Hello, i am s. Vikas reddy the issue with ktm is i gave my duke 390 for service and they returned me after 3months for service that to with the unpropper service and then later i a went for regular service they said that to change my clutch plates which only driven -15k km then also i agreed with them and i asked to replace them since one month i am keep on calling them for parts but o dnt gotvany reply

    Good Morning,

    My name is Telmo Lopes, I'm from Portugal.

    Owning the Ktm1190 Adventure R with registration number 50-SG-59 and num. VBKV29401GM949640, purchased on January 2017, I hereby inform you of the following situations:

    1 - The first maintenance of the 15, 000 Kms, which was made after about 1 year of acquisition. on begin December 2017 and was available for withdrawal only on January 5, 2018.
    This delay was due to a problem on the Camshaft which was replaced ...

    2 - On May 21, 2018 the central rest left (Despite my reduced use of it ...). I had to go through a lot of emails and phone calls on the subject so that I could get a positive response that they already had the said rest ready to assemble and under warranty, which was set up on September 4 ...

    3 - On November 20, 2018, the motorcycle was towed into Lismotor's workshop, after finding that there was a strange noise (Beat) in the engine.
    - On the 19th I called with Mr Carlos Lebre (KTM representative persson) to say that themotorcicle would be admitted the following day because of this problem.

    - On the 20th, after receiving the motorcycle, I immediately received a phone call asking what had the motorcycle because apparently everything was ok ... I said to accelerate it and hear the engine beat ..
    - After the silence of the dealer, on the 23rd I called the workshop that told me that after all, there was a problem they were trying to identify and that they would solve as soon as possible ...
    - No answer after 1 week, I called again on November 28 to ask for satisfaction and to realize what was happening. I spoke with the mechanical responsible (Mr Luis) who mentioned that they had detected a lack of oil pressure on the rear head, so they would assess the matter and send in parts for repair. He also mentioned that it was related to the 1st problem that the motorcycle had a year before.
    I warned them to keep in mind and consider that the engine might have a manufacturing problem and that they should consider a new engine under warranty from the manufacturer. He told me that this matter would should be with the Owner of the concessionaire, Mr. Carlos Lebre.
    - November 29 I called with Mr. Carlos Lebre (Owner of the dealer), who told me that they would solve everything and that even if necessary they would consider replacing the engine ...
    - Still on the 29th, almost immediately afterwards, I got a call from the workshop manager to let me know that he had already ordered the parts for the engine repair. I deduce right away that neither conversation exists between these two persons.

    4 - However after my contact initiatives and attempt to solve the problem so that I was not harmed and find the best solution, I never had any contact from the dealer where the motorcycle is for repair or replacement .

    5 - Today (day 19) I have a call from the mechanical responsible (Mr Luis) who informed me that the repair parts were accepted by the warranty and that when the parts arrive they would call and inform me. Maybe next year because now it's Christmas time ...

    6 - This is not acceptable because:
    - this motorcycle is my main transport vehicle and it has been almost 30 days without it, and it seems that I will stay a few more weeks without it...
    - The way the representative of the brand faced the problem was not correct because it was so long without giving me satisfaction
    - The Portuguese law says that, on warranty, the brand have 30 days to repair, after that, they shoul provide a new product or replace the product to the customer.

      My ktm rc-200 bike had accident and right the parts are screched for that given to replace side panel and it tooks 1 1/2 months to rectify and i never seen such kind of worts service.

      After 1 1/2 months i went to service show room and i found nothing was rectified not replaced anything and again i waited to 1 hrs to get a bike.

