Sir today i received threatening calls from[protected] stating that i kotak filed case against on me - non bailabal warrant is gong to issue. Before that he asked me to contact advocate [protected]. Case filed since i have to pay sbi card. That too with out statement they want payment. From 4lakhs to 35k they came for settlement. My credit limit was 50 thousand.

Sir according to my statement which i receive from email i am suppose to pay 22 thousand maximum. But they want 4 lakhs. Verbally they will tell. No detail statement provided even i requested.

With long struggle from court i received property my house. After selling i will pay and also i mentioned same. Selling the property in our area is not easy. I am struggling for that.

Now every days they are calling me and demanding the money or want settlement.

Need your help to close the matter.

    My wife had a credit card in 2003, she had defaulted and closed the cc by making a final settlement of abt 25k. Now after 15 years kotak guys are calling and harassing saying she has to pay some 30k to close, when we ask for proper statements apart from their own edited excel sheets they stop calling and continue this after 6 months or so from some new tele callers. We dont have the receipts kept as it's more than 15 years old, but one of the recovery team manager had agreed that there was a payment of 25k but is not willing to end this torture.
    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They are taken rs 1157 from my account as TBMS charges without any information.
    My CIBIL statement showing a lone AC Kotak BF3C064050 amount 15000, Dated 19.10.2004., current balance 85624.Said lone account no.no related with me. So Please take necessary action about above and clear from my CIVIL.

      Dear team,
      I have not recieved the pf amount since 9 months, as online same is showing setteled, my uan no is[protected],

      Initially i have send the form for withdrawal of pf but they said to submit online also submitted and process done at current employer but now same is showing setteled on site, but no confirmation received from kodak bank for transfer of pf in the form k, also i am having interest losses on amount,

      Kindly check the statement and provide form k, as asked by current employer for mapping of amount,

        For the last 1 week, kotak is debiting 4 times money from my account. And they are not giving me proper reason. I just want to resolve this problem as soon as possible.in one day itself they are taking 3 times the money. Is there a valid reason for it?. The customer care is also not giving a proper response. My balance is low in it. And they are debited 23rs 4 times... What is the point in doing that.. I have to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

          I am paying my credit card bill in time or 3-6 days after the dude date in regular.

          These collection guys call me 50 times a day even though i tell them i have paid or ill pay by tommrow.

          This is becoming a huge stress to me and if im not paying the bill you can take any legal action according to the discamers but speaking like an illitrate is in fair and should be warned.

            This to inform you that one credit card as been issued on my pan card to a fraud person by kotak bank, infact it has not been applied by me. Even the no registered is not mine. Even i was not knowing of this incident. I came to know this when i checked the credit score on paisaabazar.com. Than i came to know. About this fraud. I called to custome rcare helpline no but got no response. So kindly do the needful and put a query against this fraud work. This has happened without the knowing actual customer.
            Kotak credit card no..[protected] (Not applied by me).
            It should be blocked immedialtely and put query on this how this has been issued, and by whom it has been applied and also to whom it has been delivered and whose number has been registered

              Hi team,

              On 18th dec 2018 i made an transaction of rs 250, 30, and 10 on airtel dish tv account through credit card.

              This transaction i had done from kotak mobile application wherein i had done recharge but i have received one pop up that this transaction not done successfully pls try after sometime with reference no and then i checked my credit card limit balance it is showing that it has been added with that amount.

              I am not understanding if my transaction was not done then why it was deducted

              Further i had spoken to kotak customer care they are saying due to some technical issue it has happened and that recharge has already been settled by airtel company afterwards i spoke to airtel customer care they are saying they did not any amount for the same.

              Now please requesting you to please check with the merchant exactly what is the issue and refund my amount.

              I hope you will understand my concern and look into this

                I have submitted a request for credit card in kotak mahindra bank and also i have a salary account in kotak.
                After 3 days they showed the status as disapproved because of the reason that they dont have any branch near my premanent address. But some of my colleagues have also applied and they have got the card.
                Is this is a some kind of joke? At the time of opening the account i have given them all the documents. At that time they said yes u r egligible and now they denined. If this is a case i have to tell my organization to change this bank.

                  I want to complain for late sitting culture in kotak mahindra branch...
                  Specially for female staffs...
                  It is not safe for the female employees to sit late in the branch...
                  I don't know why bt apart from kotak mahindra bank there is no other bank in which there is late sitting culture..
                  M very disappointed by this working culture of kotak

                    My name is shobha raghunandan swami. I say in boisar (Mumbai) 401501. My account in kotak mahindra bank at boisar branch.

                    Last month my account was blocked by kotak, due to aadhaar or pan card some changes. After that all original aadhar card or pan card verified or submitted copy to kotak bank (Boisar branch).

                    After marriage my name or address are change.

                    Till date my account was blocked due to aadhar card not valid documents for address proof.

                    I really horrest from service or customer care number not reachable.

                    Please help or suggestion.

                      I have closed my credit card and have cleared the outstanding bills regarding the same.All i need is a NOC certificate from the bank and the customer care isn't providing me a solution with that. i had actually received a copy of the settlement letter last year, due to unforeseen circumstances i have misplaced the letter and i request for a soft copy regarding the same. The customer care directed me to a card collection centre an agent but he's dodging me since 2 days now saying he'll send the mail. i had very high expectations from kotak i'm also a privy league customer, couldn't believe this experience from this customer service .

