ഞാന്‍ RPC 24 (KL-15-A-603) എന്ന KSRTC ബസിലെ സ്ഥിരം യാത്രക്കാരനാണ... ഏകദേശം ഒരു വര്ഷകത്തോളമായ... à´ˆ വാഹനത്തില്‍ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇന്ന് 26 .08. 2015 എനിക്കുണ്ടായ ഒരു ദുരനുഭവം ഞാന്‍ ഇവിടെ വിവരിക്കട്ടെ, , , മുറിഞ്ഞപുഴ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നà... ഏലപ്പാറ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്തേക്കാà´�... ഞാന്‍ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ടിക്കറ്റ്‌ ചാര്ജ്വ 15 + 1 സെസ് = 16 രൂപ. രാവിലെ 8 മണിക്ക് മുറിഞ്ഞപുഴയിലà... എത്തേണ്ട വണ്ടി 10 മിനിറ്റ് മുന്പേ് തന്നെ എത്തി. അതായതു സമയം 7.50. ഞാന്‍ ബസിനു മുന്പി്ല്നിനനà... (എന്റെു വീട് മുറിഞ്ഞപുഴ ബസ്‌ സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ നു മുമ്പിലായാണ് ) ബസ്‌ സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ വരെയും ഓടിയെത്തി അപ്പോള്‍ ഡ്രൈവര്‍ കാണത്തക്ക വിധത്തില്‍ കൈ കാണിച്ചു...സ്റ്à´... നിര്ത്തി à´¯ വണ്ടി ഒരാള്‍ കയറിയ ശേഷം മുന്പോൈട്ടു നീക്കി...വാഹനം നിര്ത്തായനുള്à... ഉദ്ദേശ്യം അല്ല എന്ന് മനസിലാക്കിയ ഞാന്‍ ഒരു വിധം വണ്ടിയില്‍ ചാടിക്കയറി. അങ്ങനെ അതിസാഹസമായി വണ്ടിയില്‍ കയറി ഒരു സീറ്റ് ഒപ്പിച്ചു ഞാന്‍ ഇരുന്നു. à´ˆ മാന്യനായ ഡ്രൈവര്‍ വാഹനം അത്യാവശ്യം വേഗത്തില്‍ തന്നെ ഓടിക്കുന്നുണàµ�... അപ്പോള്‍ അതിനൊപ്പം തന്നെ ഒരു പ്രൈവറ്റ് സൂപ്പര്‍ ഫാസ്റ്റ് ഉം ഓടിയെത്തി. അങ്ങനെ അടുത്ത സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ ആയ കുട്ടിക്കാനം രണ്ടു വാഹനങ്ങളും ഒരുമിച്ചെത്തി... അവിടെ ഏകദേശം എട്ടോളം കട്ടപ്പന യാത്രികര്‍ കൃത്യമായും പുറകില്‍ എത്തിയ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസില്‍ കയറി. KSRTC യില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ പോലും കയറിയില്ല. അടുത്ത സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ ആയ പള്ളിക്കുന്നി... എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസ്‌ ഓവര്ടേളക്ക് ചെയ്തു കയറിപോയി. അവിടെ നിന്നും à´ˆ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസിനൊപ്പം ഏലപ്പാറ വരെ KSRTC ഒരുമിച്ചു പോന്നു. മുന്പേന എത്തിയ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസില്‍ വീണ്ടും പത്തോളം ആളുകള്‍ കയറി. അപ്പോള്‍ സമയം 8 . 15 (8.30 നു എത്തേണ്ട വണ്ടിയാണ് à´ˆ KSRTC) ആളെ കയറ്റിയ ഉടന്‍ തന്നെ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസ്‌ അവിടെ നിന്നും പുറപ്പെട്ടു. അവിടെ 5 മിനിട്ടോളം കാത്തുനിന്നെà´�... കിട്ടിയത് രണ്ടു ടിക്കറ്റ്‌ മാത്രം. അതിനു ശേഷം KSRTC അവിടെ നിന്നും പുറപ്പെട്ടു. അതിനു ശേഷം ആണ് സ്ഥിരം യാത്രികര്‍ പോലും ഏലപ്പാറ ബസ്‌ സ്റ്റോപ്പില്‍ എത്തിയത്. അപ്പോള്‍ മുറിഞ്ഞപുഴയിലà... നിന്നും ഏലപ്പാറ വരെ KSRTC ബസിനു കിട്ടിയത് 4 ടിക്കറ്റ്‌. പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസ്‌ നു 18 ടിക്കറ്റ്‌. നികുതിപണം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഓടുന്ന വണ്ടി പ്രൈവറ്റ് വാഹന ഉടമകളെ സഹായിക്കാന്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്à�... ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള ഡ്രൈവര്മാഹര്‍ KSRTC യുടെ സര്വ8നാശം കാണാന്‍ കേരള ജനതയെ à´…à´§à´¿à´•à´‚ കാത്തിരിപ്പിക... അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇങ്ങനെ നിരുത്തരവാദപരà... ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഡ്രൈവര്ക്ക്ി മാതൃകാപരമായ ശിക്ഷ നല്കയണം എന്ന് വിനീതമായി അഭ്യര്ത്ഥികകàµ�... 12 രൂപ ടിക്കറ്റില്‍ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ബസില്‍ എനിക്ക് യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം à´ˆ പൊതുവാഹനത്തിനà... 16 രൂപ ദിനംപ്രതി മുടക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് ഞാന്‍. ഞങ്ങളെപോലെയുà�... കുറെ യാത്രക്കാരാണ് à´ˆ പ്രസ്ഥാനം നന്നായി കാണുവാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്à´... അപ്പോള്‍ à´ˆ ഡ്രൈവറിനെ പോലെയുള്ള ഇത്തിള്ക്ക ണ്ണികളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു നശിപ്പിച്ചില്à... എങ്കില്‍ KSRTC ചരിത്രത്തിലേക... മറയാന്‍ വല്യ താമസം ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് കരുതുന്നില്ല, അങ്ങനെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്à´... എങ്കിലും...ഒരു അഭ്യുദയകാംക്à´...

