At Tumkur busstand, When I asked the conducter of the bus numbered KA06 F844, whether bus goes to arasikere he told yes, but during issueing of ticket he told bus will go up to tiptur, by that time bus was 200 meters away from the busstand, and conductor behaved very harshly by argueing that he dint tell that bus will go up to arasikere.

Sir, Today 17/05/2022 when I asked conductor turuvaekarae bus in jalahalli cross, for stop in Solur, he told me that bus will move through tumkur road, and they will not stop bus in Solur.

    I booked a ticket to travel from Jadcharla to Bangalore on 19/12/2015 the bus time was at 11.50pm and the ticket was cancelled by the office as i want to reach bangalore i picked a KSRTC bus and left. As the mistake is in your part refund my ticket price as soon as possible

    I am attaching the ticket of KSRTC bus along with and you have to pay me a Rs1580 (700 for ticket at Dhanajaya Travels + bus fare of 880 of KSRTC sending along with this)

        Mysore and Davangere are two important centers of education in Karnataka. Unfortunately, both of these important cities have no KSRTC connectivity except one red bus. I request KSRTC authorities to introduce Volvo bus services between these Mysore and Davangere. Some bus services are available to Mumbai and Pune from Mysore which do not touch Davangere. KSRTC management should seriously consider the suggestion which would be useful for student community.

          Rash driving from driver of bus KA.19.F.3360 on 12th December around 4pm near Gali Anjaneya temple, Mysore road. He almost hit my car, no regret from driver even when we complained to him. Strict action should be taken so that there is no future incidents.

                PNR Number J54135712 SERVICE 1900MYSHYD FROM Mysuru for journey date 29/11/2015 Received cancellation of service message on 26/11/2015 and subsequently on 27.11/2015 received a message and mail for reintroduction of service. 2. But on arriving at Mysuru Bus stand, to my surprise the above mentioned bus is not available. 3. The money has also not been refunded. 4. I have to make alternate arrangements to complete my journey. You have mislead the passenger twice once cancelling message and another re-intorudction message and you have provided neither the service nor the money refund. On hearing your cancellation message, I booked wait listed ticket in train. On getting reintroduction of service message, I had cancelled the ticket and lost money. 5. there is information in Mysore Bus stand for such mess from KSRTC side. 6.                   When I check the ticket for booking online, it shows only one seat is available, when called up customer service nearly 20 seats were available( not a server issue as tried from different sources) and when asked for a window seat the travel agent has a very rude behaviour to say that they cannot assure that the next seat will be reserved for a lady passenger. and has a very rude behaviour. I had to explain this issue to 4 different customer service executives, i dont know why each person had to transfer the call to the supervisor to address the issue, what were the executives appointed for. And they put me on hold for about an hour, where they do not have any customer service number.

                    I am a regular commuter from yeshwantpur to nelamangala toll, whenever I ask them for a ticket, they insist me to just give rupees twenty and continue with my journey and when I deny it they just ask me to get down of the bus as the ticket can't be issued... How is it possible when few buses are issuing me an ticket valued with 33 or 35 sometimes and why not others ??? This will be a huge loss for the organisation and humiliating and insulting all the time in front of my co passengers.. Is it wrong to be loyal in buying tickets.kindly initiate some action against this

                      I had tried booking a bus from Manipal to Bangalore on the ksrtc website. The ticket was for 29th November, 2015, Sunday, Flybus boarding from Manipal petrol pump station. The date of transaction was 8th November, 2015. The OB no. is: OB17798922. The amount debited from my account was Rs. 2483. The transaction status shows failure but the amount was debited from my account and i received no ticket confirmation. please help. I am a student and cannot afford to loose such sum of money.                         Well, I am a student doing plus two.Each day i have to travel a distance of 15 km.In ordinary ksrtc it would take more than 40 min to reach piravom, so i insisted to travel in fast passanger but ksrtc bus IS not stopping on the fast/limited stops.Hence i would like to complaint about their disquesting attittude towards travellers .vytilla hub fast passanger passing at 4.45 throught olliyappuram, koothattukulam always neglected to stop at olliyapuram where fast & limited stops are expected to do so

                            Team,

                            Corona sleeper AC bus - KA 3033, when the bus halted for refreshment in Sakleshpur, somebody entered the bus, tampered with my bag and stole my money. Request KSRTC people not to keep the bus door open when stopping at such places . Even though the crew was supportive in helping search for the purse, request KSRTC to install CCTV cameras at the entrance of the bus and put up a board saying you are being watched.

                              In Karnataka gramantara saarige buses which run to KR market, the conductors never issue tickets if you get down in the next stop and jus pocket the money what we give for issuing tickets. If we insist for tickets, they take 10 rs and return the 2 rs change for a 12 rs ticket and say that they are saving our money. Is this the behaviour expected from a state transport bus crew. We are heading nowhere if this kind of attitude continues and the organisation will always be under loss and ultimately, public has to suffer. Please look into this and bring about a change in the way tickets are issued.

