Our chimney is not working for last one month. We have given the complaint and one person came and checked the chimney. He told that some part is defective and he will be coming net day with new part. Now almost one month has passed and he has not returned back. We are in constant touch with local dealer but no joy. Because of faulty chimney entire kitchen has become dirty because of fumes, defeating the very purpose of the chimney. This non responsive nature of company is severely effecting the physical and mental health of the consumers who are 'senior citizens'.

Today already 69 days passed. I paid 60, 000/-. Due to delay i need to postpone all other occasions also. Plz do the needful as early as possible.

I would like to raise a complaint about kutchina amc contract renewed by vertex marketing,
67/7 college road, howrah-700003, west bengal. I have asked for a servicing on 25th march, docket number 526/3. Called multiple times, yet noone has visited us for servicing. What is the point of renewing the contract, if your maintenance service is this poor. It's been the worst experience ever and i would discourage everyone from going with their amc.
Please take serious action against kutchina.

I was requested for quarterly services under AMC on 08/03/2019 vide docket no.08032013 on 8th March, but unfortunately not yet done.After several communication over telephone lastly today they assure me the service will be one on coming Thursday/Friday.
At the time of AMC they have assumed us that they will provide fast and best services .
Is this is the example of fast services?
Now I am requesting you to please arrange for services within 2 days.

I was purchase one chimani from shop bomay variety bokaro steel city sector 4 city centre state j harkhand on 17 th feb 2019. After purchase with in after 10 days i have lodged inquiry for installation of chimani. And i was confirmed full adress to customer care. And my case number was [protected]. Customer care representative confirmed to me enginer will get in touch shortly. But no any engineer has came in my location and i have received one message from kutchina your case has been closed dated 26.03 2019. When i read this message i was shocked and again i call from customer care and again this dept give the new complain number which is [protected] on 26th march 2019 and asked me engineer will come 28th march 2019. But till date no any engineer came my residence for above purpose. Kutchina company service is very poor and i advice to company service to be improve in present market competition. I didn't get free service as promised by Kuchina even after various calls to the customer care number. They forced me to exchange my earlier vogue machine saying this is the latest model with advance features by repeatedly contacting me over phone, but when the time came for free service, all my requests fell to deaf ears. If this is the attitude of the staffs ( they speak very rudely over phone), then I will not recommend Kuchina to anyone.

I am kingshuk bhattacharya, husbandof paromita deb bhattacharya, have purchased a kitchen chimney from your esteemed company kutchina, as one sales person came to our home and convinced us for the product amaze 75 with some interesting offers.
Offers are:
A) 9 years full warranty on maintenance and servicing with machine part replacement.
B) exchange offer with a old machine, which they have consider rs, 6000/- dudection from my old chimney, as they said it is a new offer.
He said the original product cost is rs.26500/-.
But while discussing this with our friend on telephone which they have asked their local kutchina vendors they came to know that the original price of the machine is rs 21500 /- approx.
Which is far less than the price the sales person said.
I am also providing you some further details of the machine.
I believe kutchina as a reputed and trustworthy organisation and you will help us out from this issue. Being a customer we are dependable on you.

This is regaridng my modula kitchen.

I have two broken hinges of two different cupboards. My kitchen is under warranty.

I have made repeated calls to your call center and sent emails too. It’s been over a month but no action has been taken.

And this is not the first time this has happened.
Every time there is any service required for kitchen or chimney it’s takes me four five calls to your call center to get my work done.

Reallly bad experience as far as after sale service is concerned.

Can someone please help.

15 to 20 days back, i had submitted a request through your call center to get detergent, salt and shiner for my dishwasher. Nothing has happened yet. I call your customer care every morning and they tell me that i will get the stuffs today itself. Just let me know, whether this issue can be resolved or not.

Myself gobinda paul. Lives in kolkata, baguiati area. Today i was faced a rough behaviour from a sales person who identified himself as a senior sales executive of kutchina. His name was "krishna halder", from bajoria entertainment pvt ltd, laketown, kolkata. He was just threatened me and told me that he will beat me if i would take action on it.

