I am holding kotak pvr platinum credit card, since november 2017, i am unable to claim pvr coupons against my card spending. This is the march 2019, so november & december 2017, entire 2018 year & january february & march 2019; total 17 months kotak pvr coupons pending for me and i yet to receive it. Unable to claim it via netbanking & sms facility. Contacting kotak bank customer care team since last 1.2 years & also forwarded the same issue to nodal appellate team, but from there also not received any response yet. Its like i am using the card, spending and fulfilling the target for the reward & paying high annual fees, in return i am getting nothing. Kotak bank looting customers by showing false promotion. Do the needful immediately. Its been 1.5 years i have not yet received single pvr coupons, no resolution from their customer team also.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I feel that the account in kotak is not secure. around Rs 1000 debited from my kotak mahindra account without done any transition.
and i also called to customer care on this number "[protected]" but not responding.
so that's why i want to close my kotak account.