                                The kanakpura Banglore buses are not travalled via yadiyur Maximum buses trvalled via KR Road So many peoples including me also waiting for bus since in 1.5 hrs in yadiyur bus stand but there are no buses cames. pls check and take action about this problem

I have requested for refund the difference amount for RajaHamsa Executive which is substituted to Non A/C Sleeper on 22-Oct-2015 11:30 trip. I have communicated the about refund and they replied as "Same class of service operated on that day, as per information given by DM Puttur." and not interested to refund the balance amount.                                     The problem of buses which is happening to Sira, Tumkur, Hiriyur places after 8PM in Mejestic Kempegowda KSRTC terminal 1 bus stand Bangalore. In KSRTC terminal 1 we can get the buses which travels from Bangalore to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hubli, Haveri etc. These buses are available 24hrs but these buses only go inside city in morning hours to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur After 8PM bus conductor will not all any guys inside the bus after 8pm and they will directly say to passengers that they will not go to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur they will allow seats only for Hubli, Haveri, Davanagere and sometimes Chitradurga setas also will not allow inside the buses. If you sit also they will forcibly make you to go out from buses by saying harsh words. This problem happening after having bypass to our cities and bypass did for good thing but buses are taking the advantage to avoid the proper services to places during late nights. They are not going inside city and they are bypassing the city itself. Here is my latest problem faced and similar way my father also faced the same problem in 2006 and till also having the same problem and none of the officer took serious action on division manager and conductors and drivers after giving complaints also we have a series of complaints on these routes buses but no use after raising complaints. On 21st Oct 2015, I reached to Bangalore KSTRC bus stand terminal 1 at 8PM to catch the bus to Sira. I have to reach sira from Bangalore so went to terminal 1. I asked more than 15 bus conductors and drivers to catch the bus to Sira but none of the conductor allowed me to get the seat and as per the rule they have to allow all places Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hubli, Haveri etc. Finally I got tiered and asked the bus controller and controller told every bus standing in terminal 1 will go to that route you can catch any bus. Finally without asking conductor I entered into bus KA 21 F 620 Byadagi division bus controller showed that bus will go to sira. I got this bus at 9:45pm and one girl also entered in to bus where she wants to travel to Hiriyur and conductor scolded her dropped her in the mid of the road itself. But as I having the information I didn’t get down from the bus. I had a quarrel with Conductor to take the ticket but finally he gave the ticket to me to Sira but when bus reached to Sira bypass he forcibly made me to get down from the bus at midnight 1AM in sire bypass. The distance to reach sira is 5km from bypass where i felt very hard to reach to city where i am having full laguage in my hand. It was very dark, dogs were shouting and no one is there in bypass and i tried to stop many govt buses and other vehicles but no one showed me humanity to drop me in such mid night. I tried to my relatives and friends and none picked the phone where the time is 1AM mid night and all were in tight sleep. It was nightmare for me where no one is there to help me at 1AM midnight. Please take the serious action on conductor and division manager where without showing humanity he left me in bypass. If something happens to my life then who is the responsibility? When i asked conductor, why you are not going inside the city then he told that he adjusted the division manager and so that’s the reason he is not going inside the city. Again i mentioned that i will file complaint on you and your division then he told if you complain to IAS, KAS, KSRTC head also he will not care. Because he adjusted his division manager and he will support him at all situations. I don’t know how these guys are behaving mannerlessly and he is not caring any passenger where he is adjusted his supervisor to tackle all problems. Note: This problem is happening since from year 2006 to till date and there are many complaints filed on these types of buses but none of the officer took any strict action on this. Attaching the supporting complaint document/videos/photos which was filed in the year 2006 and latest complaint number which I have filed in NWKRTC. I lost the trust on KSTRC/NWKRTC depo will take savior action when I saw the no action took since from 2006 to till date on these route buses (The same experience happened to my father).                                     Thanks for the response but your answer is not acceptable. Till today also in KSRTC terminal 1 we are facing the same type of problem every bus which is travelling to Hubli, Davanagere, Haveri those buses are not allowing the passengers to travel to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur after evening 8PM.

                                    If they are not allowing passengers after 8PM everyday then why they are coming in morning hours. Everybody who travelling in late evening hours facing the same problem every day.

                                    If this is the case how girls, ladies and senior citizens has to travel to Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur places during the late evening after 8pm?

                                    I hope i am not raising this complaint for my own and i am raising this complaint on behalf of Sira, Tumkur, Hiriyur citizens and this problem is facing since from 2006 to till date.

                                    Please try to take action on those buses which are not allowing the citizens after 8pm. Normally they have to allow else they have to mention in the route bus board that will not go inside the city.


                                    I don't have option to upload video else i would uploaded the video how crew behavior on me.

                                      I have Traveled from Tirupathi - Bangalore on 22nd of October in the service number/Bus number KA8255. I have received a message 30 mins before arrival, but in the message the bus number is KA8257. Then one of the KSRTC bus arrived in the platform. I have asked conductor if this is the right bus for Bangalore. And to my surprise he is shouting and not at all listening to my words. Mentioned him ill complain on this. This is very bad experience i had and i dont think no one needs it.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        KSRTC-Tumkur : Ksrtc Dc, all Depot Managers like (Kunigal Depot, Tumkur 1 and 2 Depot, Tiptur Depot, Sira Depot and Hosadurga Depot) and Bus Driver and conductors violating the HighCourt order.

                                        There not checking daily Whether the buses are going towards Dabbespet or not.

                                        As per High-Court order, All the Buses of Route Bangalore-to-tumkur, Bangalore-to-Sira, Bangalore-to-Hosadurga, and Bangalore-to-Tiptur, should come to below Dabbespet(below Bridge), because it is an Industrail-area, Daily arround 2 thousand(2, 000) people are travelling towards Bangalore and Tumkur.

                                        As Per High Court Document, Daily, total arround 170 buses should come to Dabbespet, But now hardly arround 30-to-40 buses are coming that to only during morning time, Remaining Buses will through "FLYOVER".

                                        Especially During Night time no buses will allow Dabbespet people into bus.
                                        Daily we were giving complaints respective persons, but no one is responding properly,


                                        Most of the times, so many ladies will come in the bus during night from Bangalore and from Tumkur also, but those bus Conductors give a stop near BRIDGE. From Bridge to Dabbespet, the distance is arround 1Km, there are no street lights in that way, So all the people should come by walk. and it is very dangerous way to walk.

                                        So Daily most of the passengers are facing problem with this.
