We have opened the current bank account in month of december with a amount deposited of rs 50, 000/- and it was promised that the welcome kit alongwith cheque book will be delivered to our office address. However we came to know after mutiple follow ups and numerous phone calls that cheque is returned to main branch and later that cheque is destroyed.

Again we put a application in month of feb and still no update and there is no tracking from the your team.

I am been speaking to below people from kotak bank and surpsingly now they are not answering my calls.

I feel cheated and trust broken by kotak bank. I need a solution if not i will update this in newpapers and higher authorities.

    I have taken car mortgauge loan from Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd, Coimbatore branch on 16582595 dated 17 Dec 2018 for Rs 414400/-. Due to foreclosure of my loan, I have taken homeloan from ICICI Housing Finance Ltd, Cbe. Once the loan sanctioned, they issued outstanding amount of Rs 386634/- cheque issued to Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd on 30 Mar 2019. Once, I asked Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd to fore closure my account. They asked to pay Rs 31434/- for foreclosure charges. Subsequently, I have issued cheque for the same. Once, I have maint the bal of Rs 34000/- with my bank for the cheque. ICICI Bank without notice issued Rs 3240/- for 05 days housing loan EMI. This is not known to me. The cheque for the same has bounced due to insufficient funds. Today I went to Kotak Mahindra Prime Bank for cash payment, they asked to pay addl Rs 3000/- for interest and bouncing charges. Once, Rs 386634/- cheque received by them four days before. I asked them to what about the interest amount received for Rs 386634/-. They replied that interest payale for total principal amount. You are requested to instruct the interest amount for Rs 386634/- for 5 days with the bank to me at the earliest.

      Where should i start from kotak mahindra bank is the worst bank i have ever seen they respect the customer by the way even that’s not your mistake, there was fraud regarding my account so they say that is not our mistake where it’s completely the kotak mahindra bank server issue so i recommend not to prefer kotak mahindra bank in future you account will be hacked easily

        I have using kotak bank application, in app there is one option stating that "transfer your other bank credit card balance to your kotak credit card, so i hve use that for payment of my kotak credit card and do a balance transfer from hdfc to kotak, instead of transfer hdfc to kotak card amount transfer kotak to hdfc card, for this issue i have raise issue but they are not expecting there error and asking me that why you have not confirm, even i am ready to pay this amount but they have charged me late payment charges,

        I am attaching photo for the same for proof.

        Request you to do needful on urgent basis.

          I got a call from an executive explaining me benefits of the card to which i initially said no i do not want any cards. He further explained that this is free of cost and has multiple benefits to which i further said no and said send me in writing about this card benefits. And asked him to call back after couple of days so that i confirm after i read.

          However today i receive a message from bluedart that a kotak bank credit card is on its way for delivery. This is not acceptable that a credit card is issued without customers consent.

              I am writing this mail to clarify the outstanding bill amount against my credit card end with 0853.

              Currently I don't have valid Kotak Credit Card, because the card got expired on Feb 2017 itself after that I did not receive any replacement for the old card.

              Last year, I received annual fee amount and also paid the same without holding credit card.

              There is no email id to contact customer care executive, hence I have written many in the Kotak site itself for this issue and to cancel my card. unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the concern team.

              Even now after 2 years, I received the message/statement for outstanding amount needs to be paid and stating that annual fee due.

              This time, I did not pay the outstanding amount. But now on daily basis am getting email notification as below.

              Even, I have sent an couple of email to “jatin.[protected]@kotak.com” and no response received till now.

              Please validate my concern and close my Kotak account as soon as possible. Please let me know, if any more information is required from my side.

                  I stopped my sip on 25th march and redeemed the entire amount. But they are still deducting amount for april month also. When i asked them they are saying to redeem it so that i have to pay exit load again for those units.
                  And they say it is 30 day procedure for stopping an sip.
                  This seems very unprofessional. I want my money refunded into my account.
                  Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and make amount credited into my account.

