I registered a complaint regarding my bikes speedometer on 9 july @ [protected]@ktmindia.com
The issues was my speedo meter broke down within three years of my bike, (Low quality materials used)
The switch portion of my bike had braken and water entered into it and its dead now,

As a replai for my email, customer service executive called me and told me he will areange me an external covering of the speedometer, bjt still now nothing happens.
And now the speedmeter is dead.

What should i do.
Speedometer the moat wanted components is dead in three years.

Is this what i should expect from ktm

Now i need to spend 6000 to replace it bcas it cant be repaired.

This is a serious issues, my frndz are also facing the case.

I want a replai as fast as possible from the authorities.

I want my bike repair or item replaced.

Even a bajaj bike with 40000 on road price speedometer last for 15-20 years...

This is very sad. Of ktm...

    Dear sir

    This is dr. Navaneethakumar, my phone number:[protected] and mail:[protected]@gmail.com, may4, 2019. I purchased duke 200 bike, last saturday (2/8/19) i was travelling from bengaluru to hosur, near silk board vehicle started troubling to move, i identitified that issue with bike, slowly i was strolling till hosur by taking 3 hours and i left my bike with akash bajaj show room, there is no sufficient mechanic and response from them i was their till 6.30 pm, finally they said they will give bike by monday, its not happened. Again they said clutch box was repair, they said this clutch wont cover by guarntee and warrenty. Please advise me what to do?. Matter of three months if clutch box gone, where is the quality?. I did not expect this from ktm

    Kindly justify me, till then i will not take my bike from show room

      I had a complaint of my ktm duke 200 is automatically engine is getting off while slowing. I told this problem to the erode ktm service manager but still the same issue is not corrected by them and i have ever seen a worstest service center like ktm erode near thindal and i’m not getting a good response and i’m not satisfied with their service work too bad

        Hi,
        There is a guy called manish at ktm electronic city bangalore service department.
        He is the biggest useless and crap person. He doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Such a useless person i have never seen before.
        I would request bajaj and ktm to please teach this guy how to talk to a customer. He denied the service and told me to complain anywhere i can. I just asked him "please if he can help me with front fork seals"
        I had never faced any problem like this ever in this showroom/service as i bought my bike from here. But i think they have lost it.
        I would never recommend anyone and will personally stop people and friends to buy anything from this showroom. And give bike for service here.
        After i bought and paid 3lacs rupees for ktm duke 390, they are behaving like nonsense. This is disgusting.
        I made a mistake, would request all my friend and all bikers to stop going to this center.

        Kindly acknowledge this mail and get it resolved in all proper ways.

          My ktm 200 bought in 2019 done 4000km is very sluggish, not able to cross 100 kmph. Vibrations on footpegs and body of the bike is pretty high, such that the saree guard fell off on my trip to chennai. Is this is an engine issue, old engine... Not able to pin point why there is so much resistance. I remember that my new fz 150 used to touch 110 when it was new...

          I purchased ktm duke 200 just 1 month back.
          After 10days of purchase i found that there is water in meter.
          I contacted deler and they said that they have kept order as do not hace stock.
          Now even after 30days they are saying that the orser is still not dispatched yet.
          The deler in kukatapalli pranch hyderabad
          Please help me resolve the issue.

            To the authorities in charge,
            I bought my ktm rc390 on 31st december from indira nagar nashik showroom and in just 12 days buying it i had to do my first service of my bike, due to some heating issues and oil and coolant problems, they did it but the waste oil which was removed by them was too black and was like a watery instead of sticking, same think happened several times and i dud my other services at regular intervals,
            Today my bike was displaying overheating issues and increasing rpm but no power to wheel and suddenly it stopped due overheating.
            And today when i was discussing the issue i was informed by a person working over there (Name classified) that the particular bike i have bought from them was a display & trial one and they cleaned it and did all necessary changes and sold it to me. I was unaware about it and even while doing the registration of bike, it was registered after 4 months of buying the bike latter they gave explanations that it was due some misunderstanding, the bije was only provided for certain customers who came there and also used same for advertising it on roads by previous people who used to work there.
            I've purchased this bike against my parents will, since it was my dream bike as well as my first bike. And now i'm regretting for buying this just because of frauds who are doing such stuf[censored]nder ktm brand. Please i request the authority in charge please solve my problem either take my bike back, i've filled a loan for that bike and most of the expenses is only going into faulty repairs.

