My name is ratheesh, i am a account holder in kotak mahendra bank, account no[protected] branch : ulsoor, i have credited cash to the wrong account no on 12/09/15 and 16/09/15, using net banking, on 12th of september i have credited 500rs to the account no[protected] mistakenly, ref no: imps/48/[protected], and on 16th sep i have mistakenly credit 2000rs for the same account no through net banking ref no: neft/mbr[protected], total amount i have credited 2500 for the account no[protected], which is a canara bank account holder, actually i want to deposits to the account no[protected], account holder name: maria bindhu, branch: moolaikaraipatti, bank: canara, for your reference i have attached snap shot of transaction done on both days, i have already logged a complaint for this issues through call, but there is no proper response from your end, please do need full as soon as possible.
I have logged this complaint 3 times but there no proper response from you people,
