I have a ktm 200 2017 model kl43j7233. I had a problem with an initial drop six months ago and gave the bike for repair at ktm service centre vytilla. It also had a vibration issue in the cylinder head. My bike has a very poor performance now for which i approached the ktm service centre multiple times. The complaint has not yet been rectified by them. Hope you will take an immediate action and do the needful.

    Hi,

    Recently my bike broke down and wouldn't start, thats because of the battery problem.. I recharged it and started somehow and reached ktm service.. They sait its the stator problem issue then i asked them to change it and set it right..
    Its just been two days they fixed it and now the cockpit isnt showing suddenly..
    Its been 4 years and there are problems every now and then i think these people intentionlly create new issues. I cannot pay them any more on the same issue.
    They arent solving the issue completely.

      I have booked a ktm duke 250 from kalayani ktm banashankari showroom in bangalore on 20/07/2018 and they delivered a bike which was displayed at their showroom and had test driven by so many customers. While receiving the bike from showroom the silencer pipe was in rusted condition and trip 2 meter showed 180 kilometers in the display when i asked about this sales man convinced me with fake reply

        I recieved a call from KTM phugewadi (Shubhangi) saying that i have my free service pending... when i came here people over here said that free service was not availabe and i have to pay for my servicing... This is not so done calling customers and giving false information just to make your serviece mark clear... And the staff here was not even ready to tell the name of that employee who called me for the free service... This is a cheap thing to for KTM to keep such stupid useless employes who dont even have sense of monitoring the systems...

          I have ordered a fuel pump motor as I was stranded my bike was not in running condition I was asked to travel from Goregaon ktm to vasai ktm as they had the part available Ktm could not get it to Goregaon for one customer. Now my bike is in vasai for over 2 months and I have no update about my parts I had to keep my bike at a friends place as they did not have a place for my bike. I am calling them on a daily basis but no update. How can Ktm keep their customers stranded and without a bike for 2 months and now I have been asked to take my bike some place else don't you guys have coordination can not some one order a part and fix my bike. Hoping to get a response after submitting this complaint.

            I bought my Duke 390 2017 on 16th august 2017.
            I almost done about 4000 km on my duke.
            I have a issue with my bike battery in just 11 months.
            And my bike stops in middile of no where.
            After this incident i contact to local KTM service center and they told me that they provided me a warrenty of my bike battery that takes almost 3 work days
            but after 5 days they told me that my bike battery has some water issue
            but i told them that my bike battery has some water leaking issue from day 1.
            So they told that they try to cover the battery in warrenty.But today i visited the showroom and they said the battery should not cover the warrenty for the water leakage issue.

            So my ponit is
            i want a battery claim
            beause my bike is just 11 months old and my battery died.This is not acceptable for me.

              I purchased a KTM Duke Motorcycle Model 200 Duke IN, on 24 June, 2014 (Inv. No. DB/HB/14/KTM/75), after visiting the KTM showroom in Shantinagar, believing that this was a great buy.
              1) Unfortunately I faced tremendous problems a few months after purchase.
              2) The bike would suddenly shut-off and on complaining to M/s Khivraj Motors, Kasturba Road, Bangalore-1, they would merely clean the air filter and service the vehicle...

              I am sathish... Two weeks before i gave my bike ktm duke 200 for engine service at dharmapuri ktm service center... When they delivered my bike at that time sound came from engine piston... I asked the service manager about that sound he said after 500km the noise will be reduced... I completed driving 500km (40 -50km speed) and then engine piston sound get increased more... I complained about this issue to the dharmapuri service center they are not giving proper response to this issue... They are not giving solutions to this problem... They are not attending my phone call also... Please take action about this issue as soon as possible... My contact no:[protected]

                I bought ktm duke250 motorcycle at durgapur on april 2017.
                Recently from three months i am facing problem of sevior noise from back portion (Disk/chain).
                I took my bike to serving centre durgapur two times. I m very dissopointed with the servicing. The quality is very poor.
                Without solving problem they are telling that problem solved. But after servicing the noise is becoming very sevior than previous.
                So please resolve my problem as early as possible as problem is very sevior.

                  I have bought a ktm 250. On very next day of buying, i started feeling vibrations and gear shifting and jerks in bike. I took it to my near by ktm service which is in btm, bangalore, karnataka. They have not fixed any above problem and treated badly the bike. Which results in lots of scratches and time waste. I am highly disappointed with bike and as well as the service center. I am not sure, what will they do to my bike if again i give... Please help me to resolve these issues.                     Dear management,

                    I had purchased a ktm duke 200cc in the year 2014 and i sold the bike in the same showroom from where i had purchased on 15/09/2017.
                    Show room adress (Ktm banashankari #180, 1st block, 100 feet road, hosakerehalli main road, banashankari stage 3, bengaluru, karnataka 560085)

                    Till now i have not received any details to whom the vehicles has been sold.

                    We are calling them but they are least bothered and every time when i ask the details they keep on postponing to give the details.

                    In the month of march 09/03/2018 i got a notice from traffic for not wearing the helmet but it was already been 6 months since i sold the vehicle to the showroom.

                    On 17/05/2018 they gave me a fake sale receipt and an adress proof of the person.

                    Till now they haven't transferred the vehicle and it is still in my name.
                    I dont know how they can give a fake sale receipt without even transferring the vehicle to their name.

                    The person who gave me all these fake details his name is pavan gowda.

                    I am attaching the documents you can check.. There is clear signature diiference in sale receipt and the adress proof of the person and till date the vehicle is still in my name.

                    Very sad to inform you but i am going to file a complaint for this.

