My loan Number is ISPL60318

I am writing to all of you as I could not get any amicable solution in spite of the following initiatives taken by me -

I am facing one or the other issue from the very first day I availed the loan from Ingvysya. From the first EMI there was issue with ECS & I had been advised to make NEFT transfer for which I have evidence as well. I have done lots of email exchange with Ingvysya executives which can be produced on legitimate demand. It is very sad that although I am making payment well in advance of the due date, I am being charged huge amount on the account of ECS bounce charges.

I am having loans from other reputed financial organizations which are running absolutely fine without any issue. My biggest blunder was to take a loan from Ingvysya, now Kotak.They have charged be more than Rs 8000/- for ECS bounce.It is very sad that although I am making payment well in advance of the due date I am unable to bear this royal pain any more & wish to proceed with one time settlement.
1. I spoke to Kotak Help Desk & requested to help me with waiving off any additional charges in order to keep a healthy long lasting relationship. They suggested me to visit nearest Kotak Loan branch. Upon informing them that at present I am in Kolkata, I was advised to visit Park Street Office situated in Kolkata..
2. I visited Kotak Loan branch in Park Street & was informed that they would not be able to help & I should write to service.[protected]@kotak.com.

Kotak Mahindra — Not received NOC

I had taken a car for Alto UP-25-U-6785 and al dues have been cleared long back but till date I have not received My original RC and niether I have received NOC from the company. QUick response is highly appreciated

Hi There,

Hope you have read the mail trail. I had been asking to share the final amount for the closure of the said loan. Keep in mind that I started requesting for closure of this loan since 30th April (email attached) & after so many days you came back to me to give a discount of INR 1K on the false charges levied by Kotak on me. Review the attached statement which clearly depicts that EMIs were received well before the due date.

Let me know the final amount & procedure to close the loan & be informed that I am not going to pay further EMI. The sooner you come back with the right amount to be paid for the closure of this loan, the better it is for both Kotak & me.

If I do not receive the right information I have requested for within next 3 business days, I would proceed with legal action against Kotak for not allowing me to close the loan causing mental trauma, wastage of my precious time & would claim for every loss that has been caused to me by Kotak.

same thing happned to me as well .. even i got charged about 8 k for bounced ECS and that too moratorium period. customer service is also not 24/7 and difficult to reach sometime.

    I had earlier taken personal loan from ing vasya bank, chandigarh vide loan agreement no. Pl [protected] agreement id 269761 total amount disbursed rs.2, 87, 000/- @ 15 % interest payable in 60 monthly installments. The monthly installment of rs.6828/- is being paid by me since inception of the loan through my salary account with canara bank, sector 8 c chandigarh.

    Now the bank has wrongly reported personal loan account in cibil by kotak mahindra bank limited, sector 9 chandigarh - loan account no. Ispl - 118270 loan agreement dated 23. August 2014 - crn no.[protected] loan amount financed rs.2, 41, 565/- - branch office, sco no.153-155 sector 9 c chandigarh product salaried personal loan

    21 installments @ rs.6828/- has already been paid by me till date. And now only 39 installments are pending for payment from me @ rs.6828/- per installment.

    Now i have come to know that the ing vasya bank has been merged with kotak mahindra bank limited and the repayment of my loan is being paid to kotak mahindra bank ltd @ rs.6828/- per month.

    I have gone through the statement of repayment pattern of personal loan. It has been found that now kotak mahindra bank ltd shown repayment pattern of personal loan w. E. F. Monthly in 05. Nov 15 to august 19 @ 6828/- and for sept 19 @ 6803/-. Now it has been found that 6 installments of loan has been increased by the bank and increased my loan amount by rs. 36943/-. Therefore, it has been found that kotak mahindra bank ltd wrongly calculated the installments. Earlier the loan was repayable in 60 installments and now the loan has been adjusted in 66 monthly installments.


    Further i would also like to inform that i have applied housing loan from hdfc and on checking my cibil account it has been found that this loan has been reported twice on the cibil site i. E. Once by ing vasya bank and secondly by kotak bank limited.

    You are, therefore, requested to take up the matter with kotak mahindra bank limited to correct my cibil account to enable me to obtain housing loan from hdfc ltd.

My loan is being paid to kotak mahindra bank limited @ 6828/- per month. The total loan was sanctioned for 60 months and now kotak mahindra bank limited has increased the repayment of personal loan from 60 to 66 installments as per statement of loan received by me on 11.5.2016.

