Dear Sir,

I have been tryin to ope for the net banking view services from your brabourne road branch and this thing i am trying since 5 months.

The story is like this : -

1. first time they gave us the form for net banking and we made it signed from our proprietor and gave them back. After few days they said that the sign is not matching so they gave another form.

2. again we made it signed from the proprietor and gave them back. After few day our executive went to ask for the ID and password. Their answer was that they have lost the form given by us so again they gave us a form.

3. Again we made it signed from the proprietor and gave them back.After few days our executive went to them for asking about the ID and {password and their response was that this will be dispatched to the mentioned registered address. Fine we had agreed to that. After 20 days we again went to the branch and they said that the courier came to the registered address but was reverted back. My question is we receive all the posts and their post only was reverted??

4. Again they gave a form and we made it signed from the proprietor and they said this time they will make sure that the thing is done for sure. We submitted a form and after 10 days we went to the branch and asked about the ID and Password. Now their response is that the ID and Password is dispatched from HO on 13th of July and today is 20th of July and i don't trust them anymore.

I want to close all the business accounts which we have in kotak group.

    I had taken a personal loan from kotak mahindra bank, bangalore. I was paying my emi through icici bank and after certain period they came back with cheque bounce charges whereas sufficient balance was there in my icici bank account. After many communications and discussions they asked me to pay the amount because icici bank has not cleared ecs and as a customer i had to pay 2500 change without my fault. After experiencing such incident i have decided to foreclose the close and i informed them that i want to foreclose the loan and i have written mail to service. [protected]@kotak.com. Its already been 5 days over, but there is no response from the bank. When i called them they are telling its 30 days notice. Feeling very bad that i have opted a pl from such a worst bank. My emi falls on next month.

    I have decided that i don't want to maintain any relationship further, so going to surrender their credit card also.

    Kindly help me to close my personal loan.

      They give u an email to write ur complaint but they never reply one of the worst bank, don't open an account with kotak mahindra u will be very disappointed., 3rd class bank they will be in touch with you to open up an account with them, once u open up account with them, then u will never hear for them., please choose another bank instead of kotak mahindra. They are big zero in customer service

        This is i am writing to you, since 29th may 2016 i have made complaint for the double payment since then they are not able to resolve the problem. They are even not able to conform that they have made the payment to the merchant.

        My a/c no. Is[protected], on 29th may 2006 amount of rs1654/=was debited twice in my a/c. The first transaction was failed when the card was swapped.
        I have made complete for it still i have not received the amount credited.

        They are even not able to conform that they have made the payment to the merchant. But i have conform from the merchant that only one trasaction was complited

          Dear sir/madam,

          I would like to bring to your notice the fraudulent practices of the kotak mahindra bank. off late, a transaction has been made through my credit card. and certainly, i haven't made it. i tried reaching out to the bank for the details. but the poor responsiveness of the bank hasn't left me with any option but file a complaint against them. they have neither paid heed to my emails/phone calls nor my request to deactivate my credit card. the bank has multiple hidden charges and constantly harasses its customers. there is no body to reach out to. the money of the customers isn't valued. please assist in doing justice to me and my hard earned money.

            We (chetanshi nene & peyush nene) have opened 18 fds of rs.1 lakh each with ing vyasa bank [sb a/c:[protected]]. we have received all fds in hard form, in which maturity amount each fd: rs.1, 20, 061.20 is clearly mentioned (copy attached "one fd chetansh nene. pdf").in total rs. 21, 61, 101.60 for 18 fds.

            Now, ing vyasa is merged with kotak mahindra bank. my wife chetanshi nene has also one account with kotak mahindra bank [sb a/c: [protected]], where now these fds along with fds in a/c: [protected] are visible (snap shot of all as well as detail of one fd attached "kotak ing fds. pdf" and deposit schedule").

            Now, maturity amount each fd: rs.1, 20, 053.81 is appearing, i. e., less proceeds of rs.7.39. i believe any merger should respect commitments of merging organisation. legally, kotak is also bound to fulfill all committments of ing vyasa.

            In my case, loss to me for all my fds are coming out to be rs.133.02 (assuming my calculation is not wrong). suggest to check records at your end and ensure i get committed amount on maturity to carry on my faith with uday kotak group.

            Kindly ensure net maturity proceeds of rs.21, 61, 101.60 on 24 aug 16.

                Hi Nilkanth,

                As per our discussion I have agreed to pay Kotak in 2 installments to clear the credit card overdue, First installment will be paid by me on the 25th of this month and the next on the 25th of next month.

                However after me repeatedly asking that I should be receiving no calls from the collections team, I am still getting calls from the representative Julie Shetty on my phone on watsapp harassing me everyday, This is not acceptable and I was adviced by Jyoti Lokhande that I need to speak to Nilkanth Parab about this issue which I am, Still why is this Julie calling me and messaging me all this crap. Please understand this is a mental harassment.
                I am clearing my dues because I want to pay it back not because of this Julie calling me over and over again, This is unethical behavior and irresponsible way of treating a customer who is paying her dues to the bank.
                I need a action taken against her or a written consent that I would not be getting any calls or messages from her.

