Our kutchina water purifier is functioning properly. The last led (Green) of the three does not glow. As it is recommended to use the water only after the green led glows, so we are finding it difficult to use the water. We have complaint several time to the nearby technician of kutchina but the response were reluctant.
Kindly look into the matter.

    Dear sir,

    I have purchase the kutchina stanza chimney 29.04.2014. But it is very unfortunate that your service center 67/7 college road, howrah-711103 is not doing the job of repair/replacement of switch (Box) since 31.08.2018 vide complain no-c71/8 dated 31.08.2018 till now. Therefore i am facing great problem in my kitchen for non functioning of my chimney since long time due to your service center. It is further for your information that your said service center not received the phone and attend the complain in time for since last 4 years of my experience with your service center even annual maintenance contact with them. This is their common way of functioning.

      Please note that i had purchased kutchina chimney, model - scott, on 22/02/17 at my residence in kolkata. Machine code no. C[protected].

      Further, i had done an amc with lokenath kitchen solutions on 04/03/18 for service. It may be noted that the response of personnel of lokenath kitchen solutions has always been very poor and they have always delayed sending their mechanic for the service.in addition to that the quality of personnel for service has been poor.

      This time service was booked vide docket no 03091025, dated 03/09/18 under the amc. However, till date nobody has turned up for the service nor picking up the phone. Inspite of trying to contact them for around a month i am unable to contact them.

      In view of the above, you are kindly requested to take up the issue with concerned personnel and see that the service is done by qualified personnel at the earliest.

        I purchased a chimney in march. It's first service was due long time. A person called up 15 days back and took my address but didn't turn up. Three days back another person claled up and took address but he also did not come that day. Today he came when my mother was alone and who couldn't come down to open the door. She requested the person to come after 2 p. M but that person refused and was very very rude with my 70 years old mother. He told her that now whenever he will get time in future he will come.

        Sir, I have a kutchina Smartec model and is under AMC till Aug 2020...But the periodical servicing every three(03) months as per norms is not being provided to me from the last month...i had called the asansol Oliya Appliances office several times but to no help...please look into my greivance..

          I've purchased a electric chimney bearing machine (Stanza ss) code no c[protected] on 03/01/2018 and date of installation 01/02/2018.in spite of several calling over telephone in your given no, no one attended for a single service of he machine after the date of purchase.in every cases it has been informed that service man will be attended in time, but none has came to service the machine.
          Hope, initiative will be taken immediately for serving of machine as it has started giving problem. If no initiative has been taken from your end shortly the issue will be taken before consumer forum as well as before the appropriate authority.

              On 27/11/2017, I had bought an electric chimney KUTCHINA SMARTEC BLACK from N C Sales and Services, 175 /1 Sahapur Colony, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053 . Their representative Mr Somnath Roy assured me at the time of sale that good after sales back up and support would be provided but i have been misled and feel cheated .
              It has been nine months since i bought the chimney as mentioned above not one service has been carried out nor has any representative of the company or the seller contacted me. First I called Mr Somnath Roy who ignored my calls, then I called N C Sales and Services, no help was provided and they were very rude .
              Then I called the Kutchina help line number . The service request was taken and the same was allocated, after quite a few days and several phone calls to N C Sales and Services, 175 /1 Sahapur Colony, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053. The technician showed up without intimation he demanded turpentine oil, Kerosene oil, cotton cloth and a host of other items. That, these items have to be provide by me was not told to me when I called KUTCHINA, nor was I informed of this at any time prior to the sale or at the time of the sale .
              Since these items are not stored in the house i asked the technician to come the next day, he did not show up .
              My experience with N C Sales and Services, and Kutchina has been terrible . I regret my decision, and hope that by sharing my experience it will prevent somebody else from making the same mistake .

