Kotak Mahindra Bank — Interest loss due to auto sweep facility not activated even after same is informed in account opening form | |||
I have opened saving account with (3 in 1 account) in kotak goregaon east branh in december 2014. I have also applied for auto sweep facility during the application which is also confirmed by branch. However same is not updated in system accordingly till 4th feb 2016 when i get to know that i am receiving normal saving interest instead of term deposit interest rates. I have complained about it and it was activated around 10th feb but what about interest prior to that period. Branch as well as customer care is not taking my complaint.
