I Mr.Swarajit Narayan sur, a Kutchina stanza black Chimney customer since 01.05.2015.I did a AMC in 07.01.2018 from your Kitcken Care Marketing Division Address-4, Bachas Pati Para Road.Kolkata-76.Your AMC Service representative name is Mr.Dipak Ganguly, Mobile Number-[protected]/[protected].My first service date was 07.01.2018.I gave him payment of Rs.1350 for AMC.But this is very unfortunate that I harrase many times.I call him but he could not receive my phone.No representative come after 07.01.2018.
Please do needful.I need your help, coordination and support regarding this matter.

    I had booked a free service for my chimney and water purifier on 4th july and the service was slated to be provided on 7th july (saturday) by 6p.m. but i didnot get the service. The warranty period is still left and i have 2 service free left and my appliances are not working properly. Kindly look into the matter because i am deeply annoyed with the service of the company.
    Please do something so that i can recommend ur brand to other customers.

        I have been a customer of your reputed & branded kutchina company from the past 3 years, so far the services have been impeccable, but recently i encountered some really poor or you can say the worst customer service. The worst service i have ever experienced in my life.
        I had lodged a complain on 30th of june 2018 against this worst service in your customer care & your customer care representative provided the complain no which is [protected]. After that monday morning i received a phone call from this number [protected] & i was assured that 4th of july 2018 i can get back my kutchina equipments that has been taken by your service center a month ago for servicing as they were not work properly. Actually this kind of promises has been continuing from your service center since last one month & every time they were unable to keep their commitment.
        What a service provided by kutchina!
        I will never & ever refer to anyone to purchase kutchina.
        If i'll not get my kutchina equipments within 48 hours i will forward the issue to consumer forum with all the screenshots as well as the voice records of our conversations.

        My chimney model is Vogue. A few days before the switch panel on the hood is depressed and gone inside the hood and the same thereby can't be operated. The Warranty period of my chimney is expired. I promised to pay whatever amount will be involved for repair of the above fault immediately.

          This is for your kind information that the equipments i. E circuit & fan of my kutchina vogue chimney were not working properly so i asked the kutchina service center, situated 67/7, college road, howrah-3 from where we purchased the product. They had sent a person who brought those products on 21st of may 2018 & also i have made a payment of rs.2683/- for annual maintenance on that day.
          But till date neither i received any communication from your service center end nor the equipments.
          We have been calling to the kutchina service center since a month and every time we have been told that the servicing guy will call us & the equipments will be delivered today or tomorrow but it never happend. I have asked several time to give me the equipments but every time they harrased me.
          Never expected such irresponsible behaviour from a trusted brand like yours. Kindly focus on maintaining the quality and service instead of advertising.
          I wanted to escalate this as we did not get the response properly, very irresponsible act. While we were buying the product we have been told that the servicing will be quick but now the situation is different.
          This type of customer service is not at all acceptable. Please do the needful at the earliest otherwise i will go to the higher level as well as consumer forum.

            This is for your kind information that i the undersigned residing at 101a/2, g t road, serampore, hoogly wished to make my kitchen as modular kitchen. Accordingly, i requested m/s s&p kitchen & home appliances (P) ltd., konnagar, hoogly to send representative to visit my place and give an estimate. Accordingly, the representative informed me the total cost of the work is rs.1.5 lakh and requested to pay rs.75, 000 (Rupees seventy five thousand) as an advance. I paid the amount rs.75, 000 on dated 31.03.2018 after taking the receipt bearing no.16601 (Copy enclosed).