                    I have taken personal loan from kotak mahindra bank ltd on febuaury 2016 my loan account no:- spln[protected]. I am facing lot of problem from the day i took the loan from kotak. My inital problem started from november 2016.
                    1. November 5th kotak bank have debited 10160/- where my emi amount was 15308. Remaining balance 5148/- was not clear. Later customer care people from chennai call up me and information that due to some issue. Ramaining balance was not cleared and asked me to pay it. I agreed to pay it. But kotak ppl said me pay to with cheque bounce charges and later payment interest. If the issue is from kotak bank side why should in pay the charges..?
                    2. December 2016 and january 2017 got cleared from my ing vyvsa salary account.
                    3. My salary account was changed to hdfc, to change the ecs from kotak account to new hdfc salary account. First i visited indiranagar bank from where i have taken the personal loan. But bank ppl informed me that personal loan department is changed to mg road branch. So i visited the mg bank. Customers help desk ppl informed me to give the request by phone banking. Also there informed me that ecs changing request can't taken in the mg bank.
                    4. On 25th january 2017 i have opened the request by phone banking request no:-1-[protected]. On 27th january 2017 i got email confirmed that your request is successful processed and closed. Based on this mail confirmation i have give request to close my kotak salary account on 3th february 2017.
                    5. From febuary 2017 to april 2018 ecs was not activated on hdfc. Where kotak ppl are dediting the ecs from ing vyvsa which was closed on febuary 2017. How can there sent ecs to closed account for more than 1year.?
                    6. Than kotak collection executive call will me for the emi payment and asked me to pay with cheques bounce charges and late payment charges. When these is no issue from my side. Why should i pay the other charges..? So i said then i pay only the emi, not the other charges. So there will collect only emi and go. No one sloved my issue.
                    7. I was follow uping with below mention person still december 2017. No one responded properly. So i have stop paying the emi then mr rakesh come and solved my problem by swapping the ecs to hdfc. But where he didn't waiver off my cheques bounce charges and late payment charges. As per he have promised me.

                    9. Everyone will accept that is purely problem from kotak side. But no one is ready to solve my issue. I have all mail, call recording, whatup massage spoken by kotak execution. Also no one is ready to sent any offically email confirmation on it.
                    10. I am ready to pay my pending outstanding principal amount. But not the other charge i. E. Cheques bounce charges, late payment charges and other interest.

                    So i request rbi to look into it and help me to come out from this problem.

                      In addition to above, I want amount kept on hold to be refunded to me and no extra charges to be incurred for Loan being bounced back as it was not my fault and auto debit did not happen due to bank's fault.

                      I contact Customer service and have received no help from them. Please investigate and take necessary action as this will impact by credit score.
                      A person from city bank call me and say clear old lone ... But after 10 year ago I will completed... So why city bank call and say to clear this.. May be this is a fraud call so take him action and give significant urgenyly

                        .i want to deactivate my kotak account. because of its worst service and that non- maintenance charge. how can i maintain 10k in the account if my sallory is 10k. what the hell is this. on my birthday eve you guys debited 4k From my account. because of this reason i hv never used this account before but suddenly i hv to credit 5k in this account because of my emi n only 1k is remaining now. u thieves debited 4k under the name of non maintanance charge. either close my account or i will not gonna use this account in future then Cut as much non maintanance charge as you want to cut from 0 account balance.

                        I have opened my Kotak Mahindra Bank account 811 on Feb 28 2019 and on March 1st 2019 my account was freezed without any intimation.I have recently moved to hyderabad and i don't have any address proofs here.My address proofs are in visakhapatnam where i go very rarely
                        My account has been debited with 2000/- towards fund transfer to KSEC and this transaction is not initiated by me.
                        What is KSEC and how the transaction will be initiated without my permission.

                          I have a personal loan account with Kotak Mahindra bank for the amount of Rs 303121 form 25.05.2015 Account No ISPL - 99796.

                          I had been paying the EMI on regular basis and never received any call or mails regarding pending dues till Feb 2019.

                          But now since March 2019, I am receiving the call for Pending dues of Rs 8600 for Late EMI payment, these call are coming from various mob numbers like [protected], [protected], [protected] and when asked to send the statement for pending dues on mail they never revert back to me.

                          All these calls are very suspicious.

                            From my kotak 811 account in 6179rs has been deducted towards without any intimation and customer care service also does not work efficiently to address our queries. Amount deduction was not reported at all.