                I bought ktm duke200 during feb of this year. I have owned many vehicles but this is the worst after-sales experience i have faced in my life. I have bought my bike from ktm showroom in whitefield bangalore it's been 7 months still haven't received the vehicle docs. Vehicle fiance option is a mess. With worst support staff i have come across

                I had given my old bike to buy back the biggest mistake than buying from ktm. Price negotiation was done again and again after the bike was taken and they keep asking for money and threatening that they will not do the proper paperwork.

                Even after 7 months after paying money still haven't received transfer docs of my old vehicle.
                And ktm service guys are least helpful.

                Even the built quality of the bike is really bad.

                  Again now rear suspension was got expired for the 2nd time in 2years, worst quality last year also the same issue happened and service centre took one week to replace it don't know this time how many days they will keep it, point is why this suspension is too low in quality can't even functioning more than a year it's really worst products and worst service and now the service center will charge for it with the reason of out of warranty am not ready to spend a single rupees for your unfit quality spares better ktm please take back your worst product will go back to an indian brand itself.

                  Please don't cheat us.

                    Nothing is available of ktm bike parts in our malda bajaj planet wheels gabgachi and if we have to order any parts then the parts is coming after one months i am not satisfied with the servicing of ktm bike. I am order ktm 200 thermostat velb and radiator pipe but they are saying it is not in our showroom and we will provide you after 25 days.All time in all parts of ktm they are saying the same reply.

                      Sir/mam,
                      I have a KTM DUKE 125. Inside the meter panel some fog is occured, water contains air is observed.Due to this issue I can't see anything at the meter plate even if I can't see the tank level & speed of the bike.thats why I went to Mancheswar KTM servicing centre, BBSR. At that time the service man told I can't do anything it's company fault.if you have any issue u can contact with the company another thing that he told you put your bike in full sun light at 5-6 hr after that your problem will solved.i think that's not proper solution that my issue.
                      So please verify my issue regarding the fog/droplets inside the meter plate. Thank you

                        Hi i hozefa lokhandwala i my self is a ride and have done all all major parts of india n nepal
                        I used honda, bajaj, royal enfield & now both a new ktm but it’s a black spot for my whole using period now it bcz o[censored]nprofessional staffs which is not trained or not been given proper training of satisfying the client requirement

                        Complains
                        1) i only use 52 series in my number plates i both 5200 number from the ktm dealer refereed agent i have his fess n rto fess to but final i got 2534 number reheated on my rc book

                        2) from last 15 day i m fowling for adhar card n getting reply that back is not send

                        3) in first service i had a fan issue thy solve it in 2 min and after 200 km it stated again

                        4) vehicles invoice thy send m on what’s app

                        5) insurance copy a normal print out like a xerox

                        I also run a private limited company but this is pure stupidity and careless ness of staff

                        I won’t recommend any one to by ktm not bcz company is not good but company doesn’t no how to train people’s

                        Now bcz of his careless ness i have to ans people y this time i don’t took 52 do i m changing my religion it my guru number 52 i no u won’t do any thing on it but seriously my life’s bad experience is this

                        Vechile have a same issue which i seen in other users, vehicle not starting and showing as CAN failure. Vehicle dropped in ktm service station and the advisor ask me to change the battery, which is not the actual issue as i read out from the users who faced same issue.. dear KTM please help me to clear out this issue..

                          I gave my ktm duke 200 for service yesterday (01.07.2019) at chengalpattu showroom, kancheepuram district, tamil nadu.. Worst behaviour of service manager and the service people.. The service manager not even know how to talk with the customer.. I gave yesterday morning they said i can get my vehicle at evening 6:30 but till now 10 am i not even get a call from showroom..in yesterday situation they are telling “if want complaint you can.. Nobody do nothing us..” like wise they are saying.. So please take some action about this

                            My duke 390 2018 model chasis number md2jpjya7jc269738 and engine number 8-938*54555* doesn't go above 147kmph but the ktm company claims top speed of 165kmph of the duke 390. I visited the service center twice with the problem and they said they will query it with the company. I have a video for the proof of the speed claimed by my bike which doesn't go above 146kmph and it struggles to claim for speed as the rev limiters starts ticking red too soon. Please look into this matter and help me out of this situation. If there is a problem in the engine then i would like to change within the 2 years warranty period provided by the company.

