I have got new kotak credit card, automatically debit 1399, without any per information, i called to customer care they said one assist is our kotak service so that we are debit from your credit card, i don't received any opt for this transaction or i never made any online transactions for this 1399,

I use a Kotak Urbane chip visa credit card. It is supposed to be more secure as one needs to use VBV pass every time it needs to be used online, or some other form of authentication (PIN). Bottomline: You can't just swipe it and use it. That's great, right? But apparently, I realised that many times, I was able to make payments online just by entering the card...

I am holding kokat credit card and it has been maintained very well, for last 4 to 6 months i am not regular in payment due to my financial burden due to job changed with very low salary also incurred huge expenditure in house construction.

Manisha from kotak bank calling all the contacts of one of my friend and disclosing some credit card dues of her husband (Raguhuvendra prabhu). I think this is against privacy and against the code of conduct about harrassing by calling numerously. My friend has already registered a complain. Want you to look into this or will have to take this further. Also she is very rude on calls....