    I happened to travel from doddaballapur to bangalore today, 25/08/15 by a route bus, plying from ananthapur(ap) to bangalore at about 6.15 evening .I paid the fare of rs.30 to conductor and he did not give ticket. He was making entries, and i asked for ticket, he said, 'not necessary, sit down' after three times asking, he gave ticket. I was surprised he was collecting used tickets from passengers who were alighting in between. It was dark and i could not collect bus number, conductor was not wearing his number /name badge, and also i missed ticket after alighting. If in that short journey, if he has done like this, imagine how much he might have cheated ksrtc from ananthapur, hope you investigate and catch this culprit

      I was booking a ticket from banglore to hyderabad..transaction failed and amount was debited from my account. As the transaction failed i booked another seat in the same bus after boarding i came to know that with same name two seats are booked and i dint even get the message from ksrtc that the seat is confirm. So, i opted for another another seat.so please refund my money for the transaction which is failed. These are the details of ticket..seat number 18 ;time 20:16; airavat club class; KBS ; PNR:J51719683;dated 25/07/2015..i[censored] want u can check the details with same name two tickets are booked. As i thought that the first transaction is failed i booked another as i dint get any message that it is confirm so please refund money for my first booking

        Why students are not allowed to travel in bus during night time after 8.00 with the pass given to them on concession. The students will be having classes. They have to come from villages and go back. Sometimes it will be late for them to go back from college. Or they might be having postings.. Like medical students and all they will be having clinical postings. Why it can't be extended. What is the problem with KSTRC.