    I have gone through the statement of repayment pattern of personal loan. It has been found that kotak mahindra bank have shown repayment pattern of personal loan w. E. F. Monthly in 05. Nov 15 to august 2019 @ 6828/- and for sept 2019 @ 6803/-. Kotak mahindra have increased my 6 installments and increased my loan amount by rs. 36943/ -. Therefore, it has been found that bank has wrongly calculated the installments. Earlier the loan was repayable in 60 installments and now the loan has to be repaid in 66 monthly installments.

    Now the kotak bank is to reverse this excess amount of rs.36, 943/- towards last 6 increased monthly installments and correct the data in my cibil account.

      There is amount transferred on my account number [protected] for 10397 ecs of citi bank personal loan. However bank had charged me rs.1649.57 bounce charges for two ecs. If bank charged bounce then it could be 250/ per bounce but there is amount is present on account and bank had not clear ecs even amount is sufficient for ecs with rs.10937 on account. Bank is no clarifying that why they had been charged this much amount and this was happened two times that i transferred amount and you have been debited some amount before ecs clearing and then charged me for bounce its really pathetic service from kotak. Every time getting senseless answer if first bound then bank charged 350 and if citi bank send second ecs then kotak bank charging 750+tax etc which i am not understanding. Please help me out to refund this charges as they are not co-operating since my first ecs of my personal loan of citi bank.

      still they didn't addressed properly transaction details, just they charging as kotak policy which is not intimated to customer, simply and straight forward things is that if amount is transferred on account why bank is not informed customer that there is some problem while doing ECS even I called main branch and Again I transferred amount which was they debited for some reason( as they just charges any transaction ) which customer care also not able to send those details . why kotak bank do not cleared my PL ECS.. on the same day. even i transferred amount before 12:00PM every bank NEFT transaction completed within 2-5 minutes but KOTAK is taking 2-3 hrs to credit amount on account on working day? and then easily saying that there is insufficient amount on account at the time of ECS . once i can understand but how many times they charged me for bounce. please see the below details . when i transfered amount on account and when kotak bank debited amount for bounce charges : I am adding my bank account statement please check that is this is valid answer that kotak is giving?

        I am using kotak mahindra bank credit card (Not saving account) from 2013, at that time i was in hyderabad, now i have moved to jaipur and last month my card got blocked and i needed to change my mailing address as bank will send a new card on it. I talk to costumer care and they suggested me to apply it online "address change and card replacement" i followed the same and raised a request submitting all necessary documents on 8th of april 2016, i was told that it will take max 7 days, but i didnt get any verification call or anything during 7 days and after that my request was rejected as "given address is wrong". Again i reached to c care, they told me the same reason, i told them that the guy who came for verification should have atleast call me once if he is unable to find address and rejecting the request. I dont know where from these verification guys are as they can not find a simple address or god knows they even tried to find it. Next time i applied via bank branch giving hard copy of the same documents and after waiting another 10 days this request was rejected with reason "landmark not mentioned". Which i found nonsense as i was stopped to mention it even for 1st time as it is not in my id proof. I dont know why this guy dont try to find addresss, he has no idea how much trouble it makes for me or he dont even bother about it. Again i reached to c care and tried to talk to the manager but they ignore it as client is not as important for him, he just directed the executive to take another request on high priorities (So called) and promised me that this time the guy will take appointment from me before coming on verification and i will get my card with in 7 days, and went through the same procedure 3rd time and as i expected i didnt get any communication from anybody and on 9th may that request was also rejected giving reason "not able contact on call". And today i reached to c care again and asked to talk their manager and she said she will arrange a call and the manager will call me asap.
        Its been more then one month since i am trying to change my mailing address, just a simple task, i am living in a tier-1 city every e-comm site deliver here without any hassle. I want to know that are the verification guys belong to some other country so they find it so difficult to find addresses, without thinking about costumer. I didnt expect it from such a big private sector bank. I am litterly irritated from kotak bank and its verification. Your services are worse then govt. Adhaar card service. You have no idea how much panic i am just because of your services and i feel like i have no other work except calling you again and again.