                      Today i called in ktm showroom for service they said come to showroom we provide our facility
                      After i arrived to ktm showroom for service they said that engine oil is not available i said to change tha chain set and front break shoe they said that this items is also not available
                      It is third time to me
                      Now what?

                      There is no proper service and proper oil is not been use for service there is gud response fr parts also The brand name for KTM is totally spoiled in this palce
                      Service is not satisfied last week my bike service after two days many problems and service Bill is not given me I ask bill company's say website is not working Pleas care to customers

                        My name is jayakrishnan.. Last dec i went to bangalore for a ride in my duke 390.. When i reached bangalore my bike shows low oil pressure. I took my bike to btm layout dealership and they said someone has put dirt my radiator and i serviced my whole bike for 25000
                        I insisted them to completely repair my vehicle so i can avoid future problems
                        They repaired and said to me that every problema has been solved.. Bt after 1000 kms it showed again.. Low oil pressure.. Then i took it to my dealership.in kerala.. Palakkad.. They said oil is burning because rings may be weak.. How can it be like that.. I have replaced the rings just 2 mnths ago.. I m heavily dissapointed with ktm.. I dnt have money to spend.
                        Nw they said it will. Cost me around 30000 more... What is this ktm.. Hw bad a manufacturer you are.. Shame on you

                        I bought a new bike from ktm dealer shree motors from chandigarh madhaya marg after 6 month over heating n bike engine off issue i go to the service center about 5 timer they changed the thermostrate and gaskit bt bike is not done same problem is doing again . now i take the decizen to go to the consumer court...

                          I hastanand kumar, wants to inform you that i have purchase a ktm bike i. E ktm rc 200 i. E br01cz 0944 from ktm anishabad, bypass road, patna (Akarsh bajaj)
                          On 2nd of may my bike made with an accident and on 3rd of may i have submitted my bike in the ktm showroom, anishabad, patna, bihar. Sales manager has promised to deliver my bike within 15 days i. E on 18th of may and today is 20 may but till now they have not repair any parts of my bike and instead of this he is giving excuses that parts are in transit till now and now he is saying that i can’t promise the date when your bike will be repaired and he is taking rudely with us.
                          Therefore i requeste you to take a strict action regarding this and pleas contact salesmanager and provide us the feedback as early as possible and get my bike repaired on 23rd of may i. E promised date.

                          The service centre guys in mannuthy thrissur is not giving parts (periodic maintance kit). they said to get the product i have to produce my bike for full service.
                          i dont need a mech for putting air filter and oil filter into my ktm rc .

                            Hi ktm i m manish from ranchi, i have a bike duke 250 which i bought in the month of september 2017, it started 3 months and stopped suddenly and after that, i did the compilation by moving to the service center, those service center said that there is a problem with the engine will take a little time to become. And after doing this 4 months later the bike is also that people. Even after the meeting, the same problem is coming, bike is not getting started.. I had bought the bike to run in the service center not the head.. I requst you to do somthing sir...

                              Hi team ktm, i am marking this mail to throw light upon an incident that happened with me last night when i was out for a ride with my friends. I was riding my rc390 when the road got a bit bumpy and rough and my rear tyre got a deep cut near the rim and my bike wobbled however i managed to control it and did not crashed. I just want to know if this happens with every metzeler tyre. I am extreamly dissatisfied with this because i cannot expect this coming from ktm. I brought my bike back with the help of towing truck. All i need is my bike to be repaired as i do not think that this is neither your or my at all. It could be a defect with the tyre but again not expected this from metzelers. Please assist me as i love my motorcycle and it has not been a month that i bought it. I am attaching an image of the tyre with this mail. Please look in this issue and assist me.                                 Dear ktm india

                                This is to inform that i have a ktm rc 200 purchased october 2017. The bike has a major problem of turning the ignition off on slowing down speed. I'm shocked about this how my new bike doing this. It is very difficult me to go to office because it to far from my home. I m very disappointed by ktm mumbai.
                                I've got the bike inspected at goregaon service center and they found it has problem with head assembly and it is to be replaced. I've also got the bike checked at other service center but head assembly is not available in mumbai. Its a one week now and i have not get helped by any service center in mumbai.
                                I would like to request ktm india to kindly arrange for a replacement head assembly and let me know its availability in mumbai.

                                  Recently i met with an accident and the documents required to claim insurance were submitted to the dealer according to his guidance but he did not tell us to give the liscense of bike he just tell us to submit liscence and we submitted lmv liscense and he inspected and send the documents further to the insurance company but now the insurance company is refusing to pay claim because of the liscense. The dealer was paid for the repair to our bike and some parts were not changed he just added them also to the bill and we found that he has aaded those parts also which he did not replaced in my bike.

                                    The design of rear indicators of rc 200 is the worst. When any person sits on the rear seat his legs automatically touches the rear leftside indicators, and it is soo delicate that as soon as the leg touches it immediately breaks... My bike's 2 indicators have been broken due to this design... The indicators are soo outward that it easily gets broken whenever something touches the indicators, especially the left side indicator.. So i suggest you people to modify its design.. Plz.. Because each indicator costs for 800 rupees... So its very costly... Soo plz help me

                                      Hell sir/medam, i am krishna gohil from nashik city, maharashtra, i book ktm duke 390 2018 model on 28 january 2018 and got delivery on 10 february 2018 after i got registeration number mh 15 gh 0107,
                                      I dot rc book, and i saw the manufacture model is 2017 so shreenivas motors (Amol sir) my dealer gave me 2017 model instead of 2018. Before i complained also my reference number - isr 315755 on 21 march 2018 after that i complained on [protected] three time and they say wait for 24 hours i waited but nothing happened so what to do?
