Manisha from kotak bank calling all the contacts of one of my friend and disclosing some credit card dues of her husband (Raguhuvendra prabhu). I think this is against privacy and against the code of conduct about harrassing by calling numerously. My friend has already registered a complain. Want you to look into this or will have to take this further. Also she is very rude on calls.

    I had done few transaction through imps mobile banking while doing it, it asked me description in that i had put a short form but i didn't know the same would be flashing in my statement so now i need details to whom i had transferred 2months back i had given my entries to dindoshi branch to find out whom i had transferred but it's been everyday i keep calling them and they say they are not getting time to do it and that they have to handle other customers. I even messaged them that i would close my professional and personall account if m not been attended but they don't bother very lay back attitude. This is my last try or else will shift to other relaible bank

      Hello i have been receiving spam call with some phone numbers on my office different associates landline repeatedly nearly 100 of times a day asking for me and it say they are speaking from kotak bank and wants to talk to me but when i talk to them with them on conference they disconnect they even have my personal number but they are not calling on my personal number but they are disturbing other associates by taking my name its like mental harrassment and embarassment its been only a month i have joined office just a month ago its very humiliating due to this its been 10 days i am facing problem and my fellow associate getting calls from this numbers i have even warn about them about the legal action but they are saying do what ever you want to i have no option left this is my last resort please take some actions and needful situation is very tensed and causing mental depression kindly look forward to it and please find the numbers below [protected] [protected]

        On dated 03-sep-2018, i did a transaction through googlepay, for the amount of rs 5000/-. but transaction was failed. upi transction i'd is[protected], google transaction i'd cicagkd85ztqoa. amount debited from my account & returned back to my account on same day. but the same amount kept on hold by bank. i am keep on calling to customer care people from last five months regarding this issue. every time customer care people saying that in 48 hrs amount will credit to my account, but its not happening. i went to my home branch many times. they said amount is kept "lean" from ho end. i am trying to get solution from last 5months. this is my last trail. please help me ( process ) to appeal at consumer form or court of law. i am really fed-up with their service. my contact number is [protected].

        I feel that the account in kotak is not secure. around Rs 1000 debited from my kotak mahindra account without done any transition.
        and i also called to customer care on this number "[protected]" but not responding.
        so that's why i want to close my kotak account.

          I am holding kotak pvr platinum credit card, since november 2017, i am unable to claim pvr coupons against my card spending. This is the march 2019, so november & december 2017, entire 2018 year & january february & march 2019; total 17 months kotak pvr coupons pending for me and i yet to receive it. Unable to claim it via netbanking & sms facility. Contacting kotak bank customer care team since last 1.2 years & also forwarded the same issue to nodal appellate team, but from there also not received any response yet. Its like i am using the card, spending and fulfilling the target for the reward & paying high annual fees, in return i am getting nothing. Kotak bank looting customers by showing false promotion. Do the needful immediately. Its been 1.5 years i have not yet received single pvr coupons, no resolution from their customer team also.

              Today around 12 pm i transferred 4000 through paytm upi from punjab national bank to kotak mahindra bank and transaction shows sucessful and amount was debited from pnb account but amount not credit to reciever bank (I. E. Kotak bank)
              Upi refrence no.[protected]
              Please kindly request to resolved this issued as soon as possible.
              I am very worried about this it's my first time experience...

                I took car loan from kotak bank last year (Oct, 17), today i called your customer care regarding part payment and got to know that if i have to do part payment against my car loan, then i can do only 15% of remaining principal amount, else there will be charges applicable.

                I want to inform you that, when kotak requested me to take car loan then it was very clearly told me that there will be no part payment charges applicable. But only i can do part payment once in a year.

                Please let me know what to do next.

                  Today when i went to the kotak bank branch for the change in details of my adhaar card, the bank manager of kotak loudon street was interfering in my application also the bank does not guide you whom to go to or that we have to take a token. On top of that the manager comes and tells me that she is a very important person. Who even asked her? You can see it all in the cctv as my first interacrtion with the staff, apart from the security gaurd was her. On top of that mr ayon adhikari misbehaves with me futher more, funny, after posting a women's day messages through social media, you staff decides to scream at a women. I feel this a breach of my rights of data protection and adhaar card office should not be in private banks.

I already applying to close my kotak insurance no. 09057247 and 09057595 but my agent did not responding and she using slang language after that i called again again but she didn't responding. Whenever i call her no she didn't responding. Now i am facing big problem... So sir what should i do for this problem help us.

                        A personal loan was financed from your office vide agreement no. Csg[protected], agreement date.31-january-16, loan amount-30, 00, 000/-

                        All dues regarding my above said had already been cleared as per schedule since 25/02/2019.

                        I have no idea about your baranch location in pune. The branch from which i had taken loan is already closed. As my all due have been paid i am in need of no due certificate and letter of closer of emi facilities in our bank

                        It is herby requested to issue the same at the earliest possible.

                          I received 3 messages from kotak mahindra bank about the transactionof rs 200 and rs15000 & rs 200 made by my kotak credit card at 2;32 am on[protected]. I was surprised. I have not made these transactions. I telephoned to kotak mahindra customer care but they disappointed me, they were just telling about blocking the card and reissue it. I need my money back and have a strong inquiry about these frauds. I did not share my personal details with anyone. Please help me

                              I tried transferring funds to my friend's account and i was using mobile app for doing the imps and the ifsc code was generated automatically and at the end the money was gone to a wrong account.
                              That is not my problem i want that money in my account asap

                              Since its not the first time i have transferred funds i know how that works, it was the application's fault not mine so do refund me my money before i take any action

                                I received call from Delhi number today for recovery of personal loan..the way recovery agent talks was very abusive and they called at my office number where I worked..and they called on every number of branch..and abused to other employees also...they have crossed the level of harrassment..they have threatened me and let me feel ashamed in front of my Colleagues..I feel very depressed..and may do something harmful with my own...

                                    I have an 811 account with me but i'm not able to use the app, and i had contacted the branch and they say they don't know why it happened and they say they was not able to find my crn account number in their system, i don't know why this happened
                                    When i try to check my crn using my mobile number kotak gives me[protected]paul clinton davis as my crn but when i contact branch they say the account is not seeing in their records.

                                      I had done shopping for worth rs 43500 from credit card, for converting that into emi i choose kotak mobile app in that only only tenure option was their unfortunately, i choose 48 month after that, it didn't, t show me the emi amount. So i call on customer care to know about emi amount. I was not convinent with tenure, so i ask to change tenure. They just deny that you can't change tenure again it against policy... It, s like bank forcing to take tenure given by bank even you are capable of paying earlier... This is all #... I will suggest to everybody, kindly don, t use kotak bank services like credit card, loans etc.

                                        My name is bishnupada bhattacharjee and a member of kotak life insurance since last five years and have been paying my premium through sbi net banking and also getting it acknowledged by the company. On march, 2, 2019 at 11.01 am, i paid premium for kotak life insurance amounting to rs.36, 810 to kotak mahindra bank under reference no. Igafnnkfj8. The payment was made through sbi net banking. The receipt of the same was not received till date. Kindly acknowledge receipt as it is urgently required to submit to my department for income tax purpose. My mobile+ whatsup no. Is [protected].
