please provide reason to deduct the charges for atm cw fee-dom

Hello sir/madam,

I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2018. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic

There are total 6 times 23.60 has been deducted in last two days.

Hi, This is to inform you that my salary account in your bank is not used by me since last 5 years. I did not receive any mails or sms regarding closure or penalty charges. I have not used that account after i received my last salary which was around 5 years back. Now suddenly the bank is asking me to pay penalty charges and some other fines which is a very huge amount and I cannot pay the amount. The amount is around 15000. Kindly look into the matter as it is illegal to take such charges if the customer is not using the bank account.

    Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 27-april-2019 from my kotak account account without any information.

    But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
    And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.

    So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account.

      I got a loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank (SPLN[protected] angaist Balance Transfer of my Running Loan From Bajaj Finance.
      Kotak Processed the Loan amount of Rs.1320000 but as per his commitment, he didn't close my loan of Bajaj Finance.
      Now the both Bank demand for the EMI. I regulerly call and mail to Kotak to give solution but they don't reply.

      This is cheating from Kotak Mahindra Bank. Kindly Help.

        Hello Kotak..Am back again with one more worst and disgusting experience I faced through you guys. Could you please stop promoting your crap and cheap offers for any fake and so called the worst companies helping them to sell out their cheap and low grade products to your customers.
        It's totally my personal experience the way those bloody FlatWorld Rewards company has cheated with such a cheapest and cowardly customer service.
        Firstly you people promote the offer and provide the coupon code. Once landing to their crap website, we place the order as per the items been put with discounted rate with some brand name(delivered as cheapest Chinese products).
        Paying the discounted price after applying the coupon code you provided for these fancy promotion, we have to follow up with the world's cheapest organisation for around 3 months, and nevertheless we would get a template response all the time.
        So kindly tell me whom should I make responsible for this..I know am the biggest fool of getting trap with your conditions apply offers.
        Still being a customer of yours for around years what do I expect for this kind of inconvenience.
        After explaining the whole story to your executive she recorded the details and got all my email communications proof to her I'd and told Senior Manager will be calling.
        And when your Senior Manger Ankita.[protected]@Kotak.com called me, tried to defend with the quality of the products after listening to the whole story again. And to be surprised asking I will be looking into the matter, and asking me what do I want to do for this issue. So you guys don't have all the solutions already listed for any kind of products you launch, with all the exception that can come along with the roll out of those products. Better learn the Product Management skills properly.
        I don't have option to attach the email communications that I had with those bugger Flat World's. But your executive and manager have them.
        Let's see how do you handle this and how soon I will get some action taken on it.

            I made a transaction on 14 feb 2019 on one97 telecommunication for rs 1000/- and the same amount was initiated refund on 19 march 2019 by merchant, order id [protected] with reference no.[protected] and kotak mahindra bank confirm the receipt of amount to the merchant but it has not been credited in my card no. [protected], yet. A screen shot of the communication made between i and paytm in which paytm confirmed that kotak mahindra bank confirmed the receipt of amount rs 1000/- against above mentioned reference number, is attached for further verification.

                          Hello all worst bank i have ever seen in the whole world where it has worst customer service is kotak mahindra bank

                          1. I opened my account in kotak mahindra as my salary account where my account got hacked by someone very easily that is how their servers are so i will not recommend any one to use kotak mahindra because later they say we are helpless after your account got hacked where i have lost 50000 from my account. Because they do not have proper security for customers money.

                          2. Later they called me and asked did i get any otp for the transaction where i didn't get any and otp but my transaction was done and i lost my money. Where this is unbelievable without my notice.

                          2. So just imagine how unsecured bank is kotak mahindra they do not respond you quickly or take care of customer service worst service ever.

                          3. I filed a complaint to the bank customer service they say we want 90 days for investigation where that does not make any sense.

                          4. Where i have been calling them for past one month they are say the same as we have sent for in-depth investigation like we are investigating.

                          5. They never called me for any details how the transaction happend but i do not understand how are they instigating my case.

