I have entered amc with bajoria entertainment, kolkata for 2 years. My free service is due as mentioned in amc contract dated[protected], no 053242 since march but i am unable to book through toll free no. And there is no communication from your end also. No service engineer contacted or visited for routine check-up as promised and now my chimney is not working, i am helpless as the toll free no. For complaint never works.

I have purchased Kutchina RO Water Purifier 2 years back with an Amount of Apprx 22000. It was working fine. But from 24/Jun/19 it stops working. No lights glowing, No activity happen. I have call the toll free number ([protected]) of Kutchina service centre on 25/Jun/19. But nobody attend my house . Again I call on 2/Jul/19 with a remainder. But nobody visit. Again I call on 3/Jul/19, but no body visit. Again I call on 4/Jul/19, but no body visit. Today is 7/Jul/19. Last 14 Days I am purchasing drinking water from the market. Now what to do? Am I purchase another RO filter or waiting for Kutchina Service Person if Any. Please suggest

I purchased a kutchina chimney on 22/3/19 from smart kitchen technologies, tarakeswar with product serial number[protected]. The product is having some problem since its purchase. At first, when the chimney is running for more than 1hr, the machine become automatically stop. The light is also defective. Its automatically became off after maximum 3min. I complained to the shop. The service provider came & placed the chimney a very low height. I'm 5ft8inch height but its even low height than me & every time i get a head trauma. They didn't hear my request. After this, still my problem is not solved. Suction is not working properly & oil is coming from the side of the chimney. Even every gazets in the kitchen is becoming oily. & they didn't care to it.
I'm a doctor by profession. Its very difficult for me to call them daily for these problems. I request you to please replace this item with a proper functioning one.

Dear sir,

I have amc service from 12.03.2019 to 11.03.2020 at c & rc associates

I have booked a service log for my chimney not working properly on 1st week of jun, 2019. Technician came and opened the right side motor and carried with him for service. Till now they are not given the motor. No date confirmation.

This is very strange, they are taking more than one month to give a service. When i called them, roughly feedback.

Finally i have decided, we will not continue with thus type of service.

I have a three years service contracts for my kuchina chimney (Vogue) with your partner m/s s & p kitchen appliances, birat, kolkata -51 which started from 23.06.2018 and till now only 3 nos service provided by your service partner.
At last i have booked service on[protected]Vide docket no: sg/76/0619 and after my several telephonic reminder the service is due till now and every time they given excuse about shortage of technician.
Another problem is that every time i called for service... But at the time of contract they promise me that reminder call will come for service from their end.. But till now not a single reminder given by them

See the matter and arrange the service as early as possible.

After purchasing the kutchina kitchen chimney i am suppose to get three free servicing and as per service center call center they will attend within three working days. But after purchasing for free servicing whenever i have lodged service request it will take 7-10 days and repeated reminders to make them attend. Last on 25 th june i lodged service request but till date again i am giving repeated reminders but till date no one come.

I have install modular korchen in my house in the year 2012. But in the mean time 1 door and others drawers become defected. In this connection I logged complain in the month of February and 22th June 2019 in Malda kutchina office. But no action has been taken from their end. It is most regradeful from such multi national company. In my opinion such type of survice not increase your company reputation. I regrade such type of activity do the needful.

On 06/06/2019 I called your customer service to provide service and resolve a broken water tap and since then called 3 times but till date no service has been provided. I was entitled to get 4 free service but received nothing. Every time I called they said to send service provider within 2/3 days but not a single contact from your side. Such a poor service I haven't seen anywhere. I hope you would resolve it as soon as possible. My registered number with product is [protected]. The product got installed on 21/11/18

I had entered an AMC with your esteem organisation on 13.07.2016 for three years. but when ever i ask for servicing they issued docate no but not attend my product. which is very embracing frustrating. This time i had call for service on 27.05.2019 my docate No is [protected] for kutchina prime and vogue but till to-day no one has attend for service.
now what should i do when i have already paid the AMC charges?

Sorry to inform that, the 3rd Free Service is still due . We purchased the machine from M/S Ranna Ghar, 31/C Badri Temple Street, Kolkata - 700004 . Please arrange the 3rd free service as early as possible and oblige .