                Let me share my worst experience.
                Yesterday a person from kutchina cntacted me and came to my house for servicing and all that.
                He declared that the machine is dead and I have to replace the circuit. He had a circuit in his bag(unpacked and without any proof of originality) and replaced the old one. While checking, the new circuit came to be faulty and the machine remained in the same position.
                He told that he will come again.

                Now think of my inconveniences:

                1. Being a working person, I have managed to come back early on saturday to attend the service person of Kutchina. Now again a day!!! Please do value for time!

                2. If he could come again today (on Sunday, ) it would be absolutely fine for me. But he told their office remain closed on Sunday. So he will not be able to collect the circuits.

                3. Why should I accept the already unpacked circuit? Where is the proof of originality? What is the guarantee that it is not the case that you people are installing a repaired circuit instead of giving a new one. Again you are charging the cost of new one!

                4.As per the person told me that the servicing charge is 600/- and the cost of the circuit is around 1750/-. He also told that I have to pay it by cash.
                When the country is thriving for digitalization, why should I pay this large amount through cash and not in cheque or in other way of digital transfer?

                5. The person also told that after installing the circuit, only one month guarantee over the can be obtained. First thing, the circuit you claimed that it is a new one and fortunately its fault came out within your presence. What would happen if its fault would come out just after one month?

                Please don't write the following words only : ''We understand that your experience with us was not very pleasant. This certainly does not match our standards and levels of commitment.''

                I don't know really how mucb suffering I have to bear with this kutchina servicing people.

                The service person called me and told me that there is no new circuit. I have to wait till the new circuit comes!
                They are ready to install a old circuit today. But they will take the cost of new circuit. I have to pay this today. And they will replace it once new circuit comes, though they have no idea when it will come!

                What type o[censored]nprofessionalism is this?
                I am really clueless.

                It is hampering my office work and my daily life.

                I have no way but to throw this purifier to the waste box. What else?

Meanwhile, we would like to install another circuit so that the water purifier is is working condition and you can use it. Once we receive the circuit we would change it and you can make the payments when the new circuit is installed.

                Very very bad experience. Today again the service person came and said additionally that the inside pump is faulty and I need to pay another 3500/-.
                The service person could not identify the problem in his previous visit.
                Bad servicing.
                They charged me 550/- as inspection charge.
                I did not get any service but I had to pay it!
                I am very sorry to say I am going to throw it to the dustbin.
                I ask every customer that please do not buy kutchina water purifier. They are horrible!

                  I am externally disappointed by the service of your so called Authorized dealer " Unique Solution" Address: North Station Road, Agarpara, Kolkata 109. Phone :[protected] .
                  I got a call in August 2017 last week from a lady called Priya ( Mobile: [protected]) saying that, she is calling from Kutchina Head Office for AMC for my Velva Model. Believing upon her word I agreed to do the AMC. But when the person Mr. Ranjit Hazra ( Mobile: [protected]) came for the AMC it was found that he is coming from Agartala not from Kutchina Main Office. On his request I some how did the AMC on 04/09/17 . After that he went to check the machine and insist to exchange it. When I denied he said the oil channel and ring needs to be changed and intentionally broken it. He also broken the side corner of the machine by hitting it with the opposite side of a screw driver and said all will be replaced the next day. After that no one from Unique Solution picked up the call to give service. When complaint the same to Kutchina Helpline with complaint no: US/35/1017 I got it replaced after 7 months on 20/4/18 .
                  Today I got call from Unique Solution for AMC . When I tried to explain my problem, they denied to listen to me and the lady tele caller ( Hopefully Priti) started shouting on me like anything with very harsh language. I wanted to talk to the Manager, but she denied and said she is the manager and no one will talk to me.

                  Want Justice for my insult and harassment from you before I go to consumer court .

                    I am extremely sorry to say that you have installed a kutchina chimney product machine no.[protected] titan on 26.12.2017 at "uttam hotel" opposite to petrol pump, badulipara, dergaon which is not at all functioning in a proper way. Further, i would, like to say that the 1st servicing of the product was done on 02.07.2018. But the functioning of the product became worse rather than the functioning prior to servicing. The matter may be taken with importance that my product will be replaced with a new one either the product installed be taken back refunding the purchasing amount.