          On 24/08/2015 I and 2 of my friends were travelling from Tirupati to Bangalore through KSRTC in the bus KA.40.F.958.Conductor gave ticket for 3 o[censored]s i.e 3*228 rs as a single ticket. When bus reached Nangili there was ticket inspection. He asked for the ticket we searched in our wallets and showed the ticket to him but he said that was not the right one. They hurried and confused us. They asked us to pay the fine of rs 358/- in an arrogant manner.We really frustrated by their behavior and payed RS 400/- though we had ticket of our journey.They took money and gave ticket to us from Nangili to Bangalore but they didnt give any receipt regarding the fine instead gave ticket.They even didnot return change of RS 50/- Though we are graduates they cheated and abused us .Then think what will be the situation for uneducated people.Please understand the situation and please take necessary actions.

            Failed transaction but amount debited from online.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I am a great admirer of Ksrtc buses and service. But the AWATAR online portal needs improvement.I had booked the tickets from Bengaluru-Mumbai and return through online portal and transaction failed without booking but the amount of Rs 9837 was debited from my HDFC account. This is the Transaction detail- OB16837454 . Please let us know when the amount will be refunded. I had already sent email to accounts section [protected]@ksrtc.org...

                    I had booked a seat from Bangalore to Puttur. The bus departure time was 10:16 PM. I did online booking and the seat was confirmed. I reached Majestic plat form number 14 at around 10:20 after which I got the message with the bus details. When I called the conductor he told me bus has already departed. When I asked why didn't you call me, the conductor started abusing me saying about the message and some other stuffs and disconnected the call. How can the bus conductor ask the driver to leave without even informing the passengers. If it was a weekday they can wait till 10:45 or even till 11:00 for the bus to get full!! Details: Date: 25th July 2015 Trip Code: 2216BNGALK Seat Number: 27 PNR NumbeR: J51723400 I need an immediate action on this and money to be refunded.

                      Non providing alternative bus services in lien of cancellation of regular bus services

                      Dear Sir, Todayi.e. on 22/07/2015 at 7AM Shimoga to Karwar ksrtc bus is not arrived at Shimoga main bus stop, however no alternative KSRTC bus provided in lien of cancellation of above timed bus services, thereby shimoga-sagar passengers hitted in several times as this is the 4th time i have complaining to your office, inspite of my prequevent request your office failed to provide alternative bus services to above route . Please do attend...

                      We travelled from tirupathi to mysore at 9:30 pm bus from tirupathi in iravath.. We booked the tickets especially in iravath club class so that its pushback and have ac facility. Ac have been switched off, , , I don't know the exact reason and the driver is saying that it will break down automatically..strange answer and the pushback for seat no:13 is not working properly... Very disappointed with the service... Conductor responds rudely even if we ask...

                        PNR no. J51667819 [ Seat no. 11 & 12 ] D.O.J: 20th July 2015. Bangalore-Hyderabad. Bus number KA40F719. I'm highly dissapointed with KSRTC service. Need FULL REFUND for the ticket and an appropriate action on the staff for being insensitive towards the passengers. 1. In the first place, the bus did not reach it's destination, It broke down at Dhone. Both the passengers in the PNR were senior citizens (age 57&54). Ideally they should be given priority while being sent through alternative transport. But the KSRTC staff didn't show any concern, they boarded the remaining 22 passengers and left the rest of them(including these senior citizens) stranded on the highway at 05.50am in the morning. The staff initially promised that the remaining passengers will be boarded in the next bus, but no bus came till 09 am. Then the staff gave up since no bus was available for pickup till 12noon. 2. Even during the whole journey, the bus driver kept the AC turned off for most of the time causing inconvenience to the passengers. I would like to escalate this issue to the senior authorities of KSRTC. They should realize that getting awards for a huge fleet of vehicles will not earn them respect from customers, unless they take serious actions to ensure a decent customer service. ~Sandeep M S [protected]