          I have received a call from kotak mahindra as well in delhi today. This person is using using foul language against my family members. He has been using my facebook profile to spy on me thinking that he is a sherlock holmes. Let me assure you guys that you are underestimating the power of law and a common citizen. Just want to make you aware that if you can trace a persons mobile number even a person can trace the caller back how much intelligent this person thinks he is. You are associated with mahindra brand have some shame. Wide this forum i just want to make others aware to stay away from everything associated with kotak and mahindra. These guys are big cheats. I can realize what they do to people who are their customers. Kotak is a thief so dont take the pain of going to them. Go only to sarkari banks. These people will cheat you and make ur life miserable. Here is the number of person calling me (+91 [protected]), ([protected]) and you can trace his antecedents by simply downloading the true caller which infact this punter centipede has been using to trace me. They will call all your relatives seeking their contacts blindly from your facebook profile and then start telling cock and bull stories to them and try to seek all your personal details. Beware of kotak mahindra, stay away from their services. I am anyways taking legal action against him next time he threatens me.

            I have accepted the Balance Transfer facility with your bank for my existing loan 1 month back. I was told from your team that the complete process will take only 2-3 working days to get completed.
            I had added some additional personal loan amount with that Balance transfer amount on which I had made further commitments and now it’s going to be 1 month but the amount has not been credited to my account yet.
            I can’t believe how irresponsible your staff is who take up new customers request like this. I am being assisted by your members in such a bad manner that I am not getting any genuine updates and finally I had to write to you.
            I request you to please either look up in my case or else request you to withdraw my application.

              My CRN is 65111162.
              I submit my application to close my account with Kotak Bank in Aditya city center, indirapuram branch on 16-April 2016 and their executive assure me that it will be closed in next 8-10 days maximum. and same day i sent a mail also on service.[protected]@kotak.com that i submitted my application to close it. please confirm once this account will be closed. they given me reference no. 1-[protected]. and after that i am following them continuously regarding this but there is no response and today on 6 - May -2016 when i login to net banking to check whether it is working or not, i found its showing negative balance of -1374 Rs/-.
              on 16th April i left it with 0 balance and there was no negative balance. and bank executive taken my application to close it.
              So, i need clarification that why this account is not closed yet and why showing now negative balance.

              Pathetic experience with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

                Kotak mahindra bank is a fraud bank, cheater and i don't words to use it. Let me walk you through with the matter quickly:
                Actually i've taken a loan from kotak mahindra bank ltd. Last year and emi used to get deducted on 10th of every month. Till the feb 16 emi was deducting from my salaried account as usual. One day i got a call, (Around 5 or 6th mar) from kotak mahindra bank ltd. Care stating that there is some problem or update is going on in our system as per the rbi guidelines, so your loan emi for mar and apr won't be deducted through ecs system. To get the due emi amount of mar and apr 16 we would need two cheques from you for the same and their executive came down to my office address and collected two cheques.
                So for mar month, emi deducted from my account on 12th of mar as usual and problem occurred with apr 16 month emi.
                So as usual, emi got deducted on 12th of apr also from my account and due to some fault, the deducted amount was rolled back on the same day to my account and i was under impression that emi has been deducted and was happy with my routine activities.
                When i checked my account statement, i saw the reversal of this amount and called up kotak mahindra bank ltd. Customer care and stated the same matter and they gave me a complaint number (Request no: 1-[protected]). Until then, there was no follow up done by kotak mahindra bank ltd. And they were thinking that we got the opportunity to charge overdue/late payment fee on this customer and did not even thought to update me on this. When i called up, their customer care executive told that it had happened due to some fault at our end and you should not be charged overdue or late payment fee on this transaction. So i got another complaint number for the overdue reversal (Sr#:1-[protected]).
                So i asked them what is the alternate approach to settle the emi of apr month because cheque which was given earlier has been used and can't be reused again for transaction. They told to hand over one more cheque and i did it and amount got settled.
                But today they dropped me an email (As shown in the attacehd screen) saying that (Sr#:1-[protected]) they can't consider my reversal request and i've to pay the overdue charges as applicable. But as per my understanding why should i pay it because its not my fault. It was the fault with the system which caused this. If you see the attached screen of my account statement, it clearly says that amount was deducted on 12 apr and there was always sufficient amount in my account.
                So its my humble request to all friends to share this post as much as you can to let the system know how banks are cheating with their customers even when its not customer's mistake.

G margkotak atm (Connaught place) : you guys can't escape by simply saying that there was no fault at your end and gives you license to charge unnecessary amount on your customers when you very well know that it was a fault in your system which led to this issue.
                Open you eyes and show some ethics!

