The KSRTC has not refunded my Rs. 1346/- for failed transaction OB 78017 OB78799 DATED 17.12.2014 till today(9.4.2015). There is no response to the e-mails. No one is attending the telephone[protected] and[protected].. If called to KSRTC customer care No[protected] they play a recorded all the staff is busy please wait. This simply repeat and no one attend call and the bill for the caller simply increases. This shows how well the KSRTC serve the people.

    matteI recently travelled from Sirsi to Bengaluru in a Rajahamsa Bus that travels through the Haveri route. Even though all the seats were full the conductor made sure to fill the bus with extra passengers who stood in aisle for a quarter part of the journey. Some of them travelled like that till Haveri and some even got down in villages along the route after that. It was a very disconcerting experience and stifling. To people who book tickets beforehand so that they can travel in comfort this wasn't what they expected including me. I have no idea how long this has been going on. But please do look into the matter as the rules say that no extra passengers are to be allowed once the seats are full.       Date - 04.04.15 Venue - Lanco Devihalli Highway, Lane # 2 Time - 12:30-12:45pm Complain against drivers of - 1. KA-13 F-2074 2. KA-13 F-2151 3. KA -03 F 690 9(Have photos to confirm the number) for - a. unsafe driving practice. b. violation of rules. Detail of the incident - These three buses (Bus # 2, 3 from left side and bus # 1 from right side) intruded diagonally from both the sides of the running straight toll line. They made their own lines from both the sides, unsafely squeezing our vehicle in between and putting the rules to jeopardy. Their behavior suggested as if it’s a normal daily affair. I have photos of the incident which are self-explanatory.

        Hi, I am writing this mail with a lot of grievance for my journey from Bangalore to Belgaum on 2nd April 2015. I had booked last seat in the bus, it was full of dust and through my complete journey I could not sleep because of the engine heat. It was choking my breathe! I am very disappointed with the way the conductor behaved when I asked him about the berth condition. He asked me who told to book me the ticket (literally). Bus number is KA-22 1610. I visited Depo manager on reaching belgaum. He just gave consolation saying that seat is usually blocked and was opened due to high demand. I am not sure who travels in such berth given whatever kind of demand/urgency. They (Depo manager) were really not concerned and just wanted get rid off this. Please find the pictures attached of the bus condition in which I travelled by paying Rs.1080. I am really wondering if I can get any compensation for the problem I faced and make sure this is not repeated. PLEASE BLOCK THE SEAT NO.16 in AC SLEEPER. Online users will not come to know about it while booking. i will spread this message as much as I can untill I get some assurance. Lets see if government of karnataka OR KSRTC really cares for their people.           I had submitted a complaint about the amount deducted from my account but it still hasn't been resolved by the responsible KSRTC personnel, they mentioned that it will be resolved in 7 working days but its been 11 working days and still no answer. My transaction id is (OB reference no.)OB15151088. Kindly do the needful else I'll make sure that this issue and the people involved are taken to task.

            Sir My name is Sujumon working in a Pvt. Firm. Today I was travelling from Pulimathu to Trivandrum via Bus No. RSC887 Route - Karate to Trivandrum starting at 8:52 AM. It seems rash driving and when the bus reached at PMG depot for filling fuel, without considering the difficulties of passengers, they were wandering here are there and it took more than 1/2 hour to start from there. I personally asked the conductor about the delay and he behaved rudely without keeping any manners. Suddenly the driver also joined him started shouting against me. I was personally insulted in front of the public. When the bus reaches its destination ie., at Thampanoor and as I was about to get down, suddenly the conductor pushed and closed sliding door and I got minor injury in my hand. I do feel that the conductor purposefully did this action as he was totally angry with me during the journey. You are hereby requested to make an enquiry with the concerned driver and conductor and take action against them. As a civilian I am really concerned about the behaviour of public servants. Exepecting your earliest reply in this regard. My contact number is [protected]. Otherewise I have no other alterantive than to report this incident to the higher authorities and to the public media.               I have travelled in karnataka sarige bus(KA 40 F 1033) on 29/03/2015 from Bangalore to Bagepalli in the morning 05:00 AM . On the way they have stopped for about 25 minutes in Chikbalapur on the road, so, I asked the conductor why they have stopped on the road with out stopping in the bus stand so we had an argument and conductor shouted with very bad language and vulgar language(unprintable words) and asked me to get out of the bus in front of all the passengers.So, please take necessary steps so that this will not be repeated.                 I had booked an e- ticket in the KSRTC web portal on 25/03/2015 from bangalore to kozhikode in Airavat Club class, the amount for the ticket ie, Rs 820 was deducted from my account but I didn't get any notification for the ticket. My transaction id was OB15151088. I kindly request the concerned officials to do the needful else I have no option other than escalating this issue. Thank you,

                    Monthly 3 times i will travel between hyderabad to bangalore in Rajahamsa Bus Why the Rajahamsa Buses are not maintaining properly, past 2 years its became worst condition, many times I compliane about the maintanance, pls note the following 1) Rajahamsa Buses from Hyderabad, Bidar, Balki, Basavakalyan to Hyderabad - Buses are not cleaing inside properly, all the seats are with lot of dust and drity, the hand rest are in sticky position. 2) Red Bugs (Nallies) are more at seats - whole night the passenger is not comfort at seat 3) Drivers are not closing the cabins and smoke at cabins, and many buses are not coming to hyderabad bus station, directly going towards towlichowki or bhel side (Bidar, Balki, Basavakalyan) 4) Lot of time is wasting for Refreshment Pls take necessary action and provide good services to public, Regards Srinivas b [protected] Hyderabad

                      Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a regular traveller of Moolambilly - Ernakulam Route. There is only few buses riding through this route. There is a KSTC Bus which start from Moolambilly to Ernakulam at 9 am. But usual timing of colleges and offices is at 9 am. So it will be greatly appreciated if you could change the bus timing so that it will reach Ernakulam before 9 AM.

