Respected Sir / Madam, Today[protected] travelled from Banalore to chennai through KSRTC - RAJAHAMSA vechicle No KA40 F 578 and vehicle started shanthi nagar bus terminal 2 PM, this bus mid travel time KSRTC bus officials called driver and conductor and diverted bus KANCHIPURAM without any information passenger. Refund of bus tickets amount

KSRTC have cancelled Bangalore-Chennai Airavat club bus on 2/06/15 at last moment, that too informed through SMS to us just 10 min before the departure time of bus..But till now the refund amount is not credited to my account. KSRTC bus not dropping at Bus stand

There are two KSRTC bus service from Bangalore to Ponnai (10.30 PM to 4.00 AM and 8.10 AM to 1.00PM). My complaints regarding the KSRTC bus 8.10 AM to 1.00PM is not dropping till Ponnai Bus stand but when book the bus the dropping point is Ponnai bus stand in online. Regarding the Cancellation of service [ tvm-varkkala volvo]

Without any specific reason, the Trivandrum-Varkkala Beach VOLVO bus which starts @5.30 PM, passes through Technopark has been cancelled. Please restart the service as many of the Technopark employees(including me) depends on this bus to reach home. Usually the bus is crowded enough for the service. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Refund amount not credited for Cancelled Ticket

I have cancelled my booked ticket on 07th May with PNR Number: J49931750. But till now the refund amount is not credited to my account. There is NO response neither from customer care nor for the e-mail I have sent, despite trying many times. Please help me to get my amount refunded as early as possible....