                  Dear all,
                  I the undersigned has taken a loan from your bank on RHB3173 for Rs. 2500000 having CRN no. 76226753
                  Further, when the same loan is to be taken by another financial institute, On 16/03/2016, I have given request for foreclosure amount. But there were no response from your end. Again on 30/03/2016 I went to surat from vapi and met with Mr. Hetal Pandya. I requested him to collect the cheque but he refuses.
                  Again I send the cheque on 05/04/2016 but the same was again returned.
                  After so many request, the cheque was deposited on 07/04/2016 and the amount was credited on 13/04/2016. Also I have given the difference amount cheque no. 304597. Meanwhile my EMI got hit and returned back and balance of Rs. 17655.34 is debited. Also I have given Access amount as discussed with Hatal Pandya RHBL dept. But my Loan is not terminated till yet.
                  Kindly clarify as confirmed by Mr. Hetal Pandya that why no waiver is given to me and given Access amount. Also I am suffering from mental torture by your bank.

                    Account not open yet after 20+ days.
                    Promised duration to open account was 3 days by jayaprakash and sathish (Indiranagar branch, bangalore).
                    All documents were handed over by 13th apr.
                    From past 10 days, everyday jayaprakash says by 6 pm the account number will be shared. That 6 pm has not yet come.
                    If these are the diffculties which a customer faces just at the time of account opening, think about operations.
                    Suggestion to everyone, don't open any account with kotak bank.

                      As per attached email, i was applied for top up of personal loan application in january. After that i was tried for continuation of loan process by calling to sales person, email & third party person, but up to 1 & half month there was no any progress. So i was decided to stop this procedure & send email regarding to cancellation of this loan. After this cancellation also within some days bank was passed my loan, & send d. D. To my hdfc bank account (For closed my pervious loan) but before that it is already closed by me. (By loan of another bank).

                      At that time hdfc bank accept that d. D., then when hdfc bank realized that this loan is already closed then again they prepare d. D for kotak bank. But now your bank is not ready to take return this d. D. So i visit the main kotak branch of mumbai (Kalina branch), i meet to mr. Sujit (Customer care person), he tell me speak with mr. Yashwant pushkarkumar jain (Rms). Then i speak with yashwant about this, still i didn’t get any solution from any one of your bank & customer care.


                      As per attached mail and below email id i already email and spoke with below person and sales (Rmc). Then also loan was also disbursement in my account.

                        FYI: Kotak Life Insurance is a cheat company. I thought you should be aware of their poor quality of services.

                        I would like to put forward a request for cancellation of my policy or like to surrender the same. Under no condition i want to proceed further with Kotak Bank. Reason being the insurance officer was a cheat and misguided me with false information.

                        An auto debit payment option is activated from my Kotak salary account towards insurance Policy payment which was never initiated on my request. It was falsely (cheat) done by Kotak Officials.

                        1. Your agents are cheaters.
                        2. They only misguide general public.
                        3. Inadequate information was provided while purchasing Kotak Life Insurance.
                        4. They falsely activated services never requested for.

                          I am holding an Current Account(GTA) in East street branch. I am using this account from past 3 years. Today i am unable to login and my access is denied and for no cause or no reason for this action is informed to me. Also as a customer service I have never ever received any call or updates from any of your relationship manager.
                          Hence requesting you to explain the proper cause for you act and according to me it's not justified. Hence i shall be permitted to operate the same account immediately.

                            Hi I have opened a salary account on kotak mahindra bank.on 15th of april .But the account was not get activated till 30th of the month .My salary was to be credited on 29th of april 2016.but just for negligence of the bank & their employee Padma & Tintu I am facing the problem.I will suggest no body must open an account with Kotak further, its a cheating company.The worst bank I have ever seen.

                              I have raised a complaint to Kotak credit card for excess amount refund on 30 March 16. I have kept on contacting the customer care every now and then to know if anything else is needed to be done from my side but everytime I was given wrong information. As per my last conversation with Mr Austin Fernándes on 20 April 16 he said he would initiate the money transfer within 2 days but this is not done yet.
                              It's almost going to be 1 month now that I am waiting for the refund .

                                I just want to inform you about non compliant acts done by your so called collection agents. Asking for me to pay money and abusing everyone (Colleagues, office admins and my relatives) Especially females.

                                I am getting repeated calls from Citi Finance and Kotak Mahindra Bank for payment of money, saying I took loan sometime back and didn't repay the same. Whereas I never took loan from both the Banks nor I ever had an account with both these Banks.