                        Dear Sir, I was about to board the bus from Kushal Nagar to Madikeri on 21.03.2015 at around 7 pm on the bus mentioned above at Kushal Nagar bus stand. (KA 19 F 6034) Bus was just started and there were hardly any passengers in the bus and when I rushed to the bus and asked the conductor to open the door as the bus had just started from the bus stand. Conductor opened the door but driver did not stop and keep moving the bus and he was enjoying my running behind the bus, applying the brake till I come close and again speeding up. After a long running after the bus he had stopped the bus and conductor informed me that they are one hour behind the schedule, so driver is in a hurry. How Do I know that bus was late? Do u know what will happen if this thing happened to any ladies or kids? Any lady or kid was there, they would have been killed after falling into back tyres of the bus because driver was enjoying the drama. When I boarded the bus, driver was very rude and stopped the bus in middle of kushal nagar - madikeri highway and started abusing me. If he was late by one hour how could he stop the engine of the bus and stand in the middle of the road for so much time.. It happened twice. I want this complaint to be taken seriously and want a reply from concerned authorities. This kind of bad behaviour by a driver is very bad to ksrtc which has a fame of being no 1 in the country and its shameful to such a dignified corporation.                             Hi Team, Its really frustrating to keep on calling the KSRTC helpline and keep writing mails without any response. The customer care guys keep on repeating the same lines saying that they cannot do anything, you have to wait. It seems there are so many people being cheated regularly when I encountered the same situation myself. I got weird answers regarding the refund request from customer care like your ticket was not at all cancelled, so no refund will be given, Then you have re-booked the ticket, but you did not travel so no refund will be give etc etc... I was in a dilemma, What is happening????? I told them I have a mail and SMS proof for the cancellation, but even then they did not pay heed to my words and kept saying the same thing again and again. Finally, after talking to their supervisor, I managed to get a complaint raised regarding refund for my cancelled ticket (PNR: J[protected] after seeing no response from KSRTC ( Complaint No. 12199) in last 25 days. But, to add to the great experience, I got a SMS in half an hour, that the issue has been resolved. I felt happy that my hard work finally worked out. But when I checked my account there was no refund. I call the customer care guys and informed them regarding the SMS, they told to check the account after an hour. I waited till evening and called again that no refund has come to my account. Again they started the same behaviour, that it is displaying that the amount is refunded on their side and we can not do anything. I asked how can you close a complaint without confirmation of refund. I asked for the proof of refund and guess what they kept on repeating the same above lines... This is complete harassment from KSRTC... I requested to raise one more complaint regarding this issue, but to my utter experience, they bluntly refused to register the complaint. It is completely ridiculous. I am not sure that any action will be taken even after this email as I haven't got any response for my previous emails. Thanks. Rajeev +91-[protected]

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I Santosh R, daily traveller from Tumkur-Bangalore is here to say that I am the monthly pass holder from 10th March 2014 to 9th March 2015 with ID number K005138. I purchased the March month's pass on 2nd of March 2015 in Tumkur. The pass is valid till 31st of March 2015 but the ID card has got expired on 9th March 2015. Now the KSRTC driver/conductor is not allowing me to travel without the renewal of ID card. Why did they issue the monthly pass till 31st of March 2015 with the same ID number? Passenger fare has been unknowingly increased to Rs. 80 per passenger. Imagine you are staying more than 300 KMS and per km the cost of KSRTC should be charging less than a rupee, but now it is more than 2 re. that means they are stealing blind folded from public. Even though the oil prices are slashed out. KSRTC real shame of you. One fine day will come when public will not use KSRTC transportation instead they will use their own vehicle as oil prices are cheaper and moreover it is less costlier than your fare rates. KSRTC - SHAME ON YOU!!!

                                    Two o[censored]s (me and my mother ) were travelling in a ksrtc Volvo on 15/03/2015 from udupi to bangalore . Below are the details PNR - J48946635 Bus number - KA-01F8331 Seat numbers - 1, 2 We were carrying 10, 000 rupees cash in our wallets. We were having the handbags near our seat all the while. When we checked the wallets in the morning, they were empty. I have been travelling in ksrtc from many years but never faced any problem like this. This incident happened with some of the other passengers of that bus too. I have called ksrtc customer care and filed complaint too. Did not receive any update on this so far. Could you please let me know what action can be taken against this. Sowmya

                                        Online booking through the website has not been possible for the past three months. This is deplorable!
