then why m i blocked?

                                        I have just taken a HP Laptop for Rs 20, 000 from Bajaj Finance in year 2007,
                                        and after so many years how can i pay Rs 2, 32, 285,

                                        Why Should I pay Rs 2, 32, 285.
                                        With Bajaj Finance what I agreed for HP Laptop after calculation of total EMI which was total Rs 25, 000
                                        after I purchased the laptop, My brother took that laptop with him and went overseas on a workpermit.
                                        I payed only 3 EMI as I was not using the Laptop,

                                        I can pay only the above mentioned amount Rs 25, 000 in EMI

                                        This has reference to your complaint dated 24 July 2019 regarding to your concerns raised.



                                        We wish to inform you that the captioned loan account #[protected] along with the right/title/security interest and financial documents have been transferred/sold/assigned by Bajaj Finance Limited to us, vide Deed of Assignment dated 14-Jan-2016. By virtue thereof we have become the absolute owners of the said debt and account and are entitled to recover the outstanding dues/initiate legal proceedings/any other steps for the recovery thereof. The fact of assignment has been already been intimated to you by our Assignor at your last known addresses available with them. It follows therefore that your liability to pay the outstanding dues in respect of the captioned loan is now payable to us instead of Bajaj Finance Limited. Accordingly the CIBIL records are showing our name against your liability in the said loan.



                                        As per records which were provided by Bajaj Finance Limited during the transfer of the said account, there were a total outstanding dues of Rs. 232285 payable by you as on the date of assignment and we have acted as per the records forwarded to us by our Assignor.



                                        With regards to your concerns pertaining to account ownership dispute, we request you to share your Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (i.e. PAN Card and Voter ID Card/Driving License) to verify the credentials of your contentions in the mail.
