This is in regards to to my kotak mahindra credit card as recently i got married and not in a state to continue using this card hence i would like to do the settlement of my credit.
I would also like to complain about the way i have been treated by credit collection team agent as i'm running short of money hence i have only paid half of the due amount and informed the agent that later half i'll pay in 4-5 days and requested him politely that do not disturb me right now to this agent called me poor and beggar.
At this very moment i have decided that i will not continue with this credit card anymore.

Earlier also i have posted complain here but due to my office hours could not attend call.

I'm on week off today hence would really appreciate if anyone can contact me today anytime that would great.

    I got a call from [protected]. He said that my CV has been selected for the process of ACCOUNTANT in kotak Mahindra bank. And the salary for this position varies from 19, 500 to 25, 000 per month. He asked me to pay 1650 rs for the registration process and he also asked all my documents and certificates. I have sent all the documents and I also paid 1650 through banking. I deposited in the following account details BANK NAME-AXIS BANK
    A/C NAME-MONSTER
    A/C NUMBER-[protected]
    IFSC CODE-UTIB0002685. then they have mailed me a cover letter and I filled the same and I mailed them back. He said that there will be telephonic interview by the next day. And then telephonic interview was conducted for me by Jan 4th of 2019 by 5pm. After completion of this they asked me to pay 8320rs to do the verification process . I said that I need some time to pay. But they rushed me to pay quick. So I paid the same 8320 rs by Jan 5th of 2019 through Google pay . After that they didn't pick up the call. The next day was the weekend. So I tried on 8th of Jan . They said that, the mail has been sent and they asked me to check . I check and it was said to pay 15, 990rs for pay roll process . I said I can't pay so they said to pay the cancellation fee for about 7000 rs . I asked them to refund my money but they said me to pay the cancellation fee. Now I don't know how to get back my money . And I have attached the photos, msgs, account details.

        I'm the employee of supermarket grocery supplies p l, have a salary a/c at bangalore Today I have placed the order in Amazon, while making payment via netbanking, I have chosen user id..at that movement my mobile keyboard showing.. only numbering keys, not showing aalphanumeric keys.           I have withdrawn money from atm on[protected]. So it was like your transaction timed out but my money got debited so what should i do now i want my money back please help me as soon as possible and still my money was not credited i have called customer care but there is no response from them i want to resolve my problem help me out are please tell me the process what should i want to do

          Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 04/01/2019 from my kotak mahindra account without any information.

          It is very bad service

          But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either i tried customer service no. But not connect with customers care officer.

          So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹118.
          My CRN NO.[protected] and my saving account balance is Rs.2015 but available balance is Rs. 1042 remaining balance is hold. I discussed with our customer care executive but I did't got solution.
          so please resolve it as soon as possible.

            The amount of 60, 206 has been deducted illegally from my credit card. A new card has been issued but still now the amount forgered has not been debited in the account irrespective of myself recieving a message about the refundment of the above mentioned amount. If not my request is accepted and the needful is done, i am bound to lodge an fir against the authorities.

              Hi this is in regards to my kotak credit card as recently i got married and bought a flat hence i could not do the credit card payment and then kotak collection called up and remind me of my due payment of which i already paid half amount and later half i requested him that i'll pay in 2-3days however in return he call me poor and begar. That moment i have decided i'm not in situation to continue with my kotak credit card hence i would like to know the settlement process.

                On friday at 9pm i was sent 500₹ in others account and money was deducted my account. But not credited in other account transaction do by upi its upi no is [protected] and 4 days already goes up but no confirmation about the transaction so i request to please tell me the reason why my transaction not done for those i want to back my money in my account otherwise i completing in hand off kotak mahindra if you dont do i think

                  Sir if you all go this way no one left to trust then? Sent e mail to omsbudman e mail ids no reply kotak has taken rs 3090 two times for same payment in dec 18 - infact the chq for 3090 they made 5090 on their own. For no fault first chq they bounced then cleaered and charged 178 just like that not because insufficient bal or sig diff etc - they should give me credit of 3090 plus 178 next another transaction of rs 117 taken from obc ac without my approval.
                  Question if customer has to do the work then for what are banks getting salaries. First teach customer in physical class rooms at goi cost then expect - as it is online is maximum cheating only - a normal person is not able to come online never taught it in schools? Even corp bank has done similar things - why should customer only spend time energy effort always trying to even tell wrong things happening sirs. What is this useless system then? If its actually goi behind it then this govt better go lifelong - cheats of any sort or kind not acceptable nor do not reply e mail ids from anyone banks govt/ private / corporates / big cos any one - to make complaint must be simple e mail and then that dept better get back in writing only thru e mail. E mail bouncing means hanky panky things happening? Did not want to write this but just justice for common indian citizens even exist? No one is giving ways to earn more just take money from peoples account unfairly? Are these the acche din? A simple e mail complaint should be enough and if you want docs related the person can come show at sansad marg cp fine. Why are you getting pleasure in making life more difficult for indan citizens by birth? Is our money safe with banks govt or private?? Transparency is face to face only in the real world of life sirs? Goi depts are like how many goverments just pass the buck to the other person now banks too? Big farce customer care/ customer interest?