                                All these calls are made in odd hours and person is really abusive on phone.

                                Initially they asked me to pay 6, 500 Rupees for a week and on ignoring the same (as I knew it's a fraud) they started asking me to pay 30, 000 and now they are asking me to pay 1 lac Rupees and abusing me.

                                It has become mental harassment to me as they are making repeated calls not just to me but also to 20-30 of my colleagues at office abusing me.

                                I am going to launch official police complaint and take necessary legal action.

                                Request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action failing which I will be forced to mention the names of your esteemed organization in my complaint.

                                  I am Arpit Kasliwal and a valued customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank from last 10 years.

                                  I was very impressed with Kotak bank in my 10 years of relationship with them but recently they break my trust and wrongly debited Non Maintenance charges for Jan and Feb from my account on 04/24 and 04/25 . Even when I have the much more balance in account then required.

                                  Till Jan 2016 Kotak system was automatically creating the recurring term deposits if account balance is more then Rs 10K and automatically break the Term deposit if balance is less then Rs 10K. This way till Jan my balance was maintained in my account properly.

                                  Suddenly in Jan I received email from Kotak that you are not maintaining your minimum balance in account i.e. Rs 10K. But at that time I have balance around 1 lack 30K in term deposit. So I went to my Kotak MG.Road Indore Branch office and raised this concern that why I received this email even when have the required balance in Term Deposit account. Then branch member told me that it is a regular email which mistakenly sent to you. You don't need to worry about this.

                                  As per the Kotak facility one of my term deposit should be break automatically and transferred to my account. But it is not happened and they charged me Rs 687 and Rs 512 for not maintaining the balance in Jan and Feb 2016.

                                  When I talked to there customer representative he told me that he will revers all the expense and again credit to my account but it will take 3 Months.

                                  I am not sure why they need 3 months to revers the maintenance charges in my account.

                                  Please help me to get my amount back in my account.

                                    I was lied to about charges and account plans while opening an account. Mr Chandraprakash Rai and Mr Manish Chantba of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Naranpura Branch, Ahmedabad told me that if I opened a current account and a savings account together, the bank would "Group" them and I would need to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 10, 000/- only in the current account and Not the savings account.

                                    After the accounts were opened, they started charging my savings account for non maintenance of minimum balance. Their help center said that there was no such plan. But on phoning Mr Rai, he confirmed that they do have such a plan and that not to worry. This was also confirmed by Ms Jankana of the bank after once again complaining to the help center.

                                    I have put the recordings of audio conversations on youtube. Search under Kotak Bank/Lies This bank tells.

                                    I have since applied for closing of the accounts. Beware Of this bank. You can see more of their lies here.

                                      for credit card of kotak mahindra .they called me many times to take credit card and after some days i got card also, but suddenly they stop all services and said that your pan card signature is mismatched than how u issue this card without varying my address signature, and after that i submitted my new pan card copy with correct signature than also it was not activated, so i will not suggest anyone to take any services from kotak mahindra bank they have there own rules of banking.

                                        When i got credit card from this bank then they promised me two movie voucher after spending some money on credit card within some time frame. I did same but till now i didn't get any voucher from their side. Regarding this so many times i called customer care and also wrote to so many persons to that bank but no one took ant step to resolve my issue. It became more than 8 months but no action i am seeing from their side. Now they have stopped replying my mails also.

                                        This bank is a big cheater and fraud, they use to promise a lot but never fulfill any one from those.

                                        Such a worst bank, i am suffering a lot due to all its non sense stuffs.

                                        Hi all,

                                        This mail i am writing after having lot of troubles with kotak bank.

                                        This mail got delayed because i was out of town for some days otherwise i would have written this to you some 2-3 weeks back.

                                        I have three accounts in different different banks but first time i have faced all these issues here and now this is too much.

                                        I have a salary account in kotak for which below are the details:

                                        I am trying to transfer my salary account to some other bank due to all the non sense of kotak bank.

                                        Below are the problems which i face and i want answers from you people that why i faced all these non sense and what was my mistake in all those bull stuff?

                                        1) once my salary account got opened in kotak, i got a call from kotak for credit card and i applied for that. During the call that lady who called me, she mentioned lot of benefits and facilities of the credit card but same i didn't get.