            Due to sudden admission of my grand-son in the school, i was not in a position to spend such huge money in my modular kitchen at that time and requested on next day i. E. On 01.04.2018 to stop the work and requested to refund the advance payment immediately to overcome my crisis situation. I talked to the office of m/s. S&p kitchen & home appliances (P) ltd., several times but they repeatedly replied that the refund will be made from kutchina head office and it is still not refunded from your head office. Hence, they are unable to refund us. I even talked with mr. Nilendu sekhar roy, the manager of s&p kitchen & home appliance but no fruitful reply has been received by me.

            on 20/3/2018 i placed an order for modular kitchen estimated at rupees one lac thirty thousand to m/s. oliya appliances, hill view, asansol - 713304
            through their representative sri bapi sen with a delivery schedule of forty five to sixty days.
            on 15/6/2018 i called on the said representative and asked him to fix the modular kitchen as already eighty five day have crossed. but to my utter astonishment the representative sri bapi sen neither could fix the kitchen nor could give me the manufacturing status.
            observing the exorbitant delay and lack luster attitude towards the delivery commitment i asked the person (sri bapi sen ) to immediately cancel my order and arrange the refund of advance of rupees one lac.
            from that day the person has switched off his mobile. today i have contacted their office through mob. at morning and the lady who received my call committed to give me the status with in one hour, but again after two and half hour i called the lady back and asked about the status and again she committed to give me the status with in 5-00pm. as i had no call from that office lady till 7-00pm i again tried to call her only to find that the phone is switched off .with such bitter experience from a reputed concern like KUTCHINA I earnestly request immediate refund of advance as i have decided to do without modular kitchen.

              Today an executive named Bapi modak came to demonstrate Kutchina chimney. He didn't give any demo but asked for demo charge Rs 500 in Unique Water Purifier Pvt Ltd's receipt. He didn't move untill we gave him Rs 500 for demo charge.

                      We installed a kutchina feona kitchen chimney on 23.12.17. We contacted the merchant m/s malancha appliances, belgharia on 22.05.18 to book the service call as it was due since april, 2018. But till neither i received any communication not the purpose is served.

                        Bought the purifier on january' 2016 worth rs.18000 plus. Already spent around 10, 000 on its maintenance in 2 years. Water quality keeps deteriorating. More over the service persons here are amateur. Last time a service person came after which my filter is constantly leaking. Called him 3-4 times but he always cancels the call.
                        Dissatisfied with the service. Evertime they charge around rs.300 to rs.400.
                        Never expected such irresponsible behaviour from a trusted brand like yours. Kindly focus on maintaining the quality and service instead of advertising.

                          Hi,
                          This is abir chattopadhya and moumita chatterjee from ad-1 sector-1, salt lake, wanting to lodge a complaint against one of your service centres. We bought one kuchina vouge kitchen chimney in 2015.

                          Last 6/5/2018 the big left motor of our aforesaid chimney got disabled against which we registered a complaint at you registered service centre "business marketing technology group on the phone numbers [protected] / [protected]. The address of bmt is surprisingly bizarre one"jadavpur university, kolkata - 700032, appearing enough fake in its type.

                          However, on the very next day your serviceman 'sujit mondal' bearing phone number [protected] came and had taken the motor on saying that the coils got disabled/burnt/decayed. We were assured to get the motor back on 13/5/2018. The complaint service number was kbmt-0922g.

                          Since then, nobody responded from your side. After 17th may we started calling on all numbers of the service centre. Respondents of those above mentioned numbers at every time said false promises to get that back sometimes within one day, or two days etc. Nothing happened in reality. Meanwhile we told the respondents (Mostly picking up on fake names) about our suddenly popped up medical emergency in this current week.

                          On 21st of may, being promised to get the motor back, we again called on [protected] at least 20 times since morning. Every time they made fake promises of giving that back on that day. We had hot exchanges too and every time they remained so arrogant that on being alerted of complaints (Even police complaints) they not only remained casual, but told us to do so. The day ended with no result even after the promise of sujit mondal "i am coming" at around 8pm. After that he number of times disconnected our call.

                          My question is to whosoever you that 'is this the quality of your company service?' 'is this your corporate social responsibility' we are being verbally harassed since last 10 days which is no less than being abused.

                          I want to request you kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible without any further remedial word. We want our chimney in working condition. I hope your effective response will restrain us to knock consumer forum.

