I'm making online money transfer through netteller the transaction was declined but amount debited from my kotak 811 bank ref no[protected] add netteller Ref id-[protected] amount of ₹1069.95 date 05-august-2018 time - 5:12pm kindly please check the issue as soon as possible kindly fix this issue