I have registered a request for servicing my Kutchina Chimney & Water purifier on 30th April 2019, which has been registered vide No. [protected]. Post registration of the same, I had contacted twice with the Company's Customer Care service. However, no service executive from the Company attended the complaint nor contacted me till now resulting in inordinate delay in servicing the said appliances.

Dear team during free servicing of my chimney subject item has been broken by service team and same has also fitted during the process. We are not knowing about this. Subsequently the oil has been lickaged daily. Suddenly when it was checked and found that subject item fitted alongwith broken. It is requested to take necessary action. Please solve my problem accordingly.

I just bought built in oven 25 days ago. Dealer told me that demo guy will come and guide us about product. After few days some guy called from vadodara, gujarat and told us he will come. But not told any particular time.in the evening he came without informing us and he was in rush. He started arguing with members of family. Why owner is not here and he was very rude. And he left. Now since last two week no one is coming. It’s like we bought a product of wrong brand? Is it your after sale service? You people recruited such useless fellows? Who doesn’t have sense to talk?
If you want to increase sale of your products then you should provide quality service. Else no one will buy your product.

Servicing centre ([protected]) did not respond the complaint. They did not attend the call since 30th april, 2019. Therefore, the third service has not done. There is damage of right side oil cap and the chimney is not absorbing/soaking the oil perfectly. On 30th april as no one has received the call on the above mentioned phone number, on 1st may i have contacted ([protected]) one of their employee who had come for second servicing of the chimney who answered me that due to his accident he was in his village and the office would be closed due to labour day. Thereafter, from 2nd may to till today no one has received the calls at servicing centre for which i have contacted the dealer at kendrapara in this regard on 09.05.2019, but no result.

I purchased kutcjina curvey 75 from uttarpara khoshla electronics and installed in my room recently but the outlets pipe is of 3 ft shortage. I logged for service both in khoshla electronics and kutchina customer care service on 3rd may. I was give a message from service centre as"thanks for registering your request with kutchina. Your case no. Is [protected]. Our service representative will get in touch with you shortly. Regards". But no response has been received
I am harassed for last 5 days.

I purchased kutchina vetra[protected] from bajoria appliances on may, 2018. It was installed immediately after call. But post purchase services are horrible. Amazingly, i did not got any of the free service by the company because either bajoria appliances are not reachable and 2 times in 1year luckily someone was picked my call but rudely told that free services are of less interest. They encourage only amc services. Contact nos provided in warranty card by the serviceman, found not existing or not attending with repeated try in last 1 year. I was shocked by bajoria appliances response in last 1 year of my purchase kutchina chimney. Till date no free services provided to me by kutchina. No customer contact person available to speak except amc services.

I am user of vogue chimney since 2009 and get its service through 3 years maintenance contract at seramore, hooghly. My present contract vide receipt no 13188 dt 27.04.2017 will expire on 29.10.2020. Now for last one year i find total callousness in contractual service and each time i am to run after your service men for the prepaid due service and nobody top to bottom bothers for calous and casual management. My half yearly service fell due on 27.04.2019 and none came till day though one person told to come on last sunday 21 st and as, usual, he failed like all previous occasions. Is it my duty to run after your men for service after paying in advance? Why no action is taken by the authority against the erring personnel? Please look into. A das [protected], [protected]

I have called kutchina toll free number multiple times to schedule a service. Request number was generated against my profile but still it has been almost 10 days and no one has come or responded.
This is very distusting and annoying when i paid extra for the amc service also

Motor needs replacement. I'm satisfied with kuchina products. Kindly arrange technician to resolve my problems at earliest. Make sure that company technical staff carry all necessary parts along with him, because chapra is a small city hence availability of spare parts is difficult. Chemni is used at my residence. I have purchased kutchina purica dlx on 18/4/2019 after drinking the water of it me n my family members facing loose motion, vomiting n skin allergy. Taste of this purifier's water is very bitter. My doctor is saying this is happening due to drinking antioxidant with water in high amount. High amount of antioxidant intake causes this side effect. Water is very essential to our body bt not high amount of antioxidant. So this machine is not at all good for health. So i am requesting to the company to take this machine back n refund my money.
