It's really sad and unfortunate thing to let you know about rude and unprofessional behavior from kotak bank junagadh _gujarat branch's employee (Khyati vekariya) and branch head (Inderjeet mehta) on 28 and 29 november 2018.
It was not at all a pleasant experience to request opening a current account at that branch which probably branch staff seemed to be not interested.

I booked a train ticket in irctc through paytm gateway using my kotak online banking on 17th dec, 2018.
The ticket didnt booked but amt.(770.98+770.98) was deducted from my kotat bank account.this inceidence happened two time.
Recently i checked my irctc account, there it is showing rs.770.98 refunded and rs. 770.98 pending from bank end, but in both case amt had not been credited in my kotak bank account.

fund transfer always failed

Please note, on 12 december 2018, i tried to transfer 700rs to another acc using kotak mahindra bank mobile application but transfer has failed, after that i tried again but same issue i found, main problem is my money has been deducted from my acc, i tried to call customer care but call not connected. I have not get refund, so please let me know as soon as possible.

kotak 811 lite

I have an kotak 811 lite account. I didn't do full kyc. Some days back all of a sudden my account got freezed. I couldn't do a single transaction after that. I have more than 50000 rs.in that. I conplained to customer care, they told me to go to the branch. The people in branch didn't help me either.

I don't know what to do.. I think i should complain in consumer forum....

Tbms charges applied without my prior information. Request to refund my money back. Other wise i have to complain in my company and have to viral such type of fraud with me. This is request you to credit my 3000 ir back.

harassment from personal loan agent

Hi, i am transfer a personal loan from tata capital to kotak mahindra in the year apr-2017. Till date as of now i have been paying the loan amount. No regrets, but my only concern is i have 1 emi pending which i am unable to pay. And now the agents is really harassing through phone or coming to my home and disturbing my wife mentally. I already told them i will pay. Been a middle class person i have to adjust the amount as it's not too small...

unable to end trip on pedl zoom cycle

I booked a cycle 3186311 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority....

marketing calls for credit card

Sir. I am being bombarded with innumerable calls from Kotak Mahindra Bank asking me to avail credit card facility. I have given complaints about such calls to there 24x7 customer service centre and also tweeted them about such unsolicited calls.

mobile updated wrongly while opening account

I opened a nri account in kotak mahindra bank, mayiaduthurai branch. While opening my account, they made a mistake and updated my mobile number wrongly in system. Due to that i can't access my bank account.

After many call to the customer care and branch... No use still haven't update my mobile number after a month time.

I can't access my account and my minimum balance amount also struck... They need to update...

debit charges still zero balance account wrong misguided customer

My kotak bank account [protected] yogita ambalal patil we have kotak account two year back, we are not using it but 2 month back we went kotak to activate account & executive told me to convert it into zero balance account we said 1500 debit charges same maintenance fees need to pay,
Then we done zero balance account. And put 25k cheque but out of it they debit 7k and we told them so they said its charges so no ethical statement kotak...

transaction timed out at atm

forcefully charged for ad hoc statement.

Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 13-October-2018 from my kotak account account without any information.

I haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through any other way of communication.

And when i opened account, bank said their is no charges of online or esttment.