        Hello am from erode, tamil nadu. Felt some what bad on a fake advertisement by ktm showroom erode, that they had issued a wrong commitment via posters banners all over the city that non ktm riders can also take part in orange track day flood light racing. For which all bike enthusiasts where gathered over the place, apart from several money spent to travel to particular place to take part in the event its a huge disappointment to all non ktm bikers and created a worst feeling and impression over the prestigious company ktm due to irresponsible and rude showroom response over the incident. If they cant permit non ktm bikers then why they fake commitment to cheat consumers and bikers. It’s spoils the reputation of the company ktm

          My bike is in showroom from july month but still no work is done. Showroom owner is saying that parts are not available, it's already been four months and he is saying that 2-3months more required. What to do? Now. I have rc390 2017 model. And i am sure that tmi will never buy ktm again. Bike is too good but service is very poor, specially in distt - pithoragarh, (U. K) india.
          And i am sure if it will take more than 20 days then i will make a serious videos against ktm showroom and ktm company and burn this bike in the middle of road. I am very much upset with ur service, ktm is big name but service and work is so poor. I dont know why this much time required for such a small part. He wants 6 months... Half year... Resolved my problem.

              Dear sir, i would bring you the complaint against the ktm karur, tamil nad, india, dealership, i never deal this mush of worst dealer in my life, i ordered one radiator for ktm 390 and it was came to the dealer by 45 days back and still they was saying they have no technician to replace the same. This was not the only experiance with them, one year back i was ordered one set of tyres for ktm 390 and the dealer does not supply the same for two months, so we bought it from erode dealer and replace it, i was not see this much worst motorcycle dealer, please try to change the dealer immediately, they will sure spoil ktm reputations.

                service centre complaint

                I've got a duke390 had given it to the service centre in India Vasai thane - district the engine had some knocking sound and wasn't starting they said they need to replace the engine parts like crankshaft, clutch plate, rocker and more stuff. The bike was for more than a month at the service centre and when I got it he quoted an amt of Rs.24, 000 where he said some parts since was brought from outside I'll need to pay him Rs.6000 cash and...

                I have ktm rc 200, problem is can't start the bike even i go through the service centet oh=f ktm which is located in warje, pune. They don't have idea to how to resolve that kind of problem, service is very very bad also the bike performance is very bad, i provide my contact numver (+91 [protected]).
                If you really want to increse the ktm value in india then train your engineers verry well, otherwise you don't sell this kind of worst bike in india even th hero hnda spelder is give and better performance than ktm.

                  Hello sir, my name is sunil goswami and i have ktm rc 390. I purchased this bike from the arera hills bhopal on october 19, 2017. After 2 months of buying the bike facing lot of mechanical problem, which was repaired by going to the showroom, but every time facing new problem in the bike..

                  I also told for change my bike from hemant agarwal (Manager of the showroom) but he repaired every time and also took money every time.
                  Recently i was going from indore to bhopal on october 26, 2018, when i started my bike that showing oil low pressure and then i called in the showroom, then the mechanic said you fill approx 300 ml to 400 ml engine oil and brought the bike to bhopal, i had filled about 400 milliliters of oil to my bike after going about 45 kilometer meter on the road, my bike suddenly stopped in highway which i had to carry with the rope approx 110 km.

                  After going to the showroom they said that the rocker's of the bike has been broke and the can shaft has gone down because of not reaching the oil. I gave him rs 3434 rupee to repair but after some days the bike stopped again. This time it was just 10 days then again, his rocker and can shaft broke, then again i spent 1496 rupees on november 14, 2018, even then the sound of the bike was not coming good.in order to fix this problem i have payed twice and they said that in some days the bike's sound will be cured automatically.

                  But today december 01, 2018 again my bike showing low oil pressure. Now tell me, what is the problem in doing this?. You can replace the bike or else i will file a case in the consumer firm over the company.

                    I have ktm 390 2014 model.
                    Coolant had leaked so i gave it for servicing, on 30/09/18 i got it back bill amt - 8044, used it for a week & the display started indicating high coolant.
                    I took it back to the service center without working on problem they gave me vehicle back in a week.
                    Still the display was indicating high coolant took it back to the service center they were like "your bike is old" & that's the reason its giving problem.
                    I fail to understand how 4 years can make a bike old.
                    On 2/11/18 they changed the radiator fan bill amt - 1946 still it was indicating high coolant and bike was not starting after ridding for couple of kilometers.
                    15/11/18 they again gave me a bill of - 1542 but still the issue was not sorted out and still the bike was not getting switched on.
                    They said "its block piston issue" they gave me a bill on 26/11/18 - 7333.
                    I hardly used my bike in past 2 months most of the time it was in service center.
                    It was not an issue of "block piston" because of these # carelessness my gassket had burned which costed me around 10k.
                    In this time frame they were ignoring my calls i am highly dissatisfied.
                    Readers please don't give your bike in this service center.
                    Please find below attached bills. Request you to please take action.

