I booked ticket on 09/10/2015 and my money got debitted but seat was not booked. Still today i didnt receive my money. When I called customer call they are either not receiving my call or attending and not responding. This is so pathetic for a customer care to function in this irresponsible way instead of listening to customers complaint....

I have booked 2 tickets, journey from Kanchipuram to Bengaluru on 11-oct-2015.
I booked the tickets on 4-Oct-2015 at 9:40 pm. I have got the bank statement that Rs 747 has been debited.

KSRTC OB No: OB17349694. I waited for a week, but still amount is not credited.

Tumkur- Bangalore bus service on Sndays

I regularly travel from Tumkur to Bangalore on every weekend that is on Sunday. There is hugh rush especially after 2 pm. It is very difficult to board the bus as non of the people follow Q-system. In this scenario, KSRTC can introduce issuing tickets at a separate counter to the passengers (atleast for counductorless buses), so that passangers can board the bus without any stress. Poor condition

Dear Team,

on 18-Sep-2015 we have travel to Hyderabad to Gulbarga through online booking Suhas ( KSRTC), but we don't know the original pciture of Suhas bus, it was very dirty, very poor condition, window glass was broken and leaked due to which rain water was coming inside and window seat + side seat got wetted completely, unable to seat on window seat, water in the bus just like river and same condition was reflecting...

Changes is not getting properly

Hi usually I will travel from chickmagalore to bangalore weekly what is happening in bus is fare charges is 239 or 394 RS for tickets charge but conductor is not giving back remaining changes to customers they will keep the changes and customers will also not ask changes because of small amount . So daily 100 of passager is traveling in different buses so think how much money conductor is making so my suggestion is round it of the fare charges...

Recently these KSRTC(puttur, mangalore, dharmastala region) people allowed use of ordinary student pass in express buses, now problem is i pay 375 ruppes for my mothly pass which allows me to travel in express buses, i made monthly pass so that i can travel sitting, now these students jump on express bus free of cost where as i stand sweating paying double money than them, its truley unfair to people with monthly pass, you need to increase...

I had booked a round trip from Gonikoppal to Bangalore for 13/08/2015 and from Bangalore to Gonikoppal for 16/08/2015. For my journey from Gonikoppal to Bangalore with PNR num J52008179 the service was being cancelled while for my return journey from Bangalore to Gonikoppal with PNR num J52008387, I have cancelled the ticket.
