I have my Saving Account in Kotak Mahindra Bank in Kalkaji Branch.

The PRM came and opened Demat Account with No fee at all. Recently I have observed that a payment of Rs.946/- is being deducted from my saving account on regular basis. This deduction is being made from August 2016 onwards and till January, 2029 total of Rs.31, 125 have been deducted. Why this deduction is being made without my knowledge.

If the above said payment is towards Demat Account, may please close the account and issue refund of said amount immediately. I requested the concerned branch on several occasions to close the account but the Bank never gave me the form nor closed the said account.

I have my mother's and Father's account in the same branch and they both are very good customers of the said branch, I request you to close the Demat Account and refund the said amount immediately, as I never wanted to open the said account but forcily the PRM opened the account.

Necessary action may please be taken at the earliest.

    I have got kotak mahindra credit card along with my salary account without even knowing and it has been 3 years, am not even using the bank account and the credit card was never used even single time. But am getting messages and mails to make annual fees payment for card. I even sent compliant e mail to kotak, but got no reply. What kind of people you are? How could you even charge for a card which was never used??? And turning deaf ears to consumer compliants...

      I had bajaj loan for my refrigerator and it was just the last installment that was pending and i repaid in 3 days still bank charged me 590 rs four times that was 2400 rs and the bank manager tells me every time they present the request you will be deducted with this amount this is very upsetting as my loan wasn't even so much as compared to the ecs charge, kotak should make this terms clear before and also many more charges which are hidden. Its really lots of money i already paid late charges to bajaj and now kotak. I expect to get a refund.

        I was charged for non-maintenance for the month of dec 2018 (590 rupee) and nov 2018 (359.87 rupee). My account is an salary account which was opened in my company.
        Salary account can have null (Zero) balance but every month i used to maintain 10, 000+ but still i was charged unnecessarily. I want refund of the amount charged.

        Being an private bank don't know why bank operation is being irresponsible.

        I want refund of amount that has been deducted for non-maintenance.

          I am getting calls form kotak mahindra and i don't know how they get my number they said there is a loan taken by my father 6 or 7 years back now they are calling me to repay loan and they also said citifinacial and kotak got merged and there is no calls and didn't tell in these years about anything we also searched for citifinacial office but not there so it's there fault not us and now they are calling for old loan to repay if not they will do case. And i don't know how they get my number and information related to us and calling me continuously.

          Kotak Mahindra is now calling me continuously for the loan which was taken in 2004 or 2005 in between these years they didn't call or tell about anything about any loan but now after so many years they are calling me to repay loan taken by my father and how they get my number

              Dear sir/madam.
              Your bank was charge me ₹.118 which i not required service.
              But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
              And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or statement

              So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account. As it can be clearly seen in the screenshot attached with this mail that i have charge. Kindly explain to me the reason for the leaving of this charges and refund me the charges hence wrongfully debited to my account.

                Hello,

                This to inform you that I have been with Kotak Mahendra bank since last 10 years CRN is 26394347 & I have kotak credit card since last 14 months and every month I have been making payments promptly and last month as per my card performance they raised my credit limit also but all off a suddenly my card been blocked without any proper explanation and even after I have made my credit card bill payment also at the current month they have charged Annual fee of 999 on upfront even after that I have made payment. Please kindly look into and resolve ASAP.

                My question if card is blocked why should I pay annual fee

                  My account is total freezed. From last 2 month 3 times i have given the required document. There is no one whom i can approach even nodal officer is just a copy paste machine. I would suggest each one you (Citizens of india) don't ever think about kotak go for any bank but don't go for kotak. I really wish that kotak may get ruined.. It's not just a wish it's truth that any company who don't care about customers... Will be spoiled soon.

                      1) i and my family have all of our accounts with kotak and this were opened in gujrat, lately we shifted to mumbai-kandivali west 2 years back hence we wanted to keep our home branch over here and i made few visits in kandivali west mg road bhoomi arcade branch and we were dis appointed as this couldn’t happen with help of a valid government approved rent agreement like it was said by branch employees m. It’s hard to understand when government has approved why would you guys not accept that as a leagal proof and for you information i have now updated my aadhar card with help of this proof so i think kotak is having its own parallel government and it’s own rules... There was no much help from branch employees to help on this
                      2) lately 20 days back i wanted to deposit 4 lakh rupees in this branch in my moms account through branch so i visited the same branch mg road bhoomi arcade shop no 2 kandivali west and the employee there named nadeem shaikh told me they cannot take it as there was some limitation and they cannot take it and asked me to go to other branch in mahavir nagar and told me he will inform that branch, i did visit that branch and i got to here the same story and when i asked them to give this in writing they took the money and deposited here this guy was least bothered the customer and didn’t even informed the other branch about this query and i had to tackle the situation again the services were disappointing
                      3) 1 month back my debit card got misplaced and i placed a request to get another one and as my address was not updated i had to first change my home branch and then i placed the request to deliver this card at this kandivali branch and this was done and card was dispatched and even after change of home branch it was delivered to my old home branch i had to go to kandivali branch to check the status and i visited the same branch mg road bhoomi arcade shop no 2 kandivali west were a lady attended me and checked the status she told me card was delivered at old branch and she wrote a email to relevant team to deliver it to kandivali branch. After few days as there was no update i had to visit the branch again and i met the same lady and she checked the status and she said it will be delivered in few more days and later after 3 days (7/2/19) i got a call from bank that the card is ready and will be delivered to your home address tomorrow and today on 12th i ahavent got my card yet and i had to again visit the same branch for update now i met mr nadeem shaikh unfortunately this guy is really unfit to even do his basic duties, i explained him the situation and he took my crn and checked my account now this guy shocked my by saying your home branch is showing in gujrat and not mumbai, now this was really frustrating and i told him my mental status and asked him to check the account and details correctly as i got the call from bank that the card is ready and is already in branch and this request was taken many days back by one of your colleague, he started to argue and he wanted to prove himself right instead of looking into the account details correctly and understand my situation were i have already waited for over a month for this and he told me talk to customer care as we do not have any further details, i called up customer care and i kept deliberately the phone on speaker so he can hear to what was discussed and customer service agent confirmed in front of him and branch manager neha gupta that card was delivered in branch on 4th feb and my home branch was kandivali west branch and this agent could see my updated details at one glance.. Now this guys realized after so much of argument that they were wrong.. This guy nadeem shaikh and manger even after knowing the mistake didn’t apologise they were still trying to prove that it was not there mistak and systems mistake how can system which was used by the agent and the branch employees can show different details and even it showed different details this guys did not had a basic knowledge of dealing with a frustrated customer.. Manager finally committed to deliver the card from there internal courier service today but unfortunately i haven’t got the card yet after all this.. I have lost trust on you guys i think there is no value of a customer and there is no knowledge on how to serve customers and make there life easy, instead you guys have made my life hell as i am not able to access my money as i do not have this card since 2 months, i have to borrow cash from friends and family to fulfil my daily needs which is really emabarassing.. I am sorry to say but i have to close all my accounts with you guys and look for a better option i am not sure if it’s banks fault or the employees as this branch fault but i had to go through a lot of problems which is worthless to stay with you guys

