I am narrating here a painful experience in KSRTC on 10 April while travelling from Pune to Belgaum with my sisters son. The behaviour from KSRTC crew was disgusting, Details of trip: PNR: T49412441, Journy Date: 10/04/2015, Trip Code:2350PNAHBL Bus no:KA-25 F3109, Depot: HUBBALI MOFUSSIL-3, Crew mobile no: [protected](as per SMS sent by KSRTC). After boarding into the 1 hour late bus, bus left the stand and the conductor comes to me and started shouting at me, take another half ticket for the child or leave the bus right now saying that boy is 12 years old. We had booked tickets online and boy is 11 years, his date of birth is 04 March 2004. The conductor was very very rude shouting at me, he is looking at me like i have committed some crime by boarding into the bus. He was asking me to leave the bus in "Kartaj Ghat" or take another half ticket.
He is arguing with me around half an hour. He is saying that if the boy is in 6th standard then you have to take the full ticket and it is a rule in KSRTC. When i asked the proof of rule then he said we can ask the driver, beleive me driver is also supporting the cundoctor.
After that i agreed to pay the full ticket for the child. Now again problem, while booking i have paid 75% of ticket amount i.e. Rs.435 for the child. now he is asking me to take another half ticket of Rs.435 which is going to cost me in total Rs.870 for a full ticket and the actual cost for the full ticket is Rs.580 i was shocked. No one is listning to me i asked him to call the controller then he denied saying its too late to call now. Finally i give up and paid Rs. 435 for the ticket, Rs. 290 additional for the full ticket.

The entire episode was humiliating and insulting causing mental agony throughout the journey. This type of rude behaviour from the crew of a Govt Organization like KSRTC is not acceptable, This has to be seriously viewed and action taken to avoid further implications. I demand refund of Rs.435/- which was not at all required to be collected.

2. While Over taking Bus with the Truck he dint reduce the speed and we disturbed and nervous too much we are jammed in between bus and fly over wall and there is no any sufficient place to escape and he did purpose fully, it might be accident occurred in that time