                      I bought a water purifier from the kutchina retailer in nagaon, assam worth rupees 18thousand. The people didnot come for the free servicing. The donot receive calls. After 6 months o[censored]se problems started. Even if they receive the calls the would talk about money even before looking at the problem.

                        I am your regular amc customer since 2012. I have clarified that my amc was renewed on may-2017 & valid upto 28/05/2020 through customer care but i have not received the amc book (Card) till now. I also forgotten to follow up for the same. Now could you please let me know the process to get my amc card so that i can get service from you?

                          Dear executive
                          I have purchased a kuchina titan chimney hich was bought on[protected] from royal associate. My amc is from royal appliaces. My chimney light is damaged and i have to buy it from the royal appliances but when i asked for the price of the lamp, they said the price is rs.1250. But the approx price of the lamp is rs. 450 whn i have called the customer care of kuchina. Now please tell me what is the actual and real pice of the lamp is. When i have asked the royal appliances for why this high price is, thy told that the high price will be for extra service charge. But if i have done amc then why this service charge is.

                          Please resolve this issue as fast as possible because i have to buy the lamp urgently.

                            I purchase chimaney in 2010 or 2011 eleganza model but now your comapany said we dicontinue this model no spare parts available how it is how u can say like this .it means use and throw if any complain for your product u don, t have spare parts and we purchase new products
                            i will send this to all members of sanitary and hardware merchants association and i will ask all dealers to dont sell kutchina products

It seems the entire network of yours is fraud and cheaters. I will take you and your representatives to consumer court on account of false, fraud and diffencincy of service.

                                I purchased a kuchina chimney vouge model no[protected] about 4 years back. Chimney is in under AMC from 28 nov 15 to 27 nov 18. Now the chimney is not working properly. I have reported this problem to your service centre over phone no [protected] but no one attended and finally i have registered a complain on your complain book on 21 jul 18.But till now no one attended or enquire about the defect instead they are pressing hard to renew AMC despite my AMC is valid till 28 nov 18.Please look after the matter seriously..my contact no [protected]

                                    I had purchased curvy 75 chimney from s & p kitchen appliances, birati in jan 18 and installed in feb 18. Since then it had been giving trouble. On complain, the executive came and changed the condenser. But within few days the machine stopped working.
                                    After several complaints and follow ups with the distributor and kutchina customer care they are saying i can not replace the machine of my choice.in such case i have to buy a fresh.

                                    What is the meaning of warranty of the product in such cases? Want a favourable solution..

                                    Today the executive from S & P Kitchen Appliances, Birati visited my placed. He was offering me the options cost of which were much higher than my existing chimney. I dont have the capacity to buy those chimneys. Moreover, his quotes of those machines (Elite DLX and Aster) were also much higher than the market price.He said he can not do anything more.

                                    Under such circumstances, I strongly demand full money return against the faulty machine. Otherwise I shall move to consumer court soon.

                                      I am Patitapabana Biswal purchased your Chimney SMARTEC Model on 30/06/17 from AB Kitchen Bhubaneswar. It was installed on 19/07/17. 1st free servicing was done on 11/03/18 and 2nd on 27/05/18. Servocing mechanic assured me for attending 3rd free servicing in the month of July/18. I rang him on 29/6/18 and he promised me to attend servicing on 1st week of July. As he did not turn, I raise a complain with you on 12/07/18 vide Comp No.AA/61-0718 and reminded you on 19/07/18. Again I raised a reminder with you today at 1425 hrs, 1530 hrs and 1615 hrs. I raised hourly complain because your call centre assistant told me that within a hour service centre will attend me. As I did not receive any call thrice I called your assistant. I am feeling now why I choose your product? Now your intervention is required for prompt action. Thank you.