                        Sir namaskar. My account was in your bank since december 1980. Time of vysyabank ltd. Malakeda. After that it becomes ing vysya bank &transfer to alwar.&in 2016 it merge to kotakmahindrabank alwar. My a/c was o. D a/c #[protected] in the name. Brindaban banwarilal&company. My limit renewal was due on 15.12.2018 but we have request to mr. Gauravsethi. Jaipur &mr. Vinod mehata r. M alwar &to hemendar mishra branch head. For enhancement up to 160 lakh. But they have denied completely we have give in writing to shift limit in another bank, &no take over charges will be paid by my firm as in sanction letter dated 15.05.2018 of para no 21. But they torching us. We give dd of 13479636.57.00 on 03.11.2018 but they donot accept dd. On03.11.2018. After that on 15.11.2018 they accept dd in our a/c. But to release our document they make condition of foreclosurecharges rs, 270000.00+gst 18% total 318600.00 &debited my a/c without information on 28.11.2018.. Between these correspondence it feel to us that mr. Gauravsethi of jaipur want some amount, &on 19.11.2018 the bank have change status of our a/c from no freeze to debit freeze at 12.50 pm. We get very mental problem.&again on 30.11.2018 bank debit our a/c of interest &make zero balance, after many efforts bank credited interest in our a/c.&our proprty papers incomplete given on 06.12.2018 &ndc was not given till 10.12.2018 i become very depressed.. Kind request you note my complaint &terminate mr. Gauravsethi state head. Mr. Vinodmehata r. M branch &mr, hemendarmishra branch head. Kindly take action. All three employees as name above have bad intension towards our firm reputation.

                            I am using kotak mahindra bank, i am having very bad experience while opening account they give all the false statements after that they will detect amount how much they want with out making a call, this is very worst bank i never see like this type of bank, so who are using this bank please care full if possible they will take what ever they want please don't believe kotak mahindra bank, you will suffer like anything.

                                  Here i feel very bad about kotak bank really it's theft bank i did one transaction amount of 2200 on 10/12/2018 transaction reference number :[protected] amount has been debited from my account but beneficiary not received that amount so while contact the customer care they said transaction failed so within 24 to 48 hours it ll return to your account but still now not received it when i am asking now also saying have to wait 2 or 1 working days but am not getting the amount really worst this amount is very important for me because of this i paid fine amount also what the hell your doing bloody # worst bank and worst service

                                    It's really sad and unfortunate thing to let you know about rude and unprofessional behavior from kotak bank junagadh _gujarat branch's employee (Khyati vekariya) and branch head (Inderjeet mehta) on 28 and 29 november 2018.
                                    It was not at all a pleasant experience to request opening a current account at that branch which probably branch staff seemed to be not interested.
                                    1. To start with the first thing when i requested to open account was the lady khyati asked me to send documents on her whattsapp number to her so she can prepare and print that on letter head which i denied due to privacy reasons and i don't think that's my details are safe on anyone's personal number. I asked for her email address and managed to send one of the doc but the other docs were not going through likley to be the file size issue. She again later requested my personal id and address docs on whatsapp which i denied and later managed to print it out. Staff can always defend themselves giving all this techincal issues but asking for clients personal data on whatsapp or any public social media is unsafe.
                                    2. Secondly, she was not at all knowledgeable and was asking for my mothers name to be filled in mothers maiden name. She even didn't had enough knowledge of product features when asked few questions relation to current ac and all pay payment gateway. I do understand not everyone has knowledge about all products but the basics of current account should be not that difficult when she came is attending client for that specific product.
                                    3. She was continuously forcing me to go for 1lakh aqb account even me asking about the lowest possible aqb and still she pushed for the 1lakh one which was out really pushy and unexpected behavior as its clients choice and not bankers choice to opt for ac.
                                    4. I later opted for 25000 aqb and again same pushy and rude behavior for double ip, why the hell someone has to push a client and give such a bad experience with a simple product of banking.
                                    5. Later there were few docs missing from my end which i requested to get it collected and that lady denied, so being already existing family relationship my dad called up the branch head to get it collected. And branch head was even ruder and spoke quite inappropriately, not at all polite and showing the unprofessional way of dealing with customer and letting us know that there are so many problems with my account opening and it's favor they doing to open account at junagadh branch. That's not expected from a branch head and a team of such a big bank. The level of customer experience you give us that will matter at the end and all this attitude and unethical and rude behavior will be always remembered. Really disappointed with level of service i got from such a reputed bank and i feel like sharing this experience on social media.

                                      I booked a train ticket in irctc through paytm gateway using my kotak online banking on 17th dec, 2018.
                                      The ticket didnt booked but amt.(770.98+770.98) was deducted from my kotat bank account.this inceidence happened two time.
                                      Recently i checked my irctc account, there it is showing rs.770.98 refunded and rs. 770.98 pending from bank end, but in both case amt had not been credited in my kotak bank account.

                                        Please note, on 12 december 2018, i tried to transfer 700rs to another acc using kotak mahindra bank mobile application but transfer has failed, after that i tried again but same issue i found, main problem is my money has been deducted from my acc, i tried to call customer care but call not connected. I have not get refund, so please let me know as soon as possible.

                                        Someone from Mumbai transacted through my debit card for rupees 34000 however card was with me in my office at that time. when i saw the message of transaction I called customer care and told about the fraud but did not receive any email for registration for fraud .