                                        2) worst part is that i got credit limit in the credit card as 15000rs which is almost my 10 days salary. (Generally i use my credit card for big amount, 30k+) after getting that card i called kotak customer care then they told that "you are eligible for that card only that is why you got that and whatever benefits i asked which was mentioned to me in previous call before applying the card, she told that all those facilities are not available to that card". After that i requested her to increase my credit limit then she told that that is not possible before six month, then i asked her to close my card then she told that use it for some time and we will process your request and we will try to increase your limit and at any time if you require to use more than 15k using this credit card then you call me and instantly without any approval we will increase your limit by 5k, means then limit will be increased to 20k. Also she mentioned one offer that if you will spend some amount (1000 i remember) before some day (31 aug i remember) then we will give you two movie voucher of bookmyshow.

                                        (Interesting thing is, one of my colleague who has exact same salary as mine he got better card than me whose credit limit is 50k+ and also with lots of benefit, i don't know how was that possible that i was not eligible for that card but he was. And for information, i have better account balance record and credit card use history than him, earlier we had credit card from same bank which has given more credit limit to me than him because of my banking history and credit card use history)

                                        3) in between all these i came to know that without my application and knowledge my email address got change to some wrong email address. This i came to know after getting a message on my registered mobile number from kotak. For this issue i called bank so many times and each time they were asking me to come to bank with your identity details and an application then only we will change your email. I was not able to go to bank as i was always busy with the works and here my point was you guys changed my email id to wrong email without any application and without visiting any of your branch then why this time i need to visit your branch. For this time i struggled a lot and called customer cares so many times and each time they were telling some different different stories and each time they were telling that i have registered your complain and whenever i asked for complain id, they used to tell we will message that to your registered mobile but i never got any message. But somehow this issue got resolved after communicating with syed and ranjitha. But really this was a horrible experience.

                                        4) as they mentioned about the offer for credit card, i did the same, i spent more than 2k on that card before said date and i was waiting for the coupon. After long time when it was too late i called the customer care about that (It was after my email got changed to wrong but before it got corrected) then they mentioned that it was already sent to my email address then i mentioned that can you check if there is any complain is there regarding wrong email for this account then she told yes it is there then i asked then why did you send this to wrong email, then she registered a complain and told that we will look into this and will let you know. I didn't get this complain id also. Again after long time when i didn't get any response from them, i called them, meanwhile my email id got corrected, in this call what she mentioned that "we have sent that coupon to your email as well as your registered mobile number and since your email id was wrong and you didn't get that in email you got that in your mobile message so use that" and surprisingly i had not get any such message and i told the same to her but she was not agree and she told we can't send that again.

                                        5) after all these i was fed up with this and i decided to close that credit card and then in the same previous call i asked her to close my credit card. She took my request. After some time i got a call from them again regarding verification and then she asked why are you closing this then first i asked can you check if that movie voucher which they committed with me as offer was sent to my registered mobile no.? Then she checked and told that no it was sent only to your email id then i asked her about email address then she mentioned which was wrong. I double confirmed with her if they sent that to my mobile or not but she told no we have not sent this to your mobile. After this i narrated all those non sense story to her then she apologies for that and told that "please don't close this card and if you will not close this then we will send you those movie vouchers again and will also increase your credit limit". I was surprised after hearing this from her, how can she tell like that, was she doing any favor for me by sending those vouchers. Whatever they mentioned as the offer according to that i spent money then only you were offering me that voucher, i was not begging for those vouchers, that was my right to get those as i had spent money for that. After all these i asked her i don't need any voucher you please close this card then she closed that.

                                        6) i went to kotak branch in btm 2nd stage (I think earlier it was ing vysya) to submit some draft there. There i asked about demat account then there one lady took my details and told that concern person will get back to you and after that i waited for long time but no one contacted me after that i went to some other bank and opened demat account there and have started trading also but still i didn't get a single call from kotak. See how irresponsible kotak is. But any way it doesn't bother me because i am happy that i didn't open demat in your bank.


                                        Now can you people please answer me about all the above issue that why i suffered through all these and in all above points where was my mistake?

                                        Seriously it was kind of mental harassment from kotak people. I will never suggest anyone to open any account in kotak. You people don't think that you are giving 6% interest so people will come running to you. Now a days people need mental peace and good service rather than more interest rate.

                                        I wanted to write this to consumer forum but later i thought why to waste my time to correct you people, better to change the bank and live happily.

                                        But i am expecting at least answer to my question.
