I had requested for amc service of my kutchina vogue chimney on 04/03/2018. Docket number [protected] generated against my service request on 07/03/2018. But service not received till date after several request. So after several request and mental harassment i had requested through e-mail dated 30/04/2018, to refund my amc money that company had collected in advance. Against my 3 Year AMC service, I was assured to receive 9 AMC service.
6th AMC service provided on 30/11/17.
There after I had requested for 7th AMC service and docket number [protected] informed to me on 07/03/2018 but no service received. I had made several complain but no response.
So I have requested again for AMC service and docket number-[protected] informed to me and technician visited on 19/06/2018 and provided service.
As the validity of My AMC Id[protected] is about to expire on 04/07/2018, I have requested for AMC service today 03/07/2018 as I have to receive two more AMC service.
Now my point is that whether I will receive two pending AMC service even after date of validity of my AMC ID[protected] Dated 05/07/2015.
