I have opened my 811 account online by promotional ad by kotak bank.
Then i transferred 100rs amount, then i saw my account is opened and ready to use and then transfered all my money to this account from my excisting current account. Next i require few money, when i logon to the app, i saw the massage my account has frozen, after that i visited to virar west kotak mahindra branch and met with kotak bank employee (Aashwini deore) she has also do fraud and scam with me, she tell sir upgrade your account to minimum 5000 balance account rather than resolve my problem, she only catch my sale as a lead and totally frauded with me, she tell if you do this your account will active with in 3 days. She has done my instant kyc and approved me, your account has been processed, it will active with in three days, after that i had wait and check again and again but again same problem. I have called my problem was not resolved again she tell, wait for more and again when i tried to call her she did not responded my call and switchoff the phonethen i visited my times to the same kotak mahindra branch. Then she transferred me to the mr. Krishna, i requested if there is a problem kindly close my account and refund my money cash or transfered my amount to my current account. He tell i can not help go to the next window, again i met with a next employee of kotak bank she tell i can not close your account, without activaing your account, initialy she said if you close your account 600 rs. Will charge as closing of account, i again accepted in this whole process i got lot of stress and business losses, because of bank visit (Wasted my time). Again she tell mr. Krishna to resolve the problem, i again meet with mr. Krishna he promise me, your account will be open by friday (Last friday 29 march 2019). But again he failed. I requested to kotak bank authorities, kindly close my account and refund my amount, i will never use your bank, kotak bank is completly fraud bank, and also recommend never go with kotak 811 account, its a complete scam, even there is no bank in nallasopara. So do not try to fraud and scam with any other people like me, if you will not revert today i will file legel complain against with kotak bank, ashwini deore and mr. Krishna to cheat with me.