                    This is inform to kotak Mahindra Bank that I have been trying to receive my “Kotak Debit Card Kit” for last one month but it has not been delivered at my branch “Sector 18, Noida” yet.

                    I have applied for kotak Mahindra salaried account on 5th, December 2018 by kotak representative “Sourbh Tyagi’ ‘ph. no. [protected]”, he assured me that I would receive my card within a week but after talking to many kotak Employees it didn’t get delivered. Whenever I tried to call “Pratiksha” she doesn’t pick up the call. And when last time I talked to her on her phone number “[protected]” and she disconnected the call without any information.

                    I would say that, is worst customer service I have ever received by any bank. I do not understand how it difficult to deliver the “Kotak Bank debit card” to the same branch. I went to that branch twice just to check for my debit card delivery. I am really fed up of roaming around branch to customer service. I could not withdraw my salary, how could I survive in this city. I would appreciate if you take action and get this debit card delivered to the Bank Branch at Sector 18 Noida.

                          On 29.9.2018 - i wrongly transferred the amount of rs. 2000 to the wrong account no.[protected] from my hdfc bank account no. [protected] (There is no account existing in[protected]
                          Kotak has credited this amount wrongly to my sb account no. [protected] on the same day.
                          I was not aware of this credit and following with hdfc bank for reversing back my wrong transaction continuously.
                          On 14th december, 2018, kotak has asked me to give a request letter of reversal entry of rs.2000. I came to know the wrong credit by kotak only on that day.
                          Submitted the letter to kotak on 14.12.2018.
                          On 14.12.2018, kotak has reversed the money from my sb account but not credited to the source account as on today.
                          I have claimed the penalty amount from the bank for 700 per day as per banking rule from kotak for non credit and holding my amount in their suspense account for 3 months through banking ombudsman complaint cell. Complaint no. [protected].
                          I need to get my money back with penalty at the earliest.

Kotek executive giving me fake information that it's 0 balanced account and submit 10000 you will received your credit card, but I don't need of this so Kindly closed my account.
                          Very poor service...
                          Last week i opened 811 bank, and staff called me i will come tomorrow, I kept all original documents, but he did not attend for KYC Updation I tried to call him also he did not answered my call. His name is Naman mandil J P Nagar branch

                              Tbms charge deducted from my account without prior information after maintaining minimum balance of 5000 for my saving account which was informed by bank to maintain 5k in account. My emi could have bounced because of that, and i could be in trouble for bank irresponsible behaviour, is it not a sensible policy to inform us when you deduct our money for whatever reasons.
                              Note: people here register there complain because your customer care number is just for time pass, i don't have such time so please do not reply by giving your mail id and false promising to solve the issue there.

                                Hello team,

                                I am having a kotak salary account ([protected]). Past few months i have been charged for tbms since this is a salary and zero balance account. Recently, there is a deduction in my kotak account of 59rs on 6th january (Kkbk[protected]) and 11th december (Kkbk[protected]) as a mandatory charge. So could you please let me know the reason for this deduction.

                                Total tbms deducted: 59+59=118rs

                                Please respond as soon as possible.

                                  My account number is xxxxx86423. I would like to inform you that many kotak online transactions have been declined due to kotak bank server issue. Yesterday, you guys have debited as "atm decl" charge thrice under tbms. Its cheating on customers. I have not used atm card at all yesterday and i was trying to pay some amount online on bigbasket via payzapp but it was not successful after multiple attempts. So, credit the debited amount rs.88.50. Because of your service, i had to transfer entire amount today.

                                  Also, many times can't use tez as well due to kotak server issue.

                                  Its issue on your side and you guys are penalizing customers. Also, this is zero balance account so there is no chance that i would be penalised and moreover there was sufficient balance in account.

                                  Because of your unnecessary debit charges, i was forced to transfer entire amount.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am using kotak mahindra bank savings account for many years. This was converted from my salary account. Last few months is of hectic for me. Every month beginning couple of charges which is related to many months before. I am not able to keep any amount in my account. If amount is there they are deducting one or the other way. I have called up the customer care couple of times, which is of no use. And reached out the branch too, that's again no use. Below are the charges for this month,

                                    6-jan-2019 : min bal non maintenance for oct 18 : 177rs
                                    6-jan-2019 : annual fee debit card : 885rs
                                    6-jan-2019 : min bal non maintence for nov 18 : 354rs
                                    5-jan-2019 : ecs return[protected] : 590rs

                                    Like this last month too many charges. The problem here is without informing us they are deducting. And dont know what pending charges in my account. I kept money for some other bank ecs in this account. They take the pending charges from account. And account go low balance and ecs from other bank fails. Again charges on top of this. If ecs fails they try the same ecs for the same day of the next day, again charge for it. I been troubled for this couple of months.

                                    Please help me out on this.

                                        On 4thjan i got my provident fund in my this bank account after that i made some small amount trancantion from this bank debit card but this bank was debited amount of rs 9568.54 on 5th jan 2018 time 1:47 am
                                        Without any intimation and also this bank was debited this amount without any one time password or any pin number i don't know about this transcaaction and this bank now did not gave my money return to me please help me and please give my money return back pleas help me

                                        Kotak bank was not debited the amount the another company has debit the amount kindly cascade my request and sorry for that but please give me resolution for the complaint and give me complaining number