                        Im facing some disturbance in my duke 250, i went to the service center to resolve the issues but they didn't touch my bike also and they are saying everything is fine
                        And the condition of my bike is worst now also
                        I think ktm company should not keep those workers they are too ### lazy tjey don't know how to do their job and again they argue with customers directly and they don't know how to speak politely with the customers.

                        Still my bike is in same condition

                          I had given a 2016 rc 390 for an engine servicing at the uppal ktm service center onnov 5 2018. They told that i'm second in line as there is another duke200 that has to be completed. I waited patiently till that vehicle was done on 12 nov 2018. They told they'll start servicing on 13nov but postponed it to 14nov. When i called them up, they told me they'll do it on 15 or 16 nov. I need the vehicle for a project, that has a deadline date. They are being too latargic

                            Rc 200 front side murmuring sound before 1st service . Asked them to resolve but again it started sound like hell old machine. Now I am in ktm service center they are saying that disc plate need to be changed on charged basis. How will it get damage within[protected] km ..ktm has provided me defective parts during purchase .if not then how this much costly bike parts gets damaged within short period.

                              My rc390's steering head bearing got loose within first 300 km's. But when i told that problem to service centre they are telling that my bike is all correct but actually it is too loose because of loose steering head bearing it feels unstable at corners and it is not moving straightly. What to do service centre people were not listening. I buyed my rc390 in mangalore ktm showroom.

                                Hello,
                                I own ktm 390 duke. It's been 2nd time that back indicators got damaged and while asking with ktm service center they said we do not know about the cause. I park my bike in the parking of my house or my office and not on road that any one can damage the bike. If there is an issue with these indicators, check it and provide better ones. Why do customer has to pay for something which was not caused by the customer? It's a premium bike and there is a draw back in this.

                                  I am complaining about ktm showroom in pathanamthitta, kerala and i was went to the showroom few days back maybe 1 week ago and i leaved my bike there and my bike have little little prblms like changing oil seal and some little works to do for my bike and it has been over 1 week still my bike isn't repaired, yesterday i called the showroom boy and he told me here is lots of pending that's the reason for the delay and they dont know how to treat a customer, i love ktm bike that's the reason that i bought my duke 200 but the service is rediculous.

                                    Hi i am raghu i brought the new ktm duke 200 last year but i am facing the problems till now i am done just 11k kilometre but it’s done 4 services there not 2nd service they the head, next they changed water pump seal but again the coolent was sinking again what i have to do they are not taking any responsibility about the bike they are the parts making the bills even i did not done my first interval service till not.                                       I have bought KTM 25O Duke nearly 2 months back and found a problem in Handlebar and front wheel alignment and i went to near KTM dealer's service center and they couldn't able to find the problem and also they are not aware of it and now i don't how to fix this problem. so that im reaching out this platform. so please help to fix the problem.

                                      My complaint still able to be resolved by the local service team. i think this is the major problem in the alignment when my bike is assembled in the factory. so i think this issue can be resolved only in the factory so that they can check the alignment in the digital instrument and can solve the problem if not please let me know by what way this problem can be sorted out. So kindly help me to fix this issue and i'm very much disappointed as its a very big brand in the market.

                                      My bike is 3month old approx and there is a dent in my tanky
                                      And 25days gone after claiming my insurnce still did not get a tanky from ktm
                                      Is claiming insurance is this much Slow
                                      I thought ktm will solve there customer prblm in a faster and easier way then others compny
                                      But👎🏻