                And she is not only calling me but My relatives also everyday, this is very insulting and once I am agreeing to pay why am I getting calls .

                  I have applied for a personal loan with kotak mahindra bank, loan process was super fast until they collect all the documents from the customer. After that for the payment we have to run behind them.

                  They don't even check emails. I used to call the person who collected the documents and after some point of time he has given another guy's number. Like that i have got 4 different number. Nobody responses. I has been a month time and i have signed in their loan agreement and given 9 cheque leaves and not got the money yet.

                    The merchant at lenevo shop nehru place delhi, swipe my debit card to deduct 21, 900 from my account on date 14 july 2016, the transaction status shown declined at merchant side, but when swiped again i got message that transaction is declined due to insufficient balance means there was deduction from first transaction.

                    Now shop owner is saying that they have no amount received in their merchant account.

                    So i am not sure that what is happening in this case, i want my money back to account, Generally in these cases money reverted back in 24 hrs. i called customer support but no satisfactory response.

                      My name is ratheesh, i am a account holder in kotak mahendra bank, account no[protected] branch : ulsoor, i have credited cash to the wrong account no on 12/09/15 and 16/09/15, using net banking, on 12th of september i have credited 500rs to the account no[protected] mistakenly, ref no: imps/48/[protected], and on 16th sep i have mistakenly credit 2000rs for the same account no through net banking ref no: neft/mbr[protected], total amount i have credited 2500 for the account no[protected], which is a canara bank account holder, actually i want to deposits to the account no[protected], account holder name: maria bindhu, branch: moolaikaraipatti, bank: canara, for your reference i have attached snap shot of transaction done on both days, i have already logged a complaint for this issues through call, but there is no proper response from your end, ‎please do need full as soon as possible.

                        I urgently needed a check book however i couldn't do that due to not having my current address updated on the account. I submitted my address change request on 12-jul-2016 12:48:26 pm and i was informed that it would take four days to update the records which i understand. However, i was not provided a reference number for the application thinking that a notification would be sent through email or sms which did not happen. I called the customer care number to confirm if my request is submitted and found that my phone banking is also blocked. I submitted the request for phone number update as well earlier. However, the representative did not confirm if the request is submitted or not and asked me to contact through registered mobile number which i could not due to mobile number update request was still pending. I had to go back to the branch in sec 18, noida to check the status of my application and was informed that it was not submitted and i asked him submit it then. He said it's submitted for which he gave me reference number however i could not verify if it's done or not actually as i still did not the acknowledgment through sms or email. I tried to call the customer care number to see if it's submitted and they said they could not confirm it if i am not calling from the registered number as my phone banking was blocked. I asked him to connect me with his supervisor and my call was disconnected after putting on hold. I tried to call back and there was some technical issue i believe i was disconnected four times in a row if it was not intentional which i don't feel happened. I was finally connected to one of the representative who was willing to help however could not give any information of the account due to phone banking being blocked however i was not asking any account information and just wanted to confirm officially if my request is submitted or not so that i would not have to come back again to the branch to find that it's still not submitted. I asked to stay on call while i speak to the manager in the branch and connect him to give the authority to confirm the status. I was asked to wait as the bank manager was not available. The representative was very patient on the call and said i would hold this call for you as long as it takes to connect with the manager. After several minutes of waiting when i did not get the manager then the security guard standing next to me asked me check with a lady sitting next to the queue counter. She listened to me and spoke to the representative on the call. I am not sure what conversation happened between them which was again not transparent and i was then asked check with another person in the bank to confirm the status which again was the same person i was speaking with before. She said 'abhi to confirm kiya'. I said i don't the acknowledgement in the form of sms or email. She said 'ho jayega'. I had no option left than believing them without any official confirmation. I received an email that my request for address change is processed. I was finally happy to see that this has processed. So, i called the customer care to apply for check book and he asked me a few things to verify however he said that the pin code i said is not matching with the database which is when i found out that my pin code was incorrectly updated. I asked to submit the request for check book as i urgently need it. He said, he would need to update the pin code first. I asked him to update it then so he said i would raise the request and it would take four working days to update. What the hell/again. I again had not choice other than waiting for the pin code to be updated first. Today, i received the message that pin code is updated now however when further checked my complete address just be sure that everything is correct this time, i found that they have missed to mention phase 3 in my address. They have mentioned 'mayur vihar' only when it was supposed to be mayur vihar phase 3'. I have submitted another request now to update my address which i am again informed would take 4 working days. Still waiting for my check book to be received... I urgently need money and could not get my loan approved due to not having the check book. I request you to approve my loan request with kotak only as i have all the required documents you would need.

