I applied for personal loan with your bank for 4 lakhs, but i got approval for 9 lakhs. i cheated with the bank agents and now they are saying not possible to give loan for 4 lakhs. so i may have to cancel my loan with no option left. is this the way you cheat customers? could you please help to process my application for loan amount 4 lakhs.

Rahul jagnam from vasai west branch 401202 collected documents from my home on july 2nd 2016, till today my account is not active. my account was not opened in timely manner as promised by the agent now i want to cancel the account... however the agent says i have to pay 600-700rs as penalty. why should i pay the penalty when ur bank account even open my account in time manner? kotak mahindra has the worst customer and nobody even apologized...

Sir, kotak mahindra bank has deducted approx. Rs.75000/- as tds from my a/c no. I started a salary account from kotak mahindra bank. And their bank members called me and told me we are providing a gift that's a life time free credit card without annual fee.

But after one year they have deducted a sum of rs. 499 + service tax of 75, thats leads to negative balance so again overlimit fee of 500..

So totally around rs.1074/- when am contacting their customer care they simply telling go and...

Naseem shaikh from kotak mahindra bank's collection team has started calling me for a debt collection of barclay credit card which i owned in[protected] to which i was making regular payments and disputed one payment. after the dispute i have not been contacted for that card.

I have not received credit card of kotak mahindra bank only i have received
pin maler envelope received before 1 month, I have already informed telecaller
when i received call from bank to confirm regarding credit card but no action taken from bank side or update the status. Kindly deactivate my credit card immediately. I have also tried to customer no [protected], but unable to
contact operator after hold the lines up...

After reapted calls and email requests the bank has not closed my account but has gone on post charge for non account maintenence, I'm now in abroad and so could not go to the branch in person to make that request...but look at the email trail you will understand.

I got a credit card with crn 95139271 last year. I instantly cancelled as i was not happy with the limit. I got a confirmation from kotak bank that card has been cancelled. Now after 1 year they have come up with annual fee on my cancelled card. And now they saying that the card is not cancelled and still active. Even not ready to reverse the charges.

I am rahul. Without informing me kotak bank has deduct around 1400 rupees from my account. Before deposit 10, 000 rupees they did't inform me that they are going to charge 690 rupees from march but after deposit 10, 000 in april they charged 18 + 690 + 690 rupees from my account. I have deposit 10, 000 in april still they charged of april. I just want my 1400 rupees back into my account because there is not my fault.br...

As on 20th june’16 my account balance was rs 1271/-and as on 22.06.15 balance is zero even i have not done any transaction.

Refund amount 299 Rs. still not credited to my account. I did total 1856 Rs. payment for amazon.in from my account number[protected] using ING Vysya Debit card ending with 1009 on 23rd May 2016 with reference number[protected]. One of the order of 299 Rs. was cancelled so I am expecting refund from them which is processed by amazon.in at 31st May 2016.

I already sent approx 5-6 mails regarding the above explained but still...

I have a salary account in Kotak bank. Initially my billing address was company's address(Mumbai). Later I was relocated to Pune.

Then I visited local branch and submitted my companies letter pad to change my billing address from Mumbai office to Pune office the refused to do so.

When I asked the same with the People's officer they refused saying that we wont accept any letter pad as Prof.