                              I am mr. Devendra damodar gawde using credit card [protected].
                              I have not paid my payment for two months due to my personal issue. Collection department harassed a lot be half of kotak. I already told them as soon as my salary is done i will pay your 18000 but they were telling me to deposit today only with very cheap and rough language. I have already decide to take all this matter to consumer court.
                              My issue are
                              For payment of min 17660 and total 28000 collection department without informing seized my salary account having 45000. You can block 28000 which is may be your money why you blocked my earned money? You were only authorize for your 28000 the bill amount as per my knowledge.
                              You should stop withdrawal and other activity since you are not owner of my whole money. Why you bounced my ecs. Who give you that rights?
                              I am middle class person and in problems who are you to spoil my cybill for your profit.
                              You are charging me around 2200 rs as late payment over limit and interest and etc every month. So why you seized my account.
                              Above all when my salary done i my self called kotak credit card and told that paying my 18000 in cash (I borrowed it). After depositing money i called and given detail to customer care that deposited money they told not reflected to our side as soon as reflect they will remove the block on account now this is at around 12 or 12.30 noon on 03.04.19. Now after that in evening they deducted total 28000 from my account so extra 18000 from my money with out my permission. Who given permission to kotak credit card to do this? After all this till now my account is seized why? You have taken your payment forcefully then why my account is seize till now? What is the difference between kotak and criminals.
                              My mom dad are aged and having many illness so if they suffer for anything kotak credit card will be responsible for all consequences. Also i have paid rs 18000/- so reverse the rs 28000 payment immediately. Due to seizing my account what ever bouncing charges i got should be waved. For deliberately spoiling my cybill kotak must be charged and punished. Now i may spend money but going to file legal case and police complain against kotak credit card.

                                  Kotak mahindra bank employees came to my company and open account by telling lies. They told us that there will never be any charges apply for the account and it will be 0 balance account. Now they stole my 4000 rupees by saying that minimum balance was not maintained. This is my hard earning money. Now i send them a hell lot of requests to close my account, but they are not even closing my account and increasing the charges on me. I don't know what to do now, neither they returned my money nor they are closing my account. This is completely harassment by kotak mahindra bank employees. How can they steal money from middle class people by saying lies and open accounts by doing fraud.

                                  I just want my money back and close my account.

                                  Sir I want my account activation. We want money for so many cause i[censored] block that how can we take money return I want that account activation now only sir thats it I wanted

                                    I applied for loan in kotak their agent told me 12% interest rate then i got mail from bank and in mail 18% writen after bank agent told me you just agree that mail but your intrepid will be 12% but when i directly contact manager they told me 18% so i requested for cancel then afrer fraud bank forcefully send given loan
                                    Right now they are not receiving my call

                                    Please refund my money please
                                    With out any prior information kotak mahindra bank was deducted TBMS charges even though it was zero balance account. This is reduculas nd worst service by kotak bank

                                      I applied for a personal loan in Kotak Mahindra in March. My another loan of 5 Lac is running with HDFC of which I have paid 11 EMIs. I was in urgent need of 2 Lac more so I was looking for a fresh loan. Your representatives called me and suggested me to do a BT (transfer the remaining amount of HDFC in Kotak and get 2 Lac more as a top up). As per them, I will surely get around 1 Lac 75 Thousand in hand after the BT. But I was shocked to find out the real amount when I received the disbursement message. I was getting only 1 Lac 20 Thousand in Hand. Now no one is picking up the phone (the relationship manager Anubhav Jain, Arun Giri, and the sales girl Swati Arora ) to clarify things to me. I requested for the complete information about the disbursement but received nothing. I haven't received anything in my account yet but I am afraid that I will not able to do anything once the amount is credited in my account. I have all the call recordings in which they are clearly committing me the amount of around 1 Lac 75 thousand. I have mailed as well as called Kotak customer care but not getting any satisfactory answer. I want to cancel the loan with Kotak RIGHT NOW as I am considering it a scam to loot the customers. The representatives make false promises to complete their target. Once they receive the confirmation, they don't give a damn about their commitments.

                                        I transferred rs 4500 two time on 16.03.2019 but one amount of rs 4500 not credited to beneficiary account and not refunded to me i contact to bank many times on number [protected] but still my amount is not refunded in my account it is irritating for me and on every call call charges deducted from my sim card balance.
