Sub-reversal of non maintenance chargers

I have opened current account in your bank. For the past one year i did not do any transaction in the account. After long time i started to do transaction in the account. Suddenly my account debited rs16385/- so kindly reverse the charges debited in my account.

    Dear sir,
    I have opened my 811 account online by promotional ad by kotak bank.
    Then i transferred 100rs amount, then i saw my account is opened and ready to use and then transfered all my money to this account from my excisting current account. Next i require few money, when i logon to the app, i saw the massage my account has frozen, after that i visited to virar west kotak mahindra branch and met with kotak bank employee (Aashwini deore) she has also do fraud and scam with me, she tell sir upgrade your account to minimum 5000 balance account rather than resolve my problem, she only catch my sale as a lead and totally frauded with me, she tell if you do this your account will active with in 3 days. She has done my instant kyc and approved me, your account has been processed, it will active with in three days, after that i had wait and check again and again but again same problem. I have called my problem was not resolved again she tell, wait for more and again when i tried to call her she did not responded my call and switchoff the phonethen i visited my times to the same kotak mahindra branch. Then she transferred me to the mr. Krishna, i requested if there is a problem kindly close my account and refund my money cash or transfered my amount to my current account. He tell i can not help go to the next window, again i met with a next employee of kotak bank she tell i can not close your account, without activaing your account, initialy she said if you close your account 600 rs. Will charge as closing of account, i again accepted in this whole process i got lot of stress and business losses, because of bank visit (Wasted my time). Again she tell mr. Krishna to resolve the problem, i again meet with mr. Krishna he promise me, your account will be open by friday (Last friday 29 march 2019). But again he failed. I requested to kotak bank authorities, kindly close my account and refund my amount, i will never use your bank, kotak bank is completly fraud bank, and also recommend never go with kotak 811 account, its a complete scam, even there is no bank in nallasopara. So do not try to fraud and scam with any other people like me, if you will not revert today i will file legel complain against with kotak bank, ashwini deore and mr. Krishna to cheat with me.

      This is to inform you that on 25-Mar-2019 8:36AM i have withdraw a 1000 INR from SBI ATM transaction was unsuccessful but money is deducted from my account same time i have called my bank and inform them the same incident they received my complaint and told me that with in 3-5 business days your money will be revert in your account but till date no money is refunded, please help here i am providing you the complain number which i have received from kotak customer care.         I have kotak credit card and once failed to pay outstanding amounts due to lost my job.
        Requested bank to settlement for the credit card and they accepted with some waiver amount. 5170/- for 6 months.
        I paid my first due on 15/03/2019 with email confirmation from bank.
        Today (29/03/2019) someone called to my family members and threatening and harrassing with filthy language from the following mobile numbers,

        I contacted chennai branch with the help of customer care,

        Leona yuvaraj [protected]
        Both told that the above numbers from delhi and they are not related to my account and not knowing that delhi numbers contact person or agency.
        How to handle this and i want to stop calls to my family members.
        They forced to cancel the settlement reversal letter and paid the outstanding as it is with extra interest to them only. Not accepting chennai branch reversal letter. But i already approved for reversal and paid the first due for the local branch but they called to my family continuously.

        How to handle this legally kindly help me someone..

          Hq of kotak bank in sector 125 noida up have cheaters & goons sitting to rob you of your earning.. Even after paying twice for no fault of mine only bcos kotak representative lost the cheques in 2016 after clearing 3 cheque out of 8 given they asked to pay again in march 19 bcos i asked my car noc. After doing that they asked me to pay again now for which they stopped my noc

            Before somedays i opened my 811 account in your bank. After that i went to your chittranjan avenue, kolkata branch for kyc. For verification and kyc related issue they gave me one contact no.. I called that no. Andand person from otherside (Ashish chakraboraty) asked me to send my detail. At the same time i sent my all detail related to kyc, then he told me that he will come tomorrow to my location for verification. I called him next day, he didnt received my call, after that i text him on whatsapp, then he didnt gave any response. After many try he picked up my call and misbehaved with me and told me that he will not do it this time and misbehaved with me he has taken my details. Please help me.

              I am viswa, having a kotak credit card. 2years back i paid 43000 from credit mantri but they told they will clear credit buraue also but, i didn't get the results from credit mantri i didn't get any help from credit mantri and now they are harrasing by recovery agents and i asked for emi way of payment but not helping. Recovery agents are harrasing me by calling from different numbers with respectfully. By asking personal questions too. Do i need to add my credit card number here??

                reversal of disputed transaction

                I made a transaction of inr 15000 from kotak banking app via debit card of maharashtra bank. The amount is deducted from maharashtra bank but not received at the kotak acount. Plz help me as soon as possible.
                I made the transaction on last friday. When the transaction failed it said i[censored]r money is deboted it will be refunded within 7 working days.
                If any details are needed plz tell me i will provide it.

                  Actually i wanted to send the fund to my university in canada but by mistake i filled the fo of telegraphic transfer instead of rtgs and i have the deadline of paying the fee in 3 days and the refund process of this bank is taking that much time that after i will not be able to pay my fees! So i want to know is there any immediate action that they can take to get my refund amount in 1 or 2 days?

                    As i requested for re-dispatch of my credit card. Customer care service member took more than 18 working days, but the request is still on the process. They are not giving the correct information regarding my credit card's re-dispatch request. When ever i tried to contact every member response is like "wait for 5/7 working days". But they are not giving any relevant answer as well as action as per the request. They are not at all helping to existing customer.