                              Hi, I have ordered KTM 250 tail lamp and mirror in kollam service centre in may17 in my name govind. P and register no of my bike KL-02-BB-2031.I have visited and contacted the service centre several time and they telling me to wait.
                              I have been caught twice by traffic police and RTO for not using the side mirror and tail lamp is cracked so short circuit is happening frequently. So i am un able to ride my bike for more than month pls do something about this

                                I invested INR 30, 000 on a complete engine rebuild (complete head, piston and crankshaft) after my stock engine failed. I noticed the sound from 800 KMS and told the mechanics at the first service to check the head. They said there was no noise.
                                3000 KMS into the new engine and the valve noise/rattle is now louder than the engine at speed. Despite investing so much they have not even properly attached the exhaust header pipe.
                                The service centre has ignored my repeated requests to check the issue and even refuse to write it in the job card.
                                As an 8 year customer and owner of two KTM's I am irate and want resolution.

                                This same sound was quite noticeable when the stock engine failed as a valve had broken and damaged nearly all the internal parts.

                                  Sir Iam the owner of KTM duke 390 2017 model motorcycle. Reg. no KL 02 BB 6647. Today I went to showroom ( sarathy motors thattamala kollam) for changing front brak pads. After changing the pads I went to my home. That time the brak disc was too hot and wheeel is totaly jammed. So I return back to showroom. 2 technicians checking and said that it will be okay if you run a few. Iwent home again. Complaint has the same as there are also have. Then I went to local bike work shop. It made me a lot harder. Please take necessary action against show room.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am chetan prakash khinchi, S/O- panchu lal khinchi, Vill- bijainagar Dist- ajmer. It is to inform you that My Motor bike (ktm rc 390), bought from KTM ajmer showroom, on the 25/02/ 2019. When I am communicating with the ktm Showroom, they said that within a few days I will get it. In this way I am harassing for 2 months. In this situation I am requesting to you that please take necessary action against ktm showroom for negligence. Thanking You.

                                    Well i send a message on twitter and they replied instantly and asked me my problem and told me that they will contact me after two days they call me and told me that they talked to dealership and soon he will provide me my bike number

                                    He gave me some rc number that are not valid or someone else number i asked him that this number is not mine then said sorry i send wrong rc number and {yesturday i talked him :- he is still sayinng that he will provide me rc number within two days } i mean its already too late for that i filled a complaint on ktm care app and he wants to resolve it by talk i mean i dont want to talk just give me my bike rc number{ when i visit showroom yesturday he said he need my sign on that complaint paper he is a liar <he said that this is ur visiting paper but it written on that paper that im satisfied or not and im not, so didnt sign that paper >.. }
                                    i already paid whole payment with rto and insurance
                                    total "293000"
                                    and still facing problem like this why ??

                                    if this is going on then take it back i dont need this bike and give me my whole money..who need this when u cant drive

                                    KTM Duke 125cc this bike engine problem.all KTM showrooms didn't response currectly. All KTM showroom managers telling sorry can't and no stokes.all are give these two reason.i m waiting for 2week after that I ll return u r bike.

                                      As we are very disappoint from your KTM GOREGAON MUMBAI service centre team, as they are not qualified, dont know how to behave with customer and till date my problem is not resolved as from one month m facing rusting issue and rear wheel sensor problem, and your team is telling it is a normal thing dont worry, (as your workshop manager Mr.Dipesh) told this words and keep us waiting for long time,
                                      I think i have taken a wrong decision to purchase the KTM request you to release my funds back and take your bike back.

                                        I left my KTM Rc 200 for service in omr showroom near Sholinganallur. After that I met with an accident and I can't take the bike from service. Yesterday I called the showroom and informed them that I'll take my bike today. The response I got today is 'battery fault and the bike can't be started'. Again I bought a new battery and asked them to fit it and Chech since the last battery was the new one. He is telling that after searvice the bike is not started so far, so the battery life ended. Is that my problem? Waterwash also not done. While asked for water wash the reply I got is 'we won't do'. But yesterday while calling itself I informed them to do water wash. The supervisor telling me that do what you can!