                        Hi. My wife had taken a personal loan for 40k in 2006, well before we got married from citi finance for education
                        Kotak recovery agents are calling now to recover this amount saying its not paid. My wife has no clue of the pending loan considering she claims it has been settled but does not have proof
                        These agents are harassing and talking very badly - even calling continously to office land line. Stop this at once.

                            On 19th jan 2019 evening tried withdrawing cash of rs.20, 000 from kotak atm, to my surprise, it got deducted from my account and the atm machine did not dispense the cash. Called up to kotak customer care multiple times and still there is no proper response from their end. Worst customer care response and service from kotak, as they give fake promises.

                            Still the issue not resolved, when ever i call to the Kotat customer care, they simply give the ready made answer that they are waiting for the CC TV footage and will arrange a call from the senior manager. But till now now one has called back and every time i get fake promises from the Customer care representative.
                            my 20, 000 got deducted and cash did not come out from Kotak ATM.
                            Expecting the solution and please treat this on top priority.

                              Amount is not getting refunded from paytm app. On 10th feb 2019. I tried to do mobile recharge of rs. 199, but it was failed. I tried again and failed again. I contacted paytm customer care. They are saying that the refund is completed but the bank is not transfering the amount to my account.

                              The same case happened previously when i cancelled train tickets on 23rd nov 2018 and 4th august 2018. Please check from your end and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              Hello team,

                              Only the latest recharge money was refunded. Please find the details of previous cancellations through Paytm below:

                              1. On 23 Nov 2018, cancelled a train ticket from Gudivada to Krishnarajapuram and the refundable amount 325. Booking id [protected].

                              2. On 27 May 2018, cancelled a train ticket from Gudivada to Krishnarajapuram and the refundable amount 370. Booking id is [protected].

                              3. On 12 April 2018, cancelled a bus ticket from Vishakapatnam to Bhimavaram and the amouny to be refunded 533. Booking id is [protected].

                              Kindly check all the above transactions and allow the refunded amount back to my account.

                              Today i have transferred Rs.2000 to my friend account via google pay.
                              That transaction was not completed, it comes request timed out and the amount of 2000 was debited in my account. But it was not received on that destination beneficiary account number.

                                      My crn number is[protected]st of may i have deposit rs.5, 000/- in kotak bank through net banking to saving my money in kotak as i was having salary account with kotak earlier and the service which i was got excellent that time however i left the job and my account has been deactivated from last 2 year and i did not used this account for any transaction whatever amount i have deposit it has been debited on 7th of jan automatically without any intimation to me i called to bank for reversal as i have not used this account so far so why should i pay amount to bank for any charges

                                      Please reverse my money as i have deposit this money to active this account i never know that after deposit amount bank will debit charges without any intimation

                                      The UPI transaction of Rs 5000 done on 1st Feb 2019 is not credited to the recipient account. The ref no of transaction is UPI[protected].
                                      And also transaction re[censored]PI[protected] is not credited to recipient account. These 2 transaction is not credited back to my account either.
                                      HI, my name is chandra Sekar, i m one off the kotak mahindra bank customer, i am writing a complaint because i used my credit card and i paid my balance, but still customer care guys are calling me pay your payment now, what the hell, and they blocked my phone banking, i dont know why, i want a proper answer and i am filling a case on Kotak bank

                                        Respected sir i wanted to open current account and saving account on bhandarkar road branch pune. Innitial i received good treatment and i was impressed but after that they took me to there colouge and told he ll attend you.. That person was so thirdclass, he saw my document of shopact and directly rejected as if it was fake document, i asked him on what basis you have rejected, he told his senior has told to reject and its kotak bank policy
                                        Sir i was very shocked that which type o[censored]ntrained people you have appointed in bank whjo dosent care for new coustmer, there are 2 more valid things, but i ll appriciate if some one calls me on my number [protected], ll tell you all details, as 1 more thing that i am not an ordinary person but a very big industrialist, hope some ll take promt action and ll call us

                                        its to long to take approved status.. now 30 days gone for verification complete..
                                        and still status show in process.. so pls let me know how long to dispatch credit card.. also know application status approved or not..