                      Dear sir

                      We had been availing working capital limit in the form of overdraft limit with kotak mahindra bank ltd udaipur branch having account no. [protected]. we were associated with kotak mahindra bank since 2013. we have made a request to bank to enhance the limit this year but they were unable to do so.

                      Mean while we applied to icici bank ltd udaipur branch for enhanced working capital limit and icici bank ltd. Sanctioned the same. we have deposited dd of rs 1, 17, 57, 752.48/- dated 29th january 2019 in the kotak bank to close the limit facility. The kothak mahindra bank has already closed the limit and we request them to release our property papers.

                      However bank has not release my property documents till date. Now when we put pressure on bank official to release the paper they are now asking 4% of sanctioned amount as foreclosure fee.

                      As per our sources msme guidelines bank cannot levy any fore closure charges in the mclr linked working capital loans, other bank also not charging for limit closure or shifting to other bank.

                        I am currently in Dubai and not living where I use to live in India, I am here to search another job and want to pay them, but they are going to my old address and discussing my debt with everyone over there, i have been paying the debt on time last 2 years, I know I failed to pay the EMI recently but I am in touch with the collection agency and informing them about my situation and willing to pay ASAP, but they keep threatening me about visiting my old place in India and give out my loan information to everyone. This is harrassment, as I know once I asked them not to visit the address they are not supposed to do so. I have all the messages from collection agents again and again talking about the visit.

                          I am getting threatening and abusive calls from many numbers claiming to be calling from kotak mahindra bank. They are telling me that one of my cousins has taken loan and is not paying and they ask me to find him and make him pay. On 24th march - 2019, someone with name of sumit chowdhary tried to visit my home, claiming himslef to be kotak mahindra field manager and was asking me to pay for the dues which is in name of my cousin.
                          I have tried to reach out to you through facebook page and messanger but so far no action has been taken in this regard despite my repeated request.
                          This is a gross violation of my privacy and peace and causing unwanted stress and wastage of time where i am trying to figure how to stop it by trying to reach out to you through different channels but no help has been given so far.
                          I want you to stop this illegal harassment techniques with immediate effect and dont try to spoil my life.

                            My limited 811 kyc account is blocked after 2 days of opening account stating aadhar seeding failed. I have visited the nearest branch stating the same and they have raised a request for changing it to full kyc. It's been 5 days since the request made, my account is still freezed and i cannot withdraw my money. There are asking for address proof which i have provided, even though am not a permanent resident. But still states that it's not enough/valid. What should i do. This is the worst ever bank experience i had. I want the bank to unfreeze my account and please find a resolution for this at the soonest

                              I am a customer of kota credit card from past two years now iam having a issue with the services as iam using two credit cards each credit card having a limit of 25k but iam not able to do a transactions of 50rs also. When i called to customer care he is telling iam having only 5000 of limit from the both card but when i checked in kotak application its showing 25000 thousands from each card

                                Hi. I am vasanthi. I was having kotak credit card long back which is expired and not in use now.
                                Currently some of the recovery agents are calling me and asking me to clear the outstanding amount in my credit card now.
                                They are making frequent calls and visits to my house. I called the customer care in mumbai and they confirmed that there is no outstanding in my credit card.
                                I told this to recovery agents but still they continuously harassing me and my family. I have small kids and aged parents at home who are very scaring to see these guys.
                                They are coming with a gang and shouting like anything. When i asked for the details, they are showing some incomplete statement which is only till octo 2010.
                                When i told this to customer care they are simply telling that i can call again when those agents reach me.
                                I also visited the nearest branch and they told that they can’t provide any information and asked me to get back to customer care only.
                                I also have the audio recording with me but i am not attaching here due to security reasons.

                                Kindly help me to come out of this problem.

                                  This complaint is regarding credit card. I have never applied for credit card but i received a sms saying your credit card application received, approved & despatched for delivery. Application no[protected]. Who gave authorisation to the bank to apply suo moto and provide me the same? This is serious type of fraud by bank. Please look into the matter and cancel the card. I received a call from this no - [protected] for card and a lady asked me for credit card and i told her i don't need any. Please take action asap.

                                      My name is jay parekh and i have saving account and credit card with kotak mahindra bank, my crn is[protected], i got a insta loan offer of 60 k for which i applied on 17 march 2019 on sunday so as per the application status it was mentioned within 3 days of time the amount will be credited in my savings account but today is the 4 th working day and nothing has been informed to me, nor the loan status, no one even has a idea about what is happening, infact your contact center employees don't know the process aswell, every time i call the contact center every gives a different answer to it and the height was that one of your employee called rakesh chnadra is telling me on the call that he is doing a favour on me by giving me the details, does a customer service executive has the right to say this to customer, i have already complaint about him aswell to one of the floor manager called rakesh dey, now after this rakesh dey told me he would personally look into this matter ac assured me that on 22 march by 10 am he will call me and give me the exact status or tre reason why is the amount not been credited, but still i hadn't received any call. So i would be going to consumer court because due to kotak mahindra bank my holiday was spoilt, i got mentally harrased, aswell as kotak mahindra bank has not fulfilled what it has promised and at the same time i will be marking a mail to bank ombudsman because kotak mahindra has broken my trust and such a big bank is playing with my feelings, so i will file a case against them.