Kutchina is a renowned company. I am using its chimney for the last two years. That's why i was planning to install it's water purifier system. But the experience for demonstration was not good at all. May be in future i should think twice to purchase any product from yours end.

Got a horrible experience with kutchina.. One of their agents came into my place, i bought a kitchen chimney amora, they offered me modular kitchen for my new kitchen, i asked them for giving the detail sketch and design then i will think. The girl is not trained at all and has no manners how to talk, and she claimed her charge for her valuable time that she wasted by showing me the design..

My kutchina gas stove name KTOP EXCEL 3B. I purchased it on 28.03.2017 in your jassore road, near Sarojini Naidu College branch . After 18 months small burner melt. I complained kutchina service centre many times. But two months over they are not solve my problem. All time they said, 'spare parts not available '.

I did not know kutchina product and service both are very poor.
I never suggest any one to purchase kutchina products.

I am a reliable customer of kuchina but I am not satisfied with your services.

You promised me for 4 free services but you gave just one service.

But when my chimney completed it's one year. Then your receptionist called me for paid service, then once again I tried him to remember about my due 3 services. he totally refuse my proposal and disconnect the call. Which was very hard behaviour.

So please do the needful about the matter because my chimney need to service very soon.

I'm writing this email becoz after all your testing and replacing most of the parts in the gas the problem still exists... I'm attaching the evidence of the same.

I have been patient with this from a long time, pls do not tell me again that you would test the product and install it for usage. I need this defective product to be replaced immediately.

I have purchased a new vogue machine code number c[protected] bajoria appliances ltd through m /s prabhat trading dumdum cantonment kolkata - 700065.
Amc contact taken by prabht trading on dated 5/6/2018 servicing done on june & sep 2018, but in the month of december they are not attending for servicing and not responding on phone
So kindly give me the feedback

I have an amc with bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd. Kolkata (Amc no. 018949) which is valid upto april 2019.
I had a service due in dec'18 for which i had tried to contact through their customer care no. [protected] several times on 23rd dec'18, but i was made to hear only music from the other end of the phone. On 24th dec i could fortunately talk to their rep who informed that service person would visit within 3 days; but to my dismay nobody turned up for amc service.
I contacted customer care again on 29 dec when they booked my complaint and service request. The service person contacted me on 30th dec and told that he would visit for service on 31 dec at 4pm. But he didnot turn up for service on 31st dec. Today i again contacted the service person and i have requested to come tomorrow 2nd jan at 10.30am.
I would just request you to kindly note the ordeal that i had to go through from 23rd dec'18 for a mere chimney service with prepaid amc and that till date the servicing has not been done.
Would request m/s bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd. Kolkata to be more humane and customer friendly so as to lessen the harassments of the sort that i have been going through.

Also, pl ensure that their so called 'customercare' personnel receiving phone calls be a bit humane and really care for the customers.

I sudhanshu kahndelwal registered complaint a week befor by my registered mob no [protected] regarding the non working of my kitchen hob and chimney an executive came and said ill come back after bringing the spare parts by tomorrow but till date he dint turned up kindly look in to the matter on sos basis

I was purchased a semi modular kitchen and the completion date is 12.03.2016 vide order no.15162909. Earlier my kitchen was damaged (Complain no. Mkb/04/0716) and it was repaired by the company free of cost and without claiming any inspection charge as per warranty.
Again my semi modular kitchen has been damaged and warranty is still valid & complain no. Is [protected] dt.17.12.2018. Now the company is claiming rs.250.00 as inspection charge indirectly as a labour charge against the same warranty which is not mentioned in warranty also.

Till now after purchasing kutchina chimney no service is available. When going to lodge online complaint always it is told all our agents are busy they will contact on later. We will lodge it in consumer forum if no response after that. It has been 10 months since we purchased kutchina. The agents gave us fake consolidation that there will be time to time services and out of which the first two services are free. But as of now, neither a single phone call was answered nor anybody came for the servicing. This is the last time i am complaining. Surely if you test our patience again next time, strict action will be taken which i can guarantee. Thank you and hope you solve the issue as soon as possible.
