I have not paid my payment for two months due to my personal issue. Collection department harassed a lot be half of kotak. I already told them as soon as my salary is done i will pay your 18000 but they were telling me to deposit today only with very cheap and rough language. I have already decide to take all this matter to consumer court.

This to bring you in notice that i have taken a loan of rs.50000/- on 16.49% roi. Attached file, but they have calculated my loan on 19.99% roi.

I am trying to contact with (Arti) ([protected]) who associated me for this loan. Now she is not responding to my calls even mail, 3 emi's has been already deducted from my account i am following with rbi and kotak bank, but not getting positive response...

Kotak mahindra bank employees came to my company and open account by telling lies. They told us that there will never be any charges apply for the account and it will be 0 balance account. I applied for loan in kotak their agent told me 12% interest rate then i got mail from bank and in mail 18% writen after bank agent told me you just agree that mail but your intrepid will be 12% but when i directly contact manager they told me 18% so i requested for cancel then afrer fraud bank forcefully send given loan

I have kotak credit card and once failed to pay outstanding amounts due to lost my job.
Requested bank to settlement for the credit card and they accepted with some waiver amount. 5170/- for 6 months.

As i requested for re-dispatch of my credit card. Customer care service member took more than 18 working days, but the request is still on the process. They are not giving the correct information regarding my credit card's re-dispatch request. When ever i tried to contact every member response is like "wait for 5/7 working days".
