Yesterday i issue refund from my another account to kotak of 4790₹ and today amount credited in kotak is 4187 ₹ kotak is not showing details of 603₹ from my account. And iam unable to contact kotak regarding charges. And my last month sip of mutual fund is bounce but bank debited 45 rupees from account. But now they have debited more 603 rupees from account please help me sir i need detail charges of ecs bounce....

I am using credit card for kotak mahindra bank. As soon as i did my first transaction, 1699 amount has been deducted from my credit card limit in the name of ccp. I am not aware of this at all and i have not registered for any such service.

I am highly upset by this. Kindly return my amount or i am left with no option other than surrending all the kotak mahindra bank account and services. Hope you take this request seriously....

Respected sir, ma'am, i am vishakha singh. I received 2 messages from kotak mahindra bank about the transaction of rs 3480 and rs70.63 made by my kotak credit card at 10;32 am on[protected]. I was surprised. I have not made these transactions. I telephoned to kotak mahindra customer care but they disappointed me, they were just telling about blocking the card and reissue it. I need my money back and have a strong inquiry about these frauds....

On 20th of nov 2018 i transferred an amount of 4000 from account number ending with 9978. I by mistakenly entered a wrong account number. Hence it was sent to a wrong number pleas help as i am not able to connect to your help line. I need the amount to be reversed to my account again.

Why is it soo difficult to tlk to the customer care like why???

When my account is 811 with maintaining policy of zero balance per month my bank is continually charging tbms charges without prior notice and i don’t know why they cut down these charges from my a/c. I got cut this amount two times of this month within 10 days. First, tell me the reason of these charges and second if the charges are not applicable on my account then make a refund in my a/c....

I am having salary account [protected] in our bank. I have done cash withdrawal of 700rs at 504492 atm on 14.2.19 at 8:18:42 with transaction reference i'd 8081. But the same amount has been debited from my account 504492 atm on 14.2.19 at 8:18:43 with transaction reference i'd 8082. I have taken amount only one time still i didn't get amount of 700rs. I have been operating my 2 year old daughter's account since a year and from november 2018 her account has been frozen with no prior information.