                            I have spent 500 rupees plus and did not pay on time for that keep on added late charges. even though I have paid 2000 rupees as below.

                            I have received a call from Kotak Team([protected]), and they have requested to pay the below for closure. so far not received closure statement and multiple times I called them and no response. You can see proof as i attached. Please resolve the problem.

                            Conclusion: you have to give closure statement to as no need to pay the amount and close the credit card

                              Myself Prateek Singh, I am from pune Maharstra.
                              I have a bank account in Kotak bank Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Bank has deducted almost 1000 rupees last month with message main balance non maintenance. the transaction of rs 554.31, 383.62, 29.50 happens illegally on 25th march 2019. I did not receive any email or message from bank about the charges of minimum balance non maintenance prior. I think without a prior message to customer and without customer notice deducting money from account is completely illegal. I want my money back in my account ASAP.

                              Kindly help me to get my money back, I'm a middle class person and deduction of this much of amount affect my family expanses a lot.

                              Hello Mr Prateek
                              when you opened this account with the said bank, you signed an account opening document where it must have stated that a minimum monthly or quarterly balance needs to be maintained.
                              The bank does not have to give you the notice to charge you any penalty for not maintaining the same. As it's your responsibility to maintain this balance for which you agreed with the bank by signing the account opening and maintenance form.
                              The charges are hence legal and standing.
                              But, you can always contact your bank manager and speak to him/her and state them that you had a dire financial situation for the said month like you explained above and ask for this penalty to be waived off. This can be done by the bank and if you ask them in writing, it will be even better.
                              Explain your circumstances and request for a cancellation of the penalty charge.
                              Please try to maintain your minimum balance as like explained above, its the bank's duty to inform you of the same and you will not have to pay any penalty charges.

                                On 26 march, 2019 kotak mahindra bank employee mr. Pradeep phad. Collected documents from our company but not yet given account number.

                                When today 22/04/19 i have called mr. Pradeep phad and branch manager ms. Aishwini both have tell that account not yet open and one query raise.

                                For opening account kotak bank advertise 24 hour bank account and actual fact that 1month cross then also account number not received.

                                Due to not available current account i can not paid statutory payment and salary our staff in time.

                                For this all issue kotak bank is responsible when they collected document given commitment that within 8 working days i will provide you account this is very wrong.

                                  This is to draw your kind attention towards fake current accounts opened by branch manager kotak mahindra bank kanganpur branch sirsa for helping customers in money laundering activities in lieu for 10% share in transactions. Accounts are fake and no business is been conducted by clients. Some fake accounts are opened of customers which are at distant areas about 45 kms.
                                  Manager himself is indulge in creating fake firms which are not actually on ground.
                                  Some firms are having proprietors which are labourers and firms are registered on their name in the sake of some. Money in return. These labourers doesn't no the consequences of creating these firms.
                                  The racket is working for money laundering in which manager is providing safe heaven to thieves for facilitating account opening, constructing firms and charging share in transactions
                                  This is just for your reference and if audit and investigation will be conducted there will be good for society and bank ethics. Due to social responsibility of responsible citizen of india i will also complaint to enforcement directorate and prime minister of india for punishment to the culprits which have evade revenue of government for their selfish needs.
                                  So requested to take positive step in this issue for proper investigation by central investigation agencies so that justice can be attained for betterment of india and strengthen the whole system.

                                    Kotak bank executive manager my name is mehfuz hasan, last month i offered from kotak mahindra credit card bank executive 26th march 2019, it is per-approval credit card with credit limit 50, 0000. Than i received credit card 5th april 2019, my credit card was urbane credit card than i contact to kotak executive to upgrade it, they offer me kotak league platinum credit card and it also credit limit was 50, 000 this card is lifetime free and first time chargeable 1500 + 270 gst. After that on 19 april 2019 they are message me that your credit limit has been reduce from 50, 000 to rs 15, 000.
                                    In between i used my kotak league credit card and they have been charge me over limit fee 500 + 90 gst.