                          Trip-Bangalore to Udupi--Trip Code 0830 BNGCDP--- PNR no.J[protected] Journey date 15/07/2015--- Class AIRAVAT ---Bus No. KA-01 F 8446 . On 15th. July we took the above detailed trip to Udupi. I have the following suggestions-- 1) The interiors of the bus looked shabby and worn with age. The seat covers and floorings appear dirty with overuse. It does not befit the AIRAVAT class in which I have travelled many times. Please fully refurbish the interiors urgently. 2) Change the lunch halt at Kushalnagar. At Annapurna where we halted, there was no clean access to the toilet facilities. 3) The bus arrived in Udupi at 7.15 p.m. against the scheduled time of 16.55 hrs. mentioned on the ticket booking web site. Either amend the arrival time in Udupi on the site or get the bus to reach Udupi at 16.55 hrs. It cannot be late by over two hours ( our evening plans on reaching Udupi are badly affected) when there was no traffic jams or obstructions during the journey. I must also say that the staff was courteous and helpful and deserve our appreciation. Thank you. Ashok Prabhu

                          Dear Sir, We have received your e-mail dated. 20th July 2015. regarding tripcode 0830BNG CDP was operated Via Arakalagudu, Kushalnagara due to road repair at Shiradi Ghat in which 40 KM’s extra come about to reach the destination which takes extra time. So that it will take extra time to reach the destination. Further suitable instructions have been issued to the concerned with regard to the cleanliness of the vehicle. Action has been initiated against crew who gave stop at un authorised Hotel. However, we regret for the inconvenience caused. This incident was happened due to unavoidable circumstances and not deliberately. At present the said service is operating Via Hassan, Sakaleshpura, Uppinangady,BC Road to Mangaluru. KSRTC buss which must leave puttur bustand at 6 am wont come on time. always ten to 15 minutes late due to which she reaches late to her work place.                                 Respected Sir / Madam, Today[protected] travelled from Banalore to chennai through KSRTC - RAJAHAMSA vechicle No KA40 F 578 and vehicle started shanthi nagar bus terminal 2 PM, this bus mid travel time KSRTC bus officials called driver and conductor and diverted bus KANCHIPURAM without any information passenger. The same bus taken more than two hours for those diversion. I got ticket Banalore to POONAMALEE ticket no 006203 date 10/7/2015 time 14:27:31 i am paid Rs. 312 (given Rs.512 change Rs. 200 got). But Bus drivers and conductor refused to go POONAMALEE and argued we will drop only by pass road. I asked them without information you’re taken us Kanchipuram and you don’t have route permit to go Kanchipuram but you take us why you’re refused to drop as per ticket. They are not answered and i said if you’re not dropped as per ticket i will make complaint to concern government officials state of Karnataka they said were ever you want to make complaint make it but we never drop you as per ticket. Sir they dropped midway road outer poonamalle 9.30 PM there no link services available to reach bus stand. Please provide solution with proper action against concern officer and give compensation for me Regards S. Prakash

                                  KSRTC have cancelled Bangalore-Chennai Airavat club bus on 2/06/15 at last moment, that too informed through SMS to us just 10 min before the departure time of bus..But till now the refund amount is not credited to my account. There is NO response neither from customer care nor for the e-mail which have sent, despite trying many times. Please help me to get my amount refunded as early as possible...

                                    There are two KSRTC bus service from Bangalore to Ponnai (10.30 PM to 4.00 AM and 8.10 AM to 1.00PM). My complaints regarding the KSRTC bus 8.10 AM to 1.00PM is not dropping till Ponnai Bus stand but when book the bus the dropping point is Ponnai bus stand in online. Because the KSRTC bus driver dropping 1KM away from the bus stand and It is very bad service. Same way while back to Bangalore the same Bus is not coming to Ponnai Bus stand and there is no Booking option from ponnai in online. I am requesting to KSRTC shall come to ponnai bus stand points for drop and pick-up at all service provided by KSRTC and the same should not skipped by Drivers and Contractors as well Provide online booking option from Ponnai to Bangalore. We are facing this problem last 6 years and may reported as well, so far no action.