                          I am writing this email after getting frustrated with the kotak customer care service about my reported issue. It has been more than a month my money was deducted through three unsuccessful transaction to redbus\ebus and there has been no action over it. Redbus\ebus has denied any transaction happening into their account.
                          I have been calling the customer care now and then but each time they say they are sending issues to other team etc etc.

                          I have got mention bellow mail from red bus. Which has not got money.

                          The money that is deducted from your account has not reached us as its a fail transaction. From our past experience, we have seen that in such cases, the money normally remains with the bank.

                          This refund will be initiated by your bank. Usually in such cases, banks automatically refund the amount in 2 bank working days.

                          If you don’t see the refund in 2 bank working days, kindly get in touch with your bank.

                            Respected sir/ma'am, i'm a private school teacher working in chennai. for past 3 days i've been mentally harassed by kotak mahindra bank, mumbai people. a tele-caller calls my school office no and told that i have taken loan and failed to repay. but i've taken loan with citi financial 12years back and was cleared. final settlement by done by cash to their cash collection person. now i am continuously receiving threatening calls every day more than 50-70 calls in my office no. i spoke to them and informed them to call my mobile no but they are not calling. since they are continuously calling my office no. my higher officials are asking me to settle this matter immediately and then come to work. pls help me out. i'm mentally disturbed. they are calling from[protected]. i'm afraid of losing my job now.- anjali [protected]

                              There was contract that end of the day the fund would be transfer from my escrow a/c to cc a/c automatically. but it was not done. we have to take follow up so many times and bank dont give interest for the hold amount.

                              Ince four years ago our bill discounting was closed so now no need for escrow a/c but kotak bank each and everytime refuse to close the a/c escrow a/c and also refuse to collect fund by benificiary in cc a/c. we have suffering with interest lost and because o[censored]nknowing that benificiary release (due to korak bank) the fund we spoiled our relationship with our customer.

                                Hi,

                                Its continued to be a worst experience with kotak banking this time my wife has received the card but the pin received with the card is invalid when tried to reset pin from online which on kotak web site the card it self is invalid bloody hell is wrong with kotak and now i'm going to post all the conversation on the consumer sites so that at least other people at least will be aware and will not bank with the fake banks like kotak and also if you don't believe go though the recording attached to the email for the 2 day's conversation the first conversation was on 01/07/2016 where your executive accepted for the card is in printing as it was requested for the photo on the card but later when i received the card which is a plain as a normal card with the pin in different courier tired by using pin and generating pin its invalid and i have been wring these emails since july 01 but till now there is not been a proper communication due to which if any body is trying to get service from kotak think twice.​

                                  Today randomly i recieved an call from an lady stating to be from kotak mahindra bank. ([protected]) informing that some naresh has given my reference and that he has taken some loan and now he is not repaying same.

                                  I very politely informed that i dont know anybody with this name, on which she started abusing me and started threatening me.

                                  I was shocked with this gesture, as anyone can call and use ur bank name and do all this.

                                  Kindly acknowledge the same so that i can perusit the same with my local police station.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I applied for personal loan with your bank for 4 lakhs, but i got approval for 9 lakhs. i cheated with the bank agents and now they are saying not possible to give loan for 4 lakhs. so i may have to cancel my loan with no option left. is this the way you cheat customers? could you please help to process my application for loan amount 4 lakhs.

                                    Why you guys gave false commitment to customers? i came to know far later after signing the agreement we will not be able to change loan amount. there is no mistake from my end.
                                    Also do i need to wait for more than one moth for loan approval/status. i have to call your customer care for about 10 times to get an proper response from your bank.
                                    You may have to give answer to my queries and i wasted almost more than month. i am totally disappointed with your service. i will recommend all of my friends/colleagues not to go for your bank for any banking needs for sure.

                                    Why can't your bank guys called and informed about loan application status? this seems you guys are not interested in customers and only cheating you will do the business.

                                      Rahul jagnam from vasai west branch 401202 collected documents from my home on july 2nd 2016, till today my account is not active. my account was not opened in timely manner as promised by the agent now i want to cancel the account... however the agent says i have to pay 600-700rs as penalty. why should i pay the penalty when ur bank account even open my account in time manner? kotak mahindra has the worst customer and nobody even apologized to me yet. very unproferrsional behaviour

                                        Sir, kotak mahindra bank has deducted approx. Rs.75000/- as tds from my a/c no. Is[protected] but sorry to say that till today inspite of innumerable requests/mails/visits they are not issuing me form 16a on the ground that it has still not been generated. I had written to ms. Sunita correa, mr. Pravin and the customer care of kotak bank but no one is even giving me a reply regarding this except from customer care that it would be generated till 15th of june.

                                        Is there not any policy of rbi to take action against this kind of bank.

                                        I would be grateful if you please take the initiative and sort out my problem.
