[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Walky — POst paid connection - not activated even after 1 week | |||
I contacted one Devaraj ([protected]) of Docomo for new connection. He sent his colleague (guru - [protected]) and collected Rs.1700/- for instrument and activation charges. now 5 days over and Guru picks up the call and say within 30 minutes it will be activated and Devaraj never picks the call. Walky — connection still not activated
Date: 22.08.08Dear sir
I had purchased a Tata Indicom wireless Phone No [protected] on dated 22.08.2008 form Mr Ankush C/o Ankush Infocom, Shop no 2, GTB Market Back Side New Bus Stand Khanna, [auth. distributor TATA INDICOM Postpaid Connection] by paying Rs.1500/-. But he supplied me a Second Hand Set on request he changed for that I have paid Rs. 500/- extra as he promised me to activate that No. within two days. But till the day my No is not Activated. On asking he said there is the Technical Problem from Tata Indicom. From last 4 working days I am daily visiting to his shop but he still not giving any proper response. Shall I made a mistake by purchasing Tata’s Product !!!
