I was trying to book a ticket from Pune to Hubli as a guest user, through KSRTC website on 18th May. The transaction failed at the payment gateway, while Rs. 787 was deducted from my bank account. Please find attached herewith, the screenshot of the failed transaction and also the amount debited from my bank account (this was done through Net Banking).