                              I have purchased a water purifier from kutchina. Last 6 or 7 months ago one servicing done by their technician and he changed some internal candles. I paid him rs. 7800/- for this purpose. But suddenly the purifier got same problem last 15 days ago. Then i launched a complain. The complain no is [protected]. One of their technician namly mr. Achyut kalita visit my home and he says that all candles which are previously changed are not a single one is genuine kutchina product. Now i want to know how can it possible a kutchina technician can do that. So, now i want to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                I have called the service centre at toll free number of 7th may, 2018 for servicing of the prime (Water purifier) which is under amc but no one came for servicing till today (12/05/2018) for reasons better known to them. When i contacted them again on 12.05.2018, the representative at the other end told that it will be done by 14.05.2018 but is neither able to provide me reasons for the delay nor is feeling sorry for customer's dissatisfaction. Really very horrible service and terrible customer concern.

                                    I seek help from your complaints forum, for your intervention, to resolve the bottleneck at the earliest.
                                    The complainant has undergone a a. M. C. For service and maintenance of a kutchina ss vogue modelled kitchen chimney with sriram's appliances thru its branch at madhyamgram (Bankim pally, madhyamgram, kolkata - 700129) dt[protected].
                                    In 3rd week of feb 2018, on observing slow speed in phone motor, sent sos thru phone. One mechanic came on 25.02.2018 and after checking taken away 2 fan motors informing us that the motors would be repaired and be refitted after 4/5 days.
                                    But even till today (07.05.2018) after elapse of 74 days, theres no response from them.
                                    Further, their registered ph thru which contacted till 25.02.'18 are not operative now. I don't know what to do.
                                    Through your forum, i request to make contact to sriram's appliances vis-a-vis kutchina/bajoria to do the needful.
                                    Otherwise, the undersigned will be forced to seek help from 3rd party for the loss (Forced inhalation of smoke, blackening of the kitchen-room, causing life threatening hazards) only due to sriram's appliances callousness. The u/s will be forced to claim financial loss related to the hazards and pollution caused damages in monetary equivalence including the psychological disturbance caused due to the unworldly breach of contract.

                                      I've bought kutchina elizza chimney about 2 months back in hyderabad assuming i'd be happy with my choice. But nobody has turned up or even called to address the complaint even after multiple calls to customer care. For a new customer with just 2 months of buying experience if i'm facing this issue, i shudder to think about the service quality a few years down the line. My calls to customer care are falling in deaf ears.

                                        I had requested for amc service of my kutchina vogue chimney on 04/03/2018.
                                        Docket number [protected] generated against my service request on 07/03/2018.
                                        But service not received till date after several request.
                                        So after several request and mental harassment i had requested through e-mail dated 30/04/2018, to refund my amc money that company had collected in advance.

                                        After submitting contact details against my complain I could not understand why Kutchina Customer Care Team asking for the same again. Is this a delay tactics ?
                                        On 15/05/2018 at 1.47 p.m I had contacted Kutchina Customer Care through Toll free number [protected] and enquired about status of my AMC service docket number [protected] . But he could not reply due to slow internet speed of his computer and assured me to give feedback through my email id - [protected]@yahoo.com. But till writing this comment, I have not received any feedback. Prior to that I had loged complain directly on www.kutchina.com but not received any reply. My AMC ID[protected] Dated 05/07/2015.

                                        During previous services I had similar experience. After receiving docket number I had to wait for about a month and to request again to receive service.

                                        Against my 3 Year AMC service, I was assured to receive 9 AMC service.
                                        6th AMC service provided on 30/11/17.
                                        There after I had requested for 7th AMC service and docket number [protected] informed to me on 07/03/2018 but no service received. I had made several complain but no response.
                                        So I have requested again for AMC service and docket number-[protected] informed to me and technician visited on 19/06/2018 and provided service.
                                        As the validity of My AMC Id[protected] is about to expire on 04/07/2018, I have requested for AMC service today 03/07/2018 as I have to receive two more AMC service.
                                        Now my point is that whether I will receive two pending AMC service even after date of validity of my AMC ID[protected] Dated 05/07/2015.
